I had some problem in my Nokia Lumia 800 handset after I hard resetted the phone. I took it to service center. They told me its a software problem and they will have to send it to the experts which will take 4-5 days. They finally informed me on 7th day that its been repaired and I can collect it. When i went to service center they handed over the phone to me for cross verification. I checked the phone and it was working but was'nt responsive enough. I realised that there is some memory issue so i checked the properties of the phone. Much to my dismay I found out that they have secretively replaced my handsets 512 MB Ram with 256 MB ram. When I asked them about how much RAM Lumia 800 comes with they could not find it in there product specification sheet. Finally after half an hour some how they accepted that there is some problem and kept the handset for 4-5 more days. I was totally stunned by this act of nokia service. This is cheating with your own customers thinking that a naive user will never be able to find such deficiency. I want you to take some action against such act by a company as big as Nokia.

My phone is still in warranty and still they did such cheatful act. I am totally disheartened by this NOKIA act. Please do something in this regard.

    I received a message from UK Nokia stating that i have won 215,000 pounds. The message also stated that I should send my name, phone number and email address to this email address "[protected]@hotmail.co.uk". I did exactly as instructed and I received a message from sweepstakes (it's a verification form). The message is attached with a number and each time I try to call it, it disconnects after few seconds. please what do I have to do? This is my mobile number +[protected]. I'm from Nigeria. Thank you.

      I bought this phone nokia lumia 710 with free internet plan of 1600rs on 10th of july 2012 and at the time of purchasing i want black model but they said sir try this white model and use it for two days and if you did not like then we will give you a black model of this phone nokia lumia 710 and with this phone they said that i will get free internet plan of rs 1600 and it will activate within two days after purchasing of this phone and now its been 4 days my internet plan didn't activated and now they are saying that this scheme is over since 30th of june 2012 and about black model they said that it is out of stock what should i do sir please help me out.
      Now i want my money back and want to return this phone as per the scheme of this phone of 7 days returning of didn't like the phone.


      Sir, kindly its a request that please take some action against the dealer(West Delhi district centre,janakpuri,Shop no 24 DDA Complex) and help me out.

        I am Manav Lakhina, a student, in B.tech 2nd Year!
        I bought a nokia C7 phone last year, and it is still under warranty,
        But recently i started to face a problem that it used to restart again and again unnecessarily
        So i went to The Nokia Care service centre in Noida Sector-2, and they said that they will send my mobile phone to their head office as they weren't able to rectify the problem. After one week i got my phone back, but the problem wasn't rectified and the problem still continued, so i gave it back to them,
        Today after another one week they say that the Company has declared it "LIQUID DAMAGE", while there was no such problem when they had returned the phone a week before.
        this shows their malafide intention to not replace the phone with as they are unable to rectify the problem with this set within warranty.
        Kindly look into the matter and help me out !
        My phone has been with them for the past 2 weeks and i have been facing many problems! And now they are handing back a Dead phone to me, which has been tampered by them!

        Nokia — PHONE RESTARTING

        I BOUGHT NOKIA 7210 SUPERNOVA BEFORE NINE MONTHS,MY MOBILE GAVE ME TROUBLE ON THE FOURTH MONTH ITSELF...THE TROUBLE WAS MY PHONE WAS RESTARTING PERIODICALLY.I GAVE IT TO NOKIA CARE FOR WAT THEY DID NOT EVEN CARE ABOUT IT .....I ALMOST GAVE MY MOBILE FOR REPAIRING IN NOKIA CARE REPEATEDELY AROUND SIX TIMES IT WAS USELESS,,,,THEY TOLD IT WAS SOFTWARE PROBLEM.....AS SOON MY HARDWARE(BATTERY AND HEADSET CONNECTOR) BEGAN TO REPAIR,ITS REALLY DISAPOINTING..........

          I had purchased a mobile EMEI [protected] on 7-8-2011. recently this phone started giving display problem and accordingly I contacted your Faridabad Care Centre today for rectification of the problem. The handset is still under warranty. Your Faridabad service centre after checking the phone, asked me to deposit Rs. 1300/- for repair of my mobile. They were of the opinion that the display was tampered by me. In this regard I would like to point out that this phone was never undergone any that kind of operational abuse and it was rather tenderly looked after by me. This problem, according to me, is an inherent problem which I feel needs to be investigated by NOKIA Company and request you not to simply reject it with a feeble comment that the phone was operationally abuse. I am sure you must have faced similar problem elsewhere also. Also when I was repeatedly stressing the point that the phone was not misused, your Faridabad people were not listening to me at all. This is not the question of spending Rs. 1300/- for repair, but this is absolutely a question of my integrity as it is rated as misuse of phone. If you look at the phone externally no damage is seen from outside. The display problem is clearly seen when the phone is switched on. I hope, being Nokia, a world leader in this segment and also a customer satisfaction oriented company worldwide, you will re-look into this complaint as what I mentioned above is absolutely true and the phone has never been tampered or misused by anyone, as your Faridabad people said. Since the phone is still under warranty, I trust that you will once again look into my complaint.

            I have taken cell of Nokia C2-03 on Nov 2011, after taking this mobile i am facing lots of problems in it.When i am clicking to anything, the phone is getting switch off or it is suddenly hanged up,the battry back up is also poor. When i took this to Shopkeeper and Customer care they told will format the software and again reloading software. Since few days on it is not switching on and getting heated. Then I stopped using from few days. Now the handset is completly dead. I asked to replace the set but no one is doing that , Nokia care centre people are saying to take new set from shopkeeper and the shopkeeper is saying to take it from Nokia service center. Now service center people are asking to give service charge to repair during garenty period with in one year period after taking. Please provide me the procedure to change the set and please take some action for the Nokia center people. My name is Ravi and contact no. is [protected], please give feedback as soon as possible bcoz I am feedup with ur centre and shopkeeper excuses and asking them to replace my set.

            Nokia C2 03 — failure mode and not functioning properly

            I have one Nokia c2 03 dual Sim mobile its not functioning properly. every time i operate the mobile suddenly operation failed or hanging. Several time (5times) service this mobile in authorized service center but not rectified and not proper answer. Nobody action this issue, i hate nokia products.

              We are constraint to bring to your notice the following points:


              That we have purchased a mobile phone model Nokia Lumia710 (IMEI - [protected]) for the Rs. 15250/- on 07th April 2012 which is under warranty,

              That the said phone is not working properly (overheating, voice clarity, hang problem, poor battery backup, screen sensor not working properly, * and # key not functioning, some applications not working properly) and the same was taken to Nokia Care Vaishali Ghaziabad U.P and was return to me simultaneously, after making some up gradation with an assurance that the said phone shall working properly in future.

              However the said phone encountered same problems once again and we again approach Nokia Care on[protected] that the said phone was retained by Nokia care Center again with an assurance for resolving our complaint.

              The said phone was returned to us after a good gap of 7 days, which functioned well only for a week that again the phone encountered same problems once again and we again approach Nokia Care.

              On some occasions the phone was deposited and obtained without generation of any job sheet

              That on one occasion dated[protected]Job Sheet No.[protected]/120605/22) the phone was replaced by a new similar phone.

              That regret to point out that even the new replaced phone is not functioning properly at all and I am actually losing money spent on purchase of this phone.

              That in view of the above you would agree that I have lost all the precious money and time spent on purchase of this phone and am also undergoing mental pain and agony and lot of nuisance value which is now beyond my tolerance.

              That in view of the above I call upon you to reimburse my hard earned money of Rs. 15250/- else I shall be constrained to take up this matter in the suitable court/commission/forum.

                Sir,
                I purchased mobile handset Nokia X3-02 in July 2011 The handset Worked Up to the end of warranty period after that the touch pad of the phone are not working properly. Due to some reasons i contacted Late to Nokia care center. I contacted Nokia care center on 7th July2012. Center refused to repair under warranty and ask me about replacement of touch pad and given estimate of Rs 950.
                Is it Nokia company designed this mobile to worked for warranty period only. The one week late period for warranty was not considered by company, however Nokia care taking more than one week for repair of phone.                     I purchased a new hand set nokia x2-02 on the date 21/6/2012.On 23rd i had a problem that my voice was not clearly audible to the receivers(voice crack). I gave the handset to nokia care at Man galore on 27th June..they gave me back on 30th & said now its working.But the problem was not yet eliminated so again i gave it back to the same nokia care on the same date.today is 11/07/2012 from past 14 days i have not received even a call from the Nokia care center & my cell phone too. sir i request please give me the justice.

                    Hi iam sathesh i have booked an complaint on Nokia Care(Tambaram Sanatorium) on april 28. there was a call from nokia care and i visited them on saturday (30.4.12) at 7 pm.when they contacted me in mobile they have informed me they are responsible for touch and informed me they will replaced and hand over the mobile in one hour.but when i visited them there was a very bad response from them.they gave a silly reason that water have entered into my handset but it was not a valued reason because they informed me that inside my handset it was wet and water would entered before 2 days but from my side my handset was not working around ( Two Weeks) so my mobile was in switched off condition . and they informed to change my display but my display is in good condition i have a problem in touch.As i have given the complaint to the head office they just gave me a silly reason and not even gave respect to me as a customer.I had these problem for around three times that time just they solved my problem in handset but now they dont like to consider me as the customer.
                    I was using the mobile handset of your brand for around 8 years. As the customer of Nokia for around 8 years just iam ashame to be a Customer of Nokia.I need nothing much more i need a solution for this problem i need a replacement of my Handset or just Solve my Handset.If this is happen i may be thankful to you.A Step should be taked against my problem. and one more thing Nokia Care Manager is just a supporter of the Nokia Care Employers and not for a customer they dont have a time to even speak with us.


                    I would be thankful if step has be taken .....

                      Nokia services very very useless
                      I have submitted my phone[protected] on -date- in service centre. They put that phone for 18 days and they don't do any action. I have called there 10 times but they don't want to give me any status for my phone. Then after 18 days they sent my phone to the company. And the company has void my warranty after 5 days. Now i want replacement of my phone i don't know what you have to do but i want replacement. This is unfair with me. So i can put the legal case on company. I just want solution of my problem. Now i want my device in working condition.

                        I have bought a Nokia E6 smart phone from Mobile Store on 26/10/11 with IMEI No [protected]. About 20 days back I faced with a problem of screen locking sliding switch not working properly. Being an engineer my self, I can say it is a problem of material used in the phone. I had taken it to the NOKIA CARE center in Lajpat Nagar, where they said this can't be considered under warranty and will cost Rs. 1500/- towards replacement of components and I will have to leave the phone there for a one to 2 days. I raised a complaint with NOKIA through their customer care no as well through their chat link (Chatted with Rohit), where he raised a complaint ( No. 1-[protected]) and assured that a technical person will be calling me with in 48 Hrs. I have visited different NOKIA CARE in Okhla, Dwarka, Kotla Mubarakpur for the same problem, also spoken over phone with the Karol Bagh center. The cost of the component was different in each of these NOKIA CARE centers ranging from Rs. 1500/- at Lajpat Nagar to Rs. 6850/- in Kotla Mubharakpur. I have called NOKIA Customer Care many times only to realise that they don't help the customer requiring help. NOKIA customer care executives who are approached through[protected], doesnot know the correct cost of the component. Every time the executive who come on line, say he is escalating the complaint and also confirm there is no past record of my complaint is traceable in their system. Every time they give an assurance for a call back with in 48 hours and that never happen.

                        Though it is a product quality problem and should have been covered under warranty, with bitter experience now I only want this component to be replaced at the correct cost. I seek your help in getting my grievance attended fairly.

                          I HAD BOUGHT MY NOKIA C5-03 ON 4TH JUNE 2011 SINCE THEN I AM FACING MANY PROBLEMS IN MY CELL.
                          I HAD GIVEN IT TO NOKIA CARE ALSO, AND THEY RETURN ME MY CELL AFTER 2-3 WEEKS BUT THE PROBLEMS ARE SAME.                           Ya. Actually, ths is a worst mobile frm nokia. I bought d same in septmbr and thn in a week i had problm wth memory card slot, i submitted it to nokia care... Thn nxt mnth it had problm wth screen, its tch was nt wrking...thn again i gave at nokia care..bt thn thy dint take care f ma cell and put scratches all over ma screen... Thn i had to sale it at half of the cost just within 4 mnths... :(
                          nokia now is d worst company, we used to trust... :/

                            regarding nokia services-
                            i have purchsed a new nokia c3-01 on 25 july 2011.
                            after purchsed it creats many errrors or problem like hanging ,touch problem,long vibrate,call disconneting,heating...thats why i deposited it to ncc they deposited it and didnt repair it properly and handover to me by call me.
                            and after a few days it get switch off automaticaly many times in a day and currupts aal my files...again i go to NCC they collected it and again hanover to me without repairing it...so i make a complain to head office for replacing it unless i didnot recieve it from NCC but they didnt replace it and give me a swap used phone....i only want a new phone and they handover me a old phone....please help me i am feeling cheaten and harressment.....

The nokia care give my mobile after a long period of 2 months . they returm me a n-73 mobile on exchange of n-91, which is also have display blank problem & 360 hours used . i return this to that centre on this condition . sir please help me

                            I bought a Nokia 5610 red color on May 11 2008. From the day one i was facing a memory card sensing problem. I gave it to Nokia service centre and they didnt repaired the phone and gave it back to me after 15 days. Then i submitted the phone to higher Nokia service centre in Mount Road chennai, where in they said it is un repairable and they have sent for replacement.
                            Now after 15 days when i went for getting teh replaced phone they are giving a blue color 5610 phone which i didnt like. I said i have given them red one and i want the same red color new phone. I didnt got the replaced phone.
                            The manager is now saying that only blue one available and you have to get that only. Service given by them is a worst one and they are not behaving properly to teh customer.
                            Kindly please do the needful in getting me a new red color 5610 phone.

                            Nokia — memory card eplace ment

                            i have same problem.i puchase nokia 5800 2months before.last month my mobile 8GB micoSD memory card corrupted.wendor redirected 2 nokia care near sathyam theater(the same service center). then i went to the Nokia Care Centre, they took the memoy card and said it will take 12-15 days to replace. After 15 days I called them they said it will take another 2 days...another 2 days...another 2 days... I do not know what will happen to my memory card.
                            i want to meet manager to ask my memory card status.but they are not allowed 2 meet manager.they give one number 2 contact manager.but its not work.every time redirected to voice mail.
                            i have nokia 5800 3G mobile.i can activate my mobile gprs settings.i can paid gprs rate cutter too.but i cant able to use my 5800 functionality.i can make incoming, outgoing calls only.coz i dont have external memory.intenal memory have only 70 mb.for the past 20 days, i can use my nokia 5800 like 3110.

                            Just after 5-6 days, the mobile stopped working. I had contact M/s
                            Jasmine but they refuse to attend to the complain.
                            Are your dealers are meant just to sale the product and not to provide
                            any back up service?

                            Thereafer I contacted your Nokia Care centre M/s Mania. They have
                            checked up and told me that the instrument will have to be sent to the
                            Company and it will take fiften days to get it repaired.

                            I request you to kindly provide a replacement as it seems the piece
                            has a manufacturing defect.

                            I have recently purchased a Nokia C2-03 mobile phone with the touch screen and a key pad model on 08/13/2011. I started using the phone on 08/14/2011 and on 08/16/2011 the touch screen was not responding. I tried reaching the Nokia priority center where i purchased the phone for no reasons and they in turn rerouted me to another care center, . I do not really know why the hell they asked me to visit them when they have nothing to do with the phone.

                            I visited the Nokia care centre which is in Perambur and submitted my phone. They just told me wait for their call and asked for 20 days time.

                            A phone which was bought in a Nokia priority center is working like and what assurance the company is giving its customers of their products. I preferred Nokia priority just because they take care of the issues. But having known now, its poor customer service.

                            Even Poorvika and Univercell are ready to provide replacements for using the phone more than a month. So what a customer who preferred Nokia priority is getting out of it just for using a mobile phone for 2 days and he is not getting the replacement?

                            I am paying the same amount that everyone pays for the phone and a good phone is not equivalent to this repaired phone and i cannot pay the exact amount for a flawed phone. If it is a manufacturing defect why the hell i should pay for it?

                            I want a replacement for the same else i will never ever refer my friends to the Nokia priority. I believe the promotion of a product is more dependants on customer’s satisfaction. Please have that in mind and respond to me positively.

                            My Nokia mobile 5800 (price Rs 15469 as on Nokia website), which is under warranty, was having a display related problem. I had submitted it to Nokia care center in Bangalore on 16th Aug 2011. The care center was unable to solve the problem and hence sent it to the nokia head office Delhi. I got the cellphone back on 5th Sep 2011, but within a day i got the same problem again and I resubmitted it. It was sent to the head office Delhi, I got the cell back on 17th Sep 2011, but again the same problem came again and I resubmitted it again on 19th Sep 2011 and asked for the replacement of the cellphone as it was getting repeatedly the same problem. I raised a complaint 1-[protected] and 1-[protected] via a call to nokia care helpline 30303838. I was called back on 23rd Sept 2011. They told me that they are giving C5-03 (price Rs 9319 as on Nokia website). I declined it because it is a low featured phone as compared to my 5800, and hence they gave me back the same 5800 which still had a problem. I resubmitted it again and raised a complaint 1-[protected] so as to get a replacement with a phone which has price about Rs.15000. I didn't get any call, so I raised a new complaint 1-[protected]. I was called on 6th Oct 2011, but due to some reasons I was unable to answer that call. I called the helpline 30303838 and asked about the status, but they said that I will have to wait untill 8th Oct 2011 to get a call back. Today(8th Oct 2011) when I called the helpline because I didn't get a callback which I was supposed to get, they said that I will be getting Nokia C6-00(price Rs 13089 as on Nokia website) which is a slider handset.
                            I had opted for the Nokia C6-01(price Rs 14979 as on Nokia website) in my latest complaint as it is the nearest price to 5800 (Rs.15469) and also it is a MONOBLOCK handset same as my 5800, but my request was not answered. I am not getting the value for the money which I spent on Nokia's 5800. From almost 2 months I am getting the problem related to nokia.
                            I asked for C6-01 because its price is nearest to my phone and also its a monoblock handset. I am fully happy with C6-00 because its a slider handset and also its price has a difference of about Rs.2500.
                            i had called nokia helpline[protected] times and raised 4 complaints till now.
                            Kindly help me regarding this.

                                I purchased Nokia handset, model X3 02 on 21st July 2011. The product is under 1 year warranty period. Last week, the touch function of handset got faulty and became non-functional. The handset did not fall down and neither had any physical damage. When I visited Nokia service center (Kukatpally), I was told that touch is out of stock and it will take time. When I made them realize that my warranty period is limited up to 21st July 2012 only, the service center guys insisted to take extended warranty - and to my surprise I was informed that if they do not receive the stock by 21st July, touch replacement will not be part of warranty as it out of warranty.

                                It was just ridiculous. When I am visiting Nokia well within warranty period, I should have my handset repaired. After speaking with service center manager, I got the same reply - either you take extended warranty or else keep us calling the center if we get the stock for handset touch. Now, how can anyone accept this type of service? According to them, I should keep on calling service center everyday to check if they have received the handset touch If not by 21st July, I will have to pay for it. Do I have a way out? Is it the customer service we expect from a brand like Nokia. I feel cheated in this case and am highly disappointed.

                                I purchased Nokia E-71 from abroad 6 months back. On cover Noika is claiming to give 15 Months International warranty.I got problem with its keypas, its malfunctionaing because of some reason.
                                When I reached Nokia Custome service center, i'm told that as handset is purchased from abroad it's not valid for any warranty in India.
                                My complaint is if nokia is not providing International warranty then they should not print in on their handet packings also. For me its a case of cheat.

                                Hi, Iam Ramesh Kumar from kolkata I have bought a new hand set on October 2009 (nokia 5310 - xpress music) in nokia priority kolkata citycenter dealer.. I have got the warranty of one year, Last week iam facing a problem in my phone it is displaying as "contact service" I immediately approached the dealer regarding this issue, but they simply told to report this problem to nokia care, I went nokia care, told this problem and they also took this case and promised me that they will rectify this problem and they will be give my handset after 7 days, They also gave me job sheet (job sheet no - 100619/33), First thing this was my new phone which i bought 5 months before causing problem, second things my all contacts were gone, I patiently waited for seven days and after then i called nokia customer care asking whether my phone got ready or not.. They told that this problem cannot be repaired and this will not come under warranty,So we cannot do any thing come and collect your phone anytime, which really made me dissapointment, Since i loved this model and i eagerly bought this phone, but its life time is only for five months, then what is the use of warranty , nokia care is telling its hardware problem ok what ever maybe i didn't use my phone in hard manner so far, then how this problem caused, I strongly say this was some manufacture problem.. So please consider this issue and it will very kindfull to if you help me out. I ready to produce my phone, bill with box if needed.
                                hey jus switch off the phone and then hold "*" and "3"and "call button(green)" and the on button totally 4 buttons in the given sequence hold all till the phone gets switch on.. i think ur problem will be rectified..

                                  i am sajinkumar, purchased a nokia 100..after 2 week its display got black lines.i give my phone for servicing in nokia service centre karamana trivandrum.they told me to collect the hand set aftr 2 week.aftr 2 weejk when i go to collect my phone they told me that they will inform me.till to date they do not inform or call me.when i call to service center they ask me to hold and aftr some time cut the call..this is tooo hurty behavior to a customer..

However every-time I try to uninstall this application I get a message "Unable to delete it" and then " You cant remove it. Please change the settings from the application.                                         After 5-6 months i got the problem in my handset. Using more than 1 application at a time simultaneously, the error message comes in my phone - "memory full close some application".
                                        I went to Nokia Care - SYONA SERVICES at Vashi, they said some software problem is there. They updated my cell phone and said now no problem will be there, Then also the same problem was there on using the phone.
                                        Again I went the same Nokia Care, they sent my cell phone to Head Offce, New Delhi. then i got back my cellphone after being repaired from HEAD OFFICE.
                                        After that also my problem was not solved. Again I went to same NOKIA CARE and asked for handset replacement.
                                        They said we Can't replace your handset because it is not in our hand.
                                        After that i was busy in my University Exams so couldn't take any action against it.

                                        Now also i am having the same problem, As well as there handset is much damaged . having black lines on the screen, touch pad is not working properly and many more.
                                        "My handset is on Warranty Period".
