I have bought nokia 6.1 plus from flipkart in october 2018, from the beginning it had speakers issue. Today phone completely hanged and not working at all. Its still covered under warranty, today whet to nokia service centre, the lady was very rude and inefficient, she did not respond well and did not solve the issue.
Just formatted the phone and gave it back. Her name is devi from rajahmundry branch. Very bad on nokia

    Respected team,

    I purchased the mobile nokia 6.1 plus 6 month ago but now it's not working properly, the handset in under warranty period. Many years been customer's of nokia brand. But this time i am not satisfied with this your product, after six months my mobile automatically switch down.

    That time i visited to your authorised service centre. But your service executives not giving me satisfied answers from them side. Now i am very suffering this problem, last 10 days i am living without my handset.

    I hope you are understanding my problem.

    I request to you, kindly do the needful initiate and replace this handset as soon as possible.

    First time happend this problem. I dam sure you ll be take promt action against this situation.

      I bought this phone around 3 months back and within 2 months the charging port of the phone stopped working, so i got it changed but the other chargimg port also stopped working within 1 month and the cost of changing the charging port us ₹2000. Which is huge. I would like to be reimbursed of the complete cost of the phone as well as for the cost of repairing the phone too.

        I was visited nokia care at m/s. Digitech service (J. K. Paul lane ashoke bhavan durgapur 713213, west bengal). The address was provided by nokia help center. The screen of my nokia 6.1 was broken & it was replaced with the local product which was charged rs 3000. When i was asked for bill they refused to provide any proper bill (Tax invoice) just given some handwritten documents.

          I ordered a phone from nokia official website on 17th of august. paid the part amount as Giftcard and part as Cash on Delivery. on 20th august delivery boy came and told me to pay the full amount, i refused to do so, he returned the parcel saying cash was not available. i complained on nokia official website had chat wit them they told me your problem will be resolved in 24 to 48 hrs and i mailed them about same. on 23rd august i get a call from delivery boy sayin your parcel will be delivered today you have to pay full amount. i again refused and again complained to nokia again had chat with them they again told me your problem will be resolved in 24 to 48hrs. on 25th august i got message saying address difficulty and same on 26th august on 27 august my parcel was returned without calling or texting me. today on 28th august i again complained to nokia they again told me your problem will be resolved in 24 to 48 hrs.

            Hello,

            I purchased nokia 8.1 2 months ago as my phone meets an accident it gets scratches on screen so i give it to nokia service centre i paid rs 9000 and make it cleared. But after that i was facing network issue so i again submitted it to service centre he kept my phone for almost-10 days and after that as he gave my phone return i got to know that it's of another imei no and another specifications. My phone was of 6 gb ram & 128gb storage and the phone i received is of 4 & 64 combination.
            I have 3 concerns..
            1) my phone was all ok but after changing display only it was facing problem
            2) i submitted my phone on 20th august when i asked him for job sheet id he gave me old one means he did not open my job sheet i'd also
            3) and gave me wrong device
            4) i complaint it almost 4/5 times.. No action taken
            Now what can i do?

              Nokia world biggest fraud company. Buying a nokia handset, nowadays is a biggest mistake of anyone. I buyed the mobile on october and 5 months has passed, as you can see the earlier complain on this respected forum itself on april. I am having issues in charging as we all know the handset has a one year warranty, i visited service centre, they promised to repair it within a week but they didn’t, they told me nokia company is not providing them parts. After 1 month i complained it to nokia customer service. I raise the issue on their toll free number with mr abhijeet verma, a conference call is connected to william mobile clinic (Mizoram, aizawl) in which the dealer clearly told that nokia is not providing them with required parts due to which they are unable to repair my mobile. Since it is nearly 5 month passed, and no resolution is provided to me, by the customer service team. They are now started threatening me to go to consumer court and told me to solve the issue from there. So i like to draw your attention in this regard, that nokia india (Biggest fraud company in india) is doing service fraud and will request everyone in india, not to buy a nokia phone. Because you are not going to get any warranty. Stay away from nokia india. It is not the nokia before 5-7 years. It’s one of the biggest fraud company which come to loot india. Please keep your money safe, and never ever invest in any nokia product. Nokia go to hell you pick pocketed, my money.

                  Dear team,

                  I am very disappointed to write complaint against reputed company like you.

                  I have bought a new phone via diglife distribution & marketing services ltd on august 27, 2018. Mobile phone delivered on august 30, 2018. Invoice no [protected].

                  Would like to inform that android nokia 6.1 plus is purchased for company operation purpose and am using since sep 2018 with corporate account without any issues. Last month the mobile had issue with charging portal and had given the mobile to authorized service center for the servicing. After servicing corporate account is not synchronizing and corporate account is not allowed to synchronized with this mobile device. The reason shows os is suspicious. Please find the attached documents for your kind reference.

                  With regards to this issue i personally went and met the service center manager and had a discussion on the same issue and he said that they have changed the charging portal, done service flash and upgraded to the new version. While flashing the mobile boot locker is opened and this is rooted. Due to which i am not able to use this mobile for corporate operations.

                  Could you please consider the issue seriously and provide me an alternative mobile to avoid impact on my operations.

                  Looking forward for your good support and kind co operations.

                    I purchased a nokia phone 6 months ago and all of a sudden it stopped working i went to the nokia service centre in jalpaiguri west bengal and the service centre employee said motherboard needs to be changed. It's been almost a month i don't get any proper response from the service centre employees and they have not yet repaired the phone and are very rude.

                      I have purchased nokia 7 plus.. The volume button was stucked.. So i gave to nokia service centre in shimoga.. Karnataka state.. I paid 3000 rs.. But they didn't resolve the problem.. Now also the volume button is not working.. Worst responsible from nokia servicer. Can u repayment my money and my mobile is also not updated by them... Always irresponsible.

                        I have purchased a nokia 7.1 and after 16 days the device dead. It is given in the service center on 20/7/2019. They said it will be repaired and given back to me in 10 days. I visited there after 10 days, then they told me it will be given back to me in next 10 days. After 10 days i visited the place they told me again after 10 days. So on... Today (24/8/2019) also they told me after after a week. They very rudely talked to me. One of the executive told me he is not nokia if i wanted the device go to the nokia company wherever it is situated. My job sheet no. Is[protected]/190720/012. Please take up it seriously and help me to get a replacement.

                          I have submitted my nokia 6.1plus phone to the service center for repairing of charging port at 'delight solutions techno services' secunderabad, hyderabad.
                          I had submitted the phone on 9th aug and i was told that i would receive it in 10days. The form number is '1946'.
                          Sadly, i have not been contacted about thee phone anything yet.

                            I have purchased new brand Nokia 8.1 in the month of Jan 2019for INR 27, 000/-. After few months there was a display flickering problem. I have visited Borivali Service Center thrice (3 times). They have done software update, changed the PCB (Motherboard). But my problem is not solved as there is a Manufacturing Defect. The company is not ready to accept it. They are telling me to take the phone back and continue 12 months with the repairs. This is too much. I need your help in this case.

                            Nokia company executive Mr. Sushil Gupta has called me once and updated me that he had informed the company for SWAP, i.e. replacement of piece with new one. But this was 10 days back. I was trying to get in touch with him but he was not answering my call. He informed his colleague Manish to talk to me then that there is no problem in the phone. They are harassing the customers like anything. They have opened my phone for more than 3 times under the warranty. I don't want replacement now. I want my money to be refunded with harassment done to me for last 12 days.

                            Now i have received an email from Nokia Customer Support stating that "we have checked status of your job sheet, it has been closed with service completed status. Further, we would request you to coordinate with the service center and they will assist you in best possible manner".
                            This is too much. I request you to get in to the case asap.

                              I have given my mobile to the authorized service center regarding charging port which is not working with jobsheet no:[protected]/190729/021 on dt.[protected]. They have give maximum of 2 weeks time replacement but till today i haven't received any call from service center which is already been 3 weeks. When i spoke to customer executive lat time he just hung up the phone talking very dude. This is very disappointing to see such a very bad behavior with service and executives as well. Being such a reputed company, its disgusting this behavior. I need immediate action on this or else a, going to raise this complaint to the next level.

                                I have purchased nokia 6.1+ device 8 months back. Few days before device heated up during charging, giving burning smell and battery swallowed damaging back panel of phone. I immediately emailed nokia care regarding this but no proper response received from them.
                                Then i generated online service request through nokia portal on 6th aug 2019. I was told that device will be picked up within 5-7 days but even after 14 days device not picked up for repair neither any communication received from nokia care. I have called 2 times, had chat once with nokia care team but still no proper response received.

                                This is highly unprofessional response from nokia team.

                                  My name is laxminath, i have a nokia 6.1plus phone with a warranty till 30th august 2019, but due to a small scratch on the phone, they said warranty is void as the phone has fell from hand. They also said a minimum service charge is rs 350 and for any other parts it would be charged additionally. This service center is in diamond towers shop 13& 14, near taj tristar, secunderabad-500003.

                                    My phone nokia 5.1 plus was bought nearly 6 months ago and now my subport is not working and all the users are facing same problem with this phone and the service centre ask 1200 to replace it but it is under warranty. And some users are saying after replacement it has same problem. Very bad product from nokia. I think it will be worthy but it fooled their customers. They are not responding to this problem very bad quality product

But handset charging port issues in 15 july in service center mobile link hadpsar pune maharashtra submit. They said parts not available. I sent a mail to nokia team for this issue.
