This is Kiran.I had a problem with NOKIA N8-00 camera problem.When i take pictures with my nokia N8 some white circles/patches appear in the images captured.So i went to nokia care (V.S communication , A.S.RAO NAGAR, Secunderabad).The process went on in the following way....
1.First time they updated the mobile software and gave it.problem was still there ,so i went back to nokia care
2.Second time they sent to the company (Delhi) ,there they replaced my camera lens and sent it back,still the problem was there,so i again went back to nokia care
3.Third time they again updated the software and gave it,still same problem
4.Fourth time they have sent the mobile to company (Delhi),they repalced my motherboard/board ,my IMIE number got changed(some scrathes were added to my panel,they put a sticker on teh back with new IMIE number).Still the problem was not resolved.So i gave i back in nokia care,they sent it back to Delhi
5.Fifth time they have sent it back to nokia Delhi again for repair,now the piece with nokia Delhi
i started to ask for a brand new mobile from nokia because it is still in warranty and this process was going on from 17th October 2011,its been more than 1 month since the problem came and nokia has not provided me with a new piece or solved the existing problem.
when i logged a complaint through nokia online on Tuesday,customer executive told that i will get a call back from nokia within 48 hours,but even after 3 days i didn't get any call,then again i called back on Friday,then complaint was raised and they explained previous complaint couldn't be raised because of server problems .they logged my with complaint number : 1-[protected].when i asked for a new handset they told they have to speak with regional manager but meanwhile my piece came back to the nokia care,so nokia complaints online complaints department told me that if the problem still persists we will take care of the issue,because u have been facing the issue from almost 1 month and the mobile has gone to the factory thrice but still the problem exists,But still the problem exists even now,and the mobile has been sent back to nokia factory/company Delhi.
If they can repair the handset why the hell did they replace all my phone's components(after repair are they putting the original components like carl zeiss lens or are they putting normal 12 megapixel lens).Now my mobile lens got replaced,my mobile motherboard got replaced,what is left in the piece to repair so i am demanding a brand new piece from nokia company
nokia please solve my problem immediately and give me a brand new piece,don't play around with people's belief/faith in nokia and customer's patience.I am without mobile from more than 1 month
