I purchase nokia x1-01 dual sim mobile. From the day of purchase i am getting so problems with the handset. The mobile is being automatically switched off for so many times. And it is not getting proper signal for both of the sims. For the first time i took mu mobile to nokia care. They were simply updated the mobile software. But again i am facing same problem. So my request is please inform me how to register a complaint against the product...

I have a Nokia C7 handset which has a slider lock switch. This switch came out. It is not damaged, it just popped out. I bought my Nokia - x3-02, 6 months before, initially some software problem arises for that I went to Nokia care and they resolve the problem but I lost all my valuable data. Now again from last 3 days I am suffering with the same problem. Please take it as priority action and provide the new mobile to me.

I am writing this mail with very hard dis-regard for NOKIA company due to the major problems occurred (details of problem in below mail) for E6 mobile so early within a one week of purchasing the mobile, which has been purchased on 27/0ct/2011 on Univercell.

POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCT:
I PURCHASED A BH-505 ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO THROUGH FLIPKART. I HAD TO TWICE GIVE IT TO THE NOKIA CARE CENTRE IN UDHAMPUR (J&K) BECAUSE IT DEVELOPED PROBLEMS.
