I D.K.Jain r/o G-23, Preet Vihar Delhi-110092 purchased a Nokia cell model no. 2700, IMEI no.[protected] noon 08.05.2011 from Nokia Priority 83, Vijay Block, Vikas Marg Delhi -92 TIN no. [protected]. The said Nokia Cell is found defective as " THERE WAS PROBLEM IN CATCHING NET WORKING AS SOUND CUT IN BETWEEN TALKS" since very inception, which i pointed out several times since inception to the concerning Dealer's Manager of Nokia Priority. But never made its solution.
In the end I requested Dealer's Manager Mr. Sheresh Khandoori to get it replaced and left it with concern dealer's Manager, who did not issue me any receipt & only has said to me to collect it after a week. When I approached him on 24th. Dec. 2011 he handed over me the same defected Nokia cell saying that there was a defect in' Catching Net Work ' in this cell, he got replaced its Board. When I came back home i found that they changed my Battery and put a defective battery into it and top portion of the cell was damaged.
On 25th.Dec. 2011 at 13.35 hours,i made complaint to the Customer's care on telephone no. [protected], Miss Prerna assued me to help But being holiday on 25th and 26th dec the Dealers shop are closed.
On 27th Dec. 2011, when i made a complaint to the Dealer's Manager Mr. Sheresh that you have put a defective battery and my Original Battery marked as 'dkj' by me , has been removed, who disappointed me who said he can not do any thing. I again called the customer's care on [protected], who advised me submit the cell at nearby Nokia care. Accordingly i submitted my said Nokia defective Cell today on 27th. Dec. 2011 at the Nokia care ie. MAA COMMUNICATION, 13,Shankar marg, opp Metro pillar no. 72 Vikas Marg New Delhi under a receipt bearing no.14443352/111227/32 on 27.12.2011. NCC 144_433527 Contact no.[protected].
Simultaneously I once again called the Customers care on [protected], where Mr Prashant has registered my complaint vide complaint no. 1/[protected] on 27.12.2011.
The concering nokia dealer has cheated me by 1. supplied a defective Nokia cell. 2. Replaced my Original battery and put defective battery . 3. Did not support to replace said defective Nokia cell, which caused harassement to me.
I pray the Consumer form to kindly help me so that I may get justice.
