Hi ,
The screen on my nokia lumia 800 was loose and whenever you press and swipe the screen also moves(horizontally).
The more you use the mobile, looseness on the screen gets worse.Now there is a significant gap between the screen and the mobile.It also had problem loosing network at times.But you can get it back by searching networks again.I told them the screen issue is my primary concern since i knew the network could be solved wit a firmware/software flashing.

I bought my lumia 800 on 27 January[protected] .So i took it to nokia care thrissur 18 days ago.

I told them the problem and the lady(staff) there took it to their service area inside and came back telling me that "ITS A FEATURE OF THIS PARTICULAR MODEL".Hows that for nokia care? .I told them to show it to someone who has a bit of commonsense and knows something about this model.
She told they had to send it to nokia factory(DELHI) for repairing and it will take 15days.i gave them my mobile as requested.

Finally she asked me which model it was.
THEY DID'NT EVEN KNOW THE TOP END PRODUCT NAME OF THE VERY COMPANY THEY ARE SERVING.

After 15days when i called they told me the mobile has reached them through courier from DELHI.They still need one day to check if evrything was ok and told me to come the next day.

When i got it back it was still the same.The screen was still not fixed.

They had just flashed the firmware for a Hardware problem.They told me they will again send it for 15more days.I fired at them and came back with my mobile.

This nokia care is the worst and i have seen many more complaints against them here.

Nokia — NOKIA WORST CUSTOMER CARE

T he battery of my N73 stopped workin just two months post i bought the phone then since last two months i was running for the battery, , , , now that i have got it...this one is also not working at al...i m completely pissed off and wud never get or suggest any1 to get a nokia phone!!!
I have bought a Nokia 6220 Classic when i ahve arive home i have notice thath the keypad 2 not eork going back to shop and have change the phoen after 3 wecks the phone have die and the nokia assistance have repair in 3 weecks but after what i have arguments with them. Nokia the worst products i ever have.!!!

Your team contacted me and told the issue will be definitely resolved.I checked with nokia care today[protected] and they told me they have received the handset from nokia factory after repairs.

AND GUESS WHAT...ITS STILL THE SAME.The screen still shakes.Now they told me to wait for 2-3 days as they have to consult with the NOKIA Company to sort out the issue.What the hell were you doing all these time then?

Do you think you can take your customers for granted???You are a highly reputed firm in mobile business...and you still do these cheap business tricks to the customers.

I have called the NOKIA HEAD OF KERALA(Mr. MOHAN, mob:[protected]) and told him i don't want my handset to be repaired any more and i want a full refund.Done with nokia care and nokia service.
You had more than 30days to get my mobile repaired.But you choose to fool and cheat.

This is the 2nd time i've been cheated by nokia and nokia care.

I accept the fact that nokia care centers have a limited control over the decisions.But a company like NOKIA could have easily resolved this issue.

Continue your journey of irresponsiveness and cheating.Thats the only thing you are good at.

1 thought though-i'll never ever buy a Nokia product in my life again.
i m also using nokia 800 only..and having some problems...this is sure u won't get any help from customer care that's sure...u should thanx Mr. Mohan from nokia...who took ur problem as gentlemen do...on senior position...

    Sir,
    I have been using Mobile phones from 1999, and only ever use NOKIA mobile handsets.
    I purchased the newly launched, highly marketed Nokia Lumia 710 brand new handset from M/s CONCEPTS INC.,# 9 CMH Road, Indiranagar, Bangalore 560038, vide Invoice No. CI/5708, Time 18:05:12, dated 26/02/2012.The Handset IMEI:[protected].
    It began giving me trouble within a few days of purchase,from 29/02/2012, as my handset could not make any outgoing calls. On 01/03/2012, I returned to M/s CONCEPTS INC, and they advised me to take the handset to the closest authorised Nokia Care Service Centre, which was M/s Accurate Care,# 514/A, 80 Feet Road, Opp.ICICI Bank, Next to NOKIA Store, Indiranagar, Bangalore 560038. I went to this Service Centre immediately, and was issued a Service Token # 21, Time 11:42 AM, and was directed to the Staff at Counter #3. The Staff informed me that there was a problem as I informed them, and they needed to reload my handset's software, which was done.The handset worked till 03/03/2012, when the same problem occurred again. I then took it once more to M/s Accurate Care, and once more the handset needed attention to make outgoing calls. I was given Token # N1, on 03/03/2012, Time 10:15:28. The problem was rectified once again.
    Yesterday, 07/03/2012, @12 Noon, again I could not make outgoing calls from my Handset. I then went to the Service Centre and met the Manager, Mr.Mahindra (Mobile # +91 [protected]). I was given Token # N27, Time 17:05:10. The Manager tried the handset and found that the outgoing calls problem seemed to have rectified itself . But he advised me to buy myself a fresh SIM which might have been a reason for the erratic functions of my
    high-end Lumia 710. This morning, imagine my shock, when I found that not only was my LUMIA 710 not working at all, but I could not even switch on the handset.I went once more to the Service Centre and handed the handset in to them.I was given a Service Job Sheet No.5248, dated 08/03/2010, from Nokia Care, M/s Accurate Care. The service Centre informed me that they would be sending my Lumia 710 to their main Service Centre to identify the many problems with my newly purchased high end, much publicised Nokia Lumia 710.
    I am a very sad customer, as this was my first expensive handset, and it should happen to be a defective piece. Please could you replace this handset, and give me a new one, as I cannot see it working well at all.
    You will then have another happy NOKIA loyalist.

      I bought a Nokia mobile handset C3-01 from Chroma outlet at South extension, New Delhi on,16.10.2011 for Rs.8399/-. The IMEI no of the set is [protected].
      The set started giving me trouble from day one. The battery started getting discharged to the extent that it requires charging 2-3 times a day.Further,the network drops after every call made or received for 30 secs to a minute.Thinking that it might be happening due to service provider,I checked it with sim of different service providers but the result remained the same.
      I took the set first to Croma. They showed thier inability in this matter and directed me to Nokia care or a Priority outlet. I approached the The Nokia Care outlet at Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi, for redressal of my problem with te set. They took the battery and returned the same to me after about 2 hours saying that the needful had been done. However, the problem persisted. When i went to them gain, they took the battery and returned it to me after 2 weeks.
      Both times, nothing was done with the mobile set. The problem still remains. On bieng approached again, the Care centre asked me to deposit the mobile set with them and tat tey would pay Rs 2000/- for the same. When they were remined that the mobile set was under warranty period of 1 year and hence, either the set should be fixed or replaced, they refused to do so and instead advised me to go to Priority centre.

      Accordingly, I approached the Priority centre in Lajpat nagar, today (5.3.2012) which told me they were a retail outlet and that I should go to a Care outlet. They also advised me to sell the phone for Rs. 2000/-. I am at a loss to understand where I need to go for redressal. As per rule, as the phone is still in warranty period, my set should be replaced or a credit voucher for Rs 8339 should be issued to me, so that I can buy a new set.

      I had not expected such handling of a complaint by Nokia. I strongly resent the running around they have made me do so far and expect a quick redressal. I have also come to know that nokia C3-01 has been withdrawn from the market probably due to such complaints.

The phone switches off randomally.The Memory Card datas are vanishing automatically. Then after removing and reputting it, the datas come back. The phone also hangs.       Nokia/ Mobile C3 01 — Problem with new Nokia phone

      In Mach 2011, I purchased new Nokia C3 01 handset from Nokia Prioriy Dealer.

      Right from Day 1 set is having problem and got hanged every now or then. I visited Nokia care centre three times for same problem.

      1) First time they reloaded the phone software.
      2) Again I went for same problem, they changed the phone screen.
      3) third time I went for same problem, then reloaded the software again and told me thats all they can do.

      Since then I have stopped visting them as keeping my phone with for weeks without any result does not make any sense. Not having any idea what should I do?
      I purchasd Nokia 701 phone 9/12/2011 from Nokia Priority dealer, jamshedpur that phone price is 17799 rs but 1 month after there is some software problem .my bill no is 11566
      I gave my Nokia701 Handset for a repair at the Nokia Customer Care for reparing purpose nokia care job sheet no is[protected]/120214/26.but 1 week after that mobile returned me coustemer care member told me that your mobile is ok, but my mobile software is not working properly that time also then a other problem is created my mass memory of that mobile was not showing my mass memory is 8GB .then i further dave him for solving that problem he told me that mobile motherboard is lossed i will repair it.
      but my problem is that i dont want to take repair mobile plese give me new mobile set because my set was new and also in warrenty period so plese give me a new set
      plese solve my problem as soon as possible.

      After your quick response here, the follow up has been pathetic. I did do as guided above. Someone called me up from Nokia care and requested me to come to them again.I have no time to make the rounds of Nokia care. Are you planning to offer a concrete solution at all?

        I "JATIN AGGARWAL" purchased nokia lumia 800 on 7 feb2012 from ARORA TELECOM,PITAMPURA. right from the first day of purchase,there has been reccurring hanging and call drop problem in the phone.moreover,the voice of the person calling from this phone is not properly audible to the other person.after visiting the nokia care two times regarding the same problem,the phone was kept with the company for a week but even then the problem of voice clarity was not solved.now,i cant keep visiting nokia care again and again and waste my time.i have spent 28000 rupees on this phone but this phone has given me zero satisfaction .i feel cheated by nokia.i want my total refund back from the company

        my self "RAJKUMAR MEENA"I have purchesed nokia lumia 800 on 17 december 2011 .that time i have face so maney isssues . then compney have swep me handset its. after that new handset is getting hanged so maney times .i have to go more then 30 times at narnoul nokia care hariyana bt there is no response from there side .and from about 18 days my handsed is getting dead and nokia care has not alloed to repare or swap it . i buy it at rupees 29900 from nokia priyority .
        it want that sweep my handset otherwise refund my money .
        im not satisfid from nokia .they are cheated me .

          I purchased my Nokia N8 thinking of Nokia is a reputated company from which i can expect good services & good product.
          Its almost 11 months when i purchased my Nokia N8.

          Firstly i faced the problem of very low performance(Very Slow Response) & not dedected by computer. So i submitted it to nokia care & they sent it to delhi. It took almost one month but i got my phone ok.


          Second time i submitted my phone to nokia care as it was not dedecting the memory card on dated 12.01.12, at the same date Nokia Care Person told me that your mobile warrenty is going to over soon & if you want you can extend it for one more by paying Rs. 1414.00 to us. i paid Rs 1414.00 & exteneded the warrenty of my mobile(Registration PIN:[protected], Registration Date: 12.01.2012). After it they sent it to delhi for repairing. I got my mobile back on 27.01.2012 but when i checked it it was having same problem of not dedecting the memory card. when i told this to Nokia care person then he straight way said i can't help you in this regard, you have to submit it again & it will go to delhi again for repairing.

          I decided to not to repair my mobile as it was very difficult for me to do daily work without my mobile. But i found it battery backup has become very poor(Only 10-12 hours without usage from full charging to switch off), so i was having no option other then to submit again to nokia care.

          Third time i submit my mobile on 06.02.2012 for not dedecting memory card & very poor battery backup. i got my mobile back on 17.02.2012 without repair & nokia person told me that there is abit breakage on your mobile at the top(along with the hole of 3.5 mm jack, left side of hole) so Nokia has decided to not to repair my mobile

          I have following points

          1) Why Nokia sent my phone back to me without repair(when it was submitted by me on 12.01.2012)
          2) The breakge is too small that it can't affect memory card or battery backup, why nokia want to take hide of breakage & prevent himself from providing services to me
          3) Why warrenty of my phone was extened if it was in the condition that can't be repaired under warrenty.
          4) Nokia care has not provided any soultion to my problem till date(3.3.12), why nokia is taking my case too lightly though i have many times called nokia help line number and have mail more then 15 times, why nokia is interested in mail game only.

          I have been not only suffered economically after purchasing of Nokia N8 but mentally tortured by Nokia services.

            I purchased a handset Nokia Lumia 710 from Universal Mobile Chennai Ambattur bvranch on 23 February 2012.
            I charged the battery for 8 Hours as per the advise.Then I found after charging the charge is not come even for 4 hours eventhough I have not used.Then also the internet and GPRS are also not responding.

            I returned the mobile on 24 February to Mr.Muthu who has sold the mobile from Universal.He also tried for GPRS and internet connection but all in vein.He kept the mpbiler for two days i.e upto 26 February 2012 and handed over to me stating everything is OK. But I found all my complaints still persist.Again I returned the mobile on 27 February 2012 to Mr.Muthu and I requested him to replace the mobile with another model N8.But so for there is no reply.

            I purchased Nokia lumia 710 on[protected] from a Nokia showroom located in lalchowk srinagar j&k.After charging it, I start browsing on my phone.But after 3-4 hours battery was low.I took my phone to Nokia care centre lalchowk srinagar j&k. They turned my phones location finder application off & returned my phone.They told me we hve solved ur low battery backup problem, but all in vain.I think customers should avoid purchasing Nokia lumia 710, because it is having week battery
            backup.

              I want to say that in nokia C2-00 there are 2 sim card, but i don't know why 1 network is not working either 2nd network is in use or not. i am completely fed up with this disgusting mobile phone in which 1 network is always unavailable.it is your technically fault so please pay attention towards my side and do something in my phone also.

                    I have given my handset (Nokia X2-01) for replacement on 24/01/2012 to the care center. First they told me they will give it back after 10 days and since then i am still waiting for them to give me new handset. The problem with handset was it got burn, and care center sent it to the Company. And whenever i call them they say speak to our manager, i tried to contact him but no response. Thrice i called before, they said the handset is in company we dont know when they will receive the handset. I don't understand how much time they required and even they are not giving any first date on this. Its been more than a month. Please look into this matter. I need that handset badly.                         I Had purchased a new nokia lumia 710 on 1st January 2012; after purchasing it was showing in call end problem from that particular day; than for two to three days I manage to use it like that only due to my busy schedule but then I took it to NOKIA CARE CENTRE in Lajpat Nagar there they told me to get the new micro sim from my network operator as it has a problem of sim so I get the sim accordingly but again I was facing same problem than again I visited ur NCC they took my phone and gave me after resetting it but problem remains the same than I visited NCC vasant vihar i.e. (TIKAM INFINITY) 2-3 time than finally on 18th January they took my phone and told me that they will send this phone to their head office.

                        On 9th February 2012 they returned me new Lumia 710 phone but again I was facing same problem so I resubmit it to the same NCC Tikam Infinity than they again keep that phone for 3-4 days and returned me my phone by saying that Nokia 710 phone model has some software issue and its update will come on 24 February 2012 than they will update it so mean while no point of keeping it in NCC so they handover me my some phone but till date I Haven’t got any update and I am facing so much problem by just going here and there I totally wasted my money in this mobile so please look into this matter and do the needful.

                          I am using Nokia 5610 Xpress music phone since 3 1/2 years, from the past 3 months i am getting battery backup problem, so that i purchased a new Nokia original battery, but still i am getting same problem, it is hardly giving only 6 hours standby, so i went to Nokia care and complained about this. An executive in that store said me that this complaint is from phone's inner board, there is nothing to do with that, and advised me to purchase a new phone... Is this the way Nokia makes the phones work very worse,. How can i threw my phone that i purchased it for 12,000 INR?

                            I am using nokia c2-03 and
                            it shows
                            following error message several
                            times in a day
                            "sim1 removed" and "sim1
                            inserted" n then "sim1 rejected"
                            until i switched it off and restart

                                I draw your kind attention to my trailing emails sent to you and innumerable calls and personal visits to your Gallery for rectification/replacement of Nokia E5 Mobile purchased from FEMINA TELECOM- Indraprastha, Borivli west. The Day I purchased the phone, the network setting were unable to download. I went your gallery they tried to format & reload the software but it did not work. I was told that the problem was from the network provider. so i went to MTNL BKC office. they found no mistake in their service the problem was with the hand set only. For same i had lodged 2 complaints with NOKIA Gallery. 3rd time i went to gallery on 7th December 2011, they wiped out the whole software and asked me to wait for 10 days to solve the problem. Since the phone was new and under warranty, I requested them to replace the handset. 09 December 2011 when I called the Gallery they asked me to collect the phone and the problem had been resolved.
                                However, the instrument was given back to me without rectification of fault.

                                When I approached the Customer Care Gallery they asked me to deposit the phone with them along with my SIM Card as to monitor the network, in the process the mobile was kept with them for 8-10 days and a amount of Rs. 300/- on account of call charges have been used by them. The phone is still with them since 04 February 2011. The repair team and their Gadget guru had agreed that the phone cannot be repaired and that they would give me a replacement. However, I am still waiting to hear from them or get a replacement.

                                Since the day I had purchased the phone, I had never had the satisfaction o[censored]sing a smart phone as during most of the time the instrument was with the Gallery.

                                I therefore have decided to take a call and approach the honourable Consumer Court for redressal of my complaint and to raise a compensation of Rs. 50000/-, for the mental and physical agony caused to me by M/s Nokia and their distributor M/s 'foneworld, Borivali for supply of faulty mobile instrument and their inability/refusal to replace the faulty instrument.

                                I request you to kindly reply to this mail immediately or latest by 25 February 2012, lest, I would be forced to take the legal course for replacement of my faulty Nokia N-5 Mobile under warranty

                                Hot Spot, Anna Nagar, Chennai — Faulty hanndset being sold to customers!

                                Respected sir,
                                I bought a 1650 Nokia mobile this July (2009) and am getting issues from the day I bought it. I went for the basic model so that I should not get any issues in using my mobile. But I really regret for choosing 'hot spot, Anna Nagar branch' for buying this. While I went back to them to complaint about the faults and get it rectified, they didnt really care about what the problem was but advised me to go to Nokia care and said they only sell the products and all the service related issue would be taken care by the 'Nokia Care' only. After repeated service from 'Nokia care, Perambur branch' the mobile's condition only got worsen. it's almost 1.5 months and still my phone is yet to be rectified. Frustrated to the core with the Nokia care, I went to hot spot, Anna Nagar again to inform them about the issue. After a heated arguement, they accepted to rectify they issue themselves. But later called me to inform that this will take 15 days to correct the problem and give back the handset! Why and HOW can anyoe sell such a DEFECTIVE piece to the customer? and that in a NO - COMPLICATED model.. it is such a basic model.. no cameras, no MP3 players.. and faulty? I wonder what is the 'quality service' that all the people concerned here boast about? Where is the quality check? What test have these guys have done? I had to go back and forth to Nokia care and Hot spot shops for the last 3 - 4 weeks... repeatedly in VAIN! The worst part is I am going out of station next week and how am I supposed to follow up with these guys? how do I collect the mobile? Am I supposed to disturn by kin and friends to deal with these people? Please take a strict action against these people and kindly request you to provide me a suitable compensation.

                                Nokia — Nokia E5 not working since 10 days of Purchase

                                I have purchased E5 mobile at Hot Spot Anna Nagar on 4th November. The same was automatically switched off on 19th November and when tried to switch it on or charge it, it was not happening. Hence took the same to Hot spot on 20th and they have redirected me to Nokia Care. Went to Nokia care Anna Nagar and gave my phone to check and identify the problem. They asked me to wait for 20 minutes so that they can check and let me know the actual problem. But to my bad luck, they couldn’t identify the problem from their end.

                                Hence told me that they will send this to their head office at Delhi and identify the problem and rectify the same. Have already told them that I cannot wait and gave them in writing (My friend had given this letter on behalf of me) that I need replacement and cannot take this back as this is causing problem within 15 days and do not have any hope for the long run

                                I did not get any call till today on the status, hence I have called up their contact number[protected] and the response that I got is the phone is repaired and wil get it on next Tuesday or Wednesday. When asked for the problem, the executive by name Haripriya do not have any clue about it. She enquired to someone else and updated that the mother board was the problem and they have rectified it now.

                                I do not have any belief that this will come for long run as mother board is the main part in any phone and if there is any problem in initial 15 days of purchase then we cannot comment anything for the future.

                                I wanted to have only replacement and I cannot take the fault phone which was given to me

                                Nokia — Faulty handset - E5

                                Sir,
                                I purchased Nokia mobile handset E5 from Croma Thane (Ghodbunder Road) on 5-12-10 (inv.no.[protected]. The phone use to go blank / dead very often. We gave the phone to Croma for repair in first week of september '11, as it was under waranty for 1 year. When the phone was returned back saying its "working fine now", in the shop (Croma) itself it again went blank / dead. The phone was agian sent for repair. After second repair on 11-9-11, the phone was gievn to us claiming "its working fine now".After one month the phone again went blank / dead. The phone went dead 3rd time, we returned the phone to Croma and advised them to replace the phone, as it is a faulty handset.

                                Croma or Nokia are refusing to take any action on it. They are only repairing the handset. The warranty will expire in 2 months time, thereafter no one even recoginise the phone.

                                The handset is expensive and I cannot accept any faluty peice for which spend large amount. Large amount is spend for purchasing good things not faulty things.

                                Need advise to move forward in the matter..

                                Lodged the complaint on consumer complaints on 30-10-11.
                                After lots of follow up with Croma they finally said today that Nokia has replaced the hand set and asked to come and collect it back. To our shock the hand set which they are claiming as Replaced Set is an old and second hand set !!!

                                Looking to the attitude of Nokia towards the handling of complaints, I request Nokia to refund my money. Without phone I am having lots of problem. Its already more than a month and cannot further follow up with Croma / Nokia. Please advise them to refund the entire money immediately.

                                Nokia - E5 — Faulty handset Nokia E5

                                I lodged the complaint on 30-10-11. After lots of follow up with Croma they today finally said that the hand set has been replaced. To my shock the hand claimed as Replaced Set was a second hand and old set !!!!!.

                                Without phone I am having lots of problem, its more than a month now and cannot waste time in chaseing Croma or Nokia, please advise Nokia to refund my money immediately. Its an expensive phone.

                                    Complain - Since the day of purchase, i have been facing problems. The voice clarity of the mobile handset is very poor. Anyone who calls me is unable to hear my voice. I have even visited your service center here at Sector 14 but am very unsatisfied as the problem still persists.                                       Nokia — Error in Nokia c5

                                      I bought Nokia C5 in May 2010. Only a month later my C5 nokia started giving me errors in softwares. The time would change to 5:30. This error would come so frequently that it started effecting my work and schedule. IF I would plan to get up 7:00 in the morning the phone would ring the alarm at 4:00 am in the night and it would display 7:00 am. Which means sometime in the night the error of time turning must have occured and hence one and a half hour it shows 7:00 am.

                                      I got really bugged with this error and decided to submit in Nokia. Thay said it is a software issue and shall be fixed with a software upgrade. I submitted the phone thrice at diferent occasions to upgrade the phone's software but to my dismay each time i was disappointed.

                                      I submitted my phone in nokia on the 3rd January and they finnaly said that they will get it swapped with a new nokia C5. Yesterday I again went to Nokia priority Dealer CP. called Realms , from where I bought the my Nokia C5, I asked if they have progressed with anything in to getting me a new phone they again said that the phone is fine they cant swap it. I am so disgusted with Nokia. This is the best mobile phone company in india and this is how they treat their customer.

                                      I hope I get a fair chance in this trial to put my point across and get a new phone swapped with the deffected one.

                                        i have purchased a nokia asha 200 mobile handset from Munirka New Delhi-67. it has chinese nokia battery its quality is very low and i also want to know are this mobile phone is orignal or duplicate its imei no is [protected] & second imei no is [protected] i also want to know are nokia mobile set give chinese battery or original nokia battery send me complete information on my mail are this emei is original nokia emei or not immediately send me mail on my mail id thank you
