Sir,
I have been using NOKIA phone for past few years when I bought E72 in July 2010 which is working fine till date.
So, on the earlier gained trust, I purchased the NOKIA ASHA 302 in June 2012
But from the very first day, I am facing number of problems with this new handset :
1. screen hangs,
2. sluggish response, and
3. Phone restarts
When contacted with the dealer (Spice Hotspot Retail Shop- Part of Hall No. 12, Gaur Gravity Mall, 8, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh), they checked the phone and told that the problem has been resolved but problem persisted.
Again I contacted to the dealer & it was conveyed that there is issue with ASHA 302 and nokia has accepted it, so nothing can be done. On my request, the dealer changed the battery as well.
But even till today, 3 problems (mentioned above), are still there. My only mistake was my blind faith on NOKIA.
So you are requested to:
Replace the mobile with the new one provided that you will take the responsibility for any hardware/software problem.
Or
Refund the amount Rs 7000/- that I paid vide Bill No. 123T25471 dt 10 June 2012.

Nokia — LACK OF CASE OF NOKIA N79
I 've went every nokiacare in search of the case for my n79 and could'nt get any ! some of them said production has stoped , other's said that they would inform if available and have'nt replied . what am i suppose to do?
