PROBLEMS ARE-

* WHEN SOME CALLS IN, IT GIVES A MESSAGE TO CALLER THAT PHONE IS OUTSIDE THE COVERAGE AREA OR SWITCHED OFF. WHILE ON THE SET ONE CAN SEE THE FULL SIGNAL STRENGTH.

I bought a nokia BH217 headset on 05/01/12 from Gulf mobiles,kottayam, kerala. My complaint is that it has a very low hearing capacity. When a phone call comes in it has hearing capacity when it proceeds the hearing capacity goes down and it becomes very difficult to listen while driving. I bought a nokia c2-00 mobile on oct-2011. After 1 or 2 months i got many software issues (like corrupted messages and logs which are undeleteable, sent items msg in inbox, hanging,..). I went to nokia care and they made new softwares as free for my mobile because it is still in warranty. Later on that i still received the same pblm. Is there any remedy for that other than given to nokia care?...

SIM card rejected

I have mistakenly with out my knowledge on what exactly the pin Number and the PUK number were meant for. I Entered wrong info as i wasn't aware of what it was nor any information is given to the user (In this case Me)..

Now the SIM is rejected and I need my SIM to be immediately activated.

Nokia C5-03 has design issues for touch pad
The mobile screen have a gape in the edge of the screen, so when you talk on the phone and phone come to contact with sweating ears. The sweating enter in the gap of the screen and goes to the main screen due to this a white spot appears on the screen which turns into black image, now the touch screen stop working.
When I visit nokia care centre they consider this as a physical damage...
