NOKIA phone 5230 under warranty up to 15 Jan 2012 did not switch ON after running nokia phone updates. phone was deposited to Nokia care at RT nagar bangalore. phone was send to nokia head office returned back with a stamp on it stating WARRANTY VOID (physical damage) . nokia care RT Nagar informed me that it is due to presence of water inside it & returned back my set saying 'Beyond Service limits ' mother board to be replaced & it will cost me around 4000 Rs.and they will not replace the set as there is physical damage.i feel this is totally injustice done to me as i don't remember phone falling into any sort of liquid and there was no problem with the phone before running updates.

    Dear Forum,

    On 31.12.2011 I have purchased Nokia Asha 2000 handset from Nokia showroom, Naazcenter, Guntur, when we satrted using it from that day onwards its givinbg resounding from the speakers we have truied with different sim cards still same resound while talking and radiations are really hurting who ever using.

    On 02.01.2012 We approached the same shop but they are bad in giving response and dont want into the problem / undersatnd the problem.

    Since we have purchased one day before still they are denying to relace the model and piece.

    Such a bad experience we are facing...... Please kindly help to replace that model with another one..

    And the operating in this phone is very slow. I donno what to do.

    I have also observed similar issue while speaking, it resound and also some noises in background from speaker, this issue is from the day one i bought Nokia Asha 200, I am not sure if Nokia has provided any resolution for this issue or any s/w upgrade shall resolve it...

      I had problem with Nokia mobile phone c6-01 within 1 month of its purchase. I gave it to the Nokia care in Kottayam,Kerala. I was told it has to be sent to head quarters for repairing and I need to wait for 15days. And I had to wait more than 15 days to receive the mobile after repair. On receiving the mobile I saw the mobile was tampered now it looks too old. i am doubtful whether it is the same mobile. The mobile which I was handling very carefully was treated very irresponsibly and I am totally not satisfied with there service.

        I have a Nokia set No. 5233, perched last year from Kolkata, for the last few days it was hanged out. Immediately visit to a Nokia Priority Dealer add. Limton Pvt Ltd. 13 A & B B.B.D Bag kolkata 1. I told the problem to the consumer care consultant and as per their sugession I gave the set to them for repair and taken from them after 02 days with charge Rs.250. Cash memo No.10393 Date: 28/12/2011. After leave the priority dealer the same I face the same problem and immediately met with them details the same. they mis-behaved with me and tolled we have nothing to do now then I told them I complained the same to "the consumer forum" then they thread me "JO HO SAKE KIJIA KUCH NAHI HOGA UP JAHA CHAJEN JA SAKTEHO".

        This is for your kind information and necessary action please.

            This is to bring to your kind notice the product support service provided by nokia though its nokia care center dosn't go at all with the brand name of "NOKIA" for what the company is known worldwide.The incidence that happens with me 2 dayz back and force me to use such a harsh language and write this mail was.I had given my Nokia C5 to nokia service center faridabad NIT branch to resolve mh problem regarding speaker and at the time of the delivery i had clearly told teh executive that don upadte the software and it will cause me the loss of all the data and force him to mention that in the job card.Bt at teh time of the delivery of the phone i was in sate of shock when i operate my phone reason for that was that my phone was PARALAYSED & SOFTWARED WAS COMPLETELY FORMATTED l of mhh data and contacts was deleted and no one at the service center was ready to lend an ear to my complaint, listen to my query. This kind of service and dealing with costumer is totally unexpected and unacceptable and creating a wrong image of NOKIA. and Even though nobody was ready to make an apology for the mistake.so i want a written "APOLOGY" from nokia for the problem i had face because of the negligence of the nokia care service center.and Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

            i have shown my n70 mobile at nokia care in rajahmundry,vijayawada andin hyderabad for poor display lighting.everywhare they kept my mobile for days and return that without the problem solved
            very poor service of your west patel nagar hcl nokia care centre. senior manager of this centre is characterless person not a good behavior, please strictly done some action against the service centre.

            I bought a nokia N91-6 mobile phone,IMEI No.-[protected],
            on 19/05/2007.It was giving problem of screen flickering since i bought it but did not bother since i was not in a position to give my phone for repair since it was important for me to be available on phone that time.After that it kept on giving problems,so at last i had to give to nokia care for repair on 8/1/2008.The employees at nokia care dont even pick up my phone when i call them and when i visit them , they just have another day for me to visit them and collect the phone.But everytime they have some excuse or the other for not giving the phone.Sometimes they say it is not repaired and sometimes they say it is repaired but they havent got it.It is really the worst kind of service i have received in my life.15 days have passed and i dont know,wheres my phone.The person there doesnt even talk properly which is really insulting for me.The repair centre where i have given the phone is telesphere,sco 37,sector 11,panchkula.I really want a replacement now since i cant accept such an expensive phone worth 17k to not work properly in sucha short span of time.

            I have purchased Nokia N81-8 gb in Febuary for a very high price.

            I had problems connecting it to a computer through the data cable(USB Port in the handset was not working) and also its sliding mechanism had some problems.

            Though I have heard about the poor service of Nokia care I had no other options and I gave it for service on 09/Apr/2008. I gave it in Kormangala Branch Nokia care, Bangalore. They asked me to come after 10-15 working days.

            I went to the service center after three weeks back but they said that they will call me and they dont have any information regarding my cell phone.

            The service executive who sitting there gave me a very pathetic.

            I expected much more from Nokia because the phone I bought was a High End model.

            Still i dont know how many days i need to wait and now its price is reduced by 5000 rupees.

            I will like to bring to your notice the problem I am facing with Nokia handset and with your services.

            I purchased this Nokia N91 a year before. Owing to the brand name Nokia has, I didn't even thought twice before purchasing this set. But soon after a month or so this set started
            so it started giving me problems...it used to hang up...it used to automatically switch off and it used to display Harddisk corrupted message ( and a couple more)

            So, I gave my set to one of your care center in Kolkata. They gave me the set back in two-three days and told me that it will work fine. Much to my surprise
            within a day it started showing same problems..I wonder what they did... and then i again gave for service and again in few days it started displaying same
            message...and then it became a routine...I have given set to your service centre for almost 4 times...last time I when I gave, they took a month to repair it...
            according to them it was sent to bangalore...but even then within a week same problem cropped up...

            I am sorry to say but I am very disappointed with the services you are providing .Inspite of my set falling in the warranty period I have not been given
            an replacement for this nor they have found any solution for it. Just to let you know, this set has never in water or fallen on floor.

            I hope you come out with a solution to my problem. The cell is still with below care centre and its job sheet no is[protected]/080714/61.

            i have submitted my phone (nokia-6085) and they told that theywill give in with in 2 days but now its 13 days they have nt return my phone so i have asked for it but they nt returning it so pls help me
            This Nokia phone was bought from Authorised Nokia dealer in Goa. After 4-5 months the 6 key stopped functioning. It was sent to Service Centre in Andheri East(Tele: 26837955/5461) on 17 Nov, 2008. So far they have not returned it inspite of repeated follow up. I was told that it has been sent to their HO (Tel:[protected] in Parel. Still no response and I am unable to get thru to anybody at this number. Nokia name used to be synonymous with quality/service but my belief in them is shaken now.

            i always use high end phones above 15000 to 35000 range phones
            when i go after purchase 2 to 3 months they always saying liquid damage..

            they only know this word

            My name is Nikhil Mohan Bhujbal. I bought a Nokia 6220c handset on 20th of July 2008. The product comes with the warranty of 1yr. before the expiry of the warranty my handset met with an accident which causes the failure of display and keypad.

            Now I went to Nokia care center (Today telecom) on 10th of July 2009, situated at lower Parel, Mumbai. They accepted the handset and give me job sheet no. 090710/69. On the job sheet they give me an estimate value for repair (RS. 2305) and target delivery date of 25 July 2009.

            When I went on the target delivery date given by the Nokia care (Today telecom) i.e. 25th July 2009. They said that please collect it in next week. Now I went next week again they said that it is not repaired yet it will take more time to repair. They ask me for one more week.
            After 1 month they said that half of the job is done i.e. my handsets keypad is repaired and display is under repaired, and it will further more time. After 1 and half month again when I ask them to do it fast they give me a different target delivery date, (2nd of September). I went on date maintained. On this date they refuse to repair my handset. After conducting repair for almost for two month Nokia care (today telecom) they gave me back in more damaged condition. Now not only its display and keypad (some keys) are not working but also now it is not giving any response like incoming calls or alert tones.

            And further now when i mail to nokia company, they are showing me terms and condition.
            now when in nokia care center (Today telecom) i ask term and condition. but they did not give me any clear idea about it. even if my handset was nor repairable, As they said; so they would have given it back in next weak or tw. but insted they took 2 months for repair saying that it is being pending for spare parts.

            Please take necessary action. I have got too much harassment out of it.

            nokia care andheri east branch — not give my mobile

            hi yesterday i give me my mobile to andheri east branch azad road telly gali but today i call than they said it will take time to 15 to 20 days i have so many problems day after tommorow i have to go out of station then what can i do pls cooprate me its urjent... my job sheet no is 091102/67.
            Nokia Care Centre, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, is one of the worst centres in some services.Whenever You call to that centre a lady will be at the receiving end and you ask something she will say "i dont know". if you ask about the repairs or accessories the answer will be "No Stock". if you guys ask about the cost of accessories the answer will be "Go to Nokia Priority Shop". And the answer will be from the other persons who may be sitting nearby to the telephone that the receiver will be getting by saying" One Minute Sir". I hope this kind of mistakes will not happen in the next years. Because We believe in Nokia Brand and its services.

            i bought a nokia handset model 5800 in oct 2009 at Big-C MOBILE STORE malakpet hyderabad 500036. two months back my mobile got a problem. i went to nokia care at malakpet . they asked me come after 2 days. when i reached nokia care i came to know that. i was cheated by nokia.i have seen complaint register. there are lot of complaint on the same model. i met to service incharge. he said. my mobile is under out of warranty . but it is inwarranty.again he asked me to come after 10 days . again i visited nokia care after 10 days.my mobile didnt get repair.they made it dead and they wanted to return it to me. but it didnt accept it . i paid 13500/- for that mobile ,know it cost me 0/-. i used it only 8 months. i promise my self i never buy nokia mobile again. i never suggest to any one to buy nokia mobile.better go for china mobile it cost u very less and got better option than nokia. nokia mean poor service, cheaters, i need ur help . my job sheet no is[protected]/100721/65 dt 21/07/2010.

            i gave my phone nokia N-79 at authorised nokia customer care in noida (micronas telecom c-4 sector-2
            ) for repairing the chip of keypad .
            they charged 2500 rs for their service . they told me internal memory of my phone will be deleted and i agreed with that. when i recieved the phone there were problems which were not there before giving them my mobile handset like the left a spacing in phone keypad was making sound and there was dust in the screen .i again reported the complaint but they returned me the phone with the same problems saying that these problems will come.

            1. E5-00 given for repair 10 DAYS BACK. Still vague reply from your so called customer care centre.

            2. After I quoted my job sheet number, the person in your care cente, without even waiting for a second, replies that you phone is the same phone which was logged in water and hence we are not in a position to repair ! I was shocked. You deal all cases of phone repair into liquid logged cases and I guess convert them into liquid logged cases , to haress customers?? MY NOKIA CARE CENTRE - MANAV COMMUNICATION, NEW DELHI. VERY POOR SERVICE. DON'T GO THERE EVER, .

            3. Then another person comes on line and states that, he had received the phone from head office and was again giving problem and so he has sent it back ? Which means I have to wait another 8 days.

            I have deposited a Nokia 5130 handset to Nokia care at Allahabad on 7th of April 2011.

            Since then I am getting only assurance not the hand set.

            Who will be responsible for warranty this one month. Now my warranty remains only for 11 months and if kept for some more days with Nokia it will further reduce.

            I purchased handset to use not to keep it Nokia. If Nokia wants the hand set to keep with him please don't sell Handset and keep with your self.

            If this is the service of Nokia, perhaps I must had purchased some other brand without warranty which would have given me less pain as I would be mentally prepare that It don't have warranty.
            my nokia n82 phones keypad doesnt work suddenly. i go to the nearest nokia care pattom, TRIVANDRUM(no use) they check my phone and made an estimate of1400 after 2 day i received a sms (ur nokia n82-1 was irrepairable collct the phne from nokia care) i go to the office and wait approximately 1 hour. they told me that they cant repair that bcoz the body was tampered.i feel like hell
            Actually nokia care is very very poor in their service. they collect very huge amt for small problem 65% of the people said that the same complaint was repeated,this shows the low quality service of nokia

            ACTUALLY we prefer nokia because of its quality and care guaranteed by them but THEY LOST THEIR NAME DAY By day. samsung and sony errickson provide hi quality service. nokia actually cheat me cheat the entire user. i never allow my relatives and friends to buyany nokia handset

            i think if they conduct a survey they know their actual value in the market.

            19/12/2010 i purchased nokia c3 and within 6 mnths aftr purchase it started troubling us... as it was under gaurantee i gave it to the nokia care centre they took it for 15 days and did NOTHING and return it to me saying "theek ho gya"...... they cheat me

            Myself Jiju Thankachan, using C503 visited to kadavanthara branch which is located at eranakulam, kerala, (india) for a small complaint, i was not getting my mails in inbox, i have visited three times for the same reason. for that they have formated my handset and memory card. Is it required to format the memory card for the same reason. And still the problems are remains same. yesterday i went to kadavanthara brand at 10:30am and informed the same problem is remains still. They promised me that will rectify in 15minuts because i had to go at 12:30 to office. They made me to wait till 1:00 pm.The staffs are irresposible and never respect customer feeling. They are not even bother about rectify the problem and they were busy on theirown business. When i asked atlast for the status they gave back the mobile and told that you just create a mail box and do it manually, then why should i go to Nokia care if i could done manually. Hope that the top management will take proper action and point out from the view of customer,

            I purchased a Nokia handset model-E5 on 04/02/2012 vide Invoice No.10650/5348075 from Store no.1957 located at Jora Mandir, Baguihati, Kolkata. On the date of purchase, very sweet words were told regarding the services offered assuring service anytime for any kind of problem. Even I was persuaded to take one year additional warranty for the handset.

            Although, I visited the store 3-4 times thereafter, very little attention was paid towards my complaint and finally it was not attended to. I waited there for over 30 minutes on each occasion but the problems (activation of email, GPRS, etc) were not addressed.

            I came back with lots of dissatisfaction and have decided not to purchase the handset from any Mobile Store in future. I do not know if any technical/mechanical problem happens to the set what kind of service I can expect from them.

            My Name is Naveen. I paid 12500 Rs for my Nokia C6 and what do I get instead?? Pain .. Yes from Nokia Care - Mysore. Within 3 months of purchase I faced a problem with Video recording (breakage in clips), took my cell to the nearest Nokia Care - Mysore. Till then my cell had no other issues. I got a call from the Nokia care in the evening and they dont me that even the display isnt working. Then they calmed me saying its under warranty and would get it done free of cost. They took more than a month to return my cell back. Then after 6 months i again faced an issue with the display this time they told me that the warranty of my mobile was over and they charged me Rs 100 for servicing (I had no bill at that time - as the mobile was gifted to me by my dad and he had kept the bill with him and unfortunately he was out of town for sometime). Later they informed me that the issue is with display and they couldn't do anything regarding this and asked me to wait for 20 days as they would get the display from the company by then. After 1 month of waiting I returned back to Nokia care center with the bill ( where my purchase showed me that the Mobile was still under warranty - i.e it had not been a year since i purchased the cell). They told me that the mobile warranty would be over in few days and asked me to renew the free service scheme by paying Rs.500. They again asked me to pay Rs100 for checking my cell again, for which I fought and they had to agree. Now they call me and tell me that there is a problem with the slider (heaven knows from where did this problem come, as the issue was with display till then). And now they say for this there is no warranty and I need to pay them Rs. 2405. So totally I have to spend around 15,000 where the customer satisfaction I got was Zero. Can someone help me to sought out this issue. Let me also tell u that I haven't even dropped or roughly used my cell.. I have taken care of my cell like a kid and this is what I get in return.

            I would like to bring to your notice the horrible experience I had with your much touted Nokia Lumia device. I purchased this Nokia Lumia 710 device from one of your priority shops at Marathahalli, Bangalore on 13 April 2012.

            For the THIRD time, I returned my Lumia smart phone for repeat issues - the phone has stopped connecting to 3G, poor audio / call quality (distorted voice), heating issues, screen flickering, getting switched off automatically sometimes. I have asked for a replacement, but Nokia is refusing that and asking me to take the same phone which they say is repaired.

            I would like to bring to your notice the horrible experience I had with the much touted Nokia Lumia device. I purchased this Nokia Lumia 710 device from one of the Nokia priority shops at Marathahalli, Bangalore on 13 April 2012. For the THIRD time, I returned my Lumia smart phone for repeat issues - the phone has stopped connecting to 3G, poor audio / call quality (distorted voice), heating issues, screen flickering, getting switched off automatically sometimes. I have asked for a replacement, but Nokia is refusing that and asking me to take the same phone which they say is repaired.

                Hi,

                I have purchased a Brand new Nokia E72, recently the battery gets exhausted in 2 hours & while charging or attaching the cellphone with PC the battery gets heated up. Also while using GPRS in cell & clicking on Pics it shows Memory full please close some applications.

                Have taken the cell which will be helpful in kpng in tch wid friends thru FB. Bt now am facing above problems also am unable to configure my official email id.

                  I bought Nokia 2730c in march 2010.
                  i have extended my warranty for another one year in dec 2010 only.
                  when i went to the centre for software update, those are said that you repaired this mobile before out side.
                  as per my knowledge i repaired this mobile in july 2010 in nokia care centre itself.
                  but those are saying like this, it is showing either those are changed my original mobile parts or those are escaping from giving free service.
                  it is in directly showing of fraud service of nokia care centre in chittorgarh.
                  please be aware of such people.

[protected] ) ,On[protected] there was the problem in functioning of the camera, So i have deposited it to the customer care on[protected] which is covered under the the warranty period for 1 year . On[protected] they have provide me the replaced hand set which has the lot of scratches on it I have refused to collect the set so they have send the set to Delhi for replacement and on[protected] they have called me to collect the set so when i have gone there to collect i found the same set which has been earlier provided to me So i have again refused to collect the set.

                    I am using a Nokia C2-00 somehow I enabled the Nokia Life Tool on my mobile phone. Now my phone is over floating by bunch of messages and all of them are not useful to me.                           WE HAVE GIVEN OUR N 91 UNDER JOB SHEET NO [protected] TO THEM ON 16/01/2007.

                          MY CELL WAS GOT SWITCH OFF ON 15/01/07 AS THE BATTERY GOES DOWN IN THE EVE WHILE TALKING. WE TRIED TO RECHARGE THE BATTERY BUY NO INDICATION WAS FOUND ON THE SCREEN, I CHARGE THE BATTERY FROM OTHER NOKIA MOBILE AND TRIED TO RESTART THE CELL. BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE CELL NOT STARTED. THATS WHY I HAVE SEND TO THE SERVICE CENTER.

                          NOW, THE SERVICE CENTER SAYS THAT PHONE IS NOT REPAIRABLE, AS SOME FLUID HAS BEEN PASSED. I AM AT TOTAL SHOCK LISTEN TO HER. WHILE I USE THIS PERSONELLY AND I AM 1000% SURE NOTHING HAS BEEN SO. WHY YOUR PEOPLE ARE HARRASING LIKE THIS.

                          SECONDLY, IT IS JUST 13 MONTHS OF THE PURCHASE OF THE CELL @23000/- IN INDIAN RUPEE. I HAVE HEARD 1ST TIME IN MY LIFE THAT THINGS ARE NOT REPAIRABLE.

                          PL GO INTO THE DEPTH OF THE ,MATTER AND REVERT TO ME.

                          I CAN'T BEAR A LOSS OF RS.23000/- IN A YEAR.

                            I D.K.Jain r/o G-23, Preet Vihar Delhi-110092 purchased a Nokia cell model no. 2700, IMEI no.[protected] noon 08.05.2011 from Nokia Priority 83, Vijay Block, Vikas Marg Delhi -92 TIN no. [protected]. The said Nokia Cell is found defective as " THERE WAS PROBLEM IN CATCHING NET WORKING AS SOUND CUT IN BETWEEN TALKS" since very inception, which i pointed out several times since inception to the concerning Dealer's Manager of Nokia Priority. But never made its solution.

                            In the end I requested Dealer's Manager Mr. Sheresh Khandoori to get it replaced and left it with concern dealer's Manager, who did not issue me any receipt & only has said to me to collect it after a week. When I approached him on 24th. Dec. 2011 he handed over me the same defected Nokia cell saying that there was a defect in' Catching Net Work ' in this cell, he got replaced its Board. When I came back home i found that they changed my Battery and put a defective battery into it and top portion of the cell was damaged.

                            On 25th.Dec. 2011 at 13.35 hours,i made complaint to the Customer's care on telephone no. [protected], Miss Prerna assued me to help But being holiday on 25th and 26th dec the Dealers shop are closed.

                            On 27th Dec. 2011, when i made a complaint to the Dealer's Manager Mr. Sheresh that you have put a defective battery and my Original Battery marked as 'dkj' by me , has been removed, who disappointed me who said he can not do any thing. I again called the customer's care on [protected], who advised me submit the cell at nearby Nokia care. Accordingly i submitted my said Nokia defective Cell today on 27th. Dec. 2011 at the Nokia care ie. MAA COMMUNICATION, 13,Shankar marg, opp Metro pillar no. 72 Vikas Marg New Delhi under a receipt bearing no.14443352/111227/32 on 27.12.2011. NCC 144_433527 Contact no.[protected].

                            Simultaneously I once again called the Customers care on [protected], where Mr Prashant has registered my complaint vide complaint no. 1/[protected] on 27.12.2011.

                            The concering nokia dealer has cheated me by 1. supplied a defective Nokia cell. 2. Replaced my Original battery and put defective battery . 3. Did not support to replace said defective Nokia cell, which caused harassement to me.

                            I pray the Consumer form to kindly help me so that I may get justice.

                                sir I procured Nokia c6-00 black mobile IMEI : [protected] from Nokia priority Partner Bhartiya Vision New Delhi on 12th April 2011 by paying Rs. 12550/-. Suddenly my display becomes blank. To rectify the problem I personally alongwith my mother visited the Nokia service & Communication Solution, A-180 (1st Floor), Sukhdev Nagar Market, Kotla Mubarak Pur New Delhi on 26th December 2011. The service centre executive has asked us to pay the Rs. 3250/- to rectify the display problem. When we told that it is under warranty then she told that the slider is physically damaged from inside therefore it is not covered under warranty.
                                Sir when my slider is intact then I am unable to understand that how can I damage the inside. Moreover nobody will purchase the mobile to damage it him/herself. This is the question of creditability of NOKIA not the Repair charges of Rs 3250/-. I request you that please look into the matter and instruct the service center to rectify the mistake under warranty. My other phone number is [protected] and residence Land Line is [protected].                                 i purchased nokia 2760 in october 2008..imei no [protected]. it stopped working in november 2008 ..i submitted it to nokia care centre at patiala..they said that they have to send the handset to noida for repair... i got it back after a month in working condition.. it stopped working again on 12th jul 2009 .. i went to nokia care again they said the handset has no repair seal or sticker inside ... so u have to pay for repair charges ... my handset is still in warranty .. i called at customer care no they said they r helpless they cant do anything regarding this ..so tel me should i throw this phone out...i m capable for paying reapir charges but why should i when the warranty is still on???if the handset has not seal or sticker inside it thats nt my fault thats there fault they have not done that.. i think i should move to consumer court for justice now...

                                      I am using nokia E52 handset. Recently I tried to decrypt my data card with the software provided by Nokia, (in phone itself). it required a phone autolock period which i set as 5 minutes. But when i am trying to turn of phone auitolck period it is giving me troubles.

                                      i have purchase e52 but phone is not working properly main problem is memory full nokia care said software problem care manger said company solve this problem shortly but nokia not cure this problem many time how 3rd class phone like this company launch in indiia

                                      I had purchased on 11/07/2010 NOKIA E52 mobile from CROMA-Belapur showroom with an extended warranty payment. lastweek suddenly the mobile completely blacked out. When I went to CROMA for complaint initially they were reluctant to accept the material for repair but with lot of insistence they agreed tro forward the moblie to NOKIA service centre. Today they are informing that the mobile is not repairable due to moisture ingress as diagonisede by NOKIA service centre. I had purchased the mobile for Rs.12000/- which is an hard earned money. But CROMA being a reputed organiztion is unable to pressurise NOKIA for replacement/repair. They are showing helplessness. Is NOKIA as a company not worried about its quality? Do customers accept thier fate? WHOM SHOULD I APPROACH?

                                      I am using Nokia E52, still in warrenty. Causing lot of hardware and software problems. Half of the time it was with nokia care. They are reluctant to replace. They don't have any proper communication of which we can keep record. So all of you stay away from nokia.

                                      I have nokia e52, recently i had some problem with my cell phone regarding the software . i had been to nokia care (branch name is i2i) p.v.s circle ,mangalore karnataka .they asked me to keep my cell phone and call after a day. but they never told me how much it would cost when i asked them,but when i called they said it will take another 2 days and then again 2 days finally they called me after 5days and told me "your cell phone is ready" and the cost was 400 ,well that was OK with me ,when i went to collect my cell phone the speakers wasn't working fine i told him about it he asked me to wait after a long time he returned my cell phone the speaker was fine , they were about close so paid and walked back ,, but when i went home i realized that the delete key is not working(which was working absolutely fine ) .I went to their place the very next day told him about this he started behaving very rudely and asked me to keep ma cell phone again but he told me it will cost extra ,,, well i knew he would cost 400 or 500 for that small problem . . so i refused to give my cell phone for the service i walked off

                                      pls let me know if the company will take action against these people . . who don't know what is hospitality
