we purchased nokia x3-02 hanset on 9th april 2011 touch pad of the hand set was not working properly.it has been given to nearest nokiacare two times earlier the problem was fixed and second time problem encounterd with the scrolling ,it has been given to nokia care on 14th jan 2012 they told it will cost rs 3500 to replace touch screen but it will not covered under warranty...

Sir I have bought a Nokia lumia 710 mobile handset. But it aren't working properly. After making a call the handset doesn't end the call & display only 'ending' the call.

Please help and advise me.

I have given my Nokia 5233 for repair of screen and my handset is in guarantee period,but the Nokia care personals are asking for payment and they are not giving any kind of bill to us.if we have to pay money then but is use of gurrante period.This problem comes twice a time.

The screen on my nokia lumia 800 was loose and whenever you press and swipe the screen also moves(horizontally).
