I have recently purchased my nokia c3 mobile handset but after few days i saw that their was a line in my camera which can be seen on screen also. To remove this problem i first visited shop from where i have purchased it but they denied me to replace the handset. Then i visited the nokia care they also don't able to remove problem and not ready to change the handset.
please help me to come out of this situation

Nokia — line in my camera

When I switched on my camera I got a line on my camera ......I have bought that phone about 1 month ago in Saudi I got 10 year warrenty But now I am in Sri lanka....

    Please be patient enough to read the complete message.
    I am writing this mail to complain about your product
    Nokia X2 and the service provided to me at your nokia care centre in Pattom,Trivandrum.
    I purchased the phone on 15/12/2011 at 13:58pm."Within a week of purchase", I met a problem with my phone. The problem is that "when connected to charger,the phone doesn't stop charging ". It continues to charge and never shows "battery full".

    I went to Nokia care centre in Pattom,Trivandrum to solve this problem on 22/11/2011. When I told them about the problem with my phone ,they told me to wait for "1 hour" and they will fix the problem within an hour. After 1 hour, I went to nokia care to bring back my phone and they told me that " You should come tomorrow,since they have to monitor the phone again for 3 hours".

    I again went on 23/11/2011 and the lady staff on Delivery Section told me to wait.After 1 hour,that lady told me that "they have to send my phone to Delhi for repair, so you have to wait again for 10 days inorder to get my phone repaired".

    "If a nokia care centre can't fix a problem with nokia phones,then what's the use of such a nokia care centre?? Taking 10 days for a repair ,is not excusable under any circumstances. Another major problem with nokia care centre in Pattom , Trivandrum (NCC: 379_465550) is that the behaviour of staffs in delivery section and reception with customers is very very BAD. They are not even bothered to answer my doubts about "delay in service". These staffs in reception and a lady staff in Delivery section are busy with their chit chat and they doesn't even care about the customers. Lot of customers are complaining about their services. You should try to stop this kind of attitude towards the customers by these staffs.
    Kindly replace my phone with a new phone since my phone met with a complaint "within a week of purchase".

        My NOKIA E7 is not charging. i was show it in nokiacare but they cant find out the reason. i was connect my nokiae7 mobile with my PC by USB cable for copy some photos.from that time the charger device shows charging but mobile baterry not charging. when i connect charger it shows unsuported cable device. and also shows connect USB device. what is the reason behind it. plz help me.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          FIRST OF ALL I HAVE 2 REQUESTS TO NOKIA
          1) TO IMMEDIATELY STOP MANUFACTURING C6 MODEL & SAVE CUSTOMERS.
          2) THAT YOU CAN KEEP MY PHONE WITH YOURSELF (THE PHONE WHICH I PURCHASED FROM MY HARD EARNED MONEY)

          I WAS a huge fan of NOKIA till the Black day of my life, 9th Jul'11, when i purchased NOKIA C6-00 as a gift for my wife.
          We purchased this mobile in Rs 12,000/- from "Hotspot - City-center mall" outlet in Nashik city of Maharashtra (India). The very next day my wife complained for frequent hang up of the set & said it is very annoying. It really surprised me to see a costly Mobile phone from nokia giving trouble on the very first day. She tried to use it again by Switching it “OFF” & then “ON”. But within 3 days it was clear that the mobile has some serious trouble & cannot be used. I went back to “HOTSPOT” outlet & ask them to replace it immediately but they insisted that this problem can be repaired at Nokia –care center in Nashik. So he kept the mobile with him & sent it to Nokia care for repair. One week later i received it back after getting a call from Nokia care & Hotspot that it has been repaired. But after 2 days again the problem reappeared & my wife kept on complaining about problems which are as:
          1) Mobile Hangs up on its own very frequently
          2) Menu Button doesn’t work
          3) Caller’s name doesn’t come on screen even if the number is saved in memory
          4) Sometimes the mobile doesn’t ring only blink. (Even it is normal mode & not in silent mode).
          5) Suddenly the screen goes completely WHITE.
          She continued using the by Switching it “OFF & ON” whenever it used to Hang. But it really became untolerable So I had to again give this mobile to nokia-care center, Nashik for repairing on 17th Dec’11. Yesterday i got a call from NOKIA that this problem cannot be corrected at Local center so they have to send it to Main Service Center & it will take about 10 days for giving it back.
          My questions to NOKIA are:
          1) Why the problem came in a Brand new phone?
          2) Why it was not replaced when it was reported first time (If this problem cannot be repaired)?
          3) Even after repairing by NOKIA CARE, why the problem remains as it is?
          4) Is the defect so severe that it was required to be sent Main Service Center?
          5) What will NOKIA do, now, to address my Complaint?

          Nokia — Harrasement by Nokia Care

          Dear Sir,
          My wife had purchased Nokia 6700 Classic phone on 28th of November 2009. After a couple of days only it started giving trouble and was unable to be started once switched off. Same was brought to the notice of Nokia care who just upgraded the software of the phone and returned it back but the same problem continued. Phone was returned to Nokia care, who then blamed the battery for it. Battery was replaced and phone as returned after 10 days. Inspite of this, phone switched off again the very same day. Again the phone was returned to Nokia care and finally after talking and arguing with the Nokia care people, the phone was finally replaced on 19th of Dec'09.
          The changed handset worked fine for 3 months and again in April the same trouble started, phone was switched off and not switching on. Again i took the phone to nokia care who ,inspite of being told that this cannot be a software problem since handset was already replaced due to same problem, repeatedly did the same useless thing os updating the software for 3 times before they agreed to send it to Delhi for further repair and investigation of the problem. The phone was handed over to Nokia Care in gurgaon on the 9th of June 2010 for sending to Delhi and the delivery date was expected to be 17th Jun'10 as per the repair job sheet. Today is 24th of June and till now the nokia care has no information as to the status of my phone, nor do they know how much longer it will take for me to get my phone back. All this inspite of making a phone complaint with nokia care dept on 22nd jun'10. On calling complaint number again today, i was informed tht it will take about 5 days more for the phone to be repaired, a statement that Nokia Care gurgaon was unable to verify.
          The thing of real agony is tht in todays world where customer service has attained new meaning, Nokia care continues to harass people and does not consider the discomfort and harassement caused due to their very unprofessional approach and attitude.
          Request kindly help me in this matter and oblige.

          i have givn my mobile nokia C6-01 for repair in nokia care cntr near krishna mandir in ludhiana.the problem is of display. I hav got my mobile after 17 days but without problm solving.nobody call me in these days. I have visited the nokia care 5-6 times in between these days.i am vry upset from the service of nokia. i am dong job so it is very difficult to visit nokia care daily.i also have a problem of making calls. pls help me sir.

          I purchasd Nokia 701 phone 9/12/2011 from Nokia Priority dealer, jamshedpur that phone price is 17799 rs but 1 month after there is some software problem .my bill no is 11566.and my mass memory problem is created by nokia care service center.not by me.
          I gave my Nokia701 Handset for a repair at the Nokia Customer Care for reparing purpose nokia care job sheet no is[protected]/120214/26.but 1 week after that mobile returned me coustemer care member told me that your mobile is ok, but my mobile software is not working properly that time also then a other problem is created my mass memory of that mobile was not showing my mass memory is 8GB .then i further dave him for solving that problem he told me that mobile motherboard is lossed i will repair it.
          but my problem is that i dont want to take repair mobile plese give me new mobile set because my set was new and also in warrenty period so plese give me a new set
          plese solve my problem as soon as possible . i am many times complain about my nokia mobile replecement.plese hehp me for this purpose.

          & See the smartness of NOKIA they are selling the GARBAGE at such high cost.
          Now i have left with 2 options.
          1) FIling a case in Consumer Court
          2) Hire a Open Vehicle & display on a Banner that "GARBAGE FROM NOKIA" in Rs 12000

            Poor service by Nokia care Neemuch branch
            I purchased Nokia handset from Dubai last year.
            After a year i faced the signal problem in my handset for which i gave my handset for serive in Nokia care Neemuch branch for ehich they charged 200 rs.
            But after the service problem remains the same and when i visited again, they asked 400 rs. this time plus mentioned that there is no guarntee that the problem will be solved.
            Also they mentioned-

            1. why purchsed the handset outside India.
            2. There will be no repair guarntee since it is purchased outisde India.

            i repled that Nokia is a multinational company and they claimed there serive centres are available across the Globe.

            Now i am left with no other option, but to throw the handset and in future not to buy or recommend any one to buy Nokia handsets.

                  I had purchased theis mobile on dated 03.06.2011 from Jain Enterprises, Model Town, Rewari.

                  Now theey Nokia people are saying theat please again submit your mobile to Nokia Care.
                  What is theis..?? Why I suffer due to Nokia people..??

                  Until when i submit my mobile..??
                  My mobile is unusable for me since last two monthes.
                  After spending 12,000 Rs, I am using my brotheer's mobile. Why????????

                  Is theere any problem in Nokia's quality system..?? Don't Nokia's QC person control of NG Products...???
                  Why theey people sent back mobile while it is not Ok..????
                  What theeir Engineers are doing theere, if theey cannot resolve thee problem..??????

                  First time theey had changed upper body of mobile & second time theey replace motheer board. And theen repaired & repaired.
                  Now theey have replaced new one. Even after problem has not been solved.

                  So, please arrange to send my money back. I want my spend money.

                  I have lost my trust on Nokia products.

                  I will submitt my mobile in Nokia Care tomorrow (5the times), Rewari Branch (Sanskaar Telecom) and please arrange to send my money back or provide new fresh Ok mobile, if theey can provide. But after seeing Nokia product performance, i don't theink so.

                  Note:- I will not accept any repaired mobile. Means theis handset i will not accept, if Nokia try to repair it.

                  Eitheer arrange to send new Ok mobile or my spend money............................................. .................!!!!!!!

                    I had bought a mobile Nokia500 IMEI No.[protected] Ean No.[protected] on 2/10/2011 from Nokia Priorirt Partner -Paradise, 58/48 B.T.Road,Khardak, Kolkata-700117. But the from the first day of my purchase, I found that the mobile is faulty which is automatically switched off despite of full charge. I reported immediately to the shop, they neither helped nor given any support. then I had given my mobile to NOKIA CARE, BARRACKPORE, WEST BENGAL twice but all my effort goes in vain. Again I have given to NOKIA CARE, DUNLOP, KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL, from then it is still in their custody. In the meantime, they have exchanged my mobile having Replacement note RN NO. -RN343517 Dated 14/10/2011 having exchanged IMEI No. [protected], Make - NOKIA GSM, Model-N500.
                    Please help me to sort out my problem.
                    I have full faith in the world leader "NOKIA" but the way I have been handled despite of all my efforts is really worried me.

                        Respected sir,i am Rahul kumar gupta from gaya,bihar.i bought a new Nokia N8 last month from a private shop in gaya.the IMEI number of my phone is [protected].my airtel number is [protected].i got an offer from airtel with my nokia N8.the offer was 2gb gprs pack for 6 months.i was using my airtel number.i put it inside Nokia N8 and i started using my phone.i didnot received any messages from Nokia regarding This offer.i went to the shop for getting the offer.but they told me to contact airtel as this offer was given by nokia with airtel.i went to the airtel office.told them about this offer.they also got confused about this offer.after a few days i went to Nokia priority dealer in gaya.a member told me to get my airtel number recharged with more than 50 rupees.i got my airtel number recharged with Rs.60.i got Rs.52 as main balance and 2gb gprs balance.i was very happy n satisfied with the offer.i got this offer on 10th of november.but on 10th dec,2011 i got my same airtel number recharged with Rs.60,i got Rs.52 as main balance but i donot received 2gb gprs pack.please help me in getting this offer.i am really very sad and upset.please help me.you can contact or inform me at my airtel number which i have already told u.it is [protected] or you can mail me at [protected]@yahoo.in Hope you people will help me in getting my offer.

                        AirTel — Airtel offer for Nokia N8

                        I bought a Nokia N8 phone on 20th April. The cover had the offer
                        “Enjoy the power of Nokia N8 with Airtel
                        Free mobile internet from Airtel for 6 months

                        Just insert the Airtel SIM to activate the offer”

                        I inserted my SIM and started using the Internet. The bill for my internet usage is 2500!!! and I had thought it is free!
                        When I contacted Airtel, I was told I had to call the Customer care center to enable the GPRS. But nowhere in the offer this was mentioned!!

                        I have been informed by Airtel that I have to bear this amount!
                        My normal bill amount is 400+ per month.
                        Is this the price I have to pay for using my new N8 Nokia phone for 15 days???

                        The matter is not yet resolved.

                        I have sent all the details to [protected]@in.airtel.com as I do not want to disclose my phone number here.

                        I have also approached callcenter and response from Callcenter and 121 mail has been very dissatisfactory. It gives me a feeling that you have not value for loyal customers. I am feeling very dejected and thinking of changing the provider.

                            Complaint ID 10056 No.C3-00 was lodged on 15.11.2011 and reminded on 19.11.2011 to replace the steel coated knobs, which is under warranty. But, to our dismay, when contacted the local Nokia Service Centre, located at Mancherial, Adilabad Dist., Andhra Pradesh, they stated that order was placed for getting spares and they will inform us after procurement of spares. Till date, we have not received any confirmation regarding availability of spares.

                            In this context, you are once again requested to look into the above issue and take necessary action for getting it repaired at the earliest.

                            A complaint was lodged complaint Ref.No.10056, dtd.15.11.2011 to resolve the issue at the earliest. Mr. Sriram has contacted and he said the same will be replaced within two days. But to our dismay, the same could not be happend.

                              i purchase nokia c6-01 handset in 27th June 2011 for rs.14000/- which have range problem, phone locks up , not responding. i went to nokia care two-times nokia care repairs my phone and returns me on the same day but problem remains. Then 3rd times nokia care remains my phone for 15 days and give me back by replacing motherboard. the next day same problem started i returns my phone to nokia care. After 15 days give me my phone. Then same problem repeats and i go to nokia care asking them to replace my old mobile as it is not working properly. They kept my phone. after 15 days they call me and said " your phone is now repair, take your phone" . In last five months my mobile was at nokia care for 50days and they don't give me any substitute phone for these period. I want a new handset and compensation for 50 days

                                I have Nokia E61i and I have been using it for years without any problem. I frequently surf net with it inserting different sim cards but few days back as I log in to surf net, it got restarted automatically and now it is prevalent always as I began to surf net. I have done factory re-setting and have also sent to Nokia Care Center and done flashing but the problem still persist. I am using Vodaphone Simcard. I have done all sort of things but failed. May I have a solution for this from your good Center. I am awaiting for your reply soon.

                                        Its really painful to mail you very often regarding My Nokia N8 Unit even after my repeated visits, call's and mail's. you are failed to provide conditioned Unit. till today I have not received good unit from your end even after year.


                                        [protected] i have received handset with assurance of providing Problem free Unit from Firdose Anjum. K (RCCO – South) But she also failed to keep her promise.

                                        In New Unit Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) is not working and WLAN symbol also not Appearing when i enable to search for availability of WLAN. for confirmation i have fallowed all the instruction provided in latest Nokia N8–00 User Guide and also Unit is very slow whenever i opened Ovimap and it takes longer time to show the directions.

                                        With all the incidences i have crossed more than one year so i have demanded for one year Warranty from the date of the Unit provided with the problem free and my Demand is valid as and because of inconvenience made by you. i have noticed the same in my last email's also but Firdose Anjum. K (RCCO – South) have mailed on[protected] and she have Written in that i have a repair warranty of 30 days from the date of repair for the same Unit. she is not given any reason to refuse my Demand.

                                        Am demanding for problem free unit as well as One year full Warranty.

                                        With the reference to your last E-Mail regarding my
                                        complaint. I would like to bring your kind notice that My Nokia N8
                                        handset which I received on 12th Nov 2011, problems are remaining same
                                        except SHAZAM (it installed properly). In new handset is very slow to
                                        work, Maps Navigation not working and so many defects in alignment of
                                        the body cover (not properly installed).
                                        As I asked in my last E-mail you are not replayed regarding WARRANTY.
                                        I hope you will rectify the problem of the handset and
                                        warranty.Remaining same as last e-mail.
