        I have purchased Nokia 6700 under EMMI no. [protected] & buttery no.[protected], .0670595 from J.M.D. Enterprises, L-382-B Kh. No. 733-734/2, Mahipalpur Extn. New Delhi on 16/09/2009 vide receipt no. 3939.
        Now I felt there is a problem in instrument as well battery, because it is hanging & battery discharge within 6 hours without using.
        I went to your Nokia Center Sec.14, Gurgaon for complaint, but they refuse to replace the battery & services

          Nokia 500 — switch off problem

          i bought a new nokia 500 yesterday.but from today onwards it starts giving some problems.it switch off's automatically.suggest a solution to dis problem..?

              ir/Madam,

              This is to bring to your notice that i bought a phone from Nokia Priority Partner on 10th May 2012. In December I started facing problem where after receiving/taking a call, network goes of for a minute or two.

              I went to Nokia customer care to lodge a complaint but i was informed that phone has already completed its warrenty period. I was surprised as i have a bill from Nokia Priority partner which gives me a warrenty for a year i.e till 10th May 2013. but Nokia care is not ready to accept this.

              Please help me in getting a solution for this problem

                Hey there. I have had my N900 since it came out, love it. But in the last few days it will not connect to the cellular network. I even went and got a new SIM card, and same problem. Everything else works fine on it, even Wifi works. If anyone has had this problem, please let me know.


                This is the message i get at startup.

                "All Telephony functions, including emergency calls, are disabled due to a communication error. To recover, you might have to reboot the device. "

                  I gave my Nokia Lumia 710 handset to a Nokia Service Centre at Sec 11, Dwarka, New Delhi recently for problem in battery charging. The phone was under warranty period. I was told that the problem was in the charging socket where on of the small pins have broken. I was charged Rs 2500/- for the repair whereas for such repair, other small repairwala charges only Rs 100/- !
                  I was also told that the value of the phone is now only about 5000/-. if that was the case than I fail to understand why a small repair was charged Rs 2500/ ?
                  Felt cheated and regret buying the phone. Please let me know what can be done.

                      Nokia Phone — Defective Charger

                      This has ref. to above subject My son was given a Nokia mobile present on his birthday on 24th Oct 2009. With in three months its charger stopped working. I took it to nokia service centre at Jail road hari nagar and I was given a receipt 203. I was also given a telephone no[protected] which is always busy or switched off, to enquire the status of phone. 10 to 15 days time is given for replacement. How the mobile shall be charged for 10 - 15 days. In my son's opinion NOKIA stands NO KIYA ( Nokia ne kuch nahi kiya)

                        i got asha 311 from univercell bommanahalli bangalore for 6700 Rs which i was planning to gift to my cousin.. this phone from second day mike was not working.. when went back to Univercell they said they wont replace with new one and it has to go to Nokia service center.



                        I went to Nokia koramangala(samvridhi technologies) and they sent it to repair and when they gave me the mike was working but phone doesnt detect signal.. and i resubmitted it after 30 days the phone came back this time its mike not working and now detecting range. after 3 times submission and issue not resolved.



                        I had told the manager i cant accept this new phone if this has so many problems. and he agreed to change it and got me a new phone as they say (with new EMEI) after 20 days . and this was working.



                        I had to gift it to my cousin in kerala.. and finaly was happy after testing it was working..

                        i gifted it to my cousin in a week the same phone now has a problem with green button it doesnt work.. again gave it to nokia serive center at karunagapalli kerala .. and after a period of 45 days they got it back with a sticker on screen and said it was working.. Since cousin didnt have sim to check she got it back and i am very frustated to see the button green is still not working and unable to pick any calls.. These service personell keep insisting on renewing service . But after a visit of 6 times to nokia care my phone problem is stil existimg and it was there in service center more than 3 months in the name of repair. I dont understand what Nokia service center really is doing.. i have wasted 6700 Rs and under warranty my problem is still not solved .. and the customer care are only worried about renewing year service.. i really cant accept this and want a permenent fix to this or my money back.. I have completly wasted invisting on a smart phone like nokia.. and all my faith on this nokia in terms of servicing and product standard has lost. This would be my last trail and if not i will go to consumer court.

                        Nokia — new mobile not working

                        I have purchased a Nokia mobile Model no. N70-M, in March 2007. after 10 days only it gives problem of restarting. Since than it is 9 times that we have get it serviced from Nokia care in Noida. Latest Job sheet no.(Manual) is 56860 dated 23-12-07. and co. is unable to repair it . They are not even replacing the same with new one.

                        Nokia Mobile Phones — Problem is remained same even after 3 times repairing

                        Respected Sir,

                        I have purchased th Nokia 1661 model phone before 15 days from 'The Mobile Store, J.M.Road, Shivaji Nagar, Pune. On the second day of purchasing this phone i observed that there are some problems in my phone. While talking on my phone, the persons who is talking with me is complaning that they are unable to hear my voice. And teh another problem is that- The loudspeaker of this phone is not working prperly. Though the loudspeaker is on, then also its just like its off. Whether the loudspeaker is on or off, then also it is one and the same.

                        So, i went to the Nokia Care Center, F.C.Road, Pune, on 17/06/2009 to get repair my phone.Then they told me that it may be a software problem. They have to break its software. And it will take two days. i told them this may be the mic problem, but they told me that mic is not available and the problem is of software only. I agreed for their statement and i submited my mobile there. After two days i brought my mobile return, by considering that the problem is solved. When i have started to use this phone again then, the problem was remain same there. The persons talking with me are again complaining that they are not getting my voice clearly.

                        Then i have visited again for second time to the same place to solve my problem on 24/06/2009. I told him in detail about my problem. Then they told me that they will change the mic of this phone. After one day i got my mobile and i asked them whether they change the mic or not. Their answer was 'NO'. I asked them why u didnt change the mic, as u were comited for that? For this they told me that this tyme they have installed a new version of software. Then i have checked the loudspeaker infront of that person and showed him its sound then the sound was too low. For this he is saying me that the loudspeakers sound is just like this only. It doesnt become more than this. Such a silly explanation. These people think that we the public dont know anything. They can cheat us very easily and they can make us fool. For ur kind information i want to say that i m using mobile from last 7 years, and he is telling me that the sound is this only. Then also i kept mumm i went back. After 10 minutes when i have started to talk on phone the same problem was there. Again my friend told me that he is uable to hear my voice. I thought what should i do now??? These persons are really shutt...

                        Again i went there and told them the problem is ramained there as it is. Then they told that this time they will send my phone to the head office. And it will take 20 days. Now i m in doubt that whether they will really send my mobile to the head office or it will be here only as it was happened earlier??? Dont know... Then also i kept my mobile there.

                        This is my third time in a week to go in Nokia Care for the same problem. Sir do have any idea that for this i m paying how much??? My half day's sallery. Can u belive this??? Whenever i have to come on ur Care Center, my half day's sallery is deducted. Becoz in office timing it is not allowed go outside. And our office timing is from 9:30am to 7:30pm. Then what should i do? Why U people doesnt understand our problem?? And it is not good for the reputation of or company. People buy ur phone only due to ur brand. And i[censored] r giving such service to the public then it will defenately affect on ur brand. Though u think that due to one customer what will happen to ur brand? But dont forfet that taht single person can make a positive publicity o[censored]r brand, or that single person can stop 100 persons from buying Nokia Phones.

                        So plz sir i request solve my problem completely or give me the new phone by exchanging it...If this time my problem will not be solved by ur technician then this time i have to take some action. Becoz now it has become just ucacceptable for me to come to ur office twice a week for the same problem. So, plz try to understand my problem and try to solve it completely. And co-operate us.

                        Hi,
                        Don't worry, for the other side can not hear your voice, I think maybe due to you put your hand finger cover the mic hole, you just remove your finger from that position and try again. Hope this can fix your problem.
                        And for speaker volume low, I think you can just adjust the speaker volume to high level, try it.

                        hi, i got a new nokia mobile 1250 in the month of Nov 09 the new handset was not working properly so had to return it and got a new handset with the same model number now after 2 months my new hadset has stopped working since 5 days it used to get hanged and used to get switched off now today in the morning i found the keypad was not working properly and later it was showing an error insert sim and is not working.

                          I am Mohammed Imran Bhati.I want to update the new version software of nokia x2-00 mobile with the help of nokia suite(updated) but there is a problem it show the error of server could not connect.While i am connecting to the internet with 3G network.
                          But i want update software with only my nokia suite on my laptop...!!!
                          Give me solution of my problem....as soon as possible....???

                              its not complaint.. i need one help... im having nokia 1200 mobile... i put one unwanted num in screened list... when call came from that num it shows the number on screen as call from XXXXXXXXXX.... how to avoid the call from that perticular number... i need solution like blacklist facility r some other way.... bt i dont want get cal from that number.... even i put tht num in screened its show that num while incoming of tht perticuler num without ringing... i want hide that num totally.... i need solution.... i need ur help... begging u :-(

                                MOBITRACKER software need to be uninstalled
                                I had downloaded Mobitracker on my Nokia E5 in Dec. 2012 from Nokia OVI Store. On seeing my Jan 2013 bill from Vodafone I have found that this software has been trying to send messages from my mobile to the destination numbers almost every half any hour.(Even though it is not getting delivered at the destination I am getting changed for these messages.) Because of this my mobile bill went up by 4 time the usual amount.

                                Also now when I tried to open the app and check the settings, it is just opening up to a blank screen. I even tried to uninstall the software but it is not allowing me to do so. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible since I am getting charged by Vodafone for the messages.

                                es muy sencillo. este programa esta preparado para no desinstalarlo pero a la vez permite borrarlo en las opciones del propio programa.

                                entra con tu contraseña en el programa y en configuración elige poder borrarlo.
                                una vez configurado sales del programa y lo puedes borrar . es asi de sencillo.

                                  I have order to timtara Mobile hand set,Belt and purse 0n 25/09/2012,timtara told to me product delivery time is three weeks maximum. timtara not deliver the order the maximum time limit after that i have cancelled my order on 18/10/2012. timtara reply me we will deposit the money in your a/c.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have purchased grey colored Nokia E5 mobile from swastik electronics Mysore for 9000 rupees, and 25 days after purchasing it, I noticed color on joystick peeled off even after using it with delicate care,I contacted swastik electronics from where I purchased the mobile and I have been told that panel is not covered under warranty for replacement.

                                    I got so annoyed that even after paying 9000 rupee and that too with in 25 days , color peeled off so easily like china mobiles.

                                    I have also contacted Nokia care and got the same answer.

                                    Please let me know if you can help me on this.
