SIM card rejected
Hi,

I have mistakenly with out my knowledge on what exactly the pin Number and the PUK number were meant for. I Entered wrong info as i wasn't aware of what it was nor any information is given to the user (In this case Me)..

Now the SIM is rejected and I need my SIM to be immediately activated.

    Nokia C5-03 has design issues for touch pad
    The mobile screen have a gape in the edge of the screen, so when you talk on the phone and phone come to contact with sweating ears. The sweating enter in the gap of the screen and goes to the main screen due to this a white spot appears on the screen which turns into black image, now the touch screen stop working.
    When I visit nokia care centre they consider this as a physical damage and ask for Rs 1800/- for touch screen replacement even though mobile is under warranty

    Nokia — Touch Screen isnt working for Nokia c3

    Hi ,

    Nokia service center are not providing the support to the client we always have to request them.
    I am not happy with the service which they provide



    Not good at all.................
    I purchased Nokia C3-05, in few days the touch screen of the phone stopped working. After giving the handset to the Nokia care centre, the problem wasn't resolved. When I went again to the Nokia Centre, they asked me to pay Rs.2000 for the change of touch screen pad as they mentioned "Liquid Damage" is not under gurantee. The phone wasn't dropped in the water. There must be some moist. I couldnt used the phone for 1 day as the touch wasn't working itself. Why should I pay for the handset which has problem since day one. I have been using Nokia cell phones since many years. But now i will never purchase it. BAD PHONE & BAD SERVICE.
    I have received no phone call/sms for above complaint till now.

      dear sir/mem,
      i would like to in form you i have problem in my nokia e 5 handset that this my profile mode is not working properly so that i went in service center in west patel nagar( pillar no. 229) , your excutive solve my problem by formating the software after checking the vibration mode which is not working properly ,your excutive again checking my phone and say there is a problem in hordware , for resolving this issue you have to pay 750 rs and it will take 2 days, i think and say i dont want to solve my problem .imidieatly they told to my i solve your problem with in minute again i denied and took a my phone return and check my phone again my phone is running well ,
      so i would like to say such type things happen in your service center they are making me fool , demanding for unneccessary money , so plz solve the problem of nokia custmer .

      Nokia N73M — nokia care at chennai change the d-cover

      i have bought a new nokia n73m one week back,it had a manufacturing defect,it hanged often so i took the set and went to nokia care shop no5 arthi chambers anna salai chennai,they took the phone and asked me to come today[protected],i went at around 2oclock i got a phone with changed d-cover of someone else's phone..i asked about the initials and scratches,they again changed some three times and asked me to come on monday.this shows the company's profiles,it sounds like platform service center's work.even they dont steal spares from others phones.i wonder i can get the originality back or not!!!!will nokia care about this?

      Nokia N 73M — Manufacturing defect

      I purchased nokia n 73 m on 16/01/08.on 24/01/08 it got a defect in mic.After walking in to care centre for almost 3-4 times. it was solved .after few days i was dsurprised 2 see front vga cam nt working.The fone is still with care centre they arent giving me any job sheet .They say its unofficial job to be done and say they will replace it its alreayd 2 months.No solution as f yet

      Nokia N 73M — my mobile was taken for service but it's not returned

      I have given my mobile for service.Its been almost 2 months but still yhey have not returnd my mobile.I have asked them so many times still no response in the nokia care -chenai-mount road place
      my mobile ring tons some time not working plz give reason for that
      I purchase N 73m in aug 2008 right now my key pad is not working and automatically it getting press digit 4 auto it is getting open music file .
      I had bought a Nokia N78 phone in Jun'08. On 15-Sep-08, it suddenly gave a problem of NO DISPLAY. Same day I took it to the nearest NOKIA CARE CENTER (GUPTA ASSOCIATES, Sec-4, VAISHALI, Ghaziabad) & submitted the defected phone for repair under warranty. Now even after 18 days, I have not got the phone returned to me. On writing e-mails to NOKIA, I am getting just assurances of prompt action, but no concrete action.
      I just don't know what to do to get my handset repaied/ replaced without any further delay. My contact number is [protected].

      i given my nokia n73m for service to my service dealer on 22/07/08 after 2days they your set is to sent for higher level here it is not possible to repair after 15 days they repeatedly said your set is ready &DUE FOR DESPATCH FOR THE LAST 10DAYS & i made complaint to monitring cell they given reply as with in 487hrs your set will reach your destination i accepted &after 72 hrs ienquired the service centre they replied me the same answere your set is ready for depatch from higher level you wait for some time again i reached the complaint cell they also repetedly says the same answere your set is in despatch when they will despatch my set god& nokia president only knows i think So I REQUEST EVERYBODY TO THINK 100TIMES BEFORE PURCHASE OF NOKIA SETS IN INDIA this my humble request to all this is my very bitter exprience of third time with nokia service peoples in INDIA
      nokia care and nokia mobiles are the worst thing in this world
      I had purchased 5310 mobile on 10th Nov'08 and from the day one i have been facing problem in LCD and Battery back up . Once i had given for LCD repair and they took almost 1 month to repair and now again i have problem with LCD and Battery and gave for repair on 20th Jan'09, but till date i have not got my mobile not proper reponse .

INDIA ON 2ND APRIL 2009 UNDER THE JOB CARD NO.[protected]/090402/02 7 WAS COMMITTEDTO GET THE SET ON 3RD APRIL AFTER MAKING SEVERAL VISITS AT THE SERVICE CENTRE THE COMPLAINT WAS LODGED AT THE NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE VIDE COMPLAINT NO. 2-3WYZ3T DTD. 7/4/09 EVEN AFTER CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE & VISITING THE SERVICE CENTRE I M NOT GETTING THE MOBIL SET BACK AFTER THE REPAIR.

      Sir,
      I had given my nokia mobile in the nokia care centre about 2 months back when it was under warranty. I have already sent many mails to “asknokia”and they replied that their service people will check it and I will be notified once the phone gets ready.so I waited for their call, but I dint get any. I Went to the service centre only yesterday. They claim it was serviced but it’s the 4th time I ve given the phone for service and now the warranty has also expired. Ms.Priya was in the service section. she didn’t respond properly. She told that my mobile was checked by the head office people, but there is no such proof for that. The service people are not doing the service properly and since it’s the 4th time , its their duty to check the mobile thoroughly and replace it if necessary. But they didn’t do that. So I refused to get back the mobile from the center. I cant struggle with this mobile anymore. So, Either I need a replacement or extend my warranty for another year and I need an assurance from the head office saying that future problems wont arise in my phone. The job sheet no. is being[protected]/100602/1 dated on 31/07/2010 and model no 6303 Classic .You claim you have good customer service and feedback but this is not the way to respond to regular customers like me. I just dint like the service provided by your centre. Please do the needy at the earliest.

      two months back i registered complaint but till date no response from nokia
      I purchased Nokia 5130 Express Music Handset Last Year on August 2009 from Nokia Case Sec.10 Dwarka , Delhi . Phone is not working after I switched off the and try to switch it again showing error message " Contact Service" . I shown it to near dealer but they told me that it is a software problem and software not availble in market either you wait for a Month or board of the set will get changed which cost around Rs.1500.00.

      I purchase nokia N8 in the month of April 2011 ,but after using some days we had problem with this ,mobile switched off any time.and for solving this problem i consult with nokia care point at jodhpur,first time they checked but i again facing this problem but this time ,they said that they send this mobile to head office for checking and take 10 days time,but after 10 days, they not replied me,and when i contact them the thay said problem is resolved,but when i saw my mobile,there is many scratches on screen card and cemara gaurd is removed from mobile,and back body gaurd is also removed from the mobile. they did not send the mobile to head office,why they lied to me .i am very disappointed with nokia service.still i dont gat my mobile,
      kindly replace my mobile other wise i will take action through consumer court.

      i have purchased nokia e6-00 on 28/november /2011. now its side lock is damaged automatically. wen i went to nokia service station rajapark, jaipur they told me to take backup as all my data will b removed. they told me that my phone is in warranty so it will get changed.next day when i went there they told me that the part is not available.and asked me to come on monday. When i went there on monday they told me that they still didnt have part and asked me to come in 2 weeks. now when i went there they told me that they will charge 3500 just for changing the lock...n still they doesnt have it right now when they already told me it is in warranty then why will i pay to them.please take a appropriate action.and will give regards to your prompt decisions

      I Mr Harikrishanan C S submitted my Nokia E5 handset for repair at CELL WORLD KOLLAM on 22/08/2012 for rectifying ear piece problem and non functioning of bluetooth. After 4 days when i came there to receive my handset ,I was verymuch upset because the aesthetic beauty of the handset was lost during repair . Since i was not ready to take my phone back in that state , i was consolated by them by saying that one more piece has to be replaced and i will get back my phone in its original beauty . But its THREE MONTHS OVER even now i didnt get my phone back .Whenever i call i get the answer that wait for another 2 weeks .I complained to Mr Abhilash[protected] Manager of the centre but no use ,I wonder how such a great company like Nokia gives franchisee license to such irresponsible people. I request to take immediate steps to set right my grievense

        I HAD PURCHASED NOKIA C6-01.
        JUST AFTER TWO MONTHS OF PURCHASING THIS MOBILE I AM FACING A LOT OF PROBLEMS.
        THESE ARE SOME OF THE PROBLEMS GIVEN BELOW,
        1) BATTERY BACKUP IS TOO LOW
        2) OVERHEATING WHEN USES 3G
        3) WORKING SLOWLY
        4) HANGING PROBLEM
        5) CALLING HAS SOME PROBLEM ( VOICE IS NOT CLEAR )

        DUE TO THESE PROBLEMS I HAVE ALSO UPDATED MY PHONE SOFTWARE TO BELLE
        BUT NOW THE BIG PROBLEM WHICH IS IT IS SHOWING "ERROR IN USB CABLE" , "UNSUPPORTED SOFTWARE" ,

        Nokia — Software corrupted

        Sir,
        My nokia 3110c IMEI No. [protected] phone Software is currupted , i have Checked the software 3-4 times from Dwarka Sector-4 Service centre, but still it running as it is.The phone is sometimes not Swicth On, then i am going to Service centre again and again,but the phone problem is not solved. I am requested u to change my phone , it is under warrenty.

          I had submitted all my information to your mailing address [protected]@ovi.com and you seem to not take any actions rather than keep my handset in your pocket since 23rd of April 2012.I haven't heard anything from you that is why i started posting on consumer grievance site to get justice.You guys dont know who you are talking to.If you keep delaying, I know what I have to do.I will show the people outside how you behave and how dirty your service is to all consumer complaint site and social networking sites.So just be ready for that or fix my concern.The damage done on my Nokia N8 is done by Nokia itself.And now you guys want to blame me and want me to pay you for the damages you did to my phone.Well in that case I dont need your junk phone, just give me my money back and keep that toy with you.Otherwise fix it or replace it with a working model under warranty and give me as soon as possible.I am not going to pay any more for any Nokia toy ever in my life.

              I am writing this complaint about Nokia since I am left with a merely functional Nokia N8 which was indirectly destroyed by Nokia each time a service was carried on it. I am ashamed that I had paid my hard earned money on this useless gadget which never did any good to me. The phone was defective from the first week of its purchase. The Nokia people took advantage of my less sound situation and put my phone for service within the first month instead of replacing my phone with a fully functional one.I didn’t have the opportunity to use the phone or the phone did not function as it should for at least a day. I wonder why a reputed brand like Nokia, would degrade itself by selling off a bull gadget like the N8 which is good for nothing at huge prices. I bought it looking at its specification at www.gsmarena.com but once I bought the N8 handset it changed all my good impression about Nokia.The N8 is the worst among Nokia phones that I had purchased. Not only did it tear my pocket but did a lot of harm on me and killed my piece of mind. Now my N8 is sitting in my Cupboard shelf idle. Thought of giving it off but nobody wants it. I suggest Nokia to stop producing Uganda stuff like the Nokia N8 and spoil their brand name. I am also writing this to let the readers know the Nokia N8 is not worth even a penny. Let me relate the hardships I had to go through once this toy stepped into my life.
              I found that the 3.5mm audio jack on my Nokia N8 was not functioning out of the box just a week after the purchase of Nokia N8.I ran into the Nokia store to get a replacement and they denied any replacement and told me that they would fix it and asked me to come a week later. I got the N8 after a week and when I got the N8 it was nothing like the new one any more it looked like an N8 that has been roughly used. I was sad that I submitted cute N8 for losing its freshness and ever since then the phone had one or the other problem. The Nokia people literally f my phone and made it worthless like a ###.

              After that I found that the phone would get hung almost every day and I had to restart it to bring it to life. I had felt, many a times to step into Nokia care and throw this stupid N8 on their face whenever it missed my important calls and the anger that I paid so much for this perfect toy "The N8".Readers don’t buy this and kill yourself, life would be better without it. I suggest you can go for HTC Vivid or Samsung Galaxy S2.I am going to tell all my friends on face book and let the other people know that the N8 is a total waste, before someone unknowingly buys it.

              I request Nokia to stop production of this N8 and redesign the N8 if they can because the present N8 is good for nothing and If Nokia wants to take a look at consumer grievance like the one I have, I can demonstrate the defects that I have come across. So people like Elope can at least take up this challenge and make customers happy. I am not at all happy with the N8 and also the worst ever service carried on it.

              I submitted the phone again due to the above said faults and after I got it, it is worse than ever now and the screw was loose at the bottom and now the case sometimes comes out and I do not have screw driver to tighten it and if I need to use the phone, I have to hold it tight in order for it to work. It is just ridiculous. Want a replacement from Nokia for any other Smartphone that works or a working Nokia N8 or I need my money back.

              Consumer Court Sir please helps me since Nokia is not helping me. Now Nokia does not deserve any dignity. They have played me all these days and they need to be brought into trial. I have all the proof of purchase and whatever you need with me. So you can contact me by Email or by call.
              Again my Nokia N8 is sitting with Nokia Care since 23rd April 2012 and Nokia has not taken any actions to help me. My phone is still on warranty and Nokia wants money from me again for the damages they made. This is not a good way to treat customers. Please sue Nokia for denying service to me.

                i bought a new nokia 500 .but from day onwards it starts giving some problems.it switch off's automatically.suggest a solution to dis problem..
                The best you can do is:-
                Do you have a garbage bin at home?.If yes, burn your phone completely and make sure all your anger with the phone is over and then trash it in that garbage bin.After you do this just take an pledge that you will never ever do the mistake of buying a Nokia again.
                I wrote this because I bought an N8 and it was not even used properly for one day and has been sitting with nokia since 23april 2012 and nokia has still not returned that phone, i was asking them to pay me back the money i paid them since i feel that Nokia is destroying the phone even more.Better give the phone back to Nokia and get a refund and buy some samsung galaxy phones.

Unexpectedly the touch screen didn't work properly.Then I filed a complaint at the Nokia Care near Periyar Bus Stand in Madurai 1 month ago. They said that the mobile will be serviced within 10 days. But till now there is not even a single response from them regarding Service. I couldn't use the mobile for urgent purposes. So please help me to get my mobile serviced as early as possible.

                      Hi, myself tauseef shaikh, I am using Nokia cell phone for over a decade nw, but the after sales service provided by nokia is just terrible to explain. 3 months back I purchased new Nokia X7 device and within 1 week it started restarting and giving start up problems. My device has been sent to repairs by Nokia care centre for 3 times to there so called factory for a period of 15-20 days on average every time but of no use. How can nokia co. Be so careless wen it comes to after sales service. Again my cell is giving the same problem.

                      i purchaed a 5800 xpress music of nokia cell on27/3/2010 and within 6 months my cell is giving problem ,it is restarting on its own and its handfree jack is not working,so i went to nokia care in lajpat nagar and told all about it they told me that they have updated the software and this problem wont come again,but still the problem is same, and about handfree jack they told me that water has gone inside it and they are lieng,and asked me to pay rs 1500 for repairing which i refused,when they dont feel like doing any , they simply say that water has gone inside your,so the consumer is helpless and cant do anything,its v. common its not with me ,its with my friends to facing the same problem,so i dont suggest anyone to buy nokia cell

                          Subject: No Proper service provided by the customer care even when the cell phone is in warranty period.

                          I bought this Nokia Lumia 710 handset from Dev Sales Maninagar Ahmedabad India.

                          I have got Nokia Lumia 710 in about mid February and Since the first day there was a problem of phone ie “not getting disconnected leading to extended call timings which increased my phone bills.”
                          Also I got this Nokia Lumia 710 expecting it to be brand new box pack phone but like the handset is behaving I feel I have bought a second hand used cell phone which is no good.
                          And also when on a call sometimes the phone used to get disconnected. I gave it to Nokia care since I face this problem for 15-20 days.
                          I
                          Then they gave a excuse that it needs software updating and returned the phone to me after 9days.

                          Now after using for another week , problem faced during the week were that calls disconnected while in conversation and internet error and hence I complained to the dealer, I got a call from Hemant Shinde on 28th April Gujarat / Ahmedabad sales head and he started giving me explainations tht the handset is ok only the there is sim problem and so try this time may be it will work"
                          Now I was upset yet I was waiting that they will help me instead I ddnt get any call nor from the dealer that is Dev sales Maninagar that the handset is done on 8th May 2012 I called Hemant Shinde again for the same issue and told him that is not done if you said the other day that the handset is ok then why ddnt I get the phone back the next day itself and I have to call asking for the phone so I said I want a full refund for the phone so he made me speak to Mr Prakash Rami Nokia Care centre Arihant Com Maninagar and this guy gave me the same stupid excuse that you should try using this phone as it sim problem.


                          I said I will not buy any of your excuses anymore because everytime you give a new reason for this handset not working.
                          He ddnt reply anything to me, I think he is not capable enough to be on a position he is right now coz he ddnt have any answer to my issue, he doesn’t care what problem I have to face for not using my phone and using other handset and coping contacts to other phone every other week.


                          So I want a answer from the Nokia Area Sales Manager, that

                          “ When you have to make sales you sweet talk people and when it comes to customer services you give this crape services”???????????

                          Give me one reason why I should buy Nokia for this crape service and for these kind of arguments.

                          Im a working women I donot have time to call every other day for my phone and my job is totally dependant on phone calls and emails and messages which I should actually ask for compensation.



                          "Now the issue is first time it was software problem, this time it is sim problem."


                          I said" I wanna make it very clear that I have not taken this expensive Handset for experiment if you want to experiment send it to your research department.

                          So I wanna make it very clear that I wanna refund of this handset.


                          And also I will advice everyone that never buy NOKIA coz there are smart in selling but they have customer services.


                          I have lost trust in Nokia.


                          I want answer to my question and please issue a refund as I am not interested in using Nokia anymore.

                          Recently in 27th August'2009 I had bought a Nokia 2626 from The Mobile Store in Chennai. From the next 4th Month itself, it started giving problems. This handset started giving problems from Dec'2009 itself, and from then till now there has been no help provided by Nokia Customer Care or The Mobile Store. I had kept the handset as it is, and still the Blank display.When I gave a complaint for the same at the mobile store, they did not agree to it and say it had been damanged knowingly. Why would someone do it? Its still in the warranty period. I asked them to replace the set, but that was not accepted. I request you for a change of handset. Since, this is changing my belief in Nokia. If this is how it is, I don't think I would be willing to buy any Nokia handset any further. No one from the Nokia Service Centre or The Mobile store is ready to help for the same, even when the phone is in waranty period. Every time the screen gets damaged, even without using it. Kindly get this handset changed. I have lost faith from Nokia. I am going to consider putting a case against the same in case no action is taken sometime soon.your nokia customer care approached and taking a handset 19/dec/09 and job sheet no:[protected]/091219/77. after 2 wkg collect the same, i go to your customer care 21/12/09 Eve 4.00pm waiting for approx 1 hour after that 1inconvenience same is collect the after By thursday(24/12/09) come & collect ur set and sign it (name not mentioned) 21/12/09. ok, but after that calling the Telecaller calling the sir your handset display not ready after 12 wkng days same is collect. againg today your executive is same word repeat the same. for your ref job sheet and mobile bill details given below:

                          You better give back your Nokia toy to Nokia so that they can display it among antiques and get a refund because walking after them is no good and you will end up no where.Better buy some samsung galaxy smart phones to really enjoy a smart phone.Nokia is doomed to perish.Rest in peace Nokia.

                                        Nokia job sheet no[protected]/1390. Dt. 1/5/2012 , I had went to change the housing of my mobile x3 02 ,they said. It will take half an hour , when they opened then they said it will take time after that next day they are giving the used housing and saying I have no another housing it will take 25 days and now they oppend it and giving with my old housing and phone is not working . So Please check it as urgent as possible
