r/sir,
i am pardeep kaushik.i bought a mobile nokia n86 from nokia i use it a week and there start hanging proublem and after 2 months i was dead.so i deposit it to nokia care and then they start give me dead one by one and give me 8 dead phones in 18 months.and then they stop my warrenty.i extended my warrenty two times and i put mail and call to company many times but no positive reply at any time.so please help me…

now i can accept nokia n8 only and only at the condition when company give me a good quality mobile with 30 months warrenty because i only ude this phone 6 months other time it was in company for repair so i will accept it only this condition

or

i can accept nokia lumia 800 box pack with one year warrenty

or
i want my money back because i have not believe on nokia company because nokia give me 8 dead mobiles so it can give me this time also a another dead phone so please give me my money back,i will be thankfull to you for this kind help.

i bought this phone but after one week there start hanging proublem in
the phone so i submit it to nokia care-

they check the mobile and change the software and return it to
me but whrn i check it there was same proublem with this phone so i
again submit the phone to same care cente but no solution get there so
i submit my mobile to same care centre 5-6 time but no solution get
there.then they advice me to extend my mobile warrenty so i extend my
phone warrenty and pay 1414 rupee to care centre manager and they give
me reciept of this extended warrenty which detail is

i submit my mobile here and they update my software and return me back
but the phone was at same condition.so i again submit my mobile 4-5
time then they said it have board proublem so we have to send it to
nokia head office and give me 15days time to came back so i went there
after 15 days then they said wait for 15 days because it is in head
office so i wait 14 days they they call me so i went to care centre
and ask for mobile then they reply company swap your mobile.which

same proublem in this phone because when the nokia care executive
check this phonr they said to me there is same proublem so we are
sending back it to company so they send it back to

screen does not work.when nokia care manager switch on the mobile then
the screen of the mobile only white colour so does not work they try
to switch it on but it does not work so they again say me sory and

make lazy the customer and he does not come to company and company can
get thr profit which rupee the customer pay to buy the mobile

but nokia cross all the limit because they give me a handset which
wotk properly only a month and after one month there came the same
proublem and it does not work and this was my exam time so i was not
able to go there because if i do this then there will be great loss of
my study.
In this period my mobile was in dead position and after exams i went
to Nokia care and submit this dead mobile and then they said me to
wait for 15 days but when i went to Nokia office then they give me
wait for next 15 days and after near 1month they give me a swap phone

i check this phone it was working but after one month there create
same proublem so phone is now dead condition.and nokia is so clever
company and do not want to solve the issue of its customer.
My mobile went to company for exchange at the date. :3jan2011 and was
in company completely one year till November and in November Nokia
stop my warranty.

And according to rule my warranty will over at the date 19March2013

but no result come regarding these complaints….
now i will take only and only when company give me all my warrenty on
which time my mobile was in company which was 11 months compleately+my
remaining 1year 5months warrenty with a good quality mobile not like
these dead handset.

otherwise i will take all my money and time cost which i waste
regarding this dead mobile phone.

my claim regarding these 8 dead mobiles given to me is—-

screen guard charge–300*8=2400rupee+lamination charge=200*8=1600rupee
charger and ear phone charge because of change the model –1000 rupee
interner charge of 10 months is three hour per day and one hour charge
is 30 so 30*3*30*10=27000rupee
many time visit to nokia care and other chagges is nearly 5000rupee.

now I want to take my money back which is 50000 rupees
which i invest for mobile otherwise i will go to consumer court for
this and will apply to give me all my invests regards to this phone
totally.

Now i will not accept any dead mobile from Nokia company in any condition.

now you have only two ways 1st is give me my compleat
money which i have invested regarding to it, and other is you
should give me a box pack of nokia lumia 800 box pack.

Nokia N 86 — Nokia N86 servicing problem

Respected Sir,

We had given our nokia Mobile-model :N86 for service at Accurate Care @ 11th cross malleshwaram Bangalore...Already its been serviced 3 times. the problem is of charging point broken...Still ythe problem is not solved. The set is still under warranty..we also requested for replacement of the mobile set on 27/apr/2010. they say its a physical damage..also they say we have given free service twice for thge same problem even though our set is under warranty...we feel its a harrasment to the customer. they have given it in writing on Job Sheet No:[protected]/100427/49 dated 27/April/2010 Action Taken by:RBWR.They have given back the set telling they dont care wherever the complaint is lodged.. they are not agreeing for replacing the set..

The mobile problem is not because of physical damage..from the day we purchsed we are finding very difficult in the charging point.

we request you to arrange for replacement of mobile or give us a chance to buy a new model instead of this model for the same amount....

It will be great if you take take immediate action on this matter and arrange for the request made by us.

Nokia / Mobile N86 (8 MP) — Complaint regarding replacement ...

I Raghavendra Dodka purchased mobile(N86) from The Mobile Store (Dabagardens ,VSP ) on 27/01/10 .
I updated the software sometime in june end , since that time my mobile stopped working . I went to Nokia Priority the very next day ( in Waltair Uplands , opp : Sampat Vinayaka Temple ) , and he said he will send it for replacement , and he gave me a run around for 2 months , I use to go there every week and they use to give excuses saying hez not finding the phone , he dont know where did the owner keep it to come back after 2 days for 2 months , finally he gave back my mobile after 2 months without repairing it , saying itz water problem . I havent used my phone anywhere in water and was very carefull about using it ..

I feel like being given a defective piece which dint even work for 6 months properly . I feel cheated to go through all these even after buying such a expensive mobile .

Nokia/n-86 — get my money back

i brought a new N-86 handset in January 2010 ,i suffering several problem in handset like :- slider hardness, hang , camera problem i submit my handset in Nokia care(simar solution faridabad haryana) in march they send my handset to company after huge time for same complaint they give swap handset to me in different color by two three time swap they hand over me in august again i suffering a gps problem in handset again i submit my handset in sept in Nokia customer they again give me swap handset in different color but atleast i go to customer care in faridabad simar solution again and again on regular bases till today i did not get my handset my Nokia now i want my money back due to UN satisfaction nokia from past seven to eight month i can not get proper handset and also mental harassment by nokia i did not get proper response from nokia services are in charge Mr. Malkit Singh

    i have bought Nokia lumia 710 phone in the month of march 2012 since then i have so much of problems with the phone.
    problems are,

    1. unable to purchase applications through phone and internet
    2. sometimes unable to send text and mms messages
    3. sometimes people are unable to contact me
    4. and today (11.4.2012) i am not able to contact some of them
    5. in the beginning i was unable to update my phone software (not now)

    so to sort it out i approached nokia care but there they took the hand set and asked me to come the next day this happened about 4 to 5 times each time there is a new problem so any one has an answer for this ? i suspect the phone itself is defective!!

    Nokia Lumia 710- From the time i have purchased Nokia Lumia 710, i am unable to use Nokia music, and the latest software doesent get updated. I have taken it to nearly 4 to 5 nokia care center none of them are able to rectify the fault.
    Nokia music doesnt work and it says the phone software doesnt support and new software doesnt get updated.

    Having terrible issues from the time i have purchased the phone

      Hi,

      I have had terrible experiences in using my Nokia N8 device. This bad experience is a combination of faulty device & very poor repairing capability of Nokia care. I bought this device in April 2011 reading good reviews, i personally love the features of this mobile i think its one of the best mobile handset of its generation, but GOD BLESS YOU if you experience any fault with it.

      Nokia customer care center (i have tried more than 1) is poor in capability & quality when it comes to repairing high end device. I have suffered recurring issues of auto rebooting of my N8 device right from the 1st month o[censored]sage & have submitted the device 4 times at Nokia care center. Each time they have returned the device by reinstalling the software & falsely convincing me that the device is repaired. This time i tried to ensure that the device is picked up by the Delhi Nokia HQ office team from the local Nokia care so that they personally inspect the device, for the same i had spoken to the tele officer before depositing my device at the Vile Parle (fones4u) nokia care center & i was assured that it would be picked up & inspected by the Delhi Nokia team.

      However one the 3rd day of depositing i got a call from the Local Nokia care center stating that they did not find any fault with the device & that i need to have it collected from them, i immediately called the Nokia care customer service number and discussed the issue & to my surprise they too suggested me to collect the device & to continue using the device. Despite of me repeatedly asking them to have the device inspected by the Delhi team as the local nokia care center was in capable to identifying the issue i was unheard.

      I am extremely disappointed at this unprofessional behavior of Nokia people. I shall NEVER recommend nokia to any one from hereon.

      I had similar experience as you did and what i did was submitted my Nokia N8 back to Nokia for them to keep it among their antiques and want to get a refund to buy better phones like Samsung galaxy.Never trust or buy Nokia again.Bye bye to Nokia.

            I have given my Nokia 2505 handset for fixing a problem at your Mehdipatnam (Hyderabad) centre. I was assured of the work being done within 3 weeks. It has been over over six weeks (43 days) now and every week I call your Nokia care centre, they say that it has gone to chennai and will come next week. Practically, any problem should not take such a long time. I mean we are not dealing with some rocket science technology here. Its difficult for any consumer to manage without his phone for such a long time. If this is the customer service you provide, i dont think anybody will be willing to purchase or advise anybody for buying a nokia handset anymore. It will be great if you can adhere to this complaint at the earliest to restore little confidence of the consumers in your service mechanism. The details are

              From an intial fine usage and satisfactory performance, now from around 2-3 months i am facing a problem of a quick battery drain. The extent is that in morning i make a full charge( Battery Charging Complete- Message on phone) in the noon it is entering the power saving mode after making 2-3 calls of average around 2 min. this is ridiculous Nokia in my image is known for its battery backup and i have been using this Noika brand right from the age of your prestigious NOKIA 3310 which is still working satisfactorily.

              My Phone is in warranty, as i availed your extended warranty offer this year in January. (

              During the time of that checking (as they opened my phone and checked) even i told this problem but they said that your set is perfectly OK but it is the battery that is having problem.

              Now the question arises that Nokia only make product battery only for the service life of 1 year or so???? Else the dealership M/s Bhora Communication at Stadium Char Rasta , Ahmedabad is not rectifying it properly or bluffing me for increasing their battery sales?? Do nokia give incentives for the battery sale it seems from the incident???

              Surely the answer should be a BIG NO & as i also know this as one of my immediate college is using this phone which is purchased earlier than my purchase and is more extensively used than my phone 20-25 or more call per day average timing 5 min or more, he gets a smart backup of around 2 days.

              Being a technocrat i follow full charge & discharge cycle rule for better battery life. i am very sad with the product quality, being a technocrat that Battery Li-ion should have enough life, i thought of that the product will last for years which was the image in my mind.

              Shall i assume after investing as sum of 10300 on this phone, we need to have provision for battery cost every year???

              I am observing & experiencing from last few years that the product coming into the Indian market works well only in the warranty period and as soon as the warranty gets over they start giving trouble, as this was the case with me for SONY Bravia ( Panel Problem – resolved through this forum) , Samsung Washing ( Control Switch problem- Rectified by company with 1 week remaining in warranty), LG- refrigerator ( problem of thermostat- rectified by a family friend in LG).

              You people think the warranty is valid for 1 year and after that NOKIA can ESCAPE??? i have told all my friends and relatives NOT to even think about **** NOIKA.

              I am now regretting my decision for buying NOKIA PHONE-E5, one should not buy Nokia instead buy a cheap mobile or either switch to other brand at least don’t have to shell out a hefty sum.

              I request to NOKIA India & Hope NOKIA India will look into & help me, waiting for your favor.

              Nokia — battery not working

              i had purchased my nokia ph on 24th feb 2008. nw it is nt taking power to charge the battery. the model no is 1208. whenever the batt is low, it is nt taking power to charge. the ph is working with other battery. at nokia centre they r nt gvng proper response. plz tel me what shd i do. m very dissapointed with ur products. i dnt want to change my battery. m facing this problem since starting bt my fault was i didnt took it seriously. u tel my the solution or shd i approach consumer court.

              Bohra Communication- C3 — Service Issue

              Dear Concern,

              I have purchased a mobile of nokia-c3 on 03/11/2010. Still it is the warranty period. After Submitting it in the service for 7 times and that too in just 3 months in BOHRA COMMUNICATION, G-3 MALLINATH COMPLEX CAMP ROAD NEAR RAJASTHAN HOSPITAL SHAHIBAUG AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT-380004, they agreed to provide me the replacement for the same.Within this time period they have lost my original battery as well and after doing the complain in nokia helpline they agreed to provide me the new battery. By this time they had provided me the some duplicate battery that was available with him, which i used for almost for 2weeks and everytime i visits them they says that we will be providing you the new battery the very next time you visit our shop. The problem that i was facing is that in my inbox, there are some mess which i have sent and that is getting reflected in the inbox. Apart from this in the very next option for that.i.e- in conversation, it shows totally different picture,i.e- the mess send by x person is seen from y persons name and chat which is done with y person shows with z persons name and this goes on and on.

              After this i was being offered with a new handset with replacement note with following details.

              Now this is something called heights of patience, I have doing the regular follow up but my problem has still not got resolved. Its almost 5months now. Would request you to solve it at the earliest and provide me with the satisfactory decision and service.

              Nokia — Battery Issue

              Hi,

              Almost 15 months back, I bought Nokia E5-00 handset when it was newly launched. Taking into consideration of my previous experience and Nokia brand name, I even did not wait for initial reviews of the phone. I simply bought with blind trust.

              Since I bought the phone, I am facing battery issues. It gets drained very quickly, calls gets dropped because batter is low etc. During warranty, I showed this problem to service center but no permanent solution was provided. As my warranty is expired after 1 year, I am continuously paying for each service request and still my problem is not resolved.

              I suspect 2 issues over here:

              1. My Nokia E5-00 piece is fauly one.
              2. Service center deliberately did not repair the issue and now charging me every time as I am stuck.

              Please let me know, what steps should I take in this case.

              He enquired me about the bill & place of purchase ( which i stated will be mailed to you at his given e- mail id which he agreed)

              He asked to visit me the Nokia care ( M/s Bohra Services), I visited the Nokia care

              Now Currently My set is kept under observation and is in custody of Nokia Care ( Job sheet[protected]/120411/33) and they had asked me that they will keep this set with them for a day.

              I explained the problem again. Lets see tommorow with their finding.

              On 13th morning i call to Nokia care ( M/s Bohra Services) inquiring about the findings

              they told me that there is a problem in the set and also they identifies the Network Lost problem in the phone and said that they are forwarding the Phone to NOKIA company, Delhi and also physically sending my phone to New Delhi and my problem will we resolved.

              I am stilll waitng for the favaroable reply, the person also told that the Phone will be rectified at no cost to me.

                      As per NOKIA'S advise regarding BL-5C batteries, my mobile battery number[protected]N[protected] was to be replaced.We have registered for replacement of battery on[protected]. As there was no response to our registration, we again tried to register and during this process, we were informed that battery was already dispatched and that we should contact the nearest NOKIA dealer for replacement of defective battery. There after we contacted M/s. RK Communications, #30-5-6, Koka Chalapathi Rao Street, Durga Agraharam, Near Vijaya Talkies, Eluru Road, Vijayawada - 520 002. on 21/09/07. Now it is nearly two months since we first contacted them. We have been getting only the next dates, but not batteries since then. Every time we contact them, we are again asked to give the complete details which have already been given before. Also the party is reluctant to receive the complaint.

                      We are here with putting forward this complaint to NOKIA company to look into this problem for necessary solution. This may kindly be treated as most urgent.

                                I purchased C2-03 handset 4 months back it was hanging always 5 to 6 time nokia care people have formatted my device and updated new software but issue didn’t solve, on 19th March 2012 I have given handset to nokia care JOB SHEET NO[protected]/120319/31 COMPLAINT NO 1-[protected] handset was repaired in nokia backend service factory Delhi Nokia people were telling handset is fully repaired and changed some components and I received handset on 29th march 2012 in bad condition handset was of full scratches and dirt and same day touch screen stopped working again on 30th march 2012 I submitted my handset to nokia care JOB SHEET NO[protected]/120330/24 COMPLAINT NO 1-[protected] now again nokia backed service people doing R&D on my mobile phone they have completely manipulated with the handset board touch screen Hence I won’t accept repaired handset


                                I WANT REPLACEMENT NO QUESTION OF ACCEPTING THE REPAIRED HANDSET SINCE 19TH MARCH 2012 I M NOT USING HANDSET MY TIME, WARRANT PERIOD OF HANDSET IS GOING WASTE.


                                I WANT REPLACEMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                  Nokia C3 Mobile was purchased on 03/04/2011. On 13/10/2011 a complaint was raised on touch screen issue and was addressed to Global access and Nokia. Nokia care charged 950Rs for replacing the screen and after few months i.e, as of 03/31/2012 the screen issue reocurred and a complaint was raised on 04/02/2012 to global access. On 04/03/2012 Nokia again claims that it is a physical damage and screen will be replaced only after making a payment of 950Rs

                                  Hi Team,

                                  Please note that after me calling Nokia Care yesterday and today, i have been hearing that we need to Pay 550Rs to get the screen replaced. I am really upset with the level of service provided by Nokia at this point.

                                  This handset belongs to my brother in law (Arun Kumar Shetty) the one who is cc'd in this email. I had influenced my Brother in law to procure the Nokia handset, since i have been using only Nokia from ages. Based on the recent experience, going forward i would not recommend any one to procure/purchase Nokia Handset.

                                  We would not have hesitated to make the payment, if the issue was from our side. But the issue purely belongs to Nokia Handset which undergoes same issue twice in a year.

                                  Your immediate action is much appreciated.

                                    I am, Dr. Naitik Trivedi from vallabha vidyanagar, i have purchased Nokia C6 mobile on 28/03/2011 of the rupees 13687 with one years warranty and i have also taken another 1 year extended warranty from nokia care. Now i am face problem in my nokia C6 model and its belt is not working properly because of that problem when some body call me or i am calling to other the voice will be hear in speaker mode other than handset mode. so i went to nokia service center at anand because my mobile is on warranty but their, they siad that belt is not under the warranty. so i said when u have given me extended warranty or i have taken the extended warranty that time u didn't said me that belt is not under the warranty and because of that i have taken the extended warranty other wise what is the need to give 499 rs just for warranty of software which is also repair or upgrade by me through my laptop also.
                                    I have trust in nokia that's why i purchased nokia but i[censored] not satisfied the customer and customer service than it put bad image in my mind...

                                    its not a matter of money its the matter of trust. The repairing cost is not much more higher which i will not afford but its the matter of satisfaction.

                                    Nokia — mobile not repaired under warranty

                                    i purchase a mobile Nokia 3110 Classic on 27 december 2007.
                                    on 15 Noverber 2008 display of this mobile is not working. and moblie screen looking black. when i go to Nokia Care center he told me that ur phone not repaired under warrenty while moblie is still in warrenty period. kindly give me proper justice.

                                      I, Mr. Debendra Sundar Ray had purchased a Nokia 1280 black model mobile handset and using it through a BSNl prepaid SIM card. It was stolen from home by someone while the door was open facing the road. I want to stop the handset as well as SIM service as soon as possible.

                                        Sir, Myself Thomas P T, from Mysore. I had settled my mobile C5-03 in Revannas care, Mysore, Karnataka ( Authorized Nokia Care service center }on 25th Feb for Touch do not work complaint. Till date i have not received my mobile. 6 times i have visited the Nokia Care center and 3 times over phone call but no progress found. This i would bring to ur notice and take necessary actions. Hope u will do the best. Help me to come out of issues.
