Respected Sir/Madam,

This is Ramesh Ramapuram,
I am using Nokia - C2-01, The problem with this phone is, when I am using/ talking / dialing I am suffering with ear pain entire the day. May radiation or something else with this phone. And I have tested some days without using phone, then I am happy no pain, nothing after few days started using Nokia c2-01 is painful. And also when I am using this phone when I am dialing number, at the same time if there is any call to receive, the re will be Error connection shows, and some phone numbers replaced withe other names. I am irritating with using this phone.

Nokia — radiation

I purchased nokia E72 sep 30 2010. day one mobile headset not working and replaced with new one, now when i insert this head set mobile handset gone off . than submitted in nokia care handset sent head office and returned now this problem solved . now when ever i keep phone in shirt pocket chest pain arises so i started to keep phone in belt pouch their both sides of belly gets pain.nokia care says no problem but problem is genuine. confused what to do,

hello , my name is sathish kumar contact no [protected] . my daddy bought a nokia phone c2-01(IMEI no :[protected]) it has 1 year warranty the problem in phone headset not connect and also having software problem ( automatically it will be switched off )so i can give it in the nokia care near vellore(cell park )on 10.11.2011.they can tell we are send to the company,you can get that after one week and i also pay rs 150 for extended warranty (despatch note no:1793).,i received the phone but problem is not solved.that time they says i can resend the phone to company. i got new phone but problem is camera not working (replaced ph IMEI no :[protected]), i agree .they replaced another phone (IMEI no ::[protected])
it have flickering defect in that phone .agent told sir, fault is not mine it nokia defect we are just send your phone to company thats all. i gave it that phone to nokia care (they takes more then a month) still problem not solved. i hate nokia and nokia care, please help me

Sir,
When ever i am trying to download the application of Nimbuzz error is showing. what is the problem in it? I want a possible solution for this problem. Sir I am sure you will answer to my question. Please replay ASAP

    If I make/receive a call, I can't here any sound from opposite side even ringing tone also.but they can hear me.and one more thing if I keep the phone in loud speaker or if I attached the head set then I can hear clearly.may I know what is the problem I am facing with my phone? can I get it solved? Please help me to solve the problem as early as possible.

        Hi,

        I bought Nokia X3-02 on 11/10/2011, from authorised Nokia Dealer I have a original bill as well, phone is actually good from first six month but, after that some problems getting started like, sound low and high, earphone not working properly

        But the major cause of TOUCH SCREEN is not worked from last 5 days, same problem was discussed with representatives of NOKIA CARE, and they "Your sweat is going inside the phone you are not get warranty" the guys are really crazy..this is so aweful,.. I'm using NOKIA since last 8 years first time i purchased NOKIA 7710 model in 2005, now realised why SAMSUNG get 1st Place

        Towards the end, I hope for a good answer

        Thanks for your reply I would let you know that complaint mail same address yesterday even, I had talked on customer care no. 3030 3838 but they also denied to register my complaint and can't hear and not tried to understand what is actually my problem

        Please suggest me what further step I take in this regards

          Dear Sir,

          I was upgrading my software of Nokia N70 on 27.5.08 . However as the battery was not fully charged my set switched off and did not thereafter did not turn on. So i gave the mobile to Nokia Care at Dibrugarh, Assam, they after examining it told me that the software needs to be re loaded and it will cost your Rs. 280/-. I said ok and they told me to collect the set the next day. I went next day to Nokia Care, they told me that they could not reload the softwares so the set will be sent to Nokia Care at Guwahati and the expense will be in between Rs. 1500- Rs. 2000 as the Flash memory is not working. I said ok .They also told me that the set will come back from guwahati within 15 days. After 15 days i enquired they told me that mobile set has not yet come. They told me to enquire after a week. I again went after a week and they told me the same thing that the set has not yet come. Then they told me that the set will come by 21.6.08. So i again went on 21.6.08 but same answer i got. Now they told to come on 24.6.08, so today as well i went but to my surprise i got the same answer. Again i called the Nokia Care Manager in Dibrugarh about the set and he told me that the set cannot be repaired as the Power IC had a short circuit. I told him when i had first given you the set for repairs, you had examined it properly and told me that its a minor problem and after software re loading the problem will be solved and the set will be ready by next day. Thereafter on the next day you told me that the flash memory is not working and the expense will come to around Rs. 2000/- . Even then i told you to repair it. Now today you are tellling me that the Power IC had a short Circuit and the set cannot be repaired anymore. I told him what is all these, my nokia n70 had a simple software problem as the battery went off while uploading the software and there was no hardware problem at all, which you too had examined while accepting the set for repairs. You people have mis handled my set and now you are saying that it cannot be repaired. So I want you to return my set as it was before failing which i will file a suit against Nokia care.

          It is therefore requested to you to kindly look into the matter and take immediate steps for repairing my set without any cost
          I have a similar case of cheating to tell here.
          I gave my mobile for repair at Nokia Care center at the following address on 05/07/08:

          New Delhi-110070

          I am owning a Nokia N73 ME (Serial : [protected]) and was dead probably due to moisture in it. After receiving the delivery I found that my 2GB memory card was not there. The memory card was taken while I gave it for repair as it was not coming out of the slot.
          The customer care executive told me that we had to break the memory card and take it out of the slot while repairing. I really don't understand how can Nokia person break the memory card to take it out. And after everything it was not mentioned on the Bill receipt that I received about the memory card breakage.

          I am writing this mail to let Nokia know that they are a well established and trusted company in the area on mobile phones and they must give a clear picture to the customer (in written) on what has been done to the set in the repair procedure. I don't know whether I will be surprised to see no camera in my set next time it comes back from the repair.

          i have went to Nokia care for the software issue in my mobile. the service guy said sir, its keypad issue .My mobile is still under warranty and keypad issues are under warranty, then he says water problem and its nt in warranty.for every problem forst they water problem and charge a hefty money for cleaning it, which is very bad. he asked 250 for cleaning. the same cleaning of mobile i did for 60 rs in patna nokia care. i dont know why such a differnce in charge. he said he will change the keppad and give me the mobile. now they say . now they say that they have cleaned it and asking rs 250 for cleaning. the is clear fraud they are doing, they said they will change the key pad and for tat they will charge 200 now, for cleaning they are asking 250.

          is there someone who can take some action against these white collar crooks/

          nokia x 2 — Fixing a problem at Nokia Care Hyd

          I have handed over my Nokia X2 for fixing the under problem 1. poor incoming voice quility 2. batter talk time is less then half an hour 3.auto forwarding the date 4. hanginging while writing the sms in conversation mod. under job no 15678 dated[protected]. after keeping my set for 17 days telling the fake stories they informed to return my set when i checked my set the 1st problem was as it was before the nokia care people trying to impose their decision that the set is ok i requested a3rd person to ckech my set and he witnessed that the incoming voice is very poor. i left my set for fixing again on[protected] under job no 16041 with lot of requests. i was again called today for taking my set and when i checked my set it was not fixed but only keeping with them anf tryed to hand me over back again the care centre guys trying to force me that i shall take my set back and its ok i once again requested a 3rd person to check the set and this time again he witnessed that incoming voice is very low. i also called the nokai care no[protected] on[protected] and spoke to Mr Farhan folled by by customer satisfaction survey he promised that our quility care team will contact within 48 hours. but till now no one from nokia care turned back and telling me about the problem. so now i would like to request the concerned department to look in to the matter seriously and fix the problem other wise i reserve the right to take any legal action for damages.

          i have purchased a Nokia X-2 on 6 August 2011 on same day i noticed that sound is echoing when i was talking to someone.whether i was outside of my premises or inside,after using few days i went to service center situated in paschim vihar.they have updated the software and also changed the mic but after 3 days same problem started again i want my money back or i want that you should replaced.

          I bought a NOKIA LUMIA 920 hardly 8 months before i rarely use it because i have 2 mobiles samsung and iphone...im using samsung and iphone so rough but its still good n never faced complaints yet...

          But recently my mild used NOKIA LUMIA 920 got hanged and no display is coming...but calls and message tones and all coming...so i took it to a nearby nokia service center in chromepet...they are telling that water gone inside and the display and touch has gone it seems...i think only NOKIA PHONES ARE DRINKING WATER...the funny thing is i never took my mobile any where out for a week...it was just on the cupboard for a week...

          Note: The nokia service center is telling that i have to pay for they display and touch it seems...even though the warranty period ends in march 2014 the are telling me to pay Rs.14, 500 plus tax...WHY SHOULD I PAY WHEN ITS UNDER WARRANTY???????NOKIA is running by cheating customers telling that internal damage this damage that damage, etc...Then why i bought mobile worth Rs.40, 000???????

          samsung ans iphone and all not opening the mouth a replacing the mobile...NOKIA IS ONLY DOING THIS...

                Nokia — problem in outgoing calls

                we buyed nokia c3 hand set before 3 months and we get a problem in software. we return to the nokia care they send the mobile to delhi and solve the problem in 10 days and return the piece. we fnd now problem in out going call.
                you r true. I have also purchased nokia lumia710 month back. It had stopped my outgoing calls. Incoming calls are working, sms is working both ways but why the outgoing is stopped? Its very imp & primary requirement. Have to be resolved urgently.
                Here is the soution for that.

                In dailler pad, select call settings ..
                Select option show my caller id to .My contacts ..then press back button then dail and check any one number in your contacts.It will be dailled.

                After this again come back to the caller stettings, it will be showing everyone.again select to My contacts.after its "Done" dont press back button again change it to the everyone.then press back button.

                Now tourn off your mobile, remove your sim card.then turn on your mobile without sim card properly.Again turn off your mobile now insert your sim card and restart it properly.. It will work..

                  Dear Sir,

                  Me and My entire family is a Loyal Customer of Nokia Products.
                  We are using Nokia products from over a Decade.
                  And if this is the reward which Nokia is giving us For our Loyalty.Then I am afraid that we will never use any Nokia product in Future
                  Nor will recommend any customer to Buy Nokia.

                  The Exact issue is that I purchased A Nokia C3-01 Touch and type phone for my dad last year.
                  Due to the simplicity in usage of the cellphone with Single touch unlock I gifted this cell phone to my dad on his Anniversary.
                  He liked the cellphone and Started using it.After about 5 months The Touch started creating problem, I went to the nearby
                  "NOKIA CARE" - SITI Communication,Gandhi Chowk ,Sonipat,Haryana Pin 131001.

                  They accepted the problem, kept the set and asked me to collect the phone after few Days.
                  When i went to collect the phone they said that they have changed the entire Software & Now it will work Fine.
                  I Objected the Change in software Pattern. As now the Phone was not a single touch unlock.It had a sort of Touch Scroll From left to the right. Due to which one has to Take his thumb hardly from Left To right of the touch screen to unlock.
                  I asked them to put my old Pattern back. As my dad was use to it & did not liked the pattern as it was hurting the touch more.
                  But they said you wont get that pattern back.Asked us to kept and told that it will be fine.
                  Then after few months, when the problem further persisted in touch screen we went to the NCC, and told them to change the Pattern to the older one as its Creating drastic Issues.So this time they took the phone and said the Touch is not working again.It needs to be changed.
                  They made a job sheet and asked us to come after few days to collect the phone. "THE JOB SHEET IS ATTACHED"
                  when i went back they asked for money and told that warranty is over. While in job card its clearly Mentioned
                  JOB WARRANTY- YES. Also they are giving me the phone with that same Scroll left to right software.

                  I just want to say that i payed for a phone which I liked while purchasing not for what crap my phone was turned into by NCC.
                  and now they are charging me again for that bull pattern and touch screen and stating it out of warranty.

                  The Trust and Faith on the company has been shattered. This is not at all expected by such a good company.

                  Either I want my money back Because i dint get to use it in a way i liked and purchased the phone for my father.The new pattern was forced onto me and the problem of touch was not sorted out the First time.
                  Or
                  I want My same old Pattern single touch unlock phone and i am not paying for any damn touch screen which was not sorted out the first time.
                  Else I am filling a case in consumer Court against the company along with the NCC Branch - Sonipat under Certain Acts of Harassment.

                  The Phone is still with the above mentioned NCC.

                  Hi Mukul,

                  Curious to know if you get any sort of reply from this "someone". If I understand correctly, what they will do is just to re-flash it and return the same mobile, however genuine the case be. They will never replace the phone or any hardware parts without fleecing you citing some stupid reasons, even if it is within warranty period..

                  I am also in the same situation and I have returned the phone for the third time with repeat issues. The incompetent at repair desk do not even take into cognizance the customers pain or they are just enjoying it. I believe the better way is to take the matter to consumer court and make them pay for their harassment.

                  Exactly they have been doing the same thing as you said.
                  Actually i received a phone call fro Nokia and the guys forced me to collect the cell phone without even understanding the issue. The guy also reported the company that issue has been resolved.
                  I guess i will have to teach them a good lesson through the consumer court.
                  I am going ahead with it. I have had a word with my lawyer and he has asked me to give a final intimation in regards to the issue resolving, then we can go ahead.
                  I Will teach them a good Lesson for sure.

                    My self Jatin,I m having an Nokia x1-01 mobile imei no. 357893/04/959428/3 which is in a warranty period of whose battery is having a problem, and when i approached to an Nokia care at Palanpur- 385001 Gujarat about this problem i was being rudely assisted by n executive whose name is Mr. Kailesh Patel.& he replied to me that there is nothing in an warranty about this phone and replied to me unmannerly that you can do whatever you want to do i will not take your phone in warranty. and showed me a way out.

                    so, i please request u to take this complain in an consideration n please take a necessary action ahead.

                      Hi,
                      This January, my friends and I decided to get a smart phone for everyone. All my friends bought HTC smart phones. They forced me to get the same phone. I was not inclined towards the idea of getting an HTC as I have been using Nokia phones throughout my life. So I decided I will go with the Nokia 701. I was happy that the phone I got was on par with the other phones. I was happy for the last three months. Things were not the same after these three months. One evening after my sleep when I tried to switch my mobile on, it was not getting on. I rushed to the dealer who sold me this mobile, since it was a Saturday he asked me wait two more days and deliver it to a Nokia Customer Care. I delivered the phone to Nokia Customer care in Adyar. They said that there has been water logged in the phone and it will cost Rs 850 to repair the mobile. Three days later they returned the mobile saying that the phone is irreparable. I was a bit surprised to hear that the phone was water logged. There has been no instance where the phone was dropped into a water body, neither was the phone drenched in water. I took this issue with the Nokia Customer care call centre. They asked me to try another Nokia Care Centre. So I gave my mobile phone for repair at a Nokia Care Centre in Chrompet on 19th April. I received a call from the customer care saying that there is water log in the mobile phone and it will cost around Rs 5000 to repair the same. I agreed to go forward with the repair. After a week I called the Nokia Care Centre to enquire about my phone, they said it will be ready in the next two days and the charge is~ Rs 6500. Suddenly they give a call and tell me after 3 days that my phone is irreparable. On further investigation with the engineers over there, they said that the water has entered through the display jack and the PCB is “out”. This was a surprise because the phone was never ever dropped in water. So the Care centre suggested it might because of sweat. The sweat might have seeped into the jack and corrupted the phone. I have a few questions which, no one from the Customer Care Centre was able to answer. I believe that you are in a position to answer these questions. The questions are:

                      1. How can sweat enter a phone and damage the PCB?
                      2. Why did Nokia manufacture a product that can be easily damaged by moisture?
                      3. If Nokia had manufactured a product that is so fragile to water, why did they plan to sell the handset in India where the temperature is so high that people often sweat?
                      4. If Nokia allowed a phone to be sold in India, why was not I given the advice that I should use the phone only in Ac Rooms/ Cool Rooms and not to use it outside in the sun where I sweat?
                      5. Why isn’t the Nokia Care Centre able to repair such “faulty” models?
                      6. What happens to the customer who invested Rs 17000 in getting this phone and who trusted Nokia to deliver a good handset and was “cheated” by Nokia?
                      I believe you are in a position to answer this question. It would be highly appreciated if you could answer me these questions within 7 days. If you are unable to answer please do guide me to a person who would answer these questions.

                      I had sent a mail regarding this to the Nokia Regional Office in Chennai and it was delivered to them on 5/10/2012. It has been 15 days and i have not got an answer from Nokia. Someone please help me in this.

                      I received 3 mails from nokia saying they contacted me, and offered me a solution regarding my Nokia 701 Gorilla glass crack, But they never did..

                      It has been a month and i have not recieved any call or update from Nokia. Seems like this problem persists for everyone. Someone please help us fight Nokia and get our money back.

                        HI Nokia customer care in Goa is ditching us saying the some part from my cell is missing hence they cannot repair it under warranty but they are ready to repair it out of warranty which is chargeable, and first of all the cell was having problem right from the 1st month of buying it and it has been taking to same service center for more then 3 times in 6 months. if at all any part is missing its done by them only since it was never given outside for repair

                            bought the x2 -02 dual sim nokia handset from spice centre at marathalli bridge junction . but hangs during usage and while charging or switching on.want to return the handset. if i give for service, issues can potentially repeat. This was my experience with my earlier hand set which i was using till jan2011

                              Six months ago i was taken a nokia C5-03 screen touch phone.
                              In this phone the main critical problem is screen touch pad is faluty and also the ovi'a is hanging.
                              I was submited in nokia customer care about 6 times but they not solve the problem and last few days same problem occure and i give phone to the nokia care again.this problem can not solved so please give me replacement early.This phone was 4-5 months in nokia care and also this phone in nokia care they dont solve the problem properly.
                              i hope you give me a replacement because you dont solving the problem.

                                My phone nokia x3-02 had stopped working. Contact service was displayed on the screen. I was told that even though the phone was within the warranty period . The nokia set was handed over to the nokia care executive at the tilak nagar branch on 14/05/2012. I was informed that the nokia set would be repaired and i could collect it anytime on or after 17/05/2012. In the hope of receiving my phone properly repaired i came to the tilak nagar branch to collect the set on 17/05/2012.It was showed to the customer care executive sitting there. I was asked to deposit the set once again and was told that the handset will be delivered as soon as possible. However no delivery was made that day i.e on 22/05/2012. Eight days have passed and i still haven't received my phone. On contacting the nokia care no clear response is given and no details specified that whether the cell has been repaired or not or if at all it'll be delivered.

                                  my phone is troubling me vry much

                                    I had purchased new Nokia 06 Black Colour Handset bearing IMEI No.[protected] on 21st April, 2012 from the Zoop Shop situate at Shop No.301, Nene Building, R. M. Roy Marg, Charni Road, Mumbai – 400 004 for the amount of Rs.15,850//= (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Eight Fifty Only.). As I had my prescheduled plan to go to Kudal, Sindhudurg, Maharashtra for attending the matter at High Court Bombay at Goa, I did not get opportunity to use my new phone from the date of its purchase. Being excited to utilize my new phone, I started its use from 28th April, 2012, however, since then it was to my utter dismay that this phone started giving me various disturbances culminating into my dissatisfaction so much so that I had to keep this phone again in its box and use some old phone. Assuming that the Service Provider may have some problem, I had also contacted the Vodafone Gallery at Kudal, Sindhudurga, Maharashtra, however, upon verifying their records, the Vodafone Executive informed me that all the services to my number were uninterrupted. Considering that the phone is newly bought from the Mumbai Shop I was advised to return this phone to either the Zoop Shop or the Nokia Service Centre. The said Zoop shop has also issued me the invoice bearing no.2016 dated 21st April, 2012.

                                    Please note that, I have the long term faith in your company to provide the best phones, hence, ever since I started using the mobile phone since 1999, I have used only Nokia and not any other phone.

                                    Following are the problems faced by me in the present handset:

                                    1. I cannot dial sometimes though all other functions like incoming of calls and messages, incoming of calls is proper. As per the advice of the Vodafone Gallery, I had transferred the SIM Card to the other phone, where it worked properly. Again I transfer the SIM to this phone, it started dialing and stopped again;
                                    2. You Tube videos not at all audible or clear for watching, whereas, if the same SIM card is put into other phone, it shows the same you tube videos properly;
                                    3. While accessing the social site Facebook, the image/photo does not get enlarged after click, it shows failed to retrieve album, whereas on other phone it functions properly;
                                    4. The torch does not work properly as it lights sometimes, sometimes does not function;
                                    5. I cannot connect this phone to my laptop as it is ovi accustomed, but, the downloading of ovi does not happen;
                                    6. Phone gets hanged at various times while functioning and even while accessing internet;
                                    7. While starting the phone, many times it does not give background music when the Nokia Logo of shakehand appears on the screen

                                    In such scenario, the new phone provided by your company has various functional defects as such the same has rendered me dissatisfied with such faulty product manufactured by your company, the same is also within the warranty period. Hence, you are requested to replace such faulty piece with properly functioning same model to me or refund me the entire purchase price paid by me for buying this phone at the earliest as the mobile phone is the integral part of my profession.

                                      Sir i have purchase nokia c5-05 serial no [protected] from online website www.sulekha.com, i saw specification of this mobile in nokia official site www.nokia.com and found that it has led flash and 2MP camera.
                                      But when i receive product through corrier my product it has not contain LED FLASH, I made fool from nokia website because not getting LED FLASH in my mobile, so i want my compensation.

                                        I would like to know if this "someone" contacted you and your issues are resolved. I am also facing a horrible experience with Nokia and the above mail is their standard reply. They won't go into the details of the mail and in my experience, will not resolve the issue to the customer's satisfaction.
