i gave my handset for repairing at the nigdi nokia care after 3-4 days they told me that the handset could not be repaire so they will replace my handset.

but after 15 days they gave me a cheap handset of 3500 where my mobile costs 7500 .

so for this reason i register this complain as i want my phone back or my money or a handset of same cost price .

Sir, I have purchased Nokia E-51 from a shop of Lucknow on 30/07/2008 and & i got some problem of Hanging of Mobile Applications and Battery Heatup, So i had given it to Nokia Customer Care on 30/8/2008, They asked me for 1-2 months time for reparing it.Then i have denied him for further process because i could not bear for 1-2 month without my mobile.The problem is coming in 1 month of short period, So i would like to replace it by a new one. Dear All,
I have purchased Nokia E-63 from a shop of Mumbai (Fort)on 09/03/2009 and & i got some problem of Hanging of Mobile Applications, So i had given it to Nokia Customer Care on 18/03/2009 & They told me this phone is haveing manufature fault, They asked me for for reparing it.Then i have denied him for further process because i could not bear for 8 to 10 days without my mobile. So i would like to replace it by a new one. Because i'm a service person & i can't wait. So please Kindly look into my matter & resolve my problem. Thanks.

Nokia — Replacement Of Nokia Handset

I V.Premkumar had purchased a mobile on[protected] vide Invoice No. VIJAY/1830 from Cell Com Retail India Pvt Ltd Vijayanagar Bangalore. The set is nokia 5310 express music. I was having some problems initially with the phone likewise, the battery goes down even though it was fully charged, then the voice reception was also not louder, so I contacted the nokia service center that is BRIGHTCAREE - #25/1, Srikanta Mahal, 1st floor, 1st cross, Sampige Road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore-560003. They took care of the problem and they replaced the old battery with a new battery. And I was using the phone after exchange of battery for a period of 15 days again the same problem persisted so again I contacted the above mentioned service center for exchange of a new set since I was not satisfied with this set. As I requested for exchange of handset they accepted my request and they provided me with an spare handset and sent my express music for an exchange. But still I didn’t get any reply from Nokia or your service center so I request u take action and see that I get a replacement of new set as earlier . I have surrendered my set on 19th May along with a copy of purchase bill I have visited your service center around 8 times but I could not understand about the attitude of Nokia or your service Technicians I request you to kindly sent me a new mobile . If Nokia delays or ignores I may have to restore to legal steps i.e., Cousumer Court for claiming the money with with all the legal and penal provisions. and I will not hesitate to go to press by publishing wide article against your Nokia India . By this I hope Nokia India is a Multi National Company your would have understand the problems and arrange for a new mobile at earliest.I think you will

i'm also using a mobile ph nokia 3110c for last 3 months and it got repaired by service team several times bu the same oproblems persisting continously.
I purchased my nokia phone on 13th july 2008. I have been experiencing problem from september 2008 i.e. the first time I reported Nokia Care for the same. The problem with my handset is with its joystick. The joystick has already been repaired for 6 times till date amd it is the 7th time now. I have handed over my handset to nokia care today to get it repaired. As the original warranty of my handset has expired, I asked Nokia Helpline whether my warranty would be extended because it is the same problem and 2 months have'nt passed since I got it repaired last time for the same problem, it was agreed upon. Thus I submitted my handset within warranty. The Nokia Care Center said that it would take a week's time to get it repaired.
Now, since i've been facing the same problem for over 9 months I would like to know that what is the provision for me if I want to get the handset replaced. I have called Nokia Helpline for more than 5 times to report this problem but they are unable to suggest me any solution. I want my handset to be replaced because the same problem has arisen for the 7th time and it does'nt seem to me that it would ever stop.
If I do not get any permanent solution to my problem even now, I would then like to file a complaint with the CONSUMER FORUM.

my phone had a charging problem

I took my phone for repairing at Nokia Care, (near signature Towers) Gurgaon, Haryana (India) nokia care.

i went next day but they said phone is fine, the battery needs to be replaced, so we need send it to back office and you can collect it after a week. Then i called them after a week and nokia care asked me to come to their centre and collect the battery. i collected the battery.

But next day again the phone was not getting recharged. Then i agin took it to same nokia care centre and then they said we will fix the problem, we will send it to back office it will take a weeks time. This time they also promised to deliver the phone to me at my place. After a week a gentleman came and gave the phone to me. Again the phone was not getting recharged. I asked him to took it back and forward a request to give me the new phone. But so far i haven't hard from them.

Issue Dispcreption : i had puchase Nokia E 5 handset on Oct 2010,
but after one or two month , my handset get switch off automatically ,

when i open any application like facebook , ovistore or my email id ,

hanndset switch off automatically and all application works very slowly

even though the memory card as hardly has data ,i also formated my

memory card many times ,and then i reported to NOKIA CARE IN BORIVALI

, i had visited many a times regarding with my device,But no strict

action is taken yet , there was a defeact in handset so my Original

handset has been swap from the company , But the swap handset has the

problem , VISITING NOKIA CARE , again it take 7-10 wortking days to

problme is not rectified , i Required the NEW HANDSET FROM THE NOKIA

,Becoz having the same problem again and again, i could not come every

      Hi All,

      I went to Nokia Priority, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad for checking one of the Mobile Panel. The blunder was happening was the owner of Nokia Priority insulting the costumers for Parking their Vehicle's in-front of the shop. I do not understand the Nokia Priority's Owner problem, because the customer came to Nokia Priority will be parking their Vehicles in-front of the shop. If the shop does not have any parking place please change the location and do not create problem to the customer instead.

      I do not know how the Nokia Priority Administration provides the licenses to the stupid and Rowdy fellows.

        Nokia — defective cell within warranty period is not replaced

        I have purchsed nokia 5130 express music in the month of august 2009. Since january 2010 My handset is not wrking properly and even after repeated attempts from nokia service centre they are unable to fix my handset. After every visit to srvice centre my set wrk for few hrs and then hangs up resulting in memory loss of cell.

        I have requested them to replace my set which is not entertained nor they are able to repair my handset. I am tired of running here and there which has created monetary as well as time loss to me.

        This type of behaviour is not expected from A brand name like nokia.

        I request ppl from consumer forum to help me getting justice.

        Nokia/ C-5 Mobile — Not getting proper response about my handset

        Hi,
        I had bought Nokia C-5 on 16th Aug10.
        After using around 1 month it got switched off and did not turned on. I submitted my phone to Nokia care for repairing on 01st October 2010.

        Nokia — Defective C5 Nokia handset

        Sir,

        I bought a Nokia C5-00 handset from The MobileStore Limited. 31 Chowringhee Road on 21st January 2011, vide their invoice no. 4281/1953275 for Rs.7289/-.

        I am extremely sorry to inform you that the steel plate which covers the "Right & Left Selection Key", "Call Key", "End Call" and "Scroll Bar" just popped out of the mobile hand set giving it a very ugly look. This is not expected of a new NOKIA set which is barely four months' old.

        We tried to get the set "SWAPPED" at the above mentioned Mobile Store, but unfortunately their way of dealing with a customer with grievances is absolutely disgusting. What a difference of attitude when compared to the sales talk they gave me when I purchased this set.

        I am absolutely dis-illusioned with the service provided by your dealers. But Sir, in the bargain the brand name "NOKIA" is suffering and the time will not be far when people will spread bad word for Nokia and the customers will shy away from buying this brand; and you are aware in today's competitive market there are many brands to fall back on.

        I would, therefore, request you to arrange and get my set swapped at the earliest possible convenience.

              Dear Team ,

              I had purchased Nokia handset NOKIA500. Unfortunately , the handset had an inherent problem and after repeated trips to the Nokia care and service centre the set is not working properly ( the set is hanging continiously and software reloading 10 times to be exact has still not resolved the issue.)

              Now, the service personell are also behaving in a undesired manner and are no longer responding from the last 15 days and have stopped responding.

              Requested to please resove the faulty Nokia handset issue ASAP, so that the faith in company and the BRAND.
              The handset is with your service centre Mohan Lal and Corporation, Ambala City from the last 15 days and despite repeated reminders the issue has not been resolved.

              looking forward for an early response from your end by next week, failing which i would be forced to approach the media and the legal channel. I as of now have full faith in the brand NOKIA.

              This is for your kind information that I have given my mobile phone ( model no. 7210C ) bearing IMEI no. [protected] at your service centre in Shalimar bagh ( M/s J P Associates ) which is under warranty. As per there views after checking the phone is that my mobile came with a contact of any liquid, which is absolutely a false statement as I hold the phone very carefully because I simply love NOKIA.

              As far as the service centers is concern many friends of mine has told me that when they visits regarding the problem in the phone at your service centers, they people almost charge the customers by saying Physical Damage etc. Moreover they also don?t give us cash receipt.

              My point is India has many lovers of your phone like me. Please do take care of your service centers. I have submitted the phone at your service centre on 11/9/09 with a Job sheet no.[protected]/090911/2.

              Sir actually i have given mobile repair in VARUN ENTERPRISES (WA 84 SHAKARPUR DELHI 110092) and he has given me estamite charges 28 rupees my handset is NOIKIA 1200 when he had repaired than he is askfor me 250 rupees without any information when i have told him you will have to call me than he has told me i have called you then your mobile is switch off. so please action my comment.                       Hi, I purchased Nokia C5-03 from universal. Within 15 days the touch screen stopped working. Contacted Nokia Care and they replaced the touch scrren after several followups. Even then the response of the touch screen was worst and also most of the time the handset respone was very poor. i am totally fed up with this handset. Now again the touchscreen failed. This is the worst experience. Also during every call the call will get disconnected saying "Battery low" and will switch off. But after switching on it will show battery charge is full. Nokia should be really aware of it but surprised that they havent taken any steps for these issues.

                            I have bought a Nokia C5-05 on 17th April 2012. It stopped working and the touch screen was not responding so I took to Barrackpore Nokia Customer Care. They are taking too much time and cant actually detect my phones fault. The already taken 20 days and cant be sure how much they will take. they are promising to return the set within 3 days every time I call them but they fails. I don't wish to use Nokia set any more.

                              On 1stJuly,2012 i placed an order For NOKIA E7.00 Mobile (IMEI : [protected])at Adexmart.com(Exfile Trading,Chennai) and the Product got Delived to my residence on 9th July,2012 evening.

                              I was very happy for my new Phone and started using from the same day and it was a big shock for me on 15th July,2012 evening when i was talking to somebody over mobile the signals are fluctutating in the phone and soon the Display is gone and no Functinality of Touchpad too.Same day i have sent a mail to Adexmat and they reverted on next and informed me to "please contact the nearest Nokia Care center"

                              On the same minute i went to Nokia Care Center at Jayanagar 3rd Block and spoken to the support executive about the issues with the phone and she took my mobile and requested me to wait for 15 Minutes.After 15 minutes she came back to me and requested for a bill copy of Nokia E7.00 and i gave her the original copy and she was shocked and asking me how come ur bill date is 5th July,2012 and the warranty period for your mobile will expire on 8th August,2102 and he suggested me to check with the seller why the warranty period is expering on 8thAugust,2012 for a new branded phone and to repair this phone they need 10 to 15 days as they are sending this phone to Delhi and she also informed that after this repair if any issues comes they won't take responsibility as the warranty is almost reached to final stage.


                              I requested the Lady from Nokia Care to Replace the Complete Handset as it s brand new moble phone and it got got fauls and things went wrong with in a weeks time and the lady refused to Replace the handset and she informe that Nokia will only repair and provide you or if required they will change the display.
                              After Spending 19,999/- rupees why should i use a handset who life is less then 10 days and on what garuntee that i should continue with this handset for next few years.

                              I Even requested Adexmart Team to replace the handset or pay my money back and they also refused to do that and they are telling if i want they can extend the Warranty period.

                              Need your help for the Proper Justice,i need my handset to be replaced with a brand new Nokia E7.00 or they should pay my money back.How come both of them sell a product with such faults,where it will stop functioning with in a weeks time.

                                my nokia E63 sink in water.i went to nokia care(khurja) on[protected].they told me that screen is damaged & new screen required.
                                i told them for new screen.they prepared a bill of rs 2560 & gave me SERVICE JOB SHEET & told me to receive the producton[protected].
                                on 16 i went there in the morning..i receive the product but the screen was very dull & had the whitespots all over the screen..i complained...
                                then they told me to deposit the service bill..& told me to take this phone to home & come in the next morningbut the screen will be replaced..but i refuged.
                                after that in the nextmorning they told me to come in the evening...at evening they told me to come in the next morning .....this process continues...& i did't

                                  -all inbuild ring tones are of sharukh khan's movie
                                  why do they decide we want to listen his song
                                  - there is just one nokia ring tone in buld all other are songs which i will neveruse
                                  - so iam just left with one ring tone ...to use
                                  - this is wrong
                                  -ringing volume isso low that often i don't get to know if its ringing or not
                                  ringing volume is a serious problem
                                  What Mr, Pandey has told is very correct. The ringtone option is the worst.
                                  Its the earpiece volume that's quite low. Its their in all the handsets and cannot be rectified. Some other handsets of Nokia have the same problem.

                                    I own a Nokia Handset C5-05 Which has a manufacturing defect.I purchased it on[protected] and since then its Touch Pad has been replaced 6 times but every time the same problem arises within a few days. On the 7th visit to to the Nokia Care center ( Micronas Telecom) I directly went to the center head( Miss Sunita Pangtey) but instead of adressing to our problem she made excuses and said that the touch pad of your phone has been only replaced thrice as per her records , which is absolutely wrong. As we were not been treated properly I raised the pitch of my voice but she instead of addressing to my Problem refused to repair and replace the phone as i demanded replacement and Permanent solution. She misbehaved with me and my Friend and called her staff who argued and misbehaved with me and my friend badly. It is an absolute insult and against my dignity. The customer handling there has harassed me. Kindly look in to the matter , Please help me .

                                        I had some problem in my Nokia Asha 200 handset.But recently i started to face a problem that it used to restart again and again unnecessarily. So i went to The Nokia Care service centre in KOLKATA, as they weren''t able to rectify the problem. After 2-3 days i got my phone back, but the problem wasn''t rectified and the problem still continued, so i gave it back to them and they said that they will send my mobile phone to their head office Noida. Kindly look into the matter and help me out ! My phone has been with them for the past 3 weeks and i have been facing many problems! Looking forward for a positive response from your side...

                                        I had taken a Nokia N73M in jan08 but since then had problem with the handset that it use to restart while on call frequently.I had this problem from the 3rd day of purchase itself.So I went to nokia care centre.They first formatted it and assured it will not restart again but with a week had a same problem so went to Nokia care centre again and had to go same procedure again.Then at 3rd instance they sent the handset to the nokia comapany for repair.I just got the handset after
                                        15days but still the handset restarts sometime while on call.
                                        If i go again to the company will have to go through same procedure till my warranty period is over

                                        On 25th November 2008 I buyed a Nokia 5220 XpressMusic phone.
                                        On the same day It came to my notice that the phone automatically shutdowns, it happens so frequently that I am not able to use the phone. Even while receiving calls it gets hang. On 27th I visited Nokia Care centre and complained about the problems faced. They upgraded the firmware from 4.00 to the latest 4.86 and said that "All your problems will be solved with this". But on the second day problems repeated. The gets hang in such a way that the battery needs to be removed and again connected. Even the music player library updation starts anytime.
                                        It's a kind request to Consumer forum, Please take some action against Nokia. I am not the only affected consumer when I went to care cetre there were many customers having problem in same model.
                                        Nokia should stop manufacturing the model as it is defective. I request nokia to please replace the mobile hone wtih another phone model.
                                        I have faced many problems in week. Please refund the money or give another Phone of other model number.
                                        i brought nokia N81 on 27-11-08 but it got problem it was not reading memory card(sometimes showing messages like memory card corrupted, not inserted, general system error, disk error etc). I submitteb it at nokia service centre Safviz Xperts Residency road Srinagar J&K on 25-12-08 & thay were not able to repair it so they send it to company & gave me back on 27-01-09 but the problem was still there. I am Suffering a lot Due to the problem. So tell me what the Hell i have to do now???????????? where to register the complaint now?

                                        The petitioner above named begs to submit as under I have purchased one Nokia 3110 C mobile phone being IMEI No. [protected] from M/S. Brahmaputra Electrical & Electronics situated at Nagaon; Assam on 25-08-09. That sir, the said mobile phone is a defective one, which restarts automatically. The said mobile phone was given to Nokia Care at my district for 3 times for repairing being Job Sheet Number 09120225 dated[protected], 20415 dated[protected] &[protected]/100121/33 dated[protected]. But the same restarting problem still persists, so I went to the Nokia Care situated in Sadar Thana Road, Nagaon (Assam), but they did not pay any attention to my problem and refused me to show me the proper solution.

                                        That Sir, I went through the whole web sites given in the user's manual, i.e. www.nokia.co.in & www.nokia-asia.com, but could not find out any customer care e-mail id in the above mentioned web sites. How ever I found one customer care e-mail id written over the box of my phone, i.e. [protected]@nokia.com and as such I sent one e-mail to this e-mail id with a copy to my lawyer's id i.e., [protected]@rediffmail.com ..... Unfortunately the mail sent in customer care id is bounced, but my lawyer received it. What it indicates is very clear.

                                        Under the circumstances, as stated above, it is, therefore, prayed that you may kindly be pleased to look in to the matter at your earliest.

                                        For this act of Your Honour’s kindness this petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray and thus oblige.

                                        I had purchase mobile- Nokia X3-02 in April 2011. It becomes hot at the time of charging the phone. I went to Nokia centre at Pune. They told me to update the OS (Operting System) of my phone. After updating OS, it seems that one of the function -i.e. Mail- is not working. I again went to Nokia center. They updated my phone's OS again. Theu checked the application and said "This problem is due to server problem of Nokia". Still having problem with Mail in my phone. I sent mail also about this issue. But issue is not resolved yet. I want my money back or replacement of this phone.

                                        i am saroj kumar sahoo, from bhubaneswar, orissa.my mobile model is nokia5230, my problem is, whene i buy this mobile on the date of[protected], the phone hasbeen hanged after three days.then i went to nokia priority center.and they update my phone.then i take my mobile phone in good condition.after some days, facebook software automaticaly delete from mobile.again i went to nokia priority center, there staff said to me we can't update ur phone, directly.which is in warrenty period.

                                        I Mr. Raghesh bought new Nokia E72 White (IMEI: [protected]) from Nokia Priority Dealer (Happy Creations) Calicut for Rs18,400.00 on 23rd March 2011.
                                        Just after few weeks I found dust inside the Screen and given for service. Till now I serviced 4 times and the complaint still persist. I’m not working in a dusty environment too.
                                        I’m very sad to inform you about the poor service you are providing to customers. Now I’m not ready to give the mobile for service for 5th time rather I need replacement.

                                        we had purchased a c3-01 nokia handset in Mar 2011 and till now the handset is repaired 5 times by nokia care.Now the hand set is totally defective.The applications get activated of its own.Touch screen hangs and cannot make calls.When taken to a nokia service centre at Okhla, they are saying that if you pay Rs. 2200, they will repair it as some liquid had entered in it.The handset is sparingly used and looks good and has no external damage.Never it is exposed to any liquid.It is the worst ever service we had noticed.Still under warranty and hesitate to provide the service.
                                        I had bought a Lumia 520 on 30th June. Right after a week of having purchased it, the speaker developed a loose connection.
                                        I have been to Care Centers twice. But the efforts have gone waste. I wonder what the fools sitting in the centers do?
                                        I had visited on 25th Nov and now, I need to visit again after just 14 days.
                                        Guess why. Because, when I took the phone back from the Care Center, it was &#039;in proper working condition&#039;.

                                        And I know this for sure that they will not mend it properly no matter how many times I vist. Simply beacuse they are waiting for my 6-month warranty period to end. So that they can charge money for the service.

                                        I have realized that when you are buying a Nokia product, you are actually buying yourself a whole world of problems.
                                        And at present, Nokia is all about selling 41mp cameras, and not phones that let you use them for calls and texts.

                                        Nokia is pure trash.
