I Purchased My Nokia 701 from the Carrefor, City Centre Branch at Dubai. I was experincing different functions and when I was trying to transfer the date from my LAPTOP( HP PROBOOK 4530s) wtih window XP, I could not due it via blue tooth. I went to Nokia care at Dubai and they said me to wait for some time and after three hours they said, I have to leave the mobile there for observation. I did the same, to my surprise when I received the same after one week and when I chekced the same in front of Nokia rep. the same problem existing. The mobile purchase only 20 days back. I have lot of expectation on Nokia, and its goodwill and also for the customer care. Everything went wrong. Please help me to solve this problem

      New phone gettiing hanged again and again. I purchased a nokia lumia 710 on the from chroma retail. The phone is hanging when we hit End Call Button and the call continues to go on. We were charged even though we had hing up the call because the call in actuality was still no finished by Nokia handset.

        I had ordered a nokia mobile C2-02 in Jan-12 Order:[protected] through nokia shop online (http://nokia.indiatimes.com/) but when the mobile packet was delivered it did not have the data cable and memory card.
        I have conctacted customer care many times and sent several emails but they make false promises which are never fulfilled.
        Please take immediate action against this as this is clear case of customer harassment.

            Sir/Madam,
            This is very unfortunate that i have bought a Nokia C5 bearing the IME No. [protected] just a year ago but it gave me troubles continuously. It became very hot whenever it was connected with the charger, this was found in the month of Aug.2011 & it was serviced as it was under warranty period. But it turned into the same problem & it was again got serviced from the authorized service centre on 26/09/2011. After a few days it again generated heat whenever it was switched on & finally it didn't response when i try to switched on . I again submitted the handset in Citytel Services, Kolkata-14 on 23rd of November,2011 bearing the Job Sheet Number[protected]/111123/9. Their expert estimated that it will be charged Rs.1500.00 to turn the hanset in active mode and they advised me to take the set from them on the same day.
            This is very unfortunate that this is the middle of Feb,2012 but there is no response from the service centre. If I call them they just answered me that it will take some time as the spare part is not available.
            Therefore I think that I have become a great fool by purchasing the brand of "NOKIA" as it unable to provide service of its own handset.
            Hence my earnest request to the authority to look into the matter so that i can get back my handset in active mode before I have to take any "Legal Action".

                I bought a Nokia C 6 from Univercell Mobile store in Bangalore in June 2011. The phone has a weird problem – The screens go blank, the phone hangs and the applications on it are terribly slow.

                Between August to January 2012, I have already already reported the issues to Univercell thrice and they inturn were kind enough to forward the same to Nokia Care and get the issue fixed, albit temporarily. Every time I got the phone back from the service centre, it would work well and then throw up similar issues again. During the third service, when the board was replaced as it was defective, I was promised that if any issue is reported again with the phone, the phone would be replaced immediately. Now in February, the phone is again acting funny and when I approached univercell, they cut a sorry figure and have forwarded the phone again to Nokia for service and I am yet to get the phone back.

                From the very first month of buying the phone, the phone has had serious issues and has never worked to its potential. Nokia should stop selling such defective phones because as it is Nokia’s market share is mobile phone market is falling and with such defective phones doing rounds, it just does not add up.

                I was patient enough to get the phone services thrice, hoping that it would for once work normally, but in vain. Also to add that every time the phone went to the service centre, there were n numbers of scratches on th screen and on the phone. The look and feel of the phone now is like a 3 year old phone and refuses to take it back / use it. I change my cell phone frequently and always used new handsets. If I were to get such a pathetic phone from Nokia, I was better off buying a second hand phone from the market, that way I would have saved a lot of money and the phone atleast would have worked well.

                Now I use a blackberry and its doing very well.

                I would strongly recommend all my friends to stop using Nokia as the products are of cheap quality and the after sales service is not worth talking about either.

                I wasted Rs. 12000 on this phone and swear not to buy any nokia product again

                    I have also got the same problem with my Nokia E6 which I have bought just 20 days back. Whenever the phone is switched on or off the screen starts to flicker and which is causing such inconvenience to me.

                    I have always been a loyal Nokia Customer. I have owned countless nokia cell phones. I am a little disappointed with Nokia this time. I have been to the Nokia Customer Care,Gulati Communications which is situated at the Gole Market,CP, New Delhi. They gave me a job sheet and told me everything will be sorted and I have now got my phone back and the problem has still not been resolved. In fact the screen used to only flicker once or twice before but now it has started to happen almost every hour. It is so irritating that the screen goes on to flicker for as much as 20 mins on the go.

                    I have got the job sheet photostated and have it with me right now. I have taken videos of the flickering with my Digital Camera. I need a super fast solution to this problem because after having spent 17 odd thousand rupees this is not what i expect from a premiuim NOKIA product.

                    Looking forward to hearing and getting a solution from you soon.

                      I purchasd Nokia 701 phone 9/12/2011 from Nokia Priority dealer,jamshedpur that phone price is 17799 rs but 1 month after there is some software problem .my bill no is 11566
                      I gave my Nokia701 Handset for a repair at the Nokia Customer Care for reparing purpose nokia care job sheet no is[protected]/120214/26.but 1 week after that mobile returned me coustemer care member told me that your mobile is ok, but my mobile software is not working properly that time also then a other problem is created my mass memory of that mobile was not showing my mass memory is 8GB .then i further dave him for solving that problem he told me that mobile motherboard is lossed i will repair it.
                      but my problem is that i dont want to take repair mobile plese give me new mobile set because my set was new and also in warrenty period so plese give me a new set otherwise
                      i will complain about nokia mobile and nokia coustemer care members in consumer foram
                      and nokia head office.

                      i bought nokia N95 from nokia care around 2 weeks back n i m having problem with slider of phone.. it is rocking around its long axis like see-saw (as if slight motion around a point...may be its loose or something).. i consulted a nokia care executive and he says its normal but i dont feel so..what should i do ??

                      Sir/Madam,

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased one Nokia 6303i, IMEI No - [protected] set from M/s Mobile World, 4, Birsa Tourist Complex, Main Road, Ranchi on 01.05.2010 invoice no. 9561 dtd. 01.05.2010. Soon after purchase the set started giving trouble, set was shown to the M/s Mobile World and on his advice the set was handed over on 02.09.2010 for replacement /repairing to M/s Nirmal Enterprises, LIA Complex, 2 nd Floor, PP Compound, Ranchi, ( job sheet no.[protected]/1000902/22 ) an authorised NOKIA CARE CENTER. I am really very sorry to state that after lapse of more that 2.5 months I have not received back my hand set. Every time when I contact the NOKIA CARE CENTER they give some excuse and ask me to come later. Such approach and attitude does not reflect the image of Nokia company. In long term such attitude will affect adversely your customer base.
                      In this context you are requested to look into the matter and resolve the matter at the earliest.

                        I Santhosh kumar , Purchased Nokia BH-503 (blue toot head set) through Rediff shopping ,which is supplied by Circonia company , My set is not charging now, I got this product on 16 jan 2012 the first week this set performed well, but after few days the set was not getting charge, i changed the charger too .but still it is not getting charged . the given details are about the product.                           I am a corporate client and use a Nokia 6620 cell phone with BP-5M battery.I bought and replaced the battery on 23rd July,2011.It was under warranty till 23rd Jan,2012.Since it was not working properly and needed charging 2-3 times everyday,I approached Nokia care centre at Acharya Nikatan,New Delhi on 16th Jan at Delhi.They wanted to keep the phone with them for 5 days before battery could be arranged and replaced free of cost,as it was under warranty.This appeared to me a delaying tactic and was not acceptable as this phone is the lifeline for me.However,I agreed provided they give me a replacement battery for those 5 days.This was not agreed by Nokia.
                          After that it has been an extremely bad experience for me with Nokia service centres.Nobody is prepared to listen.They send "cut and paste" type responses and have now started telling that the battery is out of warranty(which is true as the warranty has palsed on 23rd Jan,2011).To me it appears to have been stage managed by Nokia guys.They refuse and frustrate the client to such an extent that he forgets about the free replacements and gives up.
                          I refuse to give up and want my grievance to be resolved asap-replacement of battery free of charge.
                          Pl do the needful and oblige.

                            Myself Khan Anisa.
                            I purchased Nokia N500 mobile phone on 01st February 2012 from Paragon Departmental Store Thane (W) 400602 Mumbai- India.
                            The reason behind to write this mail is , from the day I bought this phone till now I am facing many problems like,
                            1. When I try to open camera , the error is coming “ close some application and try again”
                            2. Most of the time phone get hang, no response I had to restart the phone( in a day more then 5 to 6 time ).
                            3. Example : if my music player is on and simultaneously am using any mail or some other activity on internet and in between if incoming phone is coming, one straight line in come on the screen and my phone get totally hang, after 3 to 5min automatically it restart.
                            4. If I try to download any application like maze lock , any game phone getting restart.
                            5. The most important, the touching of this phone is worst.
                            With this same problems I went to Paragon Departmental store on 09th Feb 2012, sorry to say but the way he treated to me it was very bad they don’t know how to talk customer, such a big company like Nokia appoint such kind of distributor who harass the customer , they told me go to service centre of Nokia.
                            I went there also in sion Mumbai, they people refuse to take it and they told me it’s a manufacturing problem please return back to Paragon Departmental store.
                            I spend so much money on this phone now I m getting nothing ..i m too much frustrated , I decided to go consumer court or going launch a FIR against Paragon Department store for harassment. I m not a illiterate girl who don’t know how to operate.
                            It a request Please don’t think I m taking a revenge ..i m really very upset with this phone I want my money back that’s all..

                              I have purchased Nokia E-63 handset (sr.no.[protected]) in January 2011. From November 2011, the handset was showing connection error during the call and call were dropped. Also the battery was draining fast. Therefore, in December 2011, I approached Nokia Priority Dealer in Koram Mall, Thane from where I have purchased the handset. He advised me to keep the handset with them as they will send the same to Nokia Care Centre in Mulund, Mumbai. After 3 days, he returned the handset and told to see whether it works properly. However, the problem persist. I approached once again to Nokia Priority Dealer who advised me to go directly to Nokia Care Centre in Mulund. On January 14, 2012, I had visited the Nokia Care Centre, Mulund personally where I was told that the handset was out of warranty period and I have to pay charges for repairing the software of the model. However, when I asked them that I had already referred the handset earlier to Nokia Care where it was within warranty period then. They repaired the handset without any charges. Still the problem persist. Hence today, on February 12, 2012, we approached Nokia Priority Dealer in Thane where Mr. Pavaskar of Nokia Priority Dealer who had referred the handset previously to Nokia Care and also advised us to go personally to Nokia Care spoke very rudely with me and once again he asked me to go personally there and get it repaired. As I am working person and very busy with my day to day activities, it is not possible for me to take out time only for this purpose. I asked Mr. Pavaskar to help me in this case. Then he said as it was above warranty period and we have not extended the warranty he can not do anything. Is this the service provided to the customer by Nokia and when the customer purchased a handset from the dealer is it not his duty to give proper service/advice to the customer who had referred the same problem which was there during warranty and which was not rectified till date ? How many times I have to come to Nokia for the same problem again and again without receiving any satisfactory solution ? Please look into the matter urgently and solve the same by repairing my handset without any charges or in case of failure replacing the same.

                              The behavior of 15,Manglam Place,Shop No G-8,NN Mall, Adjoining M2k Cplx, Rohini Sector-3, Delhi - 110085 (NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER) is not good, the employee who are working there, their behavior is very rude, they are spoiling reputation of NOKIA, plz do strict action against them

                                A brand new phone,only two photo clicked.one was deleted at 8pm yesterday.At 5:32 this morning the deleted photo reappears for a few a second n vanished.i checked the whole phone for it and am convinced its not available anymore.this I not good,its spooky. Not a complain yet but just a notice for others to be aware of.(and although this is a nice phone,dependency only on d Zune software sucks.buy it only i[censored] already own a PC)
