I have bought new C5-03 Mobile from Nokia authorised shop. with in one week the touch screen was not working. when i took that to service center in Tirunelveli, they said this system is not original and I have to bring one software it will take 10 days so that you call me after 10 days after calling me. After 10 days when I called them, they are saying you call after 15 days it will take another 15 days.

After spending almost Rs.9,000 and with warranty from Nokia, I did not expect this kind of service from Authorised Service centre.

Can they improve the customer service!

    i bought nokia mobile c2-03 from redyphone .
    But from second i was having problem in this product.
    It means i got defective peace

    problems in mobile ar as following:
    -Video is not playing
    -Many time touch screen stops working
    -many times it is being hanged
    -music player is also not working
    -it is not operating on given command even many times it works on that command which i hav not given

    Than i went to the nokia care Add-dadndiya bajar,vadodara. I hoped that they will repair it .

    I got my mobile and checked out It was working at nokia care than after some 2-3 hours it was behaving same as i hav given in to the care

    Than i went back to the nokia they told me that there is software problem and we should give it in to the company and it will need 7 days i said ok.
    After having mobile till 7 days with them they have didn't repaired this mobile.

    And before 2 days i have again give this product to nokia care and i have got back my mobile today but the same result i got.
    they are not responding as they have to .
    i have spent lots of time and money behind traveling to that place .

      C5-03Handset faulty.
      Nokia is not able solve the Handset restart problem

      I had purchased Nokia C5-03 mobile handset from Navtarang Radio House; Sangli. on Dated - 28 Aug 2011 (Invoice no :- ANS/CS/RO/7392).
      After 3-4 days of purchase my handset started Hanging & screen lock problem. So i visited to Nokia Care on 06 Sept 2011 then they checked the handset & said that Handset is OK; but i observed the same problem again and again so i visited to Care for 4-5 times after that on 22 Sept 2011 they kept Handset for 2 days at Sangli Nokia Care for observation.
      Then After 2 days they returned back my Handset saying that Handset is OK. Again on that day (ie - 24 Sept 2011) i visited to Nokia Care for the same problem, then they told me that mobile should be sent to Head Office of Nokia Care then i gave it to them. Then after 12 days they called me & told that Your Handset is Repaired OK. Then i visited to Nokia Care & Collected my Handset after that i observed the same problem in my handset.

      Got my cell ie. on[protected]. after 11 day's from Nokia.
      But the problem remains same that re-starts with red lines on screen and hangs.
      Adding to that one more new problem after repair touch-screen key stack's.
      I also shown video of the same problem.

      Nokia is not considering it now I wish to file a case in consumer court!!!!!!!!

      Nokia — problem with my new Nokia C5 03 after i purchased it

      Respected Sir,
      My name is Irfan Akkhtar and i am from Darjeeling. I had purchased
      Nokia C5-03 handset in April this year. But only after a few weeks it
      started having problem. So i took it to Nokia Care Center in Siliguri
      as we don't have one in our town. They told me that the cell must be
      sent for repairs at there Head office in Delhi. After a week i
      received my cell phone but with much more scratches and with ink marks
      when i asked them about the marks they said that its happens
      sometimes, its no big deal. I neglected it and took it home. But it
      started to have problems again with its battery back, GPS, Screen
      Display, Hanging and also started to reboot. On 14/7/2011 when i took
      it back, they told me that the handset will again be taken to there
      head
      office in Delhi. Now its been more than 15 days that i heard from
      them. When i called there customer care executive at the no.
      [protected] he told me
      that my handset could not be repaired and that i would get a new C5-03
      or any other handset of the same price and quality range in two days
      time. When i called the Nokia Care Center office they didn't picked
      my call a couple of times and when they did they had no idea where my
      cellphone was and in what condition.
      So i called the customer care executive to know exactly where my
      cellphone was and how many times was it repaired. I was surprised to
      know that the first time i had submitted my cell phone it was not sent
      to the head office as told by their technician. I humbly request you
      to help me get my cell phone as it was when i first purchased it. I
      don't earn much and i spent all my savings (approx Rs 10,000) to buy
      it for my sister. I had the option of buying Samsung Mobile with the
      same qualities and at a cheaper price but i due to my loyalty to Nokia
      i brought a Rs 10,000 cellphone which i have hardly used since i
      brought it.And its not possible for me to Pay Rs 300 every week to go
      the Nokia center once to give the cell phone for repairing and then to
      get my cell phone.
      Today i.e. on 16th August 2011, I called the service center to know about my phone, they said that my cellphone has come but its not in the color that you had ordered. But before i had submitted my cell phone i had clearly stated the color in which i want my cell.So now i want nokia to give me my phone by this thursday in the choice of my color and with extended warranty of 2months as for this period i had not used my cell phone.

      Nokia — Handset restart

      Once again submitted my cellphone to Nokia care on 17Nov11 for repair.

      Nokia C5-03 Mobile Handset — Faulty New Handset

      Nokia not able to refund my hard-earned money for a faulty new handset.
      I have been to their Service center in Jagat Puri three times but they took it and gave it without proper repair and are now refusing to take it saying its a hopeless scenario!
      Its been only 2 weeks since i purchased this faulty handset but nothing has been done and nokia people are making a fool of innocent consumers like me.

      Nokia team have not solved the problem. They wants send the mobile to head office. I am fed up with all these. Two times they have sent it to head office for 10 days each. I already shown the videos of the problem to service center.

          I have purchased a cell phone of Nokia which Model No is N 500 ( cost Rs. 10500/-)after one month its become dead its under warranty period . i want to know that how nokia made third quality product its not suited to nokia which is big brand therefore i am regular customer of Nokia company.
          I went to Nokia Care & deposited my cell phone in Kanpur City ( Chunni ganj) . The CC E+ Representative misbehaved with me & no body tell me right suggestion. Therefore I deposit my cell phone for replace becoz after one hour she told me it replaced by nokia company becoz its manufacturing fault . I gave my cell phone becoz my was waste but If my cell phone not cme after a week I will go to Consumer court & complaint against NOKIA Company.
          After this facing problem the sales person which name Miss Neha offered me that you pay Rs.500 & nokia give u 4 years warranty .
          That my question with u that Nokia already know that thier product is not good thats why they offered u 4 years warranty.

          Its not good for customer
          Its my request that please replace my cell phone as soon as possible other wise I will complaint in Court .

              Respected Sir,
              I had got Nokia 5233 on[protected] & today i.e 12-12.11 in the morning while using it my touchpad stopped responding. Previously the same problem use to arise once in fortnight or sometimes once in a month & i use to switch off the phone take out battery & again insert the battery & after restarting the phone it use to work back in normal condition. Today i tried to do the same & took out battery & reinserted it but the touchpad didnt work properly & so i took it to Nokia Care,Pimpri. It was 6.45pm & they were trying to close the Nokia care early whereas it is suppose to be kept open till 7 pm.I took my phone and handed over to them & after sometime the fellow working there opened my cellphone and he handed some part of screen and told me that something has broken inside it.. I dont know what exactly is broken but he said something touchpad connection is broken .When i asked him how did it happen? So he said either you have dropped your cellphone or you have tried to open it.He directly started blaming on me whereas I dont even know where the screw are fixed and how to open the phone i just know to remove battery,sim and memory card.I feel watever is damaged is due to irresponsibility of that person since he & everyone in the office were in hurry to close the showroom.Many customer who came at 6.45pm were sent back telling that showroom has been closed. My mobile phone has only 3more days of warranty & when i asked him to keep my cell he said they will cahrge me 1100Rupees for it & wont replace for free. Also previously i was able to receive my calls by the green button located beneath the screen but when this fellow checked in hurry i dont know what he did but when i got my phone back it was in offline mode & when i asked him how did it go in offline mode he said that its due to removing of battery whereas i had removed and inserted battery for so many times before but it didnt take me to offline mode. Please Please help me out and get me out of this trouble. Only 3 days of warranty is left for my mobile phone.

              Nokia — Touch pad not working

              I have purchased a nokia 5800 express music from Bahrain spendind 135 Bahrain Dinaar. and brought to India.
              I already heard that in the past some years Nokia had selected as the most trusted brand in India. But my experience is opposite. After completing three months my handsets touch pad started not to function also automatically lossing the signal even in the places where high rate of signal is available. I already shown one Nokia care in Kerala (Tirur) but they said that it recieves guarentee only in Bahrain as it bought from there.
              What should i do sir.
              Please take necessary action.

                I have purchased a nokia dual sim hand set(nokia c2-03) on 4.9.2011.After two -three days the set shows certain softwarecomplaints .I approched Nokia care ,Pattom ,Trivandrum and they sent the phone to Delhi for repair.after one month they returned the set and reported that the problem has been solved.But it is sorry to say that the problem still persisting. Since Iam not satisfied with the dealing of the company ,I kindly request to replace the phone by a new one

                ya contact they send a robot message and again they ask to send you the cell phone to back end and again the cycle repeats i know this ... issuing case on that is the only way better get some photos and videos of the cell phone when its troubling, before issuing case so the remain solid proof...!

                    i have a nokia C5-03. My mobile gets restart while clicking back option in videos plying from real player. in landscape mode it does not restart but in portait mode my mobile gets auto restart. in file manager and image and video option from galary it does not get restart. only in real player it gets auto resart. It has been sent to nokia service center in delhi but after that the same problem occurs. They did not take it seriously they take it simply. So, please help me,,,,,,,,,,,

                    hi i have a nokia C5-03. My mobile gets restart while clicking back option in videos plying from real player. in landscape mode it does not restart but in portait mode my mobile gets auto restart. in file manager and image and video option from galary it does not get restart. only in real player it gets auto resart. It has been sent to nokia service center in delhi but after that the same problem occurs.
                    i found a solution for this problem
                    now nokia released latest update of c5-03
                    latest 20.00.007
                    previous 20.00.003
                    now restarting problem in realplayer is recovered
                    simply update by nokia updater in our system without going to nokia care
                    i updated my phone now its working

                        i have nokia n97 mini mobile phone.there was audio problem in my phone. i gave it to nokia care for service. till then my phone was in warranty period. they checked my phone,changed speaker and returned it to me.but problem was not solved. they said that we have checked it. when i got my phone , my phone was not working properly.even my touch was not working. phone was dead. they broke their nuts and fixed it with FEVIQUICK.

                          the person on call was speaking in english in some foreing accent and said he is on delhi airport and we need to register by depositing 15500 rupees on Ajay Singh's account in bhopal in sbi bank and after that he will come to our home, I think there is a whole bunch of people involved in this issue should be taken carefully, because people from small villages are being targeted by them, who are more fragile to such DHOKHADHADI

Unless Nokia or Indian Consumer Complaints forum should take some strong step against fake cheaters, need to find them & punish them nothing else ...

                            I advise that despite several complaints my set is not working properly. we had handed over the set to the company twice vide jobsheet No.[protected]/1111110/32 dated 10/11/2011 and jobsheet No.[protected]/111126/48 dated 26/11/2011. You advised to change the set immediately as I have already faced lot of problem due to your services. If I do not get the set replaced within 5 days, I shall be forced to go to Consumer redressal forum and actions which I should take in the given circumstances.

                              my nokia cell phone model no c2-06 does not identify the 2nd sim.I went to the nokia service centre namely Akshaya Telecom at Ashok Nagar ,chennai.The service person there has taken the phone and said that it will take 25 days to rectify the problem.when i asked as to why it should take 25 days for a small problem ,he said that it will take 25 days since it has to be sent to Delhi for any repair of nokia cell phone. it sounds foolish when a service centre which is supposed to carry out such problems say that the unit has to be sent to Delhi and that too for a longer duration of 25 days.i think there is something wrong with this service provider who doesnt have the right infrastructure to attend to such small problems,Nokia a reputed company which has got so much market should look into this &bring down the lead time taken for rectification.                               i am also facing the same problem, i gave my nokia c2-06 in the nokia service center in tirupati about the same sim2 problem, they also said that it takes 20 to 25 days to solve the issue.

                                  This is Kiran.I had a problem with NOKIA N8-00 camera problem.When i take pictures with my nokia N8 some white circles/patches appear in the images captured.So i went to nokia care (V.S communication , A.S.RAO NAGAR, Secunderabad).The process went on in the following way....
                                  1.First time they updated the mobile software and gave it.problem was still there ,so i went back to nokia care
                                  2.Second time they sent to the company (Delhi) ,there they replaced my camera lens and sent it back,still the problem was there,so i again went back to nokia care
                                  3.Third time they again updated the software and gave it,still same problem
                                  4.Fourth time they have sent the mobile to company (Delhi),they repalced my motherboard/board ,my IMIE number got changed(some scrathes were added to my panel,they put a sticker on teh back with new IMIE number).Still the problem was not resolved.So i gave i back in nokia care,they sent it back to Delhi
                                  5.Fifth time they have sent it back to nokia Delhi again for repair,now the piece with nokia Delhi

                                  i started to ask for a brand new mobile from nokia because it is still in warranty and this process was going on from 17th October 2011,its been more than 1 month since the problem came and nokia has not provided me with a new piece or solved the existing problem.
                                  when i logged a complaint through nokia online on Tuesday,customer executive told that i will get a call back from nokia within 48 hours,but even after 3 days i didn't get any call,then again i called back on Friday,then complaint was raised and they explained previous complaint couldn't be raised because of server problems .they logged my with complaint number : 1-[protected].when i asked for a new handset they told they have to speak with regional manager but meanwhile my piece came back to the nokia care,so nokia complaints online complaints department told me that if the problem still persists we will take care of the issue,because u have been facing the issue from almost 1 month and the mobile has gone to the factory thrice but still the problem exists,But still the problem exists even now,and the mobile has been sent back to nokia factory/company Delhi.

                                  If they can repair the handset why the hell did they replace all my phone's components(after repair are they putting the original components like carl zeiss lens or are they putting normal 12 megapixel lens).Now my mobile lens got replaced,my mobile motherboard got replaced,what is left in the piece to repair so i am demanding a brand new piece from nokia company

                                  nokia please solve my problem immediately and give me a brand new piece,don't play around with people's belief/faith in nokia and customer's patience.I am without mobile from more than 1 month

                                  Nokia — My mobile repairing problem

                                  i had bought Nokia N73M from Nokia pririty dealer.
                                  and my mobile becomes hang when i am opening the contacts
                                  since from first day i am facing this problem
                                  everytime i had gone to the nokia service center and they are sending this mobile to higher department.
                                  everytime i recieve the mobile i am getting the same problem again and again...

                                  Nokia - 5000 — Pending for replacement since 1 mth

                                  We are very much unhappy with services of Nokia. We have recently purchased Nokia - 5000 set which is infested with certain technical problems. Radio was not working. The phone also gets switched off automatically. Set was given in Nokia care on 19th July and in Jobsheet target date to delivery same was on 9th Aug, almost a month. We didnt received any call from them till 9th Aug, after calling them they told us that its gone for replacement to higher authority. On calling them again on 13th Aug they say it will again took 10 more days to get replaced. technical people find it difficult to repair the hanset so it is to be replaced. But why it tooked almost 2 mths to get replaced when they know that it is to be replaced ??

                                  Replace the hanset at the earliest and also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains.

                                  Nokia — changed my board of my phone while repairing my phone

                                  dear nokia care centre,


                                  i am raja from hderabad, i have puchased 3110c, i have given my cell phone for

                                  repairing on 18.07.08, when i was giving my phone, my phone was working in a perfect

                                  condition except my camera was not taking top clarity pictures and the authorised person had

                                  checked my phone and taken for repairing and when i was giving for repairing there was no

                                  electricity.My actually imei no. is [protected], now inside board has been changed to

                                  imei no. [protected] but the outside sticker is showing my original imei no. the present

                                  phone is not catching any network and getting stuck every time and there is are some fallen

                                  parts in camera.(unknowing i have signed on papers on job sheet saying camera, music

                                  player, radio not working but in actual it was not working properly, where the person forgot

                                  to write properly)

                                  now the person is saying that phones board is not changed in his office

                                  and he is saying that he will repair the phone with that different board and give me that

                                  to with out warrenty(presently my warrenty has just finished)

                                  i am not satisfied with his words,
                                  i have asked for a new phone of same model, or give back my phone with same imei no. on both

                                  board and outside phone with warrenty .

                                  presently i did not take the phone, it is with the nokia care only

                                  I manoj Singh, Purchaged a NOKIA E71 Mobile Handset from Nokia Care Gaya, after few days it was gettin hanged and going Switched off. Problem was reported to Nokia service Center Gaya 2 times. They kept handset more than one month and after several followups they returened Handset without attending complain.

                                  For this i also given notice from civil court but till date i didnot get any solution.

                                  I Brought My Nokia N8 on February 2011. After 4-5 Months i Face Some Problems Like Phone Gets Hanged, Shows Memory Full. Then i Take my phone to Nokia Care. They Reset Phone But Problem didn't Get sort out. I Take My Phone 4-5 Times and Every Time They Reset My Phone. On Day My Phone Didn't Switch On and once more i take it to Nokia care. They Told me that They Will Send My Mobile to Company. They Told me to come back after 5 days. After 5 days when i reached Nokia Care They Told me That Your Mobile is Replaced and Problem is Sorted out. Replaced Phone Worked Fine but after 1 month when i try To Connect My Phone to My PC It didn't get connected and then i tried to connect it to my tv via hdmi but it didn't get connected. Then I Take it to nokia Care they told Me that They will send my mobile to company.
                                  I m very Upset from Nokia
                                  I Faced Too Much Problems With My Nokia N8
                                  If Nokia Nokia is unable to Give a fully well working Nokia n8 Then Please Refund my Mobile so that i can buy any other Phone

                                    My N8 was having a problem with SIM card which was not able to eject out, so i went to Nokia Care they sent my phone to Bangalore, later 15 days my phone mother board was replaced (Job sheet no :[protected]/111008/32), and as soon i received my phone i really shock to that my phone was not properly fitted Mechanically and HDMI broken cover, i went to nokia care again shockingly again the engg used the the Heat Blower to fix the case and phone upper case got melted when i object for this they said to come after 10 Days to replace a top plastic cover, when i visited after 10 days he said still they are running out of spares when i asked when do i get my phone fixed engg reply may be after some days or may not be.

                                    After spending 25000 bugs i am really very much disappointed with such Nokia Personalities and Product, very disgusting and Pathetic behavior.

                                    I request concerned authorities to take serious action on such people and save Spoiling Nokia Image in the market.

                                    Looking forward for a solution to my problem.

                                    NOKIA CARE!!!!!!!! DO NOT CARE.......
