nokia c7-00 is an disaster from nokia.i had many issue with this handset but the latest one is with wifi.my phone is not connecting to internet with wifi.i submitted my device in nokia care center and they said that it has to be sent to delhi as their is a problem in mother board and i takes a time of 15 days.......now this is a huge problem since i dont have any mobile device for 15 days and i will not be able to attend any calls for 15 days.....lost trust in nokia brand phones.....

Dear Nokia Board Members,

I would like to inform you that i have Nokia C3-01 EMI NO -[protected] PRODUCT COAD - 059B3Z8.I am facing issue with this handset. And I have connect with customer support many times but did not received any type of concrete result from there side. I have 4 service job report slip. But till now issue is not resolved. I have summated my mob in nokia care 7 times and they put my mob aprox 1 month but they are not able to resolve the issue….

I have been using Nokia mobile handsets for last10 years being a reputed company & I was having trust & faith on the same. So far I & my family members have used/are using following Nokia mobile handsets:-
Nokia-2100 B&W

Presently I am using Nokia mini-97handset which was purchased on 26.5.2010 vide cash memo no. 1032 dt.26.5.10 from KRAZY TELECOMS S-5 jayanti Market ,M.I.Road Jaipur (IMEI No.[protected]).The phone was having problems of hanging and the key guard switch became out of order just within one year of its purchasing, for which I had made online complaint on 25.4.11 and finally the handset was replaced with a new one having IMEI No.[protected] on 24.5.2011 on cost by Nokia care New Sanganer road Sodala Jaipur even when the set was in one year warranty period.Again the new set was shown problems of its touch screen not working properly within one year of its replacement & the same was brought to the notice of company'"s Nokia Care New Sanganer Road Sodala Jaipur for its repairing but the care center has denied for repairing it free of cost and demanded an amount of Rs. 2400/+ VAT for the same saying that the warranty period will be reckoned from purchasing of the original set i.e.w.r.t 26.5.10.Now it is a matter of great concern and pain that within period of less than 2 years two nos. new handsets became out of order & a handsome amount is being asked for its repairing.! As a matter of fact the other companies are selling similar functioned touch screen mobile phones in the range of Rs. 2500/- which is being demanded for replacing defective touch screen by Nokia care centers.Now being faded with so many problems faced by Nokia mini 97 phone now myself has decided not to repair this handset and to go to handset of other companies.here I also want to add that earlier my Nokia 7610 was having some problems even within its warranty period & the Nokia Care center persons refused for repairing the same by saying that liquid/water has gone inside hence the warranty is not applicable whereas the phone was never drooped in water nor damped in rains.when I asked them to repair the same on cost then they said that the phone is irreparable. At last the phone was repaired by private person on cost of Rs. 150/ only for replacing key pad IC etc.Thus it has almost been proved that the Nokia Centers are just rubbish & are just a sort of cheating with the public.
At the last but not the least I again request to get repaired or replaced my Nokia mini 97 handset having IMEI No.[protected] free of cost for better relationship otherwise I have compelled to go to shelter of consumer courts or otherwise for which company will be fully responsible.

sir, i had bought nokia x2-02 from mobile store, dehradun on 12 june 2012. from the first day i bought there was some problem with the display(some line shakes for 1-2 sec). i thought it was due to my memory card or there is some software problem but on 25 june 2012 the display become completely black. i had gone to nokia care dehradun and they checked it. after checking they told me that your usb port of your mobile is broken from inside and your set is now out of warranty. it will cost rs 3000 to repair and cost of set is 3500rs. but neither my cell has fallen nor any liquid had gone in to my cell. that's not my fault i told them how can i break my port from inside but they are nor beleiving me. after that i had gone to the shop from where i bought my handset but he is also not taking the responsiblity. so tell me where should i go it's only 15 day i bought my handset.

I own a Nokia Handset C5-05 which has a manufacturing defect.I purchased it on[protected] and since then its Touch has been replaced 6 times but every time the same problem arises within a few days. On the 7th visit I directly went to the centre head( Miss Sunita) but instead of adressing to our problem she made excuses and said that the touch pad of your phone has been only replaced thrice as per her records , which is absolutely wrong. As we were not been treated properly I raised the pitch of my voice but she instead of handling to my Problem refused to repair and replace the phone as i demanded replacement and Permanent solution. She misbehaved with me and my Friend who is a girl and called her staff who argued with me and ill treated me and my friend badly. It is an absolute insult and against my dignity. The customer handling procedure there has harressed me. Kindly look in to the matter , please help me .

My daughter lost my Mobile cell in her college librarey viz.Gayatri Vidya parishad,Madhurawada. Still no improvement in her college in loacte the mobile set. We have locked the sims. We have also lodged the complaint on Madhurwada Police Station. They have not given the acknowledgement. I am receiving the calls from some unknown numbers. The Nokia E5-00 Mobile Phone has the below manufacturing defects.

1. Ear Phone is dead or inactive while making a call even it is connected.
2. System hangs frequently, where options through keys will not work.
3. System restarts frequently.
4. Many times ear phone will be dead and loud speaker may work.
5. Many times both the ear phone and loudspeaker fails to work.

This happens to Nokia E5-00 mobile phones.

Hence, Nokia India Company should replace all the Nokia E5-00 model phones with a defect free phone towards all customers, whoever purchased Nokia E5-00.

Dear sir i brought nokia lumia710 from local vendor its not been even 1 month, I occurred a problem of calling. Actually when use headphone for calling any no. Or via any headphone the voice come very bad and it don't get decrease and increase. I brought one Nokia Lumia 710 from Delhi in Rs. 15000/- one month back, but its came into my notice that the mobile set is not connecting with the PC for internet. Hence I approached to Nokia Care at Bellary and deposited my mobile set for repair on 5/6/2012. I had purchased a New Nokia C5-03 mobile phone from Big Bazaar Palakkad on 2nd March 2012..for Rs.8302/-..
I regret to inform you that my phone Touch stopped working from 14th April 2012...
I had approached the dealer regarding this and then he informed that we had to go to the nearest Nokia Care center and they shall rectify the problem..

The cross checked the mobile phone and the informed that the will have to update the Software and again if the problem continues then I will have to change the Touch sensibility...which is chargeable...were as my phone has Warranty & is also Insured .......

When I call the Care Center the inform that the screen has been ordered to the Nokia Company .........
I did not except such a result from a reputed company Like NOKIA which is well known world wide............

i have the bill worth 250Rs. warranty period written for 3 months.
First battery was working for 3 hours only hence i returned that battery on21/06/2012 given another one ( i am out of station hence some time delay existed, to return the battery). The second battery working for 6 hours only again I returned the battery to shop owner on 26/06/12 every time he was giving used batteries (there is no any seal packs for battery). He was saying that if the battery was working for 1 hour means it is lot, i surprised. That means it is duplicate battery and used batteries are replacing from his carton. i asked him to give original one saying he doest have. At last i told him that i am putting this in consumer compliant. he was replying yes Shure that means he was very strong in black market in like duplicate batteries and expired batteries.

however i am foolishly loosed amount of battery,
Respected sir i request you to please give a punishment to any one dealers so that other dealers also realised to produce the quality market in yanam. in entire yanam site most of the things are selling duplicate things as original.

Query:

How can the Phone IC get damage without damaging the phone. According to Dot Net Solution Nokia Care Center the IC has no hard damage.
Can anybody please tell me what is the definition of damage. If an IC is getting damage without any hard damage to the cell phone. If it so, it simply means that the Body which they (Nokia) are providing on the cell phone is weak.

I was told that the phone has liquid damage and was given a commitment that the it will be repaired and given to me by 19/06/12. When I visited them on 19th, they asked me to come on 21/06/12 as the phone was not repaired.When i went there on 21st,they said it will be given on 23/06/12 for sure.When I visited on 23/06/12,they have asked me to come on 25/06/12.

1. Why is Nokia palying this game with a customer?
2. Why cannot they commit a firm date and time?
3. Why cannot they call me up and inform me if they failed to keep their previous commitment?
4. Who will compensate for the time and money I am spending on following up for my phone and the harassment I am undergoing for no fault of mine?

Please find out and respond to me complaint immediately,failing which I have to lodge a complaint with the MD of Nokia India and also the Consumer Court for their extremely poor and pathetic, third rate after sales service and also publish the same in newspapers & TV.
