My name is Tammarya. My job sheet no.[protected]/110918/80. I have gave the handset on 18 sept 2011 for software. Issue is my handset model is nokia 5230 but they are putting 5235 software but it is giving some problem when I configured the my gamil in phone. J have received the mail from facebook when I open those mail one file will download automatically and it will open in music library and it will automatically get struck..and the nokia care people has told they will put 5230 software but they have to send to the service centre it will come within 7 day but not yet the gave the handset when ask to them just they are saying it will come tomorrow but now almost near to 1 month and I don’t have any trust on them even I told them I don’t want there service give me my handset but they are not giving the handset when ask for manager they are telling manager on leave and he is out of state and they gave me the fake no [protected]. Now I want my handset I don’t trust the customer care people who were sitting all they are fraud . if any one have responsible person over there please response me on this address my emai id is tammaraya.[protected]@gmail.com

    i have bought Nokia n8 last month of 10th i have used it 20 days and i went for upgrading for symbion Anna s/w trough the Nokia care they have given ofter upgradation and went to my home mobile charged full battery while using internet all of sudden ofter 30mins battery got discharged to 2points
    again i tested same i did battery fully charged again getting same problem battery low then i went Nokia care they said we will observe it for 24hrs they given phone back to me they said its working fine then i went home again i checked same problem occurred and i went Nokia care again they took phone they said we will send this phone to Nokia head office Delhi ofter 10 days it came back to me again i observed again same problem like that i went Nokia care total 5 times there is no result why Nokia service not replacing phone i dint understand such a big company they can replace bcoz i spent lot of money to buying n8

      Hi my name is Troy Arthur.....and I bought a Nokia C3-00 for my wife on 30th Aug 2011, the color of the mobile is white and gold in color. However within 6-7 days o[censored]se the handset color faded so I took it back to the dealer from whom I bought the handset. He explained that it could be a manufacturing defect although he has not received any complaints of the similar nature so far. He took the handset and said that he would forward the complaint to Nokia Care but after a month he returned the handset to me in the same condition saying that Nokia is not entertaining the issue and is making various excuses. Now I personally have used many mobile phones of various brands and this is the first time I'm seeing such a problem and I strongly agree that this is a manufacturing defect and should be taken up more seriously by Nokia and I would like Nokia to change the facial of the handset if not the entire mobile set.

      Dear Sir,

      I have purchased Nokia Mobile Phone handset of Model/Make Nokia C 3 on 17.11.2010 vide Bill No.6877 for Rs 5,600/- from Mobile Link,G -2,Ground Floor,Savithri Market,Sector -18,Noida -201 301,Uttarpradesh,India.

      Nature of Complaint is that ;handset gets automatically switched off when recieve calls,SMS etc'. The matter was reported to dealer and ,he sent his person to Nokia Care( Service Centre) along with set accompanied by me.
      The Service Centre could not rectify the complaint and subsequent they advised to deposit the handset with Nokia for repair,which will take minimum further 7 days. JOB sheet also issued to me under ref No.[protected]/101119/39 dt 19th Nov,2010 at 15.40. Remarks in JOB SHEET is that"NEED TO SEND THE HANDSET FOR HIGHER LEVEL REPAIR'.

      I requested the service centre to advice the dealer to issue a new set as my handset us very new. They denied my request and the customer has no option but to deposit the handset in Service Centre.

      One side Nokia claims they are having a full fledged R & D and QC and they are delivering the defect Handset to their customers and on the other side their Service Cenre gives in writing in their job sheet that '.NEED TO SEND THE HANDSET FOR HIGHER LEVEL REPAIR'. What a paradox?

      I will be filing a Complaint in Consumer Court in India shortly.

        I Sathisha a big fan of Nokia (not now) form Mysore, Karnataka purchased Nokia N8 with IMEI [protected] form Nokia Priority dealer “Shringar #14, Dhanvantri Road, Mysore 570001” by paying 23,500 Rs on 05 Nov 2010. I was very happy that I purchased Nokia smart phone after 5 years o[censored]sing other Nokia phone (Nokia express radio & Nokia 3230)

        Second day only I was fully shocked that my N8 camera image was not good & it was not equal to 2 MP camera, all fiends were teasing me that I took dabba phone, I was escaping from them by saying that I have not done proper camera setting to get good image but I was not able to hide this problem for long time so I agreed that my N8 camera image was not good. I compared My N8 camera image with other Nokia phone (Nokia express music without flash) and some phone like Motorola, Samsung without flash and mine N8 camera was dull compare to those phone camera images

        After three months o[censored]sing N8 another problem starts i.e. battery backup starts to becoming week. I was charging the battery daily, earlier I was charging once in 2-3 days. So I took it to Nokia care “Nanies Enterprises # 328, Jayalakshmi Archade, Opp Sri Raghavenda Swamy Temple, Narajana Shastry Road, Mysore” and told the problem of poor battery backup & poor camera image, so Nokia care reinstall the phone software & returned my N8 within a hour, but camera image & battery backup was not satisfactory.

        So after a week again I took N8 to same Nokia care for same problem, they took my N8 for inspection for a day & return within day with unsolved problem, so my visit to Nokia care become regular. Nokia care replaced my N8 battery, but the problem didn’t solved so Nokia sent my N8 to head office and returned it after 15 days without the scratch guard. When I received my N8 some more problems along with poor battery backup & bad camera image get added to N8, some of them are:

        N8 won’t vibrate for incoming call & message

        Displays irrelevant names & photo for incoming call.

        Won’t record GPRS & Wi-Fi LOG

        Nokia software like Nokia Maps, Nokia Situation, Nokia Boots won’t work properly

        So aging I took N8 to Nokia care, this time I met Nokia care’s manager & physically shown the problem I’m facing in my N8, he agreed that my N8 is having problem. I asked to give replacement but he told that aging he’ll send my N8 to head office. And now my N8 is in its birth place.

        For the previous message, I got positive response form “Nanies Enterprises # 328, Jayalakshmi Arcade, Opp Sri Raghavenda Swamy Temple, Narajana Shastry Road, Mysore” , that they will replace the faulty N8 with the new one, so I had gone this evening to Nokia care collect the mobile, but I was shocked the the manager gave me one mobile which was already opened and told me that he has got the mobile form Nokia for the replacement for the faulty one, but I rejected and told that the mobile should open in front of me. I'm not an uneducated person (even uneducated person also will reject it) to accept the mobile which was not opened in front of me, what Nokia has thought about his customer? Only giving good advertise is not important, they should take after sale service also.

        Now what should I do????????????? Should I expect another call form Nokia or sent the lawyer to consumer court?

          I am very sorry to say that, The quality of service provided at Nokia care madhapur is wretched.
          I am using Nokia sets since I started keeping my personal mobile, But this time for sure I am not going to buy any product of NOKIA.
          The service provided is not at all satisfactory.

          This is in reference of job sheet 110923/36. I have given my headset for replacement which was already in warranty period on 23 sep.
          I was asked to come after 7 days, I waited till 10 days and I called to contact no: [protected], I was told to come and collect the headset. When i asked for Headset at Nokia care counter then representative said that headset is not ready and ask me again to come after 2 days. I did the same and the also did the same [I called after 2 days and they asked me to wait for 2 more days].... The Headset is not ready please come after 2 days.
          I have to ask few questions
          1] If the SLA is 7 days then why it is taking more then 12 days to deliver the headset?
          2] Why wrong information is being provided on phone calls?
          3] What action was taken if the set was not ready when the first time I arrived, which results the same 2 days delay for the 2nd time?

          I don’t know how this Center will survive in this competition world with this type of service.
          Your immediate response will be highly appreciated with the latest update.

            I have purchased an NOKIA C2-00 Newly launched Dual Sim Mobile on 2nd July, 2011. It was working fine upto 8th September, 2011. On 8th of september, 2011 it's suddenly stoped working (in middle of the call) So, I have approached the mobile shop owner on 9th September, 2011 where I had purchased this mobile then they suggested me to go to NOKIA Customer Care Center which is located in Chrompet, Tambaram West, Chennai. Due to sunday (9th September, 2011) Holiday, I went on Monday (10th September, 2011). After undergone all the procedures from technical sections they were said me the mobile damaged due to body sweating. It's all a fraud reason they are said. I am very serious about it. The Mobile have the waranty period also.

            Now a days every company have a habit of playing with consumers in India. It's very bad.

            Please suggest me further process in this regard.

              I am praveen from Kochi ,Kerala.I am having one Nokia C3-01 Touch screen mobile, IMEI No:[protected] mobile num:[protected].
              After 5months of purchase ,my touch pad noticed complain(Not working ).As most of initial functions are in touch pad,,i cannot make any of the functions other than attending the call.
              I approched the customer care(Nikia care)available in kochi.For nokia, there are 3 customer care centers and non of them are keeping the sufficent spare parts.I am behind the complaint from last 2 weeks and the approach of nikia care people are very pathatic.
              Nikia care is the worst services which i ever approched.To meet their executive, to attend the complaint, we have to wait min 1/2 hr to 1.5 hr and then after we have to spend 1.5 to 2.5 hours to diagonise the problem.
              I approached all their nokia care centers(3nokia care) and the feed back is same.
              I found from my friends and from common feedback site that the majour complaint of this model(NOKIA C3-01)is touch pad complaint and it is suprising that nokia is not keeping the commenly complaint making spare.
              Secondly the key pad of this STEEL colour model is faded with in 5 months .
              I need the replace ment of this model to any other equalley priced other non complaint model or refund the purchase amount.

              Requesting your guidance in this regard

                My name is mayur malhotra.. My number is [protected]... Last year i have purchased phone model no. n86 8mp on 27 nov 2010 from spice hotspot saini enclave, east delhi.. According to that the warranty should be till nov 2011... But nokia care shows that the warranty ends on 25th july 2011.. Besides that there are many problems in my phone... softwares are not working properly, camera not working properly and from the first day net is not working...... I have told them that the problem is in phone but they have updated the softwares 2 times...
                Kindly replace my phone and extend my warranty...........

                I am Shekhar Mangaonkar, I purchased the mobile phone on 28/04/011 - Model No.Nokia C6. IMEI No. [protected]. It is in Warranty period. I have a problem that the Screen Touch is not working & hang the phone. I visited the Nokia service Center situated at Thane City, State- Maharashtra, Country - India.

                The service Center has been refuse to repair at free of cost, even though it is in Warranty, they refuse for the reason -Liquid.

                The climate of Mumbai is hot, it is but natural that some sweat gone in phone.

                I purchased the Nokia phone because of its good name in market. But I have bad experience.

                You are requested to kindly look into the matter & solve the problem. Waiting for your reply.

                  I have purchased a Nokia E72 handset just before 3 months. After the very first month it started showing some problem during video playing. Then, I gave it to the retailer from whom i have brought it for repairing. After repairing, it was running good for a month. But, from last three days it is again showing a display problem.


                  I cannot handle it any more. I just want my handset to be replaced within few days. Kindly, do the needful.
                  My complain is genuine. If, required action will not be taken then i will throw a legal action.

                    I have Nokia C3 qwerty model and im unable to receive instant messages from my contacts..I'm using the pre installed yahoo messenger on my mobile..I contacted the yahoo people for the same and they informed me if its pre installed then the problem is from your end...i receive the messages if im using ebuddy..

                        I purchased Nokia C6 00 one month back and I'm fully unsatisfy with this particular model of No - Kia....frequent hanging of handset, touch isn't effective. very slow symbain software and lots of other problems in this handset. I think Nokia is loosing its name and fame day by day and going down side. in one month i repared as well as updated software three four times but all in vain......So guys never buy this particular model of handset .....

                          I have bought a nokia C6-00 handset in jan 2011 worth Rs 12500. after 4 months the set started giving many problems such as hanging daily, touch not working. then i have given my handset to nokia care in phase 7 Mohali. They said its software problem & updated the software and returned me back. but after that problem was same. this was repeated 3 times that they were updating the software but problem was not solving. After that they submitted my handset for 2 weeks saying that we have send your phone to Noida. when my phone returns back they said me that your touchpad has been replaced and now its ok. my phone was ok for 2 months .But after 2 months the problem is started again.and the colour of menu, call accepting &rejecting keys is started removing as such that this changed part is not original. I have shown to nokia care that colour is removing,they said keys does't included in the warranty, you have to replace it paying rs 2500. In august my handset was again updated and given me back. the colour of my keys is removing day by day which is looking worst. and the problem is also not being solved. my handset is under warranty and i m tired of going to nokia care after every month as i m college student so my studies are also being affected.
                          so its my request to you that please look into this matter so that my problem is solved or my handset is replaced.

They have suggested to me, hand over the set to them for necessary repair. After one week they have return back the set but I have found again same problem. and its returned to me wihtout repiar and condition was not good .and sctracth cosmatic and lost batary and lost some parts .its was not good respones nokia care center mandi gobindgarh.This type of repated action I have faced 1 times from Last one months. This is not acceptable. They have not able to rectify the problem.

                              I am a consumer of Nokia 5800 , which was bought in sep 2009, On 20th September i went to Mulund's Nokia gallary ( mulund west nearby station) for a complaint regarding the Power button of my hand set , the guy over their told me that it can be repaired with the payment of Rs 350/- later on other guy besides him told me that since your phone is in warranty period we will do it free of cost, then again one of them went to ask some senior person and then finally said that i have to pay 350 rs and they will take my phone for 10 days. since i stay in Ulhasnagar , i came back and tried in Ulhasnagar's nokia care, where on 22nd september , they took my phone for servicing of Power key free on cost and said that it will take 10 days last saturday i went to take back my phone but they said thay will call me when it is done today is 16th day since my phone is with Nokia people, and they have not even called me yet on my land line no not only that they have not even gave me any spare phone to use till my phone is with them .... since 16 days i am roaming phoneless ... just let me know when i will be getting my phone back , coz my warranty will be ending at 9th Oct,2011.

                              I hope nokia will take this seriously.......and a quick action will be taking for this .

I bought nokia 5610 slider from Universcell Ameerpet, with in the 3 months i got display problem and from then onwards am wandering from one nokia care center to another (ameerpet balanagar now mg road) right now my mobile is with SS electonics mc road i have submitted my handset on 27 th may 2009 and i was told that my mobile will be repaired and with in 2 days of time, after 29 th may i am calling everyday to your customer care executive everytime she is asking for 5 more days as they dont have stock.

                              I had ordered a bluetooth headset handsfree on the 27th May 2009 unfortunately online through ivaluemart.com:: Made the payment through my HSBC credit card because that was the only option available since this catalogue came from HSBC credit card bill. Till date, I have not received the product. On calling the helpline nos provided, firstly they hardly pick up the call. Out of those lucky 2 or 3 times out of 50 calls, I get the stupid excuse that it got delayed because the stock needs to be replenished and they would soon send the good. for your information, they claim to supply goods purchased in 21 days. Even if I give them benefit of doubt for 21 as working days, those days are also over.

                                I send e-mails & even I haven written complain in this form so many times & even I call to the call center so many times during one and half months ( From 18 Aug 2011 to till date)
                                In my handset Blue tooth part is replace by Service Center and Now I wants to repair or replace by you free of cost.

                                Please feel free to call me on my mobile and I wants your reply with proper solution. Because now I am totally dis-pointed with you. So please give me your reply that is it possible to repair it or replace it free of cost or not.

                                Note: In my handset Bluetooth part is in the working condition before submit the handset submitting the service center.

                                  I Bought a nokia 5800 mobile on 12th October 2009. Also I bought Nokia care protect (extended warranty for one year). That means warranty is applicable till OCtober 11th 2011. But When I visited them last week of September 2011 for a complaint in the phone, They said it is out of warranty. They are saying my online warranty is expired. I dont understand online and offline warranties. I complained to the customer care multiple times. Multiple phone calls. Multiple visits. Alas !!! How come it will get resolved. I live in Inda Man !!! Where Consumer priority and service is almost non existent. The same Nokia behaves differently to customers in US And Europe and India means they take it for granted. Any ways, With poor and software and now with poor service added to feathers of Nokia, I am sure Nokia's days are counted.

                                  Never ever Buy any Nokia Product !!! Please think thrice before you buy. I am sure even if you think once also you wont buy theirs.

                                        Hi,

                                        I brought a handset from the nokia priority dealer and he categorically mentioned that if you are having an airtel connection then you have free access to internet for whole one year.And this same thing was repeated by both the customer care people present there.

                                        But later on i released that it was never free and on asking them for classification they have no answer on the contrary they misbehaved with me and my mother.And instead of apologizing that dealer was acting as if we are telling all stories.

                                        I have been using Nokia product since last decade but this kind of treatment has really hurt me.
