I bought a N500 Cell Phone on 14th May 2012 from Planet 'N' Nokia at chettikulam Junction, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, India. The phone failed to work 3 times with in a month. I took the same to the Authorised Nokia Service Centre, they got it and repaired, no receipt was given to me regarding this. On 8th June 2012 the phone failed to work again for the 4th time and I took it to the service centre again. The service engineer misbehaved and abused me in voulgar languages and refused to give back the phone and sent me out. I lodged a complaint to the local police station and I got back the phone. The phone is still having the same problem and i am not able to use the phone. kindly take necessary action to replace a new phone and take necessary action for the misbehaviour of the service engineer. I am expecting a favourable reply.

        I have purchased a handset (ASHA 200) from NOKIA Priority Centre of Gariahat Branch in the month of February 2012. In the month of May,2012 my handset suddenly switched off though the battery is full. Anyway I have been to your service centre INFOTEL SERVICES, 1, Ekdalia Road, Kolkata - 700 019 for couple of times. Service centre executives told me that it was a minor software problem and it will be solved. But after visiting the service centre for 2 days they told me that I have to deposit the set as it was a hardware problem. I have deposited the set to them on 1st June, 2012 as per their suggestion. Yesterday, I have been asked over phone to collect the set but as I reached to your centre, I came to know that it will take another 2 days as it has been sent to Head office. I donot know how this type of harrasment has been made by a NOKIA service centre executives. My mobile no is [protected].
        There are several cases of similar type. I am also a victim of NOKIA - ASHA 200 PURCHASED FROM LUCKNOW WHICH IS DEFECTIVE AND INSTEAD OF GIVING ATTENTION TO MY COMPLAINT - DEFECT IN THE MOBILE OTHER IRRELEVANT ISSUES ARE BEING RAISED BY NOKIA SERVICE PERSONS AND THE MAIN DEFECT IS BEING IGNORED.

        NOKIA IS WORST COMPANY ONLY INTERESTED IN MAKING FALSE CLAIMS AND SELLING THEIR PRODUCTS FOR MAKING MONEY

          Hi,

          I purchased a NOKIA E5 and within couple of months the ear piece stopped working.
          Went to Nokia store and they said its a software Issue and they updated stuff and said it will work. It worked for 1 week and again same Issue.
          Went again to Nokia store , this time they changed ear piece and said it will work. It worked for 1 week, again same Issue.
          Went again and this time they said they will send to Nokia Delhi HeadOffice , they returned my phone after 1 week and that Issue got resolved.

          Now I have a problem with Battery Backup , phone is within warranty. Issue is it charges for 10 minutes and says battery full , once removed from power socket says battery empty and turns off.
          Went to Nokia store and they said its a software Issue and they updated stuff and said it will work. It worked for 1 week and again same Issue.
          Went again to Nokia store , they cleaned the mother board and said Issue resolved. Am facing same Issue again with in a week.
          I ask them to send to delhi but they say we monitored and its working. I think I need to sit there in their office for couple of hours to demo them the Issue am facing.

          Service desk guy says they are aware of the Issues I mentioned and is a known Issues. I did google and I see loads of people complaining about this Issue. Still I do not know why NOKIA is not replacing my phone or giving back my cash.

          Am not sure how many times will I need to go to NOKIA Store for this phone.
          The support people are rude , very disappointed with the product and support/service.

          DO NOT BUY ANY HIGH END NOKIA MOBILE.

              In my handset Nokia C5,the problem was that the touch pad was not working. It was 3day of purchase when the problem started.So i went to the mobile shop(Capital Electronics,Ultodanga,kolkata) from where i took the mobile.But they said that they cal replace the mobile if and only if nokia service centre says them to do so. I immediately took the handset to Nokia care center (girishpark,kolkata)) .But they said that they cann't say to replace,the company ,nokia dosen't permit that and they took the handset for 10days and when they gave it back it was working properly.They told that a new touch panel had been incorporated to it so it will work properly.But after 15 days,now i am facing the same problem.what should i do now? Should they replace my handset with new one?please help me out.i have paid Rs.6050/- for that handset.How can we expect this kind of service from a popular company like NOKIA!!!

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have purchased a nokia C3-01 handset on 26-June-2011.
                  I have encountered a touch problem in this phone within 3 months.

                  For the same, I have communicated Nokia Care Centre and came to know, there is a problem with this handset.
                  So, my touch screen of phone got replaced.
                  Again after some time, I have encountered similar problem, and got my touch replaced.
                  Also, I have extended my warranty with extra payment of 500 Rs.
                  This problem recurring, after that my whole system was replaced with new IMEI no. 357019/04/951243/6.

                  Now, Still there is a problem with this handset touch.
                  This should be replaced from your side or get me new phone of similar range.
                  This is not at all convincible effort from your side.

                    i purchased nokia n97 mini from ezone pimpri pune few months back. bt when i went to nokia service center for repair under warranty i was told that mycell was registered one year back so my cell does not come under warranty.
                    since i purchased pack piece phone recently so there is no chance of it getting registered after inquiring Ezone and many nokia care center i was told to mail nokia cistmer care but again i was replied stating nokia policies rules and regulation etc and my issue was not resolved at all.......................so plz register my compliant and direct for further actions....
                    Sir/Mam,
                    I purchased a Nokia X3-02 phone last year from my local Nokia priority dealer on 4th of April 2011. They gave me 1 year manufacturer warranty. But now when i check my warranty online on Nokia site, it shows that my device is out of warranty period as on 2nd April. My phone is not working properly and i reported the threat thrice at the Nokia care center, but same problem occurs again and again.

                      I had bought a brand new Nokia C5 handset. IMEI: 359345/03/9983202/4
                      I downloaded a "voice package" from Nokia website. After installing the software the phone didnt START.

                      I took the phone the Nokia service centre. They flashed the phone. It still didnt work. And they said that the phone cant be repaired now.
                      This means that Nokia website provided corrupt software on their website. And they are not resolving the issue. I cant trusted this brand anymore.

                      I concluded: NEVER BUY NOKIA.

                      I agree totally with you. Nokia will NEVER replace your handset (not even parts unless you are ready to pay) even if it has a genuine manufaturing defect. If you call Nokia Care (yes, the word "Care" in the name sounds ridiculous), they will sweet talk to you, but if you really insist, they will tell that they have a "No replacement / No Refund" policy. If at all they agree to replace parts, they will fleece you citing stupid things like "Screen not covered under warranty", "Sweat / Dirt has gone inside", "Keypad warranty is not supported" etc. Bottom line is: NEVER BUY A NOKIA DEVICE!

                        I want to stop nokia life tools messages.I contacted airtel they said they cannot deactivate the service. Nokia customer care when called they said they will deactivate the services, I get 2 message in a day for Nokia life tools astrology,and 2 message for every 10 days that is nokia life tools exam tips saying you have been charged 10.Rs for 10 days..
                        My nokia C2-00 Dual sim mobile life tools menu doesnt have deactivate option which is mentioned in Airtel web site.(which is contradictory to what airtel call centre said that they cant deactivate the life tool service).
                        Please help, all my money is getting wasted in the name of life tools activation and by calling customer care for deactivation of service and it will never ever happens. Too many messages of life tools flowing in my mobile is really annoying. I am very much dist-rubbed with the life tools feel like throwing my handset and disconnecting the Airtel connection in which the life tool service has been activated.i hope You understand the customer need and help me out soliving the problem

                          Hi,

                          I have Nokia C2-03. In my phone it has some touching problem without any reason and I shown it to customer care center near to my office at shadipur. After one and half hours waiting time, when i asked for my phone, they told me that you will be getting it in three days of time due to the change of part. I said okay but it should tell me when it was checked within 10 minutes after submission.

                          Then after three days, means today I was there to collect the phone as per given time and results were same. Nokia guys, your company is sinking not because of your phones but due to your services which has been deal by uneducated and untrained school students not by professionals. You have lot of money to pay them but I dont have so much time and money to waste on another phone. Shocking news for me is about my phone which is same condition and i was told that its working properly.

                          Your guys are wasting the time.

                              Im Akhil aravind. I recently bought a bluetooth headphone via rediff shopping from seller CIRCONIA. they ve sent me a defective product. Main thing is my headphone is not getting charged. its control panel was broken. i saw one more similar compliant same as mine against CIRCONIA bout same product. i hope you ll take necessary action against the vendor for providing defective product to the customer.

                                I bought a Nokia 710 about a month back, they asked me to upgrade. The software as the New. version was available, after getting the handset upgraded, I starters Facing problem my handset use to restart every 3 to 4 hour no matter what you are doing talking, chatting, surfing. It will restart I submit. The hand set at the Nokia store and the kept it for a couple if days for observation, they upgraded the software. And assured that it will work properly. As soon as I start downloading from the market place the phone is facing the same problem it , restarts every time I try opening a file. this is the most ugliest handset Nokia. Has ever produce I am sick of the handset. Can U suggest me some thing. Or U want me to put this hand set in the recycle bin... I am using Nokia. Handsets from last 12 years but the is the last one... Please. Reply back at my e-mail. [protected]@ yahoo.co.in... Thanks

                                  bought Lumia 710 on April 15, 2012, it was having problem of slow internet and network fluctuation so I complained it thrice to the nokia care but its still not resolved and they put scratches on my phone screen too. When I told them to replace my phone with a new one they refused that. So all these are very embarrassing. Now I'm planning to put it in consumer court. Because now I want only new phone nothing else.

                                    Subject: Complaint against Nokia Care Center Supreame Electronics, 349, shopping center, gumanpura, kota rajasthan for harassment and misguidance to the customer

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am Manish Rathore student by profession bought new cell Nokia C3-01 on[protected]monday at 12.pm) . From the day of purchase it has the problem of network and it automatically switch off randomly and network problem touch problem, heating and vibrate for a long period sometimes.

                                    so i go to NCC they collected my cell and told that when will your cell complete we will inform you on phone and you just collect your cell from here.when i go to NCC after they called me i found that there is more problem in my cell now so i complained to NCC employee she said that plese leave your cell again i will call you when it will repair. after three days a they called me for collecting my cell.so i goto NCC and collect my cell when i came to my house i charged my cell as i pluged it it started vibration for more then two minute and got heating.i go to NCC and deposit it agian and said that please replace my cell ASAP. but they didnot replace it and call me after one hour since i deposited and says that please collect your cell it is ok.

                                    I am really feeling harassment as if I have done a crime to buy a world best trusted Nokia Phone.

                                    Now, I want to complaint against both the Supreme electronics and Nokia Care who are misguiding the customer and harassing the customer. Finally I would request to get my phone replaced as early as possible so that the customers trust over world best cell phone company is not breached.




                                    Now I feel cheated and perturbed by buying a Nokia Phone C3-01 which is not replaced till now. I want my phone to be replaced as soon as possible.



                                    I will be waiting for your early response and acknowledgement of my mail.

                                    Your early action regarding the complaint will be highly appreciable. If the Nokia Customer Grievance cell does not reply so I request the concern Consumer Right agencies to please look into this matter and help the customer.

                                      I had purchased nokia c3-01 mobile handset on[protected] and renewed its warranty on[protected]. In the first year itself i had given it to nokia care three to four times for repairing. Now once again i was facing the problem with its touch screen that it was not responding frequently, even after touching the screen some other app. was opening, with this problem i visited nokia care at jagat form in greater noida and they told me that the screen has been broken and u will have to pay rs.2000/- appx. for servicing. I agreed and submitted my handset on[protected] just because i have no other option. They had asked me to contact them within 7-10 . I had called them 4-5 times but everytime they r saying that it will take a week more. One other thing that is knocking my mind again and again is if the screen is broken by my mistake there must a single scratch on it or a rainbow design must be occuring on the screen, but there was nothing.

                                      I just want to ask a question from nokia that what is happening with nokia services, since we r using nokia handsets from last 15yrs. but now we are sorry to say......

                                        Nokia Mobile C2 - 03 — TOUCH SCREEN NOT WORKING

                                        I had purchased the new Nokia Mobile Handset (C2-03), after 15 days, touch screen not working properly, i am touching any menu on left side of screen not working, and right side of screen is working properly, so my mobile is useless due to this problem, because no other option or any key for use this mobile
