sir,
i buy a nokia e6 before 6 monts.some times the phone is swithed on the screen is flickering and hang .my mobil is in warrenty period so what can i do .i contct the nokia care and check the mobil they said that they dont know what the problm .every time not this problem some times so what can i do
Dear Nokia Team India,

I have also got the same problem with my Nokia E6 which I have bought just 20 days back. Whenever the phone is switched on or off the screen starts to flicker and which is causing such inconvenience to me.

I have always been a loyal Nokia Customer. I have owned countless nokia cell phones. I am a little disappointed with Nokia this time. I have been to the Nokia Customer Care, Gulati Communications which is situated at the Gole Market, CP, New Delhi. They gave me a job sheet and told me everything will be sorted and I have now got my phone back and the problem has still not been resolved. In fact the screen used to only flicker once or twice before but now it has started to happen almost every hour. It is so irritating that the screen goes on to flicker for as much as 20 mins on the go.

I have got the job sheet photostated and have it with me right now. I have taken videos of the flickering with my Digital Camera. I need a super fast solution to this problem because after having spent 17 odd thousand rupees this is not what i expect from a premiuim NOKIA product.

Looking forward to hearing and getting a solution from you soon.

    Dear Sir
    I brought One NOKIA C301 Phone on 24.07.2011
    IMEI NO [protected] wth in two month from date of purchse touch pad problem. nokia care re-place the touch pad. But Now also same problem. Within six months two times this problem.
    What is permanent solution for this? My friend mobile also same problem this model. I think this model some problem.
    Kindly confirm what is your suggestion for this issue

      dear sir/ma'am,

      1. I bought a nokia X1-01 on 1st Jan 2012 from trivandrum. The phone stopped functioning with heavy disturbance in the earpiece and no signal in the sims.

      2. I gave the phone for repair under warranty on 7th Jan 2012. I was promised the phone after repair on the same day after repair. When i went back to collect it in the evening it was not repaired and i was told that parts are not available and collect it after 7 days.

      3. After 7 days it was still not repaired. I got a sms on 16th Jan 12 which is exactly ten days. I was on official duty outstation and came back on 21st in the afternoon. I went straight to Smart care to collect my phone.

      4. I was made to wait 45 mins instead of 10 mins which was promised to see. I requested to see the manager and i was told to wait in his office another 15 mins. I could see the manager sitting across the glass window and so i went to the room and asked him to meet me. He rudely asked me to go out and wait. Inspite of telling him that i am an air force officer and have to go back to duty he still refused to comply.

      5. It is 26th January today and inspite of two more complaints with nokia customer care ( complaint number : 1-[protected] & 1-[protected]) , nokia has still not returned my phone.

      6. Please note that nokia smart care in trivandrum is 10 kms from my house and i have made three trips already which is a total wastage of 60 kms for a phone which costs 1900 rupees.

      7. The details of my phone are as follows:

      a) Model: X1-01
      b) IMEI: [protected]
      c)Job sheet number at Smart Care:[protected]/120107/90
      d) address of nokia care in trivandrum: Smart care, 3rd floor, menathottam chambers, Near IOC petrol pump, Pattom, Trivandrum , contact number:[protected]

      8. I request you to kindly take stringent action against nokia smart care or advise me to take up the matter legally in consumer court.

              We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which was found that it has come up to the market after production with certain technical problems. The NETWORK SIGNALS are vanishing automatically. Then after removing the battery and refixing it, Minimum network signal level only comes.The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the phone at a very HIGHER price, by viewing the television advertisement, on 1st of DEC 2011 from PUDUCHERY (UNIVERCEL PVT,LTD) For your kind info i would like to make a clear note that the above mentioned mobile was given to the nearest NOKIA CARE for the above said problem, Though the issue isn't resolved as (Yet til today)....we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the (WHOLE FRESH UNIT) at the earliest.                   I am Mrs sunita Rawal, I bought a New Nokia C2-03 handset in October 2011, it was working fine until on 19 Dec 2011,when i checked my phone in the morning it showed blank screen.I was using the phone and it was not mishandled at all so I was quite surprised to see this I found out a Nokiacare centre and thought as my phone is new and I have not mishandled it my problem will be resolved here,but when I went there they told me that there is little liquid in the phone and something is fused and told me that it will cost me rs 1200/=.I requested them for warrenty as its a brand new set but they did not agree.I agreed to pay but they didn't give me any feedback ,they didn't call me even once.I went to Nokiacare on 23 Jan 2012 to inquire about my phone ,but they bluntly gave back my phone saying it cannot be repaired when I asked them the reason they started arguing with me, they behaved in a very bad way and insulted us and didn't give any reason that why they can't repair it.I refused to take back my set and told them to get it repaired but they have not given me satisfying answer.

                  ya ya i too have c2 03 handset with memory problem which could be solve by ncsc tezpur...
                  I think these nokia care promoters should first learn business ethics and then teach their office guys about PR. I also saw it they have poor PR, almost no communication skills and as a result they mistreat their valuable customers. We advice them to take some good lessons in a professionally managed firms first to gain in-depth ideas on customers and products. They should not ignor their competitors and customers.

                      This cell phone we had given to your service Station M/s Shree Communication (Pune), two times after purchase of cell phone within 7 month time i.e. 6th July 2011 and collected on 11th July 2011.

                      After receiving the phone on 11th July 2011 the next day my cell phone was again having same problem so I again gave the cell phone to Shree Communication ( Pune ) on 14th July 2011 later there was no response from your side. On 21st July 2011 I called but there was no response wherein the expected date for me to get this cell was on 18th July 2011.

                      Till today I am not having cell phone with me, that makes atleast more than 6months handset lying with service station.

                      This is the Worst experience for a cell phone and from Nokia and their Team

                        I. A. Rajanikanth, was travelling in bus route 12B from Mylapore luz to Mylapore Masudhi bus stop, while travelling in the bus i lost

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I want to register a complaint aganist Nokia Care Center, Kottayam, Kerala. They charged me higher and denied to give a bill on making the payment.

                            I approached the Nokia care Kottayam on 21-JAN-2012, with a minor problem on my Nokia E72 outer case front cover. I was told to replace the silver outer case front cover (without the keypad) and informed me that it would charge Rs.900/- Once I gave my mobile for replace the cover, the same executive came and informed me that as the taxes have went high the current price of the outer frame is Rs.1200. Finally I made the payment for Rs.1200 and they didnt give me a bill/reciept for the payment. On demanding for the bill thay told me that the replaced cover doesnt have any warranty and so I dont require a bill for future use. They didnt give me a bill for the payment I made.

                            I hereby request to take necessary action aganist Nokia care Kottayam for the fraudness and denying basic rights of a customer.

                            Mr. Joseph from Nokia Care, Kottayam handed over a bill for Rs.1188.70 aganist my payment for Rs.1200.

                            Bill Details:
                            Unit price - 757 +
                            Tax(12.5%) - 94.62 +
                            Service Charge - 300 +
                            Tax - 37.08

                            Service charge for just changing the front cover seems to be higher. Seems like they have managed to make the bill amount around Rs 1200 with that service charges.

                              Hi,

                              I have purchased my Nokia E7 last year. Initially it worked good, but then one day it went dead. I couldn't power it on or charge it. I took it to the Nokia Care shop in Marathalli, Bangalore. My phone was sent to Gurgaon (or Noida) to get it fixed. It took nearly 10 days and without my phone it was a difficult time for me to reach my contacts.

                              When the phone was returned to me, it looked like everything was fixed. But after a few days the handset started to switch off by itself while placing or receiving the call. I took it again to the same Nokia care center. After a few days the handset was returned to me.

                              Now the phone is switching off randomly. It doesn't switch off for every call, but it does it in a very random way. The bigger pain is I am not able to restore my backup because the Nokia Smart Suite doesn't recognise the handset. So I am not able to restore my contacts information. I had downloaded a lot of music that came with the offer for E7 and the entire data is wiped off.

                              I want my handset replaced. If this is not done , I will have no choice left but to go to the consumer court if this issue is not addressed immediately.

                                diya mujhe 7 days me phone repair ke liye kaha gya, lekin 7 days tak koi response
                                ni mila, maine call kiya to mujhe next day ke liye kaha gya, next day cal kiya to
                                Again next day , maine again call kiya to mujhe kaha gya aap apna phone next day
                                akar leja sakte h.
                                Jab main agle din center par gya to mujhe phone bina repair ke hi de diya maine check
                                kiya to same pehle wali prob. bani hui thi. fir maine jab unhe bataya to kehte h isme or time lagega..
                                Agar itna time lagna tha to mujhe 7days ke liye kyon kaha gya,uske bad next day, or jab pahuncha to same problem maine waha se apna fon same condition me wapas le liya

                                  I had purchased 01 no. dual Nokia on 30.08.2011 from Jai Maa Durga Agencies Opp. S.J.S.School, Kutchery Road Raebareli-UP(India). after few days one sim stooped to work.I complained to Agency about not working of one sim but he told that it can not be repaired free and said, you have to pay Rs.500/- for its repairing charges. Whenever , it is yet not in Guarantee period.

                                  Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action for repairing of mobilie.

                                    I am using Nokia Siemens C2110 ADSL modem, my problem is that from the last few days my modem turned off by itself and there is no way to turn it on instantly. But after waiting a few hours it can be turned on again. Why is it so?

                                        I went to the Nokia care as my phone Nokia C3-01 touchpad was not working, this mistake observed by me within one month of my purchase (Date of purchase 01 August 2011) I went to Nokia Care Point, Olympic Road, Jodhpur on 14.12.2011, they have deposited my handset vide their service job sheet No.[protected]/111214/50 dated 14.12.2011.                                         At last I have left with no option to make a complaint.
