i am using NOKIA handset 5233 and last three times we are facing problem in hand set display when we put a charger in handset his display not working and today i have reached ur services center in AMBALA and given my hand set to repair ..they asked his ICU is damaged and not working.and i[censored] want ro repaire u want to pay 1300 amount for this ..already given this set for aprail month for same problem .on this time they resolve the problem and not asked about her icu damaged ..set imei number 358614/04/579254/2 ..kindly look in to this matter and help to getting runing this mobile.........my mobile number [protected]

    I have NOKIA mobile phone 3110c IMEI NO [protected] out of warranty. Problem with my phone is that its battery is not charging but battery charging indicator shows charging.I deposited my set at NOKIA CARE Centre (NCC) Utkarsh Technologies Aligarh on dated 16-5-12.It phoned me to take delivery of set on 21-5-12. It handed over my set saying its OK.But to my dismay Ifound that mini usb port cover &side of cabinet was broken. Set was also not ok; problem was same.Next I reported them about it.They said that the set will be sent to company for repairs & same will be delivered after 15 days. Job sheet number[protected]/120522/13 dated 22-5-12.After 15 days when I went to take delivery. to my dismay I found that they have done nothing &set was same like that before.Now they are saying that the set was like that only with broken cabinet.My phone is still not ok. Please help.

    Nokia mobile phone 3110c — poor software

    Hi,

    I had purchased a Nokia phone 3110c couple of years back which now realized me that I really made a mistake buying it, reason been that whenever I surf internet through this phone it gets broken down due to bad software support.Firstly it was repaired after 4 months since it was purchased at your service centre located at Lajpat Nagar New Delhi,under the warranty period then it had the same problem and got repaired right after 2 months at the same place at my expenses, now this is the third time that same thing has occured in it and needs to be repaired once again.
    so,now I want you to do something about it because this time I'm not gonna pay you anythig to either get it repaired or replace it since it's an inbuilt software problem, therefore I urge you to fix it as soon as possible...

        I am using E72 for around 2 years at Jaipur India. The only problem that this phone has is "Memory Full", so you cannot run any good applications on it. I had to uninstall many of the good applications which I would love to use. Now I am only using it as a simple phone, not like some smart phone, I think its not a smartphone category phone, as the ram available is only 40-45 MB executable RAM only.

        Recently when I saw the update alert on my NOKIA Suite that latest update version 091.003 is available for E72 I had a great joy, because I was using 081.003 that time and I thought that I will be able to enjoy lot more of features there. After I downloaded and installed the latest software update version 091.003 from NOKIA Suite to my Nokia E72 phone, it started giving problems. I am now facing problem in syncing my phone contacts with NOKIA Suite which is not happening now, the error code:[protected]d5e000a.

        I visited 2 Nokia Customer Care Centres in Jaipur in this hot summer and both declined to update and correct my phone as they do not have latest software version of 091.003. They said that they have only 081.003 which is before the 091.003 the version is not available for India at present. If software version of 091.003 for Nokia E72 is not available with NOKIA Customer Centres in India, then why it is available on NOKIA Suite to download for Indian users? Who is responsible for creating all the problems to the Nokia mobile users?

        I am in a fix now, and I can not understand that how to correct my problem of Nokia E72, as already it has got too much problems and now due to this problem I am totally lost.

        What is the solution for abovementioned problem of not syncing of Phone contacts with NOKIA Suite? Please reply urgently on [protected]@gmail.com

          Hello Sir,
          I went for mine mobile's touch pad replacement at the Nokia Care in Gariahat. It is in warranty period although they are asking me to pay Rs 1800, for its replacement. It is not damaged by me nor fell down. Even though they are asking me to pay Rs 1800. I cannot use my phone.Please do something to help me....

                From the very first day of purchase I had been coming across to software issues in this set and its not even been 6 months my phone's outgoing speaker had stopped working. If this damage would have been purposely or due to consumers mishandling then damage would have been more than this, now when I have been to the customer care they are saying I need to pay another Rs. 550 to replace the speaker. Its not even been 6 months I had used this product and I need to pay 5.5% of the purchase price again. Please give worth to the consumers money.

                Very disappointed from the Nokia Products first time in my life!

                  My original display of nokia E-72 got cracked , the phone is still new, i brought an original display from nokia priority by spending Rs.2000 . it's original screen was transflective which was specially designed to see even in sunlight , but the new original display is very dull & is not as bright as the 1st one , it gets almost blank in sunlight & is blakish with dull & low colours even at full screen brightness, the nokia people say that now you cannot get the display similar to the one which u got when u purchased the device , if i am paying money then i should get the original display like the previous one ,
                  Nokia is such a big company & it gives this stupid reason that in every device when the original display gets damaged then the other one will be a litter low functioning compared 2 the real one, i changed the display 4-5 times , all pieces are the same & they say that nokia company has sent this lot so u'll get this type of display only, this is crap. the new display that i purchased from nokia priority of Rs. 2000 is worse than nokia E-5 's display
                  now what do i do with my E-72 , keep it as a show piece ?
                  every time i contact nokia through call or email ,they give a stupid reply of taking my device to nokia centre & they will assist you to their best & when i go 2 any nokia care 4 new display every where there's this crap blakish display available , the new so called original display looks like the display of some black & white phone , this is my last nokia phone , if it cannot keep it's customers happy & cannot provide original product then what's the use of such costly device , now my phone is no more than a Rs. 5000 phone without it's original display
                  can anybody suggest anything ? or should i throw the device as no 1 will purchase it even in 6000 even if it's in warranty because of its dull display

                    I Mr. Rupak Kanti Das , residing in siliguri , purchased Nokia E 63 handset on the month of July 2011, I want to install Ovi suite to my handset for which I visited the Nokia care service centre at Guwahati (Assam) 29/05/2012 updated the software but it was old version they installed , where as I wanted to update the new version software , so yesterday i.e on 01/06/2012 , I visited the Nokia care service centre , where one of the Nokia representative behaved rudely and disagree to update the software saying that the warranty period has expired , on which I saw her the bill where it was clearly mention that the warranty period is for one year i.e up to July 2012 , she has also given me in written that she is not updating software because my handset is not under warranty period , I am sending scan copy along with this mail for your concern . I also spoke to Nokia customer care , they also spoke to her/him and ask to update it but still she refused , on which customer care told me to mail a complain letter to contactcentre.[protected]@nokia.com , my interaction no was[protected]/06/2012).
                    So, now I would ask you to take some appropriate action and also I would like to state that the concern person should compensate/apologize to me, because I have waste my whole day because of that lady who spoiled my precious time . I had lot of work that day but anyhow I take out my time for this work and as a result nothing I got positively.
                    Hope, you will take some positive steps so that no others suffers in future as I did .

                    E63 — Poor customer service at Nokia care

                    This is with reference to the Nokia E 63 handset I am using in which I am facing the problem of Battery backup, when I visited Nokia care, they kept my cellphone for 1 day and confirm that the same get repaired. Again after 2 days I visited them with the same query and again they my mail kept my cellphone for 2 days and confirm that the same is now repaired. Now again, I visited them with the same complaint and now its more than a month and complaint is not yet resolved. But I received the complaint no twice from Nokia. Service request number 1-[protected] , Your case ID is 1-[protected].

                    Let me share that these complaint numbers are of no use until the complaint get resolved.

                      Nokia — poor handset performance

                      Dear Sir,


                      I would like to bring your attention to my problems, which I regret.

                      That I bought Mobile "Nokia 5300" from M/s. Richa Electronics, Renukoot,
                      Dist. Sonebhadra U.P. cash receipt No. 4 Serial No. 180 dated 20.05.2008.
                      After nine months I feel it`s speaker & receiver are not working properly.
                      Due to which I approached to your Nokia Service Station 5 times, Where it was under
                      repair for a week, there after it`s service was not good enough and within
                      few days it again creating the same problem and I again approached to the
                      said service center but the problem has not yet been sorted out. In this
                      connection all the details are enclosed here for your perusal.
                      these people don't know how to behave with customer

                      Since the warranty period is up to 16th May 2009, Therefore, it is
                      necessary for me to approach to your goodself for the necessary
                      rectification.

                      In this connection I wish to inform you that if I am not getting any
                      appropriate and satisfactorily response from you then I have no way but to
                      approach to consumer`s forum for justice.

                      I hope I am receiving satisfactorily solution of my problem with in
                      stipulated time. That is 12th May 2009.

                      Nokia — Poor performance of Handset

                      This is regarding my complaint against NOKIA handset X5-01 posted earlier as http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/poor-performance-c628171.html.

                      But no action has been taken by NOKIA till now. They just sent a mail for my contact details. I have mailed them so many times but did not get any reply. Only once they just mailed that someone will contact you soon. But no one did.
                      The performance of phone is still worse.
                      I am really repenting why i trusted and bought NOKIA brand phone. I could have opted any other brand.
                      I would never prefer anyone to buy any model of NOKIA phone. It’s really not trustworthy

                        Again one more complaint of poor service from NOKIA..
                        I have given my mobile C2-03 with a complaint of touch screen on 28th May 2012 in Trivandrum.NOKIA CARE CENTRE, Karamana.
                        I expected to get back my mobile within 24 hrs.after the service but since today, 2nd of June, I got no positive response. The local NOKIA CARE centre in Trivandrum is Bright Mobile Care. They are waiting for spares to get the mobile repaired and again I have to wait for another week.I am not blaming the Franchisee for the delayed service, but my question is
                        WHY NOKIA IS NOT PROVIDING SUFFICIENT SUPPORT TO CARE CENTRES??
                        It is needless to say that mobile is an essential equipment for todays life and no one can tolerate the service delay of more than 24 hrs.
                        If NOKIA IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE WITHIN 24 HRS. THEY HAVE TO GIVE REPLACEMENT WITH OUT ASKING QUESTIONS.
                        I am much concerned about the service by NOKIA CARE CENTRE and my humble request is to take care to service the equipment within 24 hrs. failing to do this will make a tarnished image to NOKIA.

                            I would like to bring to your notice the horrible experience I had with the much touted Nokia Lumia device. I purchased this Nokia Lumia 710 device from one of the Nokia priority shops at Marathahalli, Bangalore on 13 April 2012. For the THIRD time, I returned my Lumia smart phone for repeat issues - the phone has stopped connecting to 3G, poor audio / call quality (distorted voice), heating issues, screen flickering, getting switched off automatically sometimes. I have asked for a replacement, but Nokia is refusing that and asking me to take the same phone which they say is repaired.

                            I have submitted the phone to Nokia Care at Marathahalli for the THIRD time on 13 May 2012.You may find the details below:

                            You can see three complaint numbers for the same issue. What they do is to open a new complaint instead of re-opening the old one so that they won't beach the SLA. But the issue will still remain UNRESOLVED.

                            I have contacted [protected]@ovi.com. Their standard reply is:
                            "We have forwarded your concern to the team. Someone will connect with you soon regarding the same.". This "someone" from their team rarely calls you and if you are one of the privileged to get their call (mostly YOU will call them out of your frustration), the trained call centre executive will try to soothe you and give the standard response, but your issue will not get resolved. After a while, you realise that they are all conning against you.

                            I have also contacted many people who had issues with their Nokia devices and NONE of them were happy with Nokia Care. They just want to fleece the customer even if the product is well within warranty period citing stupid, unbelieveable excuses such as "sweat went inside, no warranty for keyboard / battery, screen is not covered under warranty etc.".

                            The bottom line is: - You will NEVER get any replacement, however genuine the issue be. The better option is to fight it out legally in a consumer court.

                            The best option is:
                            NEVER BUY A NOKIA DEVICE. PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.

                              i've purchased a nokia c5-05 on january 2012. it was working fine untill 18th may 2012 when suddenly the screen went blank and the phone was not responding. i reported the problem to our nearest nokia care in bhringi durgapur. they replaced the mobile screen with a new one. but again on 21st may 2012 the same problem arises. i again reported the problem to the same nokia care but this time they rejected my guarantee saying the mobile has liquid damage but within 2 days how can the same problem arise by liquid problem. plzzz look into the matter and try to solve it as soon as possible

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have purchased a brand new Nokia handset on 02.05.2012. After a single day its FM/ Radio , Bluetooth is not working , i have given my handset to Nokia Care in Pune ( Shree Communication , Nal Stop Pune ) . They kept my phone for three days and after that give it to me and told that its ok now but its not working again.

                                Please do the corrective action .

                                I have purchased Nokia C2-03 and it has been over 15 days. but form the first day it is getting hang continuously at time of sms received or send. It is the worst phone. it is getting restart many time in a day equal to sms received. I am very tired and it is irritating me every moment.

                                It is my First Nokia Cell and first experience with Nokia. after using it i have been disconnecting with people it is 100% truth because whenever i received any massage it get hang and restart which is very irritable.

                                  I bought Nokia E5 exactly an year ago (i.e. in May 2011). Within the first month, few of the apps on my mobile crashed. I sought help from Nokia Care in Gurgaon, and upon diagnosis by the engineers there I was told that my phone requires software updation. Post this updation, the phone worked well for almost a month and after that it started giving problem with the battery (i.e. even if my phone is fully charged, suddenly in the middle of the conversation that phone will turn off saying that battery is empty. To which the only resolution is to switch on the phone again, and again dial in the number of the person to whom i was talking to).

                                  In the month of August 2011, I again went to Nokia Care. They kept my phone with them for almost 4 weeks, and after that they returned it back by saying that the phone had some serious problem and now the entire hardware/software of the phone has been replaced and it is almost like a new phone. I had no other option than to rely on the assurance I was given by Nokia Care Gurgaon. To my surprise, I found the same problem in my phone started repeating within a month's time. I ignored it for a while, and then again went to Nokia Care in January.

                                  Upon inspection, Nokia Care's manager told me that my phone's battery need to be replace. I paid close to 3800 bucks and got the battery replace. Came back home, and realized within 2 days that even with the new battery the same problem persisted. Went back to Nokia Care. Asked for reimbursement by demonstrating that the phone still had the same problem. Got my money back. However, when I asked for the replacement of the phone (cos the phone was still under warranty) the manager said that replacement is not in their hands. I asked for more clarity on the warranty policy. Didnt receive any assuring response. Nokia Care again kept my phone in their custody for 3 weeks, and gave back the phone to me by saying that the phone is okey now. I asked them - What is wrong with my phone ? They gave no explanation. Even on the job sheet i put this remark against my signature that nobody explained to me the problem with my phone and the resolution that has been put in place. Came back home. Within 3 weeks, again the same problem came back.

                                  I know that today when i am writing this text here my phone probably would have expired its one year warranty by 2-3 weeks. However, if Nokia really is serious about customer service then they should probably look at the feedback that i wrote on those job sheets whenever I approached Nokia Care for a resolution. Is anybody out there hearing this ? Awaiting to hear from you at the earliest.

                                      The trust over the Nokia Mobile phone is breached as the Nokia Helpline executives are saying that collect the repaired phone as i feel cheated because they have done wrong commitments and gave harassment to the customers.

                                      I am Sakul Kundra Journalist by profession bought new cell Nokia Asha 302 on[protected]Sunday at 10.pm) from above mentioned Hotspot Spice Dealer. From the day of purchase it has the problem of network and it automatically switch off randomly.

                                      Now, I called the Hotspot Spice Dealer to complaint against the Cell Nokia Asha 302. The concern person on telephonic call said we cant do any thing but you can get a replacement of the phone from Nokia Care Centre (Dot Solutions, A-5/1, Tilak Nagar Opp Police Station, New Delhi-110018). The Hotspot dealer said the Nokia Care Centre will issue DEO or Death Arrival handset certificate and you can bring that certificate to the Hotspot center to get a replacement of new cell.

                                      So, with the guidance of Hotspot Spice Centre I went to the first coming holiday on[protected] to get my phone replacement to Nokia Care (Net Dot Solutions, A-5/1, Tilak Nagar Opp Police Station, New Delhi-110018). They said they cant replace the phone or cannot issue a Deo certicate. I feel harassed between the Nokia dealer and the Nokia Care center. Then I gave a all to Hot Spot center to convey them that Nokia Care is not issuing a Deo Certificate and saying that company policy is to get the phone replaced within 48 hours that too from the Dealer.

                                      Then the Hot Spot Spice Centre executive suggested me that to make a complaint regarding this. I am really feeling harassment as if I have done a crime to buy a world best trusted Nokia Phone.

                                      Now, I want to complaint against both the Spice Hotspot Centre and Nokia Care who are misguiding the customer and harassing the customer. Finally I would request to get my phone replaced as early as possible so that the customers trust over world best cell phone company is not breached.



                                      After so much disappointment I have called Nokia head office Phone No. 30303838. They registered my complaint and gave me complaint ID 1-[protected] and told me that they will take up my case but did not guarantee me total replacement. But I want my phone to be replaced as I feel cheated if its not been done. Then they issued a complaint Number 1-[protected] on 22 May 2012.



                                      Since then I have been calling Nokia head office[protected] and had a work with several executives like Saurabh, Priya, Rajesh, Sandeep, Vaibhav, Nancy, Pankaj, Dev, Nikhal, Naresh and others. Today on 30 May 2012 one of executive told me that your phone has been replaced and when I approached Nokia Care Centre Janak Puri they gave a rude reply that collect your repaired phone. I felt that harassment and the misbehavior of the Nokia care centre Net Dot Solution.



                                      Now I feel cheated and perturbed by buying a Nokia Phone Asha 302 which is not replaced till now. I want my phone to be replaced as soon as possible.



                                      I will be waiting for your early response and acknowledgement of my mail.

                                      Your early action regarding the complaint will be highly appreciable. If the Nokia Customer Grievance cell does not reply so I request the concern Consumer Right agencies to please look into this matter and help the customer.

                                      Nokia — Phone replacement matter

                                      I bought nokia 5800xm on 10-3-09. After 45 days the phone started to show problems. The screen of phone began to flick and the rotation sensor of the phone stopped responding. I submitted the phone to nokia care in sector 5, saltlake, kolkata on 16-5-09. After 25 days i got a call from nokia care and they said that the phone is replaced. I went to nokia care and when i checked the phone i got to know that he phone is not new. They handed me a old phone which was 34 hours used. Then again i submitted the phone to them on 13-06-09. I request you to solve my problen.

                                      I would like to know if this "someone" contacted you and your issues are resolved. I am also facing a horrible experience with Nokia and the above mail is their standard reply. They won't go into the details of the mail and in my experience, will not resolve the issue to the customer's satisfaction.

                                      I think you are wasting your time by taking this issue to Nokia - all are part of this tacit understanding to harass / fleece the customer. You may fight this case legally. Of course, you have to spend some time and should not lose focus. If you see the responses from Nokia team, it is a copy-paste reply: "We have already forwarded your concern to the team. Someone will connect with you soon regarding the same". So did you have the pleasure of talking to the "SOMEONE" from the team? Even if they call you (which I doubt, you may call them out of your frustration), they are trained call centre executives who will soothe you by their verbal skills. But your problem will be the SAME and at the end, you will feel likea LOSER.

                                        I had purchased one Nokia Lumia 710 from Mobile Plaza,Link Road,Jaigaon,Dist.Jalpaiguri,West Bengal on 04.5.2012 I I even not used the phone for a month.From beginning the phone was distrub of microphone I asked the Dealer to replace it but he denyed,he said it is the matter of nokia so you should contact nokia care.Behaviour of dealer and nokia salesman was very bad.
