i am seeking help to find it.Thank you.

I 've went every nokiacare in search of the case for my n79 and could'nt get any ! some of them said production has stoped , other's said that they would inform if available and have'nt replied . what am i suppose to do?

    I bought Nokia lumia 510 10days ago. I bought a memory card for it when I want to drop that in to mobile I come to know that no expandable memory. I was shocked & another worst thing 256 Mb of ram I doesn't see the features in depth I trusted to buy on the brand name but this company is cheating like this no where mentioned. At this cost it is too worth less. And the typing is too slow it is difficult to browsing.

          I lost my mobile Nokia c6-00 .I had the IP address of the location.My mobile is in activation of netqin antivirus...if we changes the sim it traces the location and the number wt they are using .I had total requirements about the mobile.can u plz take a complaint upon it.

          Nokia C6-00 — not start internet and not update software

          1. when i start internet explorer then internet not conected .
          2. first ovi store is not open easily compare than first time and it is not start properly.

            Guys !!!! Beware of NOKia Care - They do not know what product they are making. On top of this they are Cheats.No regards to being such a reputed company!!

            I was using a NOKia N8.00 for last 2 years, in Feb 2013 I faced this issue where the Phone would shut itself down when the SIM is pop-ed in. If kept in Offline mode it was all OK ( of course except the fact that the Cellular network can not be used ). Thinking that its best to go to the device Manufacturer I went to closest NOKia Care at Adyar, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India.

            Note : In offline mode all functions of the phone ( Camera, Offline GPS, WIFI Internet etc except Cellular network ) were working before I went to NOKia Care.

            The guy in the Customer Care tell me upon hearing the issue that this is a known issue with the SIM tray for the N8.00 models and that SIM tray needs to be replaced and would cost INR 800. OK fine, I said the phone was out of its warranty, spending INR 800 I can still use my INR 24000 phone.


            One week later they call back and tell me the phone is not repairable. And I can take it back, they said the mother-board has issues. BrOKen I wen there to collect it back and paid then the testing fees.


            Back home, I deject, I though OK, let me use the INSTRUMENT as a Camera ( It had a 12 Mega Pixel Camera and a 720p HD video recording ). When I try using the back Camera the INSTRUMENT would fail to show anything on the Screen, the front camera works though!!. Well dejected further, I thought the issue would probably trigger from Motherboard ( I am a Layman here!!)


            A friend of mine suggest to show it to local mechanic. He loOKs at it and tell me something is wrong and something is loose inside. I am still thinking something during the NOKia Care testing. Later its found that the Camera parts are REMOVED. The local mechanic tell me its an issue with a IC. He charges INR 1000 for this IC and the Phone SIM issue is FIXED. The Camera does not work ( Because the NOKIA Guys Stole it !!!).


            So think twice before you head to this place ( NOKia Care in Adyar ).

            1. They make this phone and they do not know how. Someone else can find issue and fix it, What kind of people you keep in NOKia Care !! Don't know your own product ?

            2. They decided that the phone is of no use now, and toOK out what they thought they can use elsewhere. Thieves !!

              My Nokia 820's touch panel is broken without any external injury, which i purchased few days before. its is just scratched by a single finger press. No warranty documentation covers the same and i cant prove it. Other things while reaching to Nokia care the parts of the phone is not available and it takes almost 15 days to get avail and repair which is pathetic.i am now having lost my connection to the whole new world.

              Nokia — not getting parts

                I am writing to apprise you on the gross negligence, incompetence, misbehavior and attempted fraud on Nokia customers by Nokia Care Centre , Mobile Care (Nokia Care Code[protected] Babupatty, Sivasagar,Assam(India)
                I purchased one Nokia Set (Model -Nokia 110, IMEI no. [protected]) from Arindam Communication ( Near SBI ATM, Hospital road, Sivasagar) which had some manufacturing defects as such as advised by the same vendor I had given the set to Nokia Care Center , Mobile Care on 05-feb-13 for necessary repair. After a month the said mobile was returned to me without necessary repair. When I refused to receive the faulty set, they rudely forced me to accept it which itself is a fraud. Such offensive behavior from a reputed service center raised a question in my mind whether this service center is genuine or not.
                Pertinent to mention here that they don't entertain any phone calls.
                I, therefore, request you to investigate and take necessary action against the mentioned dealer.
                I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.

                i gave my nokia handset to service centre since its screen was damaged. The handset given on Mon 30th Nov 2009 and we were conveyed that the hadset would be given to you on tuesday, as we went to collect the handset it was told to come on thursday , then again we was on the way to collect the handset but the handset was returned unrepired explaining that it will take more time, i am unable to understand that if these service centre are not able to do the repairing why they are there, why we are given the assurity and one more important thing , the handset returned was more damaged then the earlier

                I bought a nokia lumia 925 on 18/10/2013 imei- [protected], c/n- [protected] from Guwahati, Assam, India. Unfortunately, the screen got damaged and I was asked to change both internel and external screen in Nokia Care service center, Babupatty branch, Sivasagar, Phone no[protected], [protected] on 17/04/14, job sheet no-307 for Rs 15000/-. Now on 28/04/2014, they were delivering me the handset, but not with the same screen colour of my mobile model which was metallic grey, but with black colour saying they are unable to get the mobile parts as its not available by the company side. Now its MY OLD METALLIC GREY + NEW BLACK SCREEN WITH BLACK SIDE COVER !!! This is so irritating for a customer who purchased for good service and care, but why you people are selling a product when you cannot offer services required. This is not justice for a customer when we are paying huge amount of money for mobile parts, you are giving alternative PARTS due to lack of stock or unavailability of products parts. When u sold to me u are bound to offer me services when required, but now you are not. I have a important recording in that mobile for legal purpose, but they are not delivering ontime as given words and not giving original colour model and the owner is so much abusing.
                I also contacted Nokia company and got a Service Request Number is 1-[protected], but my problem is not solved yet. Yesterday I again visited Nokia care I asked them to give me proper screen as it was before when I bought and I am paying Rs 15000/-, the owner argued on phone and said no and even verbally abused me on phone. As they denied, I asked to return my mobile with broken screen, they told they won't return my handset and money. My mobile is lying there last 15days and gave black side cover screen in my metallic grey Nokia Lumia 925. I came back home as reception executive told me they will speak to the owner in their language, I came back home. This time the reception executive named Mamu asked me to receive my mobile and told he will give me discount from his pocket, I said no as am not satisfied what they did. Its not about money as I was ready to pay rs15000/- and I paid advanced 10000/- why they want me to give discount, I need my mobile as it should be after repairing and paying money. This was a strange offer from them !!! I told them I have no option but to go to consumer court, they again called me up and said they will return my mobile with my broken screen and money, but I will have to wait till coming Monday or Tuesday. I already spent 15days for this mobile and again I need to wait ??? I asked them to return my mobile and they can deposit the money to my account or even someone can collect on behalf of me. That executive named Mamu told me they cannot return tomorrow as it takes time to remove the screen from the mobile. But he himself told me he use to repair and he was waiting for the screen part to receive so that he could repair. I asked him that u told me you yourself repair then he said no, he needs to send, then I asked where he was sending, He said actually I was doing with my owner, ...[became uncomfortable as he had no answer], he told he would give me a call, but he didn't. I smell something is going wrong. Why he is lying and want me to wait. I need to go to Mumbai and as I told you I am holding myself for that mobile as their is an important recording in that mobile and I just cant spend time and money and there is no output but my loss. Its my humble request to you to ask them to handover my mobile so that I can repair that in Mumbai or somewhere for my case. It is not justice that I have spent 15days, n they are creating problems for me by not offering quality service. Please help me out from this TRAP. I CANNT SPEND ANOTHER WEEK JUST TO RECEIVE MY MOBILE WITH BROKEN SCREEN AND MY MONEY. I NEED TO LEAVE THIS PLACE. I am an NRI Australia, and just I came to India for a legal case. But now this Nokia care center is creating problem and I am wasting time, money and not even getting any output. Please help me out as soon as possible. I just called Mamu in Nokia Care, but still they are not ready to give me my mobile. I just cant spend 30days for nothing

                  i had purchased nokia 603 on 15june 2012 and shortly since after that i have been running to nokia customer care(A.M.Mobile),kolkata and after much problems and repeated servicing they swapped my phone with another handset on 14dec 2012.and again i was facing the same problems as that wit the previous handset.i recently contacted delhi centre and tapasi chakravarty(regional head,kolkata) who promised me to changed the handset.i again submitted on 18feb2013.and now since last few days i have no feedback from there side.they are not providing me with the same.and though they provide with one year warranty on the handset,their details show that my handset warranty has expired in dec2012 itself

                    I have purchased NOKIA 311 on 29th Sep 2012, just five month over now, due to Hang my phone i have given it to NOKIA service center Hosur.
                    but after formatting the new software my phone tough completely not working and reason was telling that some drop of water gone inside the phone so that this problem has come now.

                    My question is while give phone to Nokia service center my phone tough sense is working but slightly it got hang some time, after format the new software completely not working, it's the mistake of service center people.
                    my phone still have warranty but service center people not responding properly, so plz take the immediate action for this and change the new phone.

                      nokia c300 — discoloring of handset

                      I am teen-aged, purchased Nokia C300 Mobile on 19.06.2011 from M/s Cellular Shoppe,JP-1/8/1-B,Ashwini Nagar,Baguiati,Joramandir vide Cash memo June/472 dated 19.06.11 at a price of Rs 5286.00.

                      Its my utter surprise to see that the steel color Scrolling Key has been pitted within a week of purchase and the beauty of handset is lost.

                      damn its my first mobile & I am upset with it because it has got awe fully BAD within a week.

                      It is a said by every Nokia owner that Nokia mobiles are the best, it has long life time. but the Mobile set , I purchased first time in life, needs a cosmetic Surgery within a week!!! there gotta be some solution, i bought this mobile with my own pocket money.

                      Awaiting for early replacement to boost all Nokia Owners Heart.

                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                        I have a mobile handset manufactured by NOKIA Model No 6670 since more than six years, yesterday I have some problem with this; so I go to NOKIA Care Center at Madgao (GOA).
                        Counter No. 02 call my token No. O44 for query and I told the problem of my mobile, counter girl told me Rs 250 as service charges.
                        I handed over the mobile to service supervisor, enter the formatting code in my mobile for auto formatting. After complete the auto formatting my mobile was ok and he say to me for pay RS 350 as service charges.
                        I request him for previously told amount Rs 250, but he reject my request and finally I have paid Rs 350 for only formatting by code number.
                        After payment I ask for invoice of paid amount, but he ignore my request and say to me if you want a invoice then pay more Rs 36 for tax.
                        I again pay him Rs 36 and he gave me a vat invoice that is attached. (It is completely cheating, Total Rs 350+36 = 386 for only code enter )
                        I request to you please investigate these types of care centers that makes mad to Government and Public by Tax cheating and without price list display of service charges.

                        NOKIA AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER IN ASHOK NAGAR IN CHENNAI, CHARGING 2% EXTRA CHARGES FOR THE CHANGE OF MOBILE SCREEN, WHICH COSTED ME INR 2000. HENCE, I HAVE TO WALK IN THE RAIN TO THE NEAREST ATM TO DRAW MONEY AND PAY MY BILL, DO YOU THINK THIS IS JUSTIFIED FROM A REPUTED FIRM LIKE NOKIA.

                              I purchased NOKIA LUMIA 820 on 18th Jan, 2013. Soon after i realized some serious issues with the phone. So i approached Nokia Care Centre on 15th Feb,2013. They took my phone and it was to be replaced by 23rd Feb,2013. After that time every time I check with them, only thing they say is you will get back your phone ASAP. I work with MNC so have to online all time as my head office is in SAN JOSE. I spent so much sleepless nights in front of my Laptop, after all this till date i did not receive my phone replaced. I want to take strong action against them

                                  my self pawan kumar. i have purchased nokia 5233 in last june from nokia care pitam pura & it,s IMEI NO. is :- [protected]. i am facing the auto switch off problem randomly in phone from december & the service centre (ACE COMMUNICATION, 151FF,KAPIL VIHAR,PITAMPURA DELHI-34) & the company are not solving my problem. i have gone there 6-7 times to get repaired it. in the starting they used to upgraded it & deny me to get a copy of job sheet. but after complaining in the company they gave me a copy of the job sheet in my 5th round. that,s why i don,t have any proof that i have gone there 6-7 times. know current situation is that, they are telling me that there is no fault in my phone. but still i am facing the same problem. i just want to know that, if the phone is not repairable than why don,t they change it?

                                      my nokia lumia shows 256 RAM. But it should be 512.I checked another three sets without SIM but they do not show any RAM, They only show memory. i want 2 know is there any option to check RAM without about lumia option and is nokia Launce lumia 800 with 256 RAM.

                                        Sir,

                                        I have been using NOKIA phone for past few years when I bought E72 in July 2010 which is working fine till date.

                                        So, on the earlier gained trust, I purchased the NOKIA ASHA 302 in June 2012
                                        But from the very first day, I am facing number of problems with this new handset :
                                        1. screen hangs,
                                        2. sluggish response, and
                                        3. Phone restarts

                                        When contacted with the dealer (Spice Hotspot Retail Shop- Part of Hall No. 12, Gaur Gravity Mall, 8, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh), they checked the phone and told that the problem has been resolved but problem persisted.
                                        Again I contacted to the dealer & it was conveyed that there is issue with ASHA 302 and nokia has accepted it, so nothing can be done. On my request, the dealer changed the battery as well.

                                        But even till today, 3 problems (mentioned above), are still there. My only mistake was my blind faith on NOKIA.

                                        So you are requested to:
                                        Replace the mobile with the new one provided that you will take the responsibility for any hardware/software problem.
                                        Or
                                        Refund the amount Rs 7000/- that I paid vide Bill No. 123T25471 dt 10 June 2012.

                                        Nokia — Malfunction

                                        I had brought one mobile set from Lulu centre Fahaheel on 29 th July 2010,its X3 Nokia,and it has been sent to india.After 2 weeks It was not charging properly,discharging very soon.. now i brought back here this phone and talk to lulu centre,they told me go to service center.so my quiry there was no resposibility for lulu regarding this,because it was not proper working after 2 weeks.thank you
