Just Got my C2 Replaced from Nokia Care, Dadar-East. But the New Phone is Already a Faulty Piece.. Gets Hang every now and then.
They Charged me Rs. 160 for some repairing in my Previous Piece, But didn't give me any refund when the phone was to be Replaced.. They said that they have extended the WARRANTY..
Why the Warranty is Extended?? Did i ask for it?? What should i do now?? They are not even ready to give me any proof of my extended WARRANTY..They are saying "TRUST US SIR" But Why should i trust them..And Nokia Phones are not that long lasting than before, so i didn't even needed any EXTENDED WARRANTY..
This is not just the One thing i experienced with Nokia, But Many More Disgusting and Rude Behavior and Helpless Things from Staff over there..

Reply Nokia India, or else i have to look after what step to take ahead.

Hello this is sangeethal I'm hereby writing this letter to make you aware that how your non-technical (i.e. engineer) staff at Nokia Care, V care,four roads, salem, tamilnadu,India behaving to customer.
In month of October this year I had given my Nokia N 73 at V care, four roads , salem as it was hangs off oftenly and incoming voice problem. They had told me that they have to format it and reinstall new software as it's software problem and change the speaker for that they had charged Rs.408 charges and they also committed that they will give it back within 1 working days. But after 2 days now they are saying that come and collect the mobile it will not work some other problem they created and saying take back your mobile but when i hand over the mobile worked properly they know . now mobile is not even switch on itself.
This is something that is not expected at Nokia's service center take place, I have heard that they do monopoly at Nokia Care but this something one can't expect this.

I want Nokia Care to take proper action in this. Otherwise I reserve all my rights to take appropriate action against V Care, salem, tamilnadu India, in appropriate court.

Nokia Phone with IMIE # [protected] is not working, phone swithches off automatically.
As this was within warranty period Nokia Service Centre based at malleshwaram were unable to recctify this issue even after 4 times of repair.

nokia x2-01 have been stolen , imei no-[protected].
stolen date[protected].please track this mobile and resolve my problem soon.

1. It is ARROGANCE UNLEASHED at c.care.
2. This 21/10/12 at 12:36 called your c.care attended by a male.
3. Told him about the problem that hands-free ear-plug supplied with x1-01 purchase is not fitting tightly in my ear.
4. The reply he gave was to visit any mobile selling store and buy another HANDS-FREE that suits me.
5. Nokia H.R has given a NICE training to their customer-care exec.s to be BEST "ANTI-CUSTOMER" AND "CRUEL".
6. To get this REGRETTABLE reply I spent Rs.10/- as call charge as Nokia does not offer toll-free number for it's customer.

I am Nokia loyal customer. I never use other brand. Current Nokia 6730 c phone I got as gift from my friend.
This phone suddenly stopped and unable to start and message display as contact area dealer.

I have given this phone to Sri Lanka Nokia agent Soft Logic company Sri Lanka.
They unable to repair and request me to get help from local service center support.
They inform me that Not possible to install phone software.

With due respect i beg to say, tha t i am having a Nokia C6-01 abt 8 months old.in just 8 months iTs Operating system has been refreshed MOre then adozen times,that means its Os Has been corrupting frequently, and about 2 months ago, my hnadset was Swaped by anothrc6-01, but just from the day it was swaped, it started generating new problems like:-
1.=> main problem i am facinng is some horizontal and vertical appearing lines on its screen and its really very irritating
2. overheating
3.frequetly its operating system sorrupts
4.hangs/boots just after thae day its OS has updated
5.Its wifi connections drops automatically
6.its mobile data connection drops( when there is no operator failure)
7.It burns when used in 3g mode
8.very very low bateery backup,less then half a day( cheched with a ew battery also)
9.Unusual Random Behavior
10.Messaging bug
11.and lot more which i cant explain here......

From about 35 days, and even after so many complaints and requests to NOKIA CARE MANAGER (SONIPAT) and on [protected]@nokia.com but nobody took initiative to listen to the poor consumer like me

and

now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my

amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with

the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services

and inconvenience faced
But i don't expect as i am in a need to go legal an i even don't think NOKIA is so irresponsible with their customers and now they may look in and solve the matter in a less then a week now as its more then 4 months i am dealing with the defected handset and about 35 days as i am continuously complaining Nokia but didn't get any solution rather fake assurances.
I HOPE NOW THE MATTER MAY BE SOLVED IN A WEEK.

My nokia asha 200 graphite which i bought on 21 september 2012 was stolen on 24 september 2012 between 8.20 to 9.00pm,please how can i get it back.imei 1-[protected],imei 2-[protected],material-A00003857.my contact numbers-[protected],[protected],[protected] or [protected]@yahoo.com,[protected]@yahoo.com.

I had purchased Nokia Lumia 610 on 09.09.12 from Croma Store at Rohini
but the phone is not working since 21.09.12 and there was no display.
I lodged complain with the store and my phone was taken for replacement/repair by customer care representative . I was told by the Croma Store representative that the phone will be repaired at the Nokia care centre only and Nokia care centre in Delhi is not accepting the phone as they donot have any spare display to replace with.
After a lot of efforts and making complain to Nokia headquarter, the handset was finally accepted at Ghaziabad Nokia around ten days back but the phone is still not repaired. I had made many calls to the Nokia care cente and each time I am told that it will take two three days more.

I HAVE GIVEN NOKIA C6 FOR DISPLAY ISSUE ON 17TH AUG 2012 TO BORIVALI WEST FONEWORLD OFFICE( NOKIA CARE).

ITS JOBSHEET NUMBER IS 120817/84.

MY CELL IS IN WARRANTY..EARLIER BEFORE I HAD GIVEN MY MOBILE TO THEM FOR SAME ISSUE IN THE MONTH OF MAY

Yesterday night when i realized that my phone is lost, i gave a call to that number at that time it was switched off.After 10 minute, i tried again at that time it was ringing and some one disconnected the call and switched off it.After that i keep on trying but still now it has been switched off.

Kindly consider my request and find a solution to my case.

I sold nokia asha 200 at[protected] and on nokia official site show the
specification 64 MB internal memory but its have only 14 MB internal memory
and creating problem to load applications i am not satisfied by this phone. Also
i discuss this problem with local service center but they nothing says about that.
i also complained on NOKIA control center but they only apologize on his mistake
but my money has been vain.Due to less memory my phone hanged many times
and service center only format my handset but problem is as it is so kindly look
this fraud.
