      We had purchased a Nokia handset which no is N 500 & EMI no is [protected] on dated 29/11/2011 which is under warranty period but when purchased mobile after 1 month its become dead then we went to Nokia Care of Kanpur which name SS services 96/2 star press building chunniganj crossing Kanpur & they transferred my set to yours factory which located in NOIDA but we had not satisfied your service because they changed my handset's mother board & return to me but after one week there was another problem created on my handset the problem is that when called any no. or any call came to my mobile the light become off so we again went to your nokia care same place but they did not solve the problem & says that its goes to factory again I give the handset again on dated 10/04/12 but when we goes to nokia care secondly but my problem not resolved so they again submitted my mobile & said that it had gone to factory again so I got angry so we complain there customer care representative & wrote that mail when we go to nokia care the sales person tell me again & again that please increased your warranty 7 charged me Rs. 500 why l pay that money .
      We received the my cell phone on dated 30/04/2012 & your customer care executive & she told that ur cell is properly working but on dated 01/05/12 its become dead then today i went to your nokia care & they deposited my cell phone & told me that its go to factory again . My cell phone is going for forth time this type of fault happen with me forth time. I already complain the customer care executive today its no is 1/[protected].
      So please solve that matter & change my handset as soon as possible.I already complain with Nokia Customer care but there is no type of response from thier So please suggest to me what i do & please breif me how complain against nokia from the help of Consumer Court.

        NOKIA-ASIA — BATTERY BACK PROBLEM

          Please guys dont buy Nokia touch screen mobiles....... I bought C5-03 now facing so many problems. Some times it will work and some times it cant work. That time even you can not switch off, only way is u have to remove battery and reset that also some times wont work. I am getting irritating now. i bought this cell for 9,000Rs. Please don't buy

            lost my mobile phone of model Nokia 1280 of BLack color, which brought from Gurumurty Electronics, Phulbani, Kandhamal, Orissa(16/04/2012) by Prabhat Behera having IMEI no [protected] and batty NO.[protected] SS [protected]

              This is the 1st Post:

              It has been 27 days since i have posted my complaint on this website. I am very sad to convey that the situation has got worse. The Nokia Care here had taken my phone for "observation" and found no problem, but whereas when I took it for use, the very next day the dust problem had reappeared. I conveyed this to the branch manager and sadly, he was in a very uncooperative mood, and has ineffectively blamed me (the customer) of this problem. Clearly if you type "dust problem in nokia c7" in google, you will get around 10 websites which house the complaints of many such customers with the same problem and I think this directly implies that it is not the customer fault, but some rare manufacture defect with some particular handsets of this type. The manager even though proved wrong, has once again procrastinated justice and has delayed any action from being taken by citing that he has sent an email of "APPROVAL" for the effective replacement of my phone. Logically speaking, one of the greatest mobile giants of the world, NOKIA, WOULD NOT AND WILL NOT delay their response BY 27 DAYS. So clearly there is some malpractice going on and sadly I, as a loyal Nokia customer, am on the receiving end of an unjust action. Will Nokia higher officials take action, will Nokia officials come to the aid of a loyal Nokia customer, will Nokia officials heed the value of precious money spent on such a costly phone?? I really hope so, because this should not deteriorate the Nokia's name in the society. This is the only action we as customers can take against such unjust actions, so please, if Nokia officials have seen this, I hope some action will be taken soon.

              SOCIETY — Dust

              Respected sir/Madam....

              Our state is surrounded by fill of pollution especially dust pollution. there is one way to over this dust pollution in our state is that there is more no.of plots are made in our city, in that plots only the people through-own their waste things such as plastic papers and furniture so that waste ages are came to the road then it pollute the road. so our should put on law that is who all are the owner of the that plot they should maintain their
              plots cleanly otherwise they should punished....

              this is the only way of avoid pollution, i am requesting you please import that law. it is very useful.

                  My company purchased a nokia c1 phone for my official use in April 2011. In December 2011 itself it showed some problems like switching off automatically. After 3days it completely switched off. I gave to nokia care at ernakulam and they said it is hardware problem after 15 days i got a new handset free of cost as the old one was in warranty period. Now that is in April 2012 phone is again showing samecomplaint. One day it became switched off due to not charging for 2 days but after batterycharging i lost all my contact details from the phone memory. I didnt see such useless phone before..

                    I had purchased my phone on 8th January 2012 from Hotspot Laxmi Nagar who is the authorized seller of Nokia Phones. I had specially requested for a sliver color handset , which I got. But ever since I got it, I have been facing problems of phone restart, Phone hanging and a lot of other problems. Its not even 3 months since my purchase and 2-3 times it has gone for repair. 1st time, I dont know what they did to my handset that it was not even getting restarted , so they replaced the handset (with some used one-it was not seeming the new one at all) AND THEY CHANGED THE COLOR OF MY HANDSET TO BLACK, SAID ITS COMPANY'S POLICY AND THE SCREEN GUARD WAS NOT THERE, IT WAS THERE IN MY EARLIER SILVER COLORED PHONE. Even then I graciously accepted it, PAID FOR THE NEW SCREEN GUARD TOO. Then, after 1 day, it again started creating similar problems. After a month, i again gave it for repair, this time they simply formatted it and gave it back. Then after 2-3 days. it again started creating problems. Now My every 5 th call, gets disconnected on its own. The phone restarts any time. Phone's internet stops working anytime. A lot softwares which requires internet stops working abruptly. Now i dont feel like going to them because they will simply format the phone without looking at the real problem. I want a new handset SILVER COLORED PHONE., which I had originally purchased. Thats why I have come to you guys with some expectations. Hoping a quick resolution on my issue.

                        I have Buy Nokia c6 mobile before 6 month and before 1and half month it get repaired due to flexi cable problem it doesn’t get worked. I went to Nokia care they said presently we are not having spare so u please visit some other Nokia care likewise they said . Then i have visited many cares all are saying the same reason and I have made calls to some shop their also saying the same.

                                    Hi, who received this message, i am very disappointed with Nokia Service Malaysia, regarding my Nokia 6233 Handphone, it is the problem of Keypad light ( No Light ), since 9 /5/2009 this is the 1st time i send to Nokia Service centre (m) Sdn Bhd at 1 Utama for repair, after 2 days, my have been repair, after pick up for one week the same problem happen again, Send Nokia service centre at 1 Utama for 2nd time on 17/5/0009.The centre did the same thing for the repair after 2 or 3 days, my phone have repaired. On the 15/8/2009 i send in for 3rd time for the same problem, after few days my again have been repaired at the service centre.after for abyt 3 weeks, the 4rd time the same problem happen again, on the 2/9/2009 i send to the same centre at 1 Utama, this time the respective said need to send to HQ at kl already for repair as they dont what wrong with it. after 3 days, i call the service centre (1 Utama ), said dont have feeback from HQ, said will call me once havee feedback, but never recevied any call, later after few day call again the the service centre, said no news yet( the same answer, on 14/9/209, received a call from service centre, tell me the ridiculous reason is at the moment they dont have stock for my keypad for the change, need to wait for another few weeks, not sure when!!!. this is very ridiculous as after 2weeks my phone with the HQ now only telling no stock for the keypac to change, within this 2 week i wondering wat they (service) doing.Even tryto the service Manager ( Mr. Peter ) cant even get him on the line.                                         I have a NOKIA E 63 purchased in 2010. I had downloaded the nexgtv from OVI store and it was working well. But about 15 days back when I tried to run some channels through nexgtv, there was a message that there are some updates and when I would like to update nexgtv. i opted for the same and after that I was asked to give my mobile number as a one time measure to keep me updated about future updates etc. The nextgtv site is not accepting my mobile number and nexgtv has stopped working. I have tried many times to download it afresh from OVI store. But am facing the same problem every time. Please resolve this problem immediately.

                                        Nokia E 63 — inability to provide the announced gift.

                                        i bought a Nokia E 63 from the mobile store at airport road, bangalore and i was not told about the on going complimentary offer. but after the purchase i came to know about that through a message sent to me by the mobile store . i enquired about that and was told the procedure to participate and i went through the procedure and was told that i will be getting a trendy mobile pouch.when contacted . i was told that there is no stock and will be getting in a couple of days, and will be informed . but after a week also there was no communication from the store. at last i contacted them and got the same reply. then they connected to there higher official and that could not help me either.they tried to gave me a pouch which could be hardly fitting to the model bought, and the response is very bad. no body bothered. they gave two VCDs that too like they wanted me to get out of the store. as i was busy i picked the VCDs and was told very sarcastically that i will be getting a call the next day about the status.hoping to get a response waited but no call so gave a call to them . the same thing, again will be getting back.


                                        so i sincerely suggest every body not to expect any after sales service from the mobile store. and forget about the goodies you get from them.

                                        Nokia E 63 — not honouring the warranty

                                        Hi,
                                        I bought the Nokia E63 handset in april this year. On sunday I was taking on the phone when it suddenly became dead. At first I thought it was out of power, but even after charginh it did not work.
                                        When i took it to the Nokia centre, yesterday they told me that water had gone ito the power jack and it will cost Rs.2500 to fix it. When i went today the same people tell me that the display jack is gone and that it will cost Rs.4500 to fix it.
                                        Questions:
                                        1. How did the water go inside when I was talking on the phone?
                                        2. Does the warranty not extend to such problems?
                                        3. How do we know that we are not being taken for a ride,and that there was a technical error in the phone ( possibly covered under warranty), specially when i am given two reasons on two days?

                                        I think there has to some kind of transparency in the process. Just for the information, the last phone i used was the Nokia E50, which i am still using for another number. I am extremely careful with amy phone and have no reason to believe that water has gone into the system.

                                        Indeed my phone is connected with GPRS connectivity and phone model is E63, recently I changes my pass word of my mail ID to over come security reasons. soon after that nokia reminded me to change in the phone setting also, so that I did it. So far I am not receiving mails in my phone even after adequate measurements initiated from my end. My mobile no is [protected]

                                        Nokia E 63 — fraud

                                        i have nokia e 63. I have problem with my mobile it was not getting swith on only light was blinking and i had left my phone at nokia care center sector 15 faridabad and they charged 100 rupees from me for problem diagnose and they told me that all power ic has been damaged and repair cost will be 1900 rupees. Then i take back my phone and went to lacal mechanic he told me that there is only software problem and he repaired my phone at once so i want to say that nokia care is fraud and cheater.
