i have given my mobile on 30--APR--2012 in one of the service center..20 days pass out but i didn't got my mobile till now.."my cell phone is Nokia c 6-00, in this touch is not working"...this company is worst..just for a part of mobile its talking almost 1 month.."shame of this company"...job sheet no. is[protected]/120430/35

I would like to know if this "someone" contacted you and your issues are resolved. I am also facing a horrible experience with Nokia and the above mail is their standard reply. They won't go into the details of the mail and in my experience, will not resolve the issue to the customer's satisfaction.

    Nokia N95 Mobile Phone — Poor Service

    I reported a complaint in my phone on 09/06/2008 and a job sheet with the Job Sheet Number[protected]/080609/35 was created. It is one month now my problem remains unsolved. I

    t is frustrating. I bought N95 only last month and it became problematic next day, it started hanging and restarting and I have to give it to nokia care.

    But there nobody is concerned that I am not able to use that phone from last one month. Every time I call tem the answer is " You will get it next week"

      my nokia 5800 mobile bearing IMEI no. [protected], date of purchase- 30/4/2010, was having some technical problem for which i submitted it at NOKIA CARE- dizi tech, shimla. job sheet no.[protected] dated- 13/4/2012. Till date my phone has not been repaired.I was forced to make repeated visits, falsely assuring that phone will be repaired but today on my visit i was suddenly told that it is irrepairable and when i asked the reason for i was not entertained by any customer executive present there. at last after a lot of inquiry i was told to come after 1-2 hour for some responsible person has been called to look into my matter. Even after 2 hours the story remained the same, i was crudely asked to take my phone away as they- nokia care " are not responsible " for fixing my problem/ delay/ personal harm ( physical and mental) caused by their hideous act of negligence.i am a doctor and pursuing my post graduate, nokia care with their irrational and irresponsible behaviour have killed my important and busy time, they have caused me physical torture by forcing my regural visits to their centre, mental torture by falsely assuring me of repairing my phone. Because of their negligence i was without a phone for a very long time, missing all my important calls from patients, relatives and friends.

            i had summit my nokia x7-00 for 3 times in one month for rectifying the problem but it is not rectified. for last 15 days my set is with them they are fooling me by sayiny that the set has been sent to nokia company but the set is with them. PHONE NO [protected] ESN/IMEI NO [protected]

            Nokia — Problem with handsfree

            I am Bhagirathi using Nokia 6080 hanset no - 356258/01/3165/16/60540476. Right from the day One i've been facing the problem with the handset and Handsfree and the dealer person didn't respond properly to my problems. there is yet to be 6 Months from the day i purchased.

            Kindly help me out if i could get a new handsfree since my handset doesnt even have a proper volume control. wen spoken over the phone the volume is too low to hear.

            People ar not responding proprly to my Wife, Not telling clearly.

              I purchased a Nokia mobile Nokia x202 from Nokia Priority Center, Ambala Cantt. I found a voice Problem in my handset from starting. I gave my mobile thrice to nokia care for repairing. Its been 3rd time I gave the mobile again to Nokia Care for repairing on 2nd May 2012. Again i am finding the same problem. Even though i have lodged a complaint to your complaint center at[protected] several times. There is no proper response from the customer care as well as from Nokia care.
              I have requested to change my handset or refund my money.

              nokia 6265 cdma mobile — nokia handset problem

              i submitted my mobile 6265 cdma to m/s gulanti communications, 90, bhagat singh market, gole market, con. place, new delhi..on dated 01.09.2007 for service..instead of subsequent reminders & calls i have not recvd / get my mobile back as yet. my job sheet no.[protected]/071023/11 mobile imei no.               The handle set had some network fault. So he gave this for Service in JOYCELL which is the authorised service centre for NOKIA
              located at: # 337/10, Paper Mills Road, Perambur, Chennai-600 011.

              Fault: Automatic Restart, Network Fault.

              When he went to collect the Handset, The LCD unit was broken and the handset was getting switched on and off automatically, when the same was checked with the engineer he agreed to replace the LCD but he said he cant do anything with the mobile getting on and off. It seems it has been used by the engineers and they dropped my mobile in water. that's why the LCD also has got broken.

              When I gave my mobile to the service centre there was no such problem and the LCD unit was good. The same is captured in the Fault Receipt also.

              I kindly request you to please look into issue and do the needful.

              NOKIA-CDMA MOBILE HANDSET 6265 — FAULTY HANDSET

              Nokia 6265 CDMA mobile handset bought on 02.10.2007 from Reliance Webstore found to be faulty. Given handset to Company authorized outlets four times (latest being on 12.02.2009), but handset does not function properly - having problems related to applications, performance / usability failures, no outgoing audio, alert ringing tone issues, music player not working, call drops etc. Every time handset is returned with assurance that it is set right. But the problem persists.

              Request replacement of this faulty handset with new handset to end my woos.

              i have been a constant user of nokia phone since the past 10 yrs but sum thing about the services bother me these days .. seems like when we reach your NOKIA Care centers we are not treated as NOKIA Valued customers but instead they feel that we are kind of hinderance in thir work rather than knowing that we are the reason for their work.

              anyways want to let u know about my experience today .. i have 2 nokia phones a communicator E90 and a CDMA 6265 ( Slider ) phone .. my slider phone had a speaker problem to which i visited a NOKIA Care center close to my place, Person at the reception to whom i handed the phone as asked for the expence to get it fixed .. looked at my phone and told me ( w/out the concent of any engineer ) that they will have to open the phone and check the issue to give a proper estimate ( which is but OBVIOUS ) but then she scared me saying that if while opening the phone if anything else happens .. like if the display is lost then they will NOT be responsible for the same .. u think anyone will hand them the phone if they talk like that ? scaring the customers .. if NOKIA ppl will not take the responsibility of opening the phone and checkin it where would a NOKIA Client go ? we buy NOKIA phones with the satisfaction that we have a BIG Company's Service Support after our purchase .. if things like these happen what u think ? will we prefer to buy or suggest one the next time ? kindly look into the matter i[censored] can and i need to get my phone fixed .. all i feel to be done is some kind of tightning in it .. when i press the top cover ( around the camera lens ) of my phone it rings well . i think sumthing has gone loose .. its a 2 min job for ur nokia engineer. thanks .. lookin forward for a positive reply from your side ..

              I have purchased the hand set NOKIA 7210 dated 21.01.09. from a dealer CORONATION in Jorhat Assam. I was having problem of low tone and less battery back up from very begining. But They always said it is ok. i have visited the dealer alsmost 4-5 times during past six months after purchase. Now i have accute problem of battery back up, back up doesnot stay even for 1 hr. When i approached them they diverted my call to Nokia care. where they have digonesed some problem in the PCB and says it was opened and unauthorize work was being done on it. and they said to me to replace the battery , when i said i have this under warranty they said battery warranty is only for 6 months.(whereas from very begining i have this problem .. they did not find the root cause that time)

              Most interestingly when i said ok i want to purchase the battery they asked me original or duplicate .... now how come NOKIA Care can ask us this question?
              i have two sim card but there is some defecult so i call customar care service to give pin bluck number he give when i put that number i sim will be rejected i feel very bad its a very poor company.
              I have a Nokia mobile which has been using for the last one year. It was a very old phone so I thought it is the time to get software updation that's why I given to Nokia customer care center in Pattom,Trivandrum. They said to me that they can't update it's software and then given back to me but that time onwards the mobile is not working even the display is not appearing. and also They were harassing and insulted me in front of other customers.One of the executive tried to touch my body and said keep your mouth. Actually I was really shocked and this is not for me everybody has felt like this. and also most of the executives have not good knowledge in the product wise. I can get the mob after two or three days. I asked then how could I manage for these days they said they don't know. Finally they charged 600 for another old phone and given to me and said that I should given back to them with in two day. But till the time I have not been getting any calls from them.
              sir,my nokia 6300 handset was not charging properly ,i took it to authorized nokia care centre at circular road muzaffarnagar.Staff at that centre is so rude i can not describe.not only staff but the owner is so impolite.i was shoced to see their attitude towards customer.Anyway they charged 500 rs from me and gave me a local bill by name of Randhava Telecom which was handwritten with lots of cutting.The bill was not aauthentic at all as it was saying as this the customer care for all the mobile including samsung.lg,blah blah.
              Has nokia authorised its nokia care centre employee to misbehave with customers?
              Has nokia see some basic prerequisites to be met before a new nokia customer care is opened?
              Goonda ,mafia are running nokia cusomer care centre at circular road muzaffarnagar by name of Randhava Teelecom and cusomer are helpless because they believed in nokia products
              pls take immediate necessary action so as not to malign the name of nokia
              I have purchased NOKIA C-3 handset on Dated 27-09-10. After purchasing I found many problems in that Set Like- Hearing problem, Display white problem, Data delete, etc. I have been Nokia care centre two or three times. Last time I have been given to the Nokia care centre NOKIA C-3 EMI no. [protected] on 30-07-11. But C-3 not receipt till date 23-08-11.
              I request you to kindly give me New phone in place of that old phone.

                Dear Sir,

                I was unable to do restore factory settings on my Nokia N900 phone (IMEI No: [protected]), while doing this operation it gives a error message saying Operation failed. Hence I had approached Nokia care to solve this issue which is on CMH Road - Indiranagar (Bangalore), they said that they will resolve the issue in 1 day time and gave me a Service job sheet dated 9-Feb-12 with job sheet number[protected]/120209/5 and later called me up and said its not done and then started giving me excuses and reasons that was not correct and made me pay for the service also initially, later I had to call and follow up as there was no response and then they tell me that this is a software issue initially and later they said mother board had to be replaced and it will be very expensive and asked me to take it back without servicing, where I knew they were lying to me and trying to cheat me without servicing it.
                Nokia has cheated me by selling a defective product that was from manufacture and the service centre has been very irresponsible in solving this issue and I have been following up frequently with the centre or the Manager and I am told its getting done, and then there is no response for now its been 3 months and I am helpless and cheated by a big company like Nokia as a Customer my issues are neglected.
                Please help me get my money back from Nokia, I paid Rs.25,000 for a high end mobile Nokia phone, they have kept it for such a long time and the phone was in proper condition with no defects. The Nokia centre's response has been really terrible towards their loyal customers.

                  hopeless service by Nokia "BEWARE BEFORE BUYING NOKIA PRODUCTS"

                  The problem is so big that I am not sure how many people will read it completely but even then i think i should write the complete history....


                  in Jan purchased a new nokia 603 with a joy (which was very short lived)
                  during Feb During Feb I called nokia care for GPS related problem 3-4 times. I was asked to various settings and MAP updates, for which I had to spent lot of time but there was no result.
                  25-Feb:: talked to Call Centre:: Nokia careline asked to get the software updated it may solve the problem

                  28-Feb::went to NCC(nokia care centre irla:: Got the software updated vide service no[protected]/120228/13, I had to wait around 1 hour, besides the travel time time to your NOKIA care centre.I was told that the I need to update the settings from my service provider and then check it. This will take some time. So I cant check whether the problem is solved, on the spot So I need to do this later on.

                  28-Feb: Call centre complain1-[protected]::complain lodged, and the person said someone will call within 4-5 working days to solve the issue,But no one called

                  29-Mar:: Call centre - Mr Bhavyesh:: He tried so many settings and registered the complain (1-[protected] ) then said someone will call within 3-4working days to solve the issue

                  31-Mar:: Call Centre - Mr Nandkumar:: Mr Nandkumar called and after about 1 hour of try, using the support.communitake.com, for which I had to stand outside in the Sun for long period. He asked to flash the phone and again goto nokia care centre

                  02-Apr:: went to NCC:: I once again went to Nokia Care centre and submitted the mobile for flash

                  04-Apr:: went to NCC:: I once again went to Nokia care centre to pick up the phone, I recd the phone with a commitment that it has been checked properly and the problem is definitely solved. I wanted to talk to the engineer and I was told that I cannot talk to the engineer but the problem is surely solved.
                  Assuming that the problem is solved I took the phone with me on my trip to delhi. I had a meeting in Delhi with one of my new customer, and I tried to use the Nokia 603 GPS to reach the meeting place.I waited for 20 min fot the GPS to work but to no use, and I had to miss the meeting.My customer cancelled the meeting because I was not able to reach in time. I have suffered a big loss due to this cancelled meeting, Please let me know the procedure to claim the loss from you.
                  15-Apr:: Nokia ONLINE:: There was an update available on the net, With a very small hope that probably the problem will be solved I updated the software which took around 1 hour, but the PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED

                  16-Apr:: Email sent:: Now I am not interested in Nokia Phone anymore, I want that besides the Loss Claim, I want to return the Phone and You should return my full purchase amount. I have decided to buy either iPhone or Samsung Phone. I needed to buy atleast two more new phone which I will not go for NOKIA.Please note that this has to be done at the earliest, before any other new meeting with any of my new customer so that the Loss claim is not increased. This mail was sent and an automated reply with service request number 1-[protected]. was received


                  21-Apr:: Call centre Mr Arun:: No one called or replied so I again called the call centre Once again tried some setting but nothing happened, so transferred the line to his Senior
                  :: Mr Dipendra - Senior:: Said that he will forward the problem to same people who were earlier connected to this matter, and created a new Complain no 1-[protected]


                  21-Apr:: Call centre - Mr Avi:: he called and took the Software version details which was Nokia Belle Feature Pack 1, 112.010.1404 dtd[protected] . said he will escalate the issue and will revert back within 1-2 days.

                  21-Apr:: Email - Ms Ankita Chaudhary:: Recd mail from her to submit the phone and send the details of the submission so that it can be followedup

                  23-Apr:: went to Nokia Care Centre:: Phone submitted after discussions with Mr Rahul of Nokia Care centre

                  24-Apr:: MAIL SENT:: Mail sent with the details of phone submission sent to nokia customer care

                  26-Apr:: Nokia Care Centre:: Call from care centre that pick the phone as it has been repaired by updating the software, On insisting what actually was done I was informed that no repairing is done because as per them no problem found



                  26-Apr:: call centre - Mr Fahim:: Called Nokia Call centre, after few discussion he searched my email id to see the reply, then he said he has updated the matter and nokia call centre will revert back within 48 hrs



                  30-Apr:: MAIL RECD:: Mail recd that proper actoion will be taken

                  05-May:: MAIL SENT:: FINAL Notice MAIL sent to NOKIA

                  08-May:: Call centre - Mr. Arun:: Call centre said things has been escalated but will take somtime… again explained the nokia500/603 comparision
                  ::Mr. Jio Thomas - senior:: Again explained the issue with nokia 500 /603 comparision, escalated and I will receive feedback within 4 working days

                  09-May:: MAIL RECD:: Mail recd that " that your device has repaired from our backend team and as per the quality check done by the Nokia Care Center, they found that your deivce is working fine and their is no issues in it. " And wrote to pick the phone back. On talking to the NCC it was informed that they received a call from Nokia NCC said that phone is OK. :::::: Call centre - Mr. Jio Thomas - senior:: said already escalated and he is doing the followup. But on informing abt the mail , he verified and said that device is fine so I can pick the phone, I very clearly said that if this time the device is not working than I will be going to the consumer court only. And On this he once again confirmed from the NCC that the device is perfectly fine.

                  10-May:: NCC visit:: checked the phone inside the NCC office, GPS (with Integrated and Assipted GPS) and it was not working, So took the phone outside on the building terrace, with one of the NCC person. Then tested for about 7-8 minutes and the GPS was still not working, which was accepted by the NCC person himself. So the phone was not received and kept with the NCC. Also explained the comparision of Nokia 500/603.
                  :: Call centre - Mr Jai:: tried to transfer to Mr Jio but then transferred to Mr Rajveer
                  ::Call Centre - Mr Rajveer - Asst mgr:: Mr Jio was not available. He said that NCC told them that the handset is ok, So they had asked me to go to the NCC to collect the phone, now he is sorry and will revert back within hours

                  15-May:: Nokia Office:: called Nokia office at Solitare park[protected] on asking for regional manager, the operator gave the number of Mr Vivek Babar (9967596xxx) West region NCC manager :: Mr Vivek Babar-9967596xxx:: no reply, on trying again, he hsaid he handles central and harbour so gave number of area manager-Mr Prashant (9967632xxx) who handles the irla NCC,
                  :: Mr Prashant- Area Mgr:: explained the problem, he said he will talk to Mr Rahul of NCC and will revert back.

                  Till now not reverted back.......

                  wat you hve faced with nokia that time i am facing the same kind of a problem with samsung these days...no one takes headache...
                  But I beleive samsung does no highlight this feature much, where as nokia does highlights it, infact they recently started an ad of nokia lumia with Shahrukh Khan with GPS features.

                    My original display of nokia E-72 got cracked , the phone is still new, i brought an original display from nokia priority by spending Rs.2000 . it's original screen was transflective which was specially designed to see even in sunlight , but the new original display is very dull & is not as bright as the 1st one , it gets almost blank in sunlight & is blakish with dull & low colours even at full screen brightness, the nokia people say that now you cannot get the display similar to the one which u got when u purchased the device , ifi am paying money then i should get the original display like the previous one ,
                    Nokia is such a big company & it gives this stupid reason that in every device when the original display gets damaged then the other one will be a litter low functioning compared 2 the real one, i changed the display 4-5 times , all pieces are the same & they say that nokia company has sent this lot so u'll get this type of display only, this is crap. the new display that i purchased from nokia priority of Rs. 2000 is worse than nokia E-5 's display
                    now what do i do with my E-72 , keep it as a show piece ?
                    every time i contact nokia through call or email ,they give a stupid reply of taking my device to nokia centre & they will assist you to their best & when i go 2 any nokia care 4 new display every where there's this crap blakish display available , the new so called original display looks like the display of some black & white phone , this is my last nokia phone , if it cannot keep it's customers happy & cannot provide original product then what's the use of such costly device , now my phone is no more than a Rs. 5000 phone without it's original display
                    can anybody suggest anything ?

                      i purchased NOKIA C2-03 on 14/04/12 from nokia prority dealers at sector-16, faridabad. Just within one month(12/5/12) of puchase the display is not working properly without any physical damage. i rushed to service centre then he told about charges of replacing display. i told it is wanranty period and there is no any physical damage or no any moisture problem. then i have not deposited mobile to service centre.and i am approching you

                      Nokia — Mobile display Damage

                      To Whosover it may concern

                      This is in regards to the Nokia Mobile Model nmbr 5610(IMEI Number: [protected]) which was purchased on the 11th March 08 and stopped functioning on the 16th March 08, Merely after 5 days
                      well the ordeal was not over when i went down to an Nokia Care(Green Park) the Service Engineer informed me that the Display of the Phone was damaged, My usual reaction of amazement made me ask without any external damage to the Phone how could the Display be damaged and I was advised to deposit the phone for 4 days with the centre

                      I do not call this service even if it is free of charge, I believe my phone should be replaced and a new set should be given to me against the damaged one

                      Would request you to take initiative before my patience gives away

                            I think there is no point in wasting your time on this site. This site is doing settlements with the companies you are complaining and deleting the complaint records from the site database.

                            There was a complaint on Quantum-BSO and it went for a long time. Many of the viewers participated and lot of them shared their real time experience. But then one single day, that company name and complaints on him got missing. Don't know how much these guys got from Quantum-BSO.

                              I bought a nokia BH217 headset on 05/01/12 from Gulf mobiles,kottayam, kerala. My complaint is that it has a very low hearing capacity. When a phone call comes in it has hearing capacity when it proceeds the hearing capacity goes down and it becomes very difficult to listen while driving. Last one month back i gave it to nokia care in kottayam for service, they gave me a new one but still it goes with the same complaints.

                              If you can help me out, Pl do the needfull.

                                  I bought a nokia c2-00 mobile on oct-2011. After 1 or 2 months i got many software issues (like corrupted messages and logs which are undeleteable, sent items msg in inbox, hanging,..). I went to nokia care and they made new softwares as free for my mobile because it is still in warranty. Later on that i still received the same pblm. Is there any remedy for that other than given to nokia care?

                                    This phone is a very very bad phone......and frankly telling shame on NOKIA to bring such a set to market and making fool of customers,...... before also regarding this i have post one comment...here i got reply from NOKIA show it in the customer care....

                                    01.may.2012 i purchased lumia 710 white from Jagannath Enterprises,Dolamundai,Cuttack
                                    ,Orissa,India. After using one day i faced some problems as follows

                                    1)While charging if the mobile is switched off, its getting switched on automatically.Its not getting switch off while charging.

                                    2)Message could not send to any number after talking to the network operator its message center no. not saved, But in the phone while editing the message center no. its not getting saved.For that reason I am unable to send any message.
                                    message-setting-message center no-edit- its not getting saved.

                                    3)While charging mobile also getting over heat.

                                    4) Mobile getting slow while getting connected with laptop through ZUNE

                                    with all these problem i gave my mobile to customer care they told me they ll replace it....today they called me (14.05.12) ur new mobile came excitedly i gone to bring mobile.

                                    After seeing the mobile none of my problem solved....what u peoples are doing simply playing with customers....

                                    HERE I AM REQUESTING PLEASE WHO IS THE HEAD AND THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON FOR NOKIA IN INDIAN PLEASE CALL ME:-[protected]

                                    Again customer care kept my mobile asked me they ll send it to HQ but i dont have no more faith on Cheater company NOKIA.....

                                      I ordered on ncarry.Nimbuzz.Com a ideos company mobile with mrp of 4799 they offered with a free bluetooth headset of nokia bh-503, but they had send me a defected bluetooth headset which is not taking charging from the date of delivery !!!!! my order no[protected]. Is j0205 .But after my complain they didnt respond even a single time..and every time I call them they give another 2 days to replace..and said that u r our valuable customer and ur complain is in high priority ...pls wait for 2 days....I M requsting you to please help me in this regard ask them to replace my product as soon as possible...they frustrating me....no exact answer they are giving me.
