I have a NOKIA E 63 purchased in 2010. I had downloaded the nexgtv from OVI store and it was working well. But about 15 days back when I tried to run some channels through nexgtv, there was a message that there are some updates and when I would like to update nexgtv. i opted for the same and after that I was asked to give my mobile number as a one time measure to keep me updated about future updates etc. The nextgtv site is not accepting my mobile number and nexgtv has stopped working. I have tried many times to download it afresh from OVI store. But am facing the same problem every time. Please resolve this problem immediately.

Nokia E 63 — inability to provide the announced gift.

i bought a Nokia E 63 from the mobile store at airport road, bangalore and i was not told about the on going complimentary offer. but after the purchase i came to know about that through a message sent to me by the mobile store . i enquired about that and was told the procedure to participate and i went through the procedure and was told that i will be getting a trendy mobile pouch.when contacted . i was told that there is no stock and will be getting in a couple of days, and will be informed . but after a week also there was no communication from the store. at last i contacted them and got the same reply. then they connected to there higher official and that could not help me either.they tried to gave me a pouch which could be hardly fitting to the model bought, and the response is very bad. no body bothered. they gave two VCDs that too like they wanted me to get out of the store. as i was busy i picked the VCDs and was told very sarcastically that i will be getting a call the next day about the status.hoping to get a response waited but no call so gave a call to them . the same thing, again will be getting back.


so i sincerely suggest every body not to expect any after sales service from the mobile store. and forget about the goodies you get from them.

Nokia E 63 — Unsatisfied Nokia Customer care Centre

Hi,

I am Ankur Gupta. Two months back I purchased a Nokia Handset E 63. In two months time I have faced numerous problems with the handset.

I have approached Nokia Customer Care Centre in Depali chowk near Rohini thrice but to no avail. They have not been able to solve the problem.

Adding on to that they have put so much marks on the screen which irritates me all the more.

I would please Nokia to kindly change my handset and give a me a new handset in return.

My handset was replaced by nokia, but its back cover was not replaced.
A very rude behaviour done to me by the Manager of the above said branch, he kept me waiting for more than half hours. and they were laughing at the back of my knowledge. When i asked for the back cover of my handset they answered 800/- Rs., which was not acceptable.

Nokia E 63 — not honouring the warranty

Hi,
I bought the Nokia E63 handset in april this year. On sunday I was taking on the phone when it suddenly became dead. At first I thought it was out of power, but even after charginh it did not work.
When i took it to the Nokia centre, yesterday they told me that water had gone ito the power jack and it will cost Rs.2500 to fix it. When i went today the same people tell me that the display jack is gone and that it will cost Rs.4500 to fix it.
Questions:
1. How did the water go inside when I was talking on the phone?
2. Does the warranty not extend to such problems?
3. How do we know that we are not being taken for a ride,and that there was a technical error in the phone ( possibly covered under warranty), specially when i am given two reasons on two days?

I think there has to some kind of transparency in the process. Just for the information, the last phone i used was the Nokia E50, which i am still using for another number. I am extremely careful with amy phone and have no reason to believe that water has gone into the system.

Nokia E 63 — Regarding not receiving of Mails in my mobile- Regd

Dear Sir,

Indeed my phone is connected with GPRS connectivity and phone model is E63, recently I changes my pass word of my mail ID to over come security reasons. soon after that nokia reminded me to change in the phone setting also, so that I did it. So far I am not receiving mails in my phone even after adequate measurements initiated from my end. My mobile no is [protected]

Nokia E 63 — fraud

i have nokia e 63. I have problem with my mobile it was not getting swith on only light was blinking and i had left my phone at nokia care center sector 15 faridabad and they charged 100 rupees from me for problem diagnose and they told me that all power ic has been damaged and repair cost will be 1900 rupees. Then i take back my phone and went to lacal mechanic he told me that there is only software problem and he repaired my phone at once so i want to say that nokia care is fraud and cheater.

    Dear sir,I Venkat Rao 36/93 Pandian Street,BB Kulam,Madurai 2, purchased N200 Graphite mobile phone IME no [protected]/Battery no[protected] 0670573 at Madurai Nokia Priority Partner M/S Golden Communications,18 north veli street Madurai 625001 ph no[protected] on 12/03/2012 Bill no 15988
    The very next day 0n 13/03/2012 I got a error message that ’Contacts not ready’ and in message option ‘Storage memory not ready’. I went the shop and complained .When they switched off and switched on mobile the problem was solved temporally.
    I faced the same problem on the next day 14/04/2012 and once again went the shop and they directed me to the service centre called Nokia Care at Simmakal Maduari.
    I have given my mobile 4 times (28/3/12,2/4//2012- twice,21/4/2012 )to service centre but problem was not solved . When I gave the 3rd time on 2/4/2012 they said that the phone would be sent to Delhi and it would take 15 days for return. But they returned the phone with in 4 day without solving the problem.
    On 21/04/2012 the service centre people refused to take the phone for servicing saying that the required software not yet available .But requested to take the mobile for service.
    At present the phone is at the service centre (Nokia care) job sheet no [protected]/120328/15
    I am regular user of SAMSUNG mobile for the last 10 years and all our four other mobile used by my family members are SAMSUNG
    My very first experience with NOKIA is too bad .I got lot of irritation and mentally upset and it also affects my business.
    Please replace my mobile with new one or else I have no option but go for consumer court.

      I hv a nokia C6 some tym b4 i gave my handset to repair at nokia care center at sheetla nokia care center in Gurgaon. i got my handset back after a week or later n no sign of the wich ws m hvng earlier bt it came wth a new problm. wen i went the same place n told dem bout the problm they said u hv to leve it here tht tym i ws not known bout service given by dem tht they could give u a alternate handset. so i dint lebe it thre n went thr aftr a month n thn they said ths is a physical damged handset the warrenty is void now. ths is truly unbelivable fr me n i ws blaming fr ths. m o dissapointed by thr service.

        I also ordered on ncarry.Nimbuzz.Com a ideos company mobile with mrp of 4799 they offered with a free BLUETOOTH HEADSET OF NOKIA BH-503, but they had send me a defected bluetooth headset which is not taking charging from the date of delivery !!! my order no[protected]. And my registered mobile no. Is [protected].I already complain about this to them and my complain no. Is j0205 .But after my complain they didnt respond even a single time..and every time I call them they give another 2 days to replace..and said that u r our valuable customer and ur complain is in high priority ...pls wait for 2 days...I M requsting you to please help me in this regard ask them to replace my product as soon as possible...they frustrating me...no exact answer they are giving me.

          Nokia 1661 — about mobile services at PSK mobilink

          My name is Manoj M.             Never go to NOKIA CARE CENTER for repairing your phone if it

            is out of warranty. They charged me 50 rupees for service

            charge, even after I refused that I did not want any repair!

            They said pay 3500 rupees and we will repair and give you

            after 3-4 days! When I asked what part of the phone is damaged

            they said its company policy not to tell the component name....

            Respected sir

            NOKIA customer service is nothing more than harassing customer. As myself being one of it has purchased nokia N series handset N-97 mini for rs 20230/- and 1414/- for extend warranty dated 25 April 2011 . the handset worked in the finest way till 2 month back but now its creating many problems hanging, heats up sometime automatic switches off and while using it, its side lock button fall automatic,now problem exted some times not get chrged . It’s now being like curse to have it, as the care centre are not ready to resolve the problems and asking for repair charge as Rs9500/- giving reason that warranty has expired and asked me to show bill.

            When I showed them my bill copy, the person denied and tolled its fake one and I should bring the original copy otherwise to pay the amount. Very next day I went back and showed the original bill then a new excuse saying its not covered under warranty as these problem are not covered under warranty and asked me to go to the shopkeeper. Its really a mess now shopkeeper helped me and give the path to contact (nokia).

            But no use as the seniour most person MR MALKIAT SINGH assured me that issue will be rectified and took almost 1 month for his satisfaction and details , even on his commitment i visted nokia care 4times but the care people every new time gave a new reason not to cover the hanset under warranty.

            But on my request they agree to do this but only when mr mallkiat confirmed it on that day he was not available and call was not picked they care people MISS HEEMA (Manager) Mr ADITYA (incharge) Executive and finally miss charu who confirmed they same.

            this whole process took 2 month and after 2 month they told me that the handset was even repaired before it was sold to me.

              I have a Nokia X2-01 which I bought on 28th Oct 2011 and is still under warranty. My phone indicates switched off when somebody try to contact me at night. Phone's display is on but till morning when I make a call it will continuously indicate as switched off. Due to this problem I went to Nokia Care Center @ F-26/4 Okhla Phase-2 New Delhi.I was attended very nicely by the helpdesk people.Day before I went to Nokia Care my phone fell down and there was a minor crack on the right side of the body.I was told by helpdesk guy that he cannot send the phone to the company under warranty as it is defective.I told him 2-3 times that this problem is happening from last 1 month and phone got fell off yesterday only . He misguided me saying that due to the defect might be motherboard got damaged and if I will replace the body in Cash they can cover it in warranty and might can replace the phone as well. He insisted me 2-3 times and I agreed to pay them for the body so that they can change the body and can send it to the company for the repairing or replacement. He told me that the cost of the body is 1050/-. For a 3900 phone, I paid them 1050 just for the Body. They also provided me an standby phone and told me to come after 5-6 business days to collect the phone. Now the Climax happened, they called me on the same day when I went to submit the Phone saying that the problem has been resolved and I need to come to collect the Handset. I was shocked, I told them that the helpdesk guy told me to collect it after 6 days but she stated that the issue has been resolved at their end only so the resolution is quick I again went there next day collected the phone but the same problem was still there when I used it for 2 days.

              Now I want an explanation from them that why the hell they make fool of customers? Why did they charged me forcefully for the panel of the Phone when my previous body was fine? why they don't think that customer has to travel 10-20 kms to come to customer care center and if the phone's issue is not resolved why did they handed over it to me? I am very frustrated by this problem and will surely file a case against them in the consumer court authorities.

                  I bought a C6 Nokia smartphone on 1st October 2011. I was facing some problems at the very inception of the usuage of the cell phone. At last i went to Nokia Care at Durgapur ( Firingi More ) to address the issue. The guys at the Care told me it would be charged Rs.1000/- & i agreed for the same. The very next day when i called them i was shocked to hear that the charges would be Rs.4000/- & i immediately told them to give my cell back. The next day when i went to Care for receiving my handset, to my utter astonishment & disgrace the cell was not even working as compared to earlier when i was able to talk,text & even click images.The phone was dead!!!!!! & the way those so called customer care executives behaved was something which i could not share in Public platform.

                  I just have 1 question. I went for Nokia ( my used to be trusted brand not anymore) & is this the treatment i am supposed to receive at their end??? Also if Nokia believes in selling such in built manufacturing defect products????

                  i have purchase a new nokia C3 Handset from Janak Puri, Distt Center NPD on 17th nov 2010 on 18th nov 2010 i found that this handset having a problem with audio recording, and it has a manufacturing defect. when we shot any video on a party place where some music play on d.j. and some noisy place, the vedio recording will do fine but audio recording the bad sound its like blurrrrrrrrrrr. i have show this problem to the dealer as well as the nokia service center but they can`t able to repair. they just said that you keep your mobile with you with same problem.. .....please help to replace this handset with other or return my mony back.

                  I am facing the problem on my phone since i bought the same on 12th October 2011, the seller asked me to contact the local Nokia Care center, i.e. in Mehsana (Classic Empire near shilpa garage, Mehsana). The people at nokia care center gave me an extra ridiculous service i have ever got.

                  Problem: When i shoot any video on my phone the mixed random colors appear on the screen and soon phone get switched off automatically.

                  I have visited to nokia care center Mehsana 8 to 10 times and they format my phone and update the software as well, more they kept my phone for 3 days at their office to repair the same.

                  still i am facing the same problem. Every time they kept my mobile ,I don’t know what they have done ? this is the fair and straight question i should ask you.

                  They asked me to change the memory card which i replaced at my own cost, but still the problem has not solved.

                  When i asked they told me that we have to send your phone to delhi at nokia service center, i agree and i wait for 12 days without getting any service instrument.

                  i am really fed up, as you may notice i have visited care center 8 to 10 times since last 45 days.

                  To resolve this matter I should ask you to arrange to replace my instrument straight away without any delays.
                  i hope i will get positive reply from your end.

                  I strongly recommend you to provide proper training to our local nokia care center's staff/ manager that how to serve customer.

                  I have bought a nokia handset (asha 200) on 14/4/2012 but after 2 months the phone used to hang automatically, key pad doesnot work properly. On first instance i gave d mobile to nokia care and they repaired it and gave back to me but after one day same problem arises. again i gave d set to nokia care on 30 august and they send the mobile to there service centre for repair. They returned me d set after 20 days saying it in all right bur again after 2 days same problem exists. Again i gave d set to nokia care on 20 september and they again send it to nokia service centre. After 15 days they returned d set saying it is ok now, but after one days same problem arises. Now on 24th october the nokia care staff took the cell assuring that they will send it to service centre and told me to inquire after 15 days.in between this i continuosly called to ur customer care no. [protected]. They are telling that the matter has been escalated but yet no solution has been gone.My recent job sheet no is[protected]/121025/2 and complaint no is 1-[protected]. I have been facing lots of problem for last 4 months. Kindly look over the matter on urgent basis.

                    I submitted my mobile handset on 30.03.2012 first for change the speakers and servicing at NOKIA CARE in jalpaiguri. They billed me Rs.700.00 ( Rs.400.00 for change the speakers and Rs.300.00 for servicing ). I paid full amount without any bill ( as per their policy ). I did not get satisfaction because sound quality was not changed. I further submitted my handset on 05.04.2012. But problem was not solved rather after this time servicing sometimes my handset stop automatically. I live at Dhupguri which is 43 KM from care center at Jalpaiguri and it is impossible to me to easy access off an on.

                    Nokia — Speaker Quality

                    I have purchased the Nokia N90 handset in October 2006 at Rs 22000/-
                    I have some complaints with that.
                    1. The speaker of the handset is getting worst. The voie quality I received is very bad. I went to Nokia Customer care at Nashik, Maharashtra, India. They repaired it but the work doen is not satisfactory. The problem still persists.
                    2. My second problem is with the memory card. It is not showing the status of it. Also I am unable to retrieve my saved data from it.
                    3. The internet speed of the handset is very less compared to its previous state. Overall functions of the handset are very slow.
                    4. The handset is getting hot after long use continuousely like during charging, net surfingetc.

                    Please solve the problems as soon as possible.
                    Also send the information where I can repair the same in Nashik.

                        We had given two of our mobiles for repair at Nokia Care Center in Jayanagar, opposite to Khazana Jewelry shop. One mobile was C1-01 which had display problem (when we took it there for repair this was what they said to us) and they said in 10-15 days this display problem will be solved and since we were still in warranty period( we bought this mobile in November 2011 and one year warranty was given and we had produced the bill too) and any repair of such kind is cost free and the other handset 6300 had some software problem and they said they would look into it and would let us know the problem and the repair charges, then we could decide if we want that 6300 mobile to be repaired.

                        But an hour later, we get a call saying the above mobile, which had warranty period C1-01 had some liquid problem and it would cost us the repair charges. When we tried to confirm the issue, we were harshly answered. Now both the mobiles are with them and we have been trying to contact with various numbers and nobody is answering or picking the calls.

Many times it happens,one day it switched off and does not restart then i went to your authorized nokia care at Balagandi Square,Puri,Odisha with my mobile phone and its orginal Bill on 14th april 2012. When i explained my problem they just took my mobile ,opened it infront of me and said that we can't repair it and returned to me.When i asked about this matter and told them to repair my phone or replace it as it just only 21 days old.they were very ill-mannered and ill-bread.The concern person even went to the extent of telling me to take my phone back and refused to accept my mobile phone for repaire rude voice. I am still not able to believe how can a brand like NOKIA give such a ridicolous solution to the problem.My mobile which is well in warranty period is being returned back saying it is unrepairable and i am supposed to accept this with a smile and laud nokia for its wonderful customer care???                                     Had bought a Nokia E6 mobile phone on 10/01/2012. There was a product problem since day one. The screen lock on the right hand side of the phone was faulty along with the software problem. I visited nokia care center at Irla Mumbai within 1 week of the buying. There made a minor repair work along with the software updating of the phone. At that time I got a verbal commitment from the Nokia care center the if there is any problem with the lock they would replace the phone or repair it for free of cost.

                                    Today when I visited the same Nokia Center they refused to attend my query as committed. Over and above I was threatened by the nokia center and the customer care the my warranty would be canceled here after. I was harassed by the people at the nokia care center and refused to give me the contact details of the Customer care manager Nokia India west zone. I feel it is a cover up act for their faulty product. Nokia has one of the most poorest customer services. This is not the first encounter with Nokia's customer care. I had the same problem with my fathers E72 which they could never address it. It is still under the warranty. I has a software issue which is becoming a never ending story. One of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
