I had given a complaint about my mobile phone(model No.701 BLACK
RM-774) on 29th June 2012, and your office directed me to get it
replaced ( Ref: 1-[protected]) Thank you very much.
My co-brother Mr. Sameer Ali - Dubai submitted the set in PHONE
MUSEUM, Satwa Dubai ( [protected]@ymail.com Al Satwa Branch, Phone
No.[protected]. They are actually playing game with him, extending
dates many times and till date it is not replaced. Now they are
agreed to get it repaired even after producing your reply. Since it
is a major trouble, I don't want to get it repaired. Please issue a
warning letter showing the matter of replacement to the above
mentioned shop and replace it at the earliest to avoid any legal
formalities.

        Dear Sir/Mam,

        My phone was not working so went to Nokia service centre they told me 2600 for repairing under warranty, They say my phone is physically damage from internally, I don't know how can it happen my phone was good in condition externally. But still I don't mind but my complaint is for when I checked in other service centre of Nokia they say 1300 for repairing. Now the fact is there is huge difference in both service centre. First one is 2600 and the second one is 1300. I also contact to Nokia support care but there they people always said that my complaint is forwarded to higher department but whenever I am asking my complaint status they always said it in under process. Nobody want's to give me any ans why they people do like that, Is they think customer are fool. I hope you can understand and help me please revert me soon.

        Nokia — price difference

        we have purchased Nokia c2-02 from Poorvika Mobiles Pvt ltd,1, prakasam Road, T.Nagar, Chennai-17 on 07/01/2012 vide Invoice no.2473 IMEI: [protected]. In the Box the MRP is Rs.4289/- inclusive of all taxes, but they invoiced Rs.4400/-, when we enquired to the person Mr. Pradeep Accountant, he informed that the rate is increased, so we will sell this handset only at new rate. We cant understand how they sell the product above the rate is mentioned. action required.

          sir,
          the nokia care office in khargone district of madhya pradesh do not call the customers in order to inform that his or her mobile has been repaired and can take it.
          they don't call us ever, i always called them for getting the information about my handset that it has been repaired or not.
          i need a handset to keep my sim active but they are not cooperating. they just show that we give this facility, if this is not so then why did'nt they inform me for the loaner to keep my sim active.
          please take some strong action about this.

            i bought NOKIA E6 mobile ph. in february 2012...in just 5months ,i have been to Nokiacare almost 10 times...means twice in a month on average..the problem is sometimes with the software n sometimes in hardware(some of keys are not working). i am a woking professional n it is hard for me to visit nokiacare so frequently...eac time, they refresh my ph software n my all data is lost,which is again a big problem. last time i went to nokiacare ,RDC Gzb..n gunjan malik didnot gave me the entry slip,she said u can directly come to me n take back your phone after 40min..i said ok.i took ph back to home n checked ,but the problem was same..the very next day again,i went there n this time the head person told me, that our gmail account can be setup on ur ph,then there must be some problem with ur account as i have the problem that my account cannot be configured on my ph..
            i am just fed up of this handset n greatly hurt by the rude behavour of nokiacare,RDC Gzb staff...they didnot solved my problem n gave false excuses..
            now my ph has same problem of configuring gmail account,n Nokiacare people are saying we can't do anything for you. and mail key,calender key , contact key of my phone are not functioning...
            i have also extended the warranty of my phone,but as nokiacare people are not solving my problem what is the use of Nokiacare??
            i am just fed up of this phone n nokia care staff in RDC Gzb. i just want that my phone is replaced as soon as possible and action should be taken against Nokiacare,Rdc staff.

              This is regarding the fradulent service provided by the Nokia care center located at N0.5 GST Road, First Floor, Chrompet, Chennai -600044. I have handed my Nokia handset (5130 C Xpress music) after facing Software problems on 1st August. The Guy who attended me told that it was due to a software issue that the phone switched off often and it will cost Rs.450 + taxes to fix it. So I have agreed and at that time of handing over my phone the display was working fine. When I called upon to check on the status today(2nd August) I was informed that the phone's software was updated and the issue prevails & now they want to change the display of the phone which will cost an additional amount of Rs.1400 + taxes. Without any valid reason why they want to change the display of the phone which was working fine when I hand it over. The Job Sheet NUmber is :[protected] and the issue mentioned in the service job sheet provided to me is mentioned as "Phone restarts/reboots".

                So i want that this mobile should be immediately replaced by the NOKIA mobile company as soon as posssible....

                  My self harsha vardhan purchased nokia lumia 710 on 14/04/2012 at fone zone in nellore-524001. on 29/06/2012 i went to nokia care for update my mobile , but it was not updated. on 30th i gave my mobile at nokia care center ameerpet for update. they sent it to company and returned a replaced handset to me on 21/07/2012. Software updated but problems not solved. from 21/07/2012 i am contacting nokia support for the problems "nokia music registration problem, nokia collections, camera effects, internet not connecting, incomming audio disturbance, mobile hang", nearly i visited 10 times nokia care center for the same issue. the problem was not rectified.
                  today nokia care people took my mobile and said they are sending it again to company... But i was very much fed up with nokia phone.
                  It is waste of money and time to purchase phone.

                    Hi, I am ashish . I gave it to Nokia care on 21 July 2012. Becoz of network and mouth piece problem. And delivery date was 28 July . They told me to send it to delhi care. Not able to resolve that problem. If that's the problem then no need to open care center all over India.
                    And now I called them ..then he told me that now only they sent it to delhi...
                    So plz give me some suggestion...or consumer court contacts..Nokia customer care mail I'd.

                      i gave my nokia n603 for repair as it was hanging up, at nokia care kakinada, AP. they upgraded software and it got started. when i came home found that it was hanging up and also had network problem created from nokia care side.i again gave it to repair and it was sent to delhi.when again i went after 15 days to take it, i found that still it was hanging up and also had network problem.again they asked me to come after 10 days as it has to be sent to delhi for repair. it has been over one month and i am still waiting for the phone. i request nokia to look into the matter and kindly give me a replacement phone.
                      i have complain the manager of nokia care also i mailed nokia website but no response from them.
                      i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair(itwas not starting) they upgraded software but the problem persists.i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted &also my cell is not in goo orking condition.please help me for that.

                          I Pratap ku. Sahoo have purchased a Nokia C2-03 model on 5th Oct. 2011 from one of your channel Maa Ttraders of JAGATSINGHPUR ,in ODISHA.

                          From the day of purchased I am getting trouble like screen and network in that handset. Every time the problem arise i went to your service center. Last time the problem

                          arise on 26th July, 2011 so i walk to your near service station and they repair it and send to me on the same date. This type of problem has been arise 4 time till now. Every

                          time they are changing the software but the problem has not been sought out till now. On the very next day I get the same problem on the phone and when I complain to your Nokia Care on the matter they are misbehaving to me.

                          So what should I do now on you handset. Now it's a question mark on my mind whether I should purchase ever a NOKIA handset in future for myself and my nearest one

                          I have already gave a complain to customercare.[protected]@nokia.com on 27 Jul 2012. They didn'y reply me till now.So my humble request to you that please grant my application take a action immidiately

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am using Nokia N95 which is out of warranty. Its network is not working so I repaired & paid 1600/- to repair this on 7th June. But its camera stopped working after repairing. They said as its a electronic item so any repair activity ca cause damage. Now display is also gone within a month. I went to Nokia care & they are telling that as this is out of warranty so such damage is possible.

                          My bill no is 1903.

                          Please guide me the needful.

                          Complaint about Nokia Care (Varun Enterprises)

                          I went to Nokia care (Varun Enterprises), They denied me to repair my phone as they are claiming my phone cannot repair at the varun enterprises, I should go to some other center. After having so many questions they said our manager is not hare we cannot submit your phone without his consent.They are making us fool by saying that your phone cannot repair here, your phone is not in the warranty.

                          I want a strict action against them if you can then it is ok otherwise you can give me some other email address as im fed up now to visit there, i visited their 5 times for the same problem.

                            Hi,
                            My mobile is getting hand.I observed that From some specific time (Mon - Fri) upto afternoon 1 PM.
                            I am really frustrated because this is very uncommon problem.
                            I have 3G connection on my mobile and When after 1 PM I restart my mobile Email Exchange works then WhatsApp also works.

                            Please suggest what to do?

                            I removed WhatsApp from my mobile and its working.
                            This is only the solution I found till now.

                              Dear sir i Iftikhar hasan purchased a nokia N 8, from nokia priority guru dwara road new delhi. In the first week of apr.2011,after twenty days i face hanging problem in it,i contect to nokia priority from which i purchaded it but they reply me to go to nokia care which is beside it & the owner of both is same.when i reach there the executive reply me that cell is repaired from outside.iam shocked then i talk to the owner then owner take my cell after ten to fifteen minutes he came out the same executive now he reply that he is on mistake the cell is not repaired it has only software problem.But now my phose has same problem now i went to nokia care at laxmi nagar here the reply me the same that the cell is repaired outside so they can't do anytjimg in this way.I want to only know that nokia priority sell the repaired cell.

                                    mere naam sachin hai, mere paas nokia c7 phone hai, jo ki mujhe nokia x6 16gb ke badle mila tha lekin usme kai bar kami aayi to maine nokia care me use kai bar theek karaya aur ek bar uski side lock key kharab ho gayi to nokia care walo ne kaha ki apka handset humein delhi bhejna padega tab nokia care walo ne handset check karke delhi bhej diya aur tab 10 din baad mera hanset aaya to nokia care ne kaha ki aapka hanset tamperd hai zabki panipat nokia care ne fone pura check karke delhi bheja tha aur (iski warrenty august tak thi) lekin nokia care wale bolte hai ki agar phone mein baar baar kami aayegi to hum aapko naya handset denge lekin nokia care ne to iski bachi hui august tak ki warrenty bhi end kar di hai,Aur jab bhi mein waha jaata hoon to waha par mr.pardeep hai jo galat baate karte hai aur galiya nikalte hai, please cange my phone or warrenty.                                       I had purchased new nokia mobile model E5 datedon 11/06/2012.Mobile's headphone not worked from first day but due to my official visit at Delhi on 12/06/2012 i can not contact to nokia care center. When i come back on 17/06/2012 go to nokia care and complaint them as i facing the problem of headphone. They check the mobile and headset , and told me its working well. Then i complaint at 30303838 no that i find out from net and the attended person advise me go to nokia care again. Then on 18/06/2012 again i went there and complaint them of my head set and also second problem of not installing the applications. They had update my mobile sofware and assure me never come this problem again and keep my head set for replacement against job no 711/8.
                                      After week i went there to collect my headphone but they said it will takes two or three days more. Then i request them please make me call as well as my replaced headphone recieved by you.
                                      But they did not make me call and not pick the phone that was mentioned in job card. Thne i again went there and shocked to know it will take more days. Then i many times called on 30303838 and confirm my head phone reached at nokia care.When i go there to collect the headphone , again i shocked the colour of headphone is black but my mobile set is white crome, I refused to recieved the headphone and warn them i will go to the consumer court. Then they promised me as soon as they recieved the white headphone then replaced with my black headphone.
                                      I am again feel like fool when on 11/07/2012 my mobile phone hanged and i saw the mobile phone more than two hours it will be working, but not. Then again i call on 30303838 and told the story of my mobile phone that make mently upset because i purchased the mobile phone for using not for again and again repairing. They suggest me go to the noki care.
                                      Again i visit nokia care and feel so ashmed on me because i am again and again doing the that thing which make me upset and irritate. The employees of the nokia care passed me smile and i feel like the one fool in whole my Ludhiana city because during the replacemennt of headphone my freinds and my childs asked me about my head phone.I handed over my mobile and headphone for replacing. But they said we will replace your headphone within week and chek the mobile. They update again software or do as they know about my sick mobile.
                                      Now i called to nokia care on 25/07/2012 regarding my headphone, but they said white colour not available. Then again i called to 30303838 but attended person said that i have to contact to nokia care and they solve my problem. But the nokia care employees said no availabilty of the headphone in their stock.So again i called on 30303838 number and told them nokia care have not matched colour , please help me. The attended person giving me example that if my shoes having problem and need to replaced then if the shop keeper having not the black colour then what should i do ? I said if me need of black colour shoes then why i accept the white ? Sir really if that person close to me i will teach him how to behave and mobile phone not camparable with shoes.
                                      Now i want your positive help and after that i will file the case on nokia , nokia care and showroom. I am too much harrashed amd mently upset. Due to this three days i miss my duty.
                                      Kindly take needfull action.

                                      nokia mobile E5 — dispute set

                                      I bought a Nokia E5 on 09/12/2010, within 11 months I had problems. Since 26 th November 2011 I handed this handset in at INFOTEL SERVICES(job sheet no:...504886/1111/16).Then on 14/12/11 i went to their office but they first told me that my phone is ready.but when they handed me my set dose not worked at all..that was full dead condition.even the technisition dont under stand what happen with my phone...they tole me they send my set DELHI.....they agn diposit my phone n told me that with in 7days they will agn checked my set.bt when ever i went there or called them they first told me my set is now ok n i can collect my set...bt whenever i went there the same problem arised....It happened more than 10 to 15 time in last 3 MONTHS....Then the CENTER MANAGER ABHIJIT told me that my he will send a request to the company for changed my set n replaced me a new set ...bt after 3months harassment he provide me n SECOND HAND SET n tell us company dose not replaced my set with a new set.... even they send me sms bt when i went there they cant provide me my set as they promised me...Really, I cant explain to you how disappointed I am, that is an understatement for what I feel and to what I actually want to say about Nokia! PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!!!!! i am a student....PLEASE DO SOMTHING THAT I CAN GET A NEW SET...
                                      Nokia company not caring the customers. I had purchased so many nokia hand set but my this experience is very bad. I will told to all my friends and relatives do not buying the nokia.I planned to gathering on nokia show room and nokia care.
                                      I am upset because i waste my wourthy mony on stupid and worthless mobile phone.May be soon i filed the case .

                                        i gave my handset for repairing at the nigdi nokia care after 3-4 days they told me that the handset could not be repaire so they will replace my handset.

                                        but after 15 days they gave me a cheap handset of 3500 where my mobile costs 7500 .

                                        so for this reason i register this complain as i want my phone back or my money or a handset of same cost price .

                                        Nokia — Replacement Of Nokia Handset

                                        I V.Premkumar had purchased a mobile on[protected] vide Invoice No. VIJAY/1830 from Cell Com Retail India Pvt Ltd Vijayanagar Bangalore. The set is nokia 5310 express music. I was having some problems initially with the phone likewise, the battery goes down even though it was fully charged, then the voice reception was also not louder, so I contacted the nokia service center that is BRIGHTCAREE - #25/1, Srikanta Mahal, 1st floor, 1st cross, Sampige Road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore-560003. They took care of the problem and they replaced the old battery with a new battery. And I was using the phone after exchange of battery for a period of 15 days again the same problem persisted so again I contacted the above mentioned service center for exchange of a new set since I was not satisfied with this set. As I requested for exchange of handset they accepted my request and they provided me with an spare handset and sent my express music for an exchange. But still I didn’t get any reply from Nokia or your service center so I request u take action and see that I get a replacement of new set as earlier . I have surrendered my set on 19th May along with a copy of purchase bill I have visited your service center around 8 times but I could not understand about the attitude of Nokia or your service Technicians I request you to kindly sent me a new mobile . If Nokia delays or ignores I may have to restore to legal steps i.e., Cousumer Court for claiming the money with with all the legal and penal provisions. and I will not hesitate to go to press by publishing wide article against your Nokia India . By this I hope Nokia India is a Multi National Company your would have understand the problems and arrange for a new mobile at earliest.I think you will

                                        i'm also using a mobile ph nokia 3110c for last 3 months and it got repaired by service team several times bu the same oproblems persisting continously.
                                        I purchased my nokia phone on 13th july 2008. I have been experiencing problem from september 2008 i.e. the first time I reported Nokia Care for the same. The problem with my handset is with its joystick. The joystick has already been repaired for 6 times till date amd it is the 7th time now. I have handed over my handset to nokia care today to get it repaired. As the original warranty of my handset has expired, I asked Nokia Helpline whether my warranty would be extended because it is the same problem and 2 months have'nt passed since I got it repaired last time for the same problem, it was agreed upon. Thus I submitted my handset within warranty. The Nokia Care Center said that it would take a week's time to get it repaired.
                                        Now, since i've been facing the same problem for over 9 months I would like to know that what is the provision for me if I want to get the handset replaced. I have called Nokia Helpline for more than 5 times to report this problem but they are unable to suggest me any solution. I want my handset to be replaced because the same problem has arisen for the 7th time and it does'nt seem to me that it would ever stop.
                                        If I do not get any permanent solution to my problem even now, I would then like to file a complaint with the CONSUMER FORUM.

Then i agin took it to same nokia care centre and then they said we will fix the problem, we will send it to back office it will take a weeks time. This time they also promised to deliver the phone to me at my place. After a week a gentleman came and gave the phone to me. Again the phone was not getting recharged. I asked him to took it back and forward a request to give me the new phone. But so far i haven't hard from them.
