    Dear Sir/mam,

    i really appreciate the products of nokia and due to this only i had bought brand new N97 on 13th jan,2010 but the problem i am facing is ridiculous.the mobile gets auto restart daily around 2-3 times. i got it serviced twice from Nokia Care,Model Town, Ludhiana, Punjab but still i am facing the same problem. i am really feeling bad that i had spent my 30,000 Rs/- to buy this problem.

      My Nokia phone doesnt switch on, whenever i try it blinks 2-3 times and then switch off automatically.

      I have purchased a Nokia 3110 C phone from Reliance Digital, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon
      on 19 Oct 2008. With in the warranty period its been serviced 4 times due to same fault.

      It is the fifth time i am facing this problem with my phone.

      Please tell me why this is happenning and what should i do, if i am going to service center they are asking for money as i have get it done after paying for service and again it occurs just in a month.

        my n96 mobile software update in Nokiacare Alapuzha (Autorized nokia care)on 01/02/2010 (11.9 to 30.9) in cost of RS - 225/-. But after the instalation that time my mobile camera is not working . When i take on the camera then displayed feature not supported message.that time i am inform to the office head they said camera IC is complint change the ic that cost is above RS - 8000/-.(my mobile warranty is over in september 2009) But i thought that complints responsibility is on nokiacare centre Kindly solve my issue

              Hello Sir,

              I have purchase my Nokia Mobile handset model no 5130c EMEI no. [protected] on 21st Nov 2009 from The Mobile Strore Address:- no 487/2 CMH Road. Binnamangala 1stage, Bangalore with Invoice no KN4165.

              The mobile hanset is in warranty of one year with its accessories(Six month warranty).

              I am geting battery backup issue since from last one month. I have submitted my handset three times for one week each time in last one month but the problem is not yet resolved. Every time they take my handset & at the time of returning they inform me that it has been repaired but no results till yet. Neither they are ready to replace the handset nor repairing it, basically no commitment. Today itself I had spoken to them, now again they are asking me to submit my handset & will same thing going to happen again. I can't continue this procedure anymore, because it is not giving any result & wasting my lot of time.

              I am struggling for it since from last one month, Please help.

              Please feel free to ask if any other information is required. I have xerox copy of my last jobsheet dated 23 Jan 2010.

              nokia 5130c — About Handset issue

              When I capture images & save them, they get currept after some time.
              I tried to change camera setting, but it still didn't work right.
              It was hanging constantly, I claimed for repair, but they declare it as virus problem & returned without fixing my problem.
              The handset is not showing proper time for incoming messages.
              Also it dont have good GPRS connectivity. The GPRS setting is not available.
              mp4 format is not working in this handset.
              Can Nokia give me replacement?

                I bought a nokia 5220 expressmusic handset on 5 may 2009..since then i am facing repeated problem in my handset like sim cards except airtel cannot be read,it freezes n hangs n restarts itself n shows a white screen of death, whenever i use the timed options given in profiles menu it hangs. I have got my handset repaired from nokia care thrice within 9 months and i was supplied job sheets only once. On 26 january i again faced some problem and nokia care took the handset again and told to come after 12 days and supplied a job sheet this time job sheet no.[protected]/100128/38. After around 3 months the warranty period of my handset will be over,so i expect a replacement or a proper solution so i dont face the problem again.

                  hi,i bought fly mobile on january of this year,suddenly i got message from reliance prepaid care that my handset has invalid imei no.
                  Iahve also bought Fly E106 dual SIM . & same i got message from reliance prepaid that my handset was having invalid IMEI no ..

                  As per Gov Of India, TRI initiative, all operators are going to ban mobiles having invalid IMEI.

                  I have recieved several message from AIRTEL (my mobile service provider) about my handset being detected as having invalid IMEI.

                  First of all, I thought, Its AIRTEL's problem. But I tested my handset with other operators too. All of them informed me that my handset has invalid IMEI.

                  I have followed following ways to confirm this.
                  1) SMS to 53232 - IMEI xxxxxxxxxxxx
                  Reply- Not Valid IMEI

                  2) Original site issuing IMEI.
                  This site informed me that I have invalid IMEI.

                  Nokia has sold me the handset with Invalid IMEI.

                    I have been using Mobile phones from last 10 years.

                    I had bought Nokia 5800 Xpress Music in October 2009 Bill No. – 6620 dated 29.10.2009.From Electronic Ways – Nokia Priority dealer Rajouri Garden New Delhi - 110027
                    . The Mobile started hanging within 1 month o[censored]sage. I went to Nokia Showroom and they were making Lame excuses & they told me that I must be using Phone Memory instead of Memory Card but still the problem is there in handset I want to ask the NOKIA Top Management that who has given them right to sell Sub- Standard products in India. Please remember it is the same company Nokia who had recalled faulty batteries from Market or some companies recalling Laptops & even cars due to manufacturing defect.

                    I would like to warn all people who want to buy NOKIA Phones that please do not buy the same as this is them most Pathetic Mobile Phone available in Market .

                    nokia xpress music 5800 — against nokia customer care at shimla the mall branch

                    dear sir,
                    my name is a s jamwal, i hv buyed nokia xpressmusic 5800. from jhansi. my ear ice was not working thats why i visit nokia customer care centre at shimla the mall. they told me that new virsin has come and mobile needs to be upgraded, i gave my mobile there for upgradation. on delivery they gave my mobile, the problem was solved but, the body cover screw was loose i told then to tight the screw but they have silly excuses that the body remains loose that much i told them that when i buyed the mobile that time mobile body was fully tight but they told that they have no word less, no idea. please take neccessary action against the customer care centre.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I am really frustrated with the nokia service, especially nokia service center, sector-2 noida. I purchased Nokia 5800 XM and the EMIE no - [protected] in Feb 2009. But the handset not perform good, Vibration not working, phone get hang and restart charger pin not working. I submitted it to the center and they told me that it will go to L3 because its new launched handset and you will get it back after 15 days. After 15 day I receive my handset but the issue is same, again I submit the set. They submitted the handset 5 times for L3. Some time for 15 day or 20 day but didn't receive any proper solution. When last time I receive the handset it display screen is cracked and charging is not working. Now again I submitted the handset on 1st Sept (Job Sheet no[protected]/090901/20)and had word will Delhi Regional head and also branch head regarding it and sms me that you will get a replacement for this handset. On 23rd sept I receive call from the Regional head that collect your replacement handset. When I reach the service center they provide me old handset and told that this is new one. The Version of handset is RED but the firmware in handset is Blue. and they are saying that this is new brand set, and it’s repaired set of L3 as the handset have L3 repaired sticker. I didn't receive the set. Now I m calling Mr. Shailander ([protected]) (Regional Head, Delhi NCR) but he is not picking my call and even not replying on my sms.

                    Please help me to put complaint to nokia and get me my handset back beacuse from last 4-5 month i facing thsi issue, waiting for your reply

                    nokia xpress music 5800 — Faulty mobile handset supplied by Nokia India

                    I purchased Nokia Xpress Music 5800 mobile phone on 22nd Feb 2009 for a Nokia dealer located at F.C Road, Pune, Maharashtra, India. I paid 19,000 Rs to the dealer and bought with warranty of 1 year.

                    Ever since I purchased mobile, it has given problem and hasn't worked perfectly for a long duration. Everytime it gave me new problem.
                    1. Sometime touch screen doesn't work
                    2. Battery's performence is not optimum as promised by Nokia. Batter was already replaced once but again it gave lower results.
                    3. Sometime mobile gets restarted on its own and says that Sim card registration failed and it fails to detect sim card. while the same sim card works perfectly fine in other mobile.
                    4. I can't load more songs in mobile as it starts getting hange.

                    Even now, my cell is in nokia care for more than 1.5 months. I am not able to use my cell. It was given to Nokia Care for atleast 6-7 times. I really want replacement or my full money now.

                    I am really fed up of the mobile handset and requeted Nokia India to replace this faulty device passed to me. They said that they won't replace as of now and my warranty period is getting expred soon. After Feb, they won't entertain me as warranty period is getting over.

                    Kindly consider my request and please process it on priority basis as my warranty period is about to lapse.

                    Nokia 5800 X press Music Mobile — Non Delivery of product


                    I am very sorry to say that you are irresponsible in customer satisfaction. I have done a online purchase for Nokia 5800 tube Xpress phone through Credit card in 6 EMI, first EMI will be processed on 3rd of AUG but till now i havent received the product. The status shows as it has been delivered on 21 July, but till now I don’t have any update on this, either I don’t have the chance of cancellation, since couple of days when I call the call centre to find out the status, they repeat the same “ as it will get delivered in 2 days an its coming form UAE” bull , even if the do a normal courier it will reach India with in 5 to 6 days, its almost 11 days now(Aug 02, 2010), and there is no response either from India shopping times or from courier, today when call they say that for cancellation it requires 48hrs, it’s a shame on our part that we do give this type of customer service to our own Indians, that to from India shopping.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I would like to make a complain against your company regarding my cell phone Nokia 5800Xm (Covered under warranty). Sir i am using nokia sets for last 11 years and always like nokia services. I was having a problem with my slide switch and i went to the nokia service center for repair. I was given an answer at that time that your phone will be ready next day. next day i recieved an sms that my phone is ready and i should pick it up. when i went they told me its still under repair and u wl get a sms when it will be ready.
                    Next day i recieved a sms that my phone is ready. Despite of busy schedule due to my office hours plus Ramadan/ EID celebrations when i reached thier they told me its not fixed bcoz they found some liquid inside. i have asked them how after 3 days they came to know about liquid may be they wanted me to buy a new mobile. I asked for complain letter but they refused to give me. Is that way you are treating your customer . I am really fedup with nokia and definetely will not used it in future specially if i stay in Qatar. My last hope is to send a request to you directly so you can take remedial action against.

                      Hello this is Jitendra Jain I'm hereby writing this letter to make you aware that how non-technical and non-cooperative (i.e. engineer) are your staff at Nokia Priority Dealer (Mahalaxmi Telecom - Dulhan Park,Shop No. B/5 Phatak Road,Geeta Nagar ,Bhayander (West) behaving to customer.

                      I have been planning to purchase E72 and in this regard, visited their Priority dealership. Initially they were all OK with explaining the brief features, etc.

                      However, i got a better deal on this handset somewhere else, so i did not purchased it from Mahalaxmi dealer.

                      I was totally shocked and surprised when i went with my new E72 to this Mahalaxmi Priority dealership to understand some features of this mobile, they bluntly refused to co-operate and clearly said they since you have not purchased it from us, we will neither explain mobile features (which is clearly against the Nokia's Company's Policy - Have checked myself with Nokia). To add further, there are some softwares/applications which enhances the mobile productivity, they bluntly refused to even downland that on my phone.

                      I very sad and upset to know that Nokia with such a big brand worldwide and known for customer friendly policies, have such Priority dealers who don't even know how to talk to customers and co-operate with them.

                      They have not lost only one customer in me, but many other potential customers which i was suppose to recommend.

                      I request Nokia officials to take this matter seriously and ensure their brand image does not deteriorate any further.

                      Nokia — Horrible company policy

                      I had purchased Nokia 6275 CDMA handset in Nov 08 whose display is lost on 26 July 09. When contacted Nokia service center, i was told that this handset was manufactured by Nokia in early 2008 and warranty is lapsed.As a customer my warranty is intact if i calculate from my purchase date. This is real frustrating and annoying. Practically, if we go by company policy, i have purchased a handset which does not have a warranty

                      How can a company of repute like NOKIA dare do this?? They should not sell out of warranty handsets to customers and cheat them
                      I fully agree with this type of complain.They are sweet untill you make the purchase and after that you are PERFECT STRANGERS.THANK YOU.

                      It’s really painful to writing you this time, I am a loyal customer of Nokia from past 10 years. I am the one who purchased three handsets in past 40 Days from Nokia (one E 71 and two Nokia 2690) for my family.

                      I visited Nokia Priority Dealer (KEM Road, Bikaner, Rajasthan) on 23 Aug 2010 to buy a handset, but your executives don’t have etiquettes and very non co-operative with me, they are not bother about Nokia’s Image. They do not know how to behave with a customer (using very abusing language) which hurts me a lot.

                      It’s very sad to inform that I was an evangelist for Nokia brand but due to this one treatment that I have received from these people whose very attitude mars the entire brand image of Nokia. It is very obvious that my association with Nokia has been a PLIGHT and I have nothing but only Bad word of mouth to share with my friends and associates due to this behavior.

                      Nokia has the image in my mind of being a trustworthy friend. It has been with me since last 10 years being my 1st phone indeed. I have always suggested it to my friends and loved ones.

                      I had a similar experience with Nokia Priority Dealer, Udumalpet, TamilNadu. I went to the showroom to pruchase a c1-01 handset. They said that the price was Rs.2400/- I asked them, in its mentioned as Rs.2259/- He said that it doesn't include tax. I said they have given it as MRP. After that, he asked one of the boys in the shop to check for SMS and they decided to give me for Rs.2259/- Even they are not aware of the prices. I kindly request Nokia officials to take proper steps and make their employees customer friendly as your handset and aware of the prices.

                      this is to bring to ur notice that i had deposited my mobile service center jhansi for softwre update but due to improper procedure they made it dead.they are not accpting their faults,not giving proper response and spoke in abusive language to me and said they are not responsible for it.i request to take action against them so that i could get REPLACEMENT for the mobile as soon as possible with the solution as i just bought in may.

                      aaj me ph ka software update krane nokiacare bhilwara gaya week pahle muje bola tha aap thode din bad aana 10 min ka kam h kr dege but aaj jab me gaya to phone check krne k nam p uska lemination itana jor se khicha k ph me band aa gaya n ek ladka hai waha chashme me usme to bat krne ki tamij bhi nahi h wo to mene dekh liya ph sahi fit nahi h to unhone tod mod k tik kr diya agar me ghar jake aata to wo muje saf bol dete gira diya aapne n pahli bar s/w update k liye ph khol k dekha pahle bhi kitni bar kra chuka hu aaj pahli bar to nahi gaya nokiacare bhilwara ko mujse khunnas hai tabhi muje 3 month me second time complain krni pad rahi hai.....

                        I bought a Nokia 5233 mobile from Studio Cell, #7, Venkatanarayana Road, T. Nagar, Chennai- 600 017. Ph: 2433 0201, TIN: [protected] on 30th January. He charged me Rs. 7884+315 (4% VAT) = Rs. 8200.
                        On inquiring further at a NOKIA priority dealer shop (later, where I went to buy a memory card) I got to know that they are selling the same mobile (and it is the same throughout all the priority dealers) for Rs. 7400 inclusive of VAT. Obviously shocked at this, I went back to Studio cell to demand an explanation. He never put a reasonable argument and in the end, after a lot of heated debate, he agreed to pay me Rs. 350. I asked him to pay Rs. 800 or take his product back. He refused to give me an explanation (which obviously I am entitled to) and threatened me saying that " you can go anywhere and complain, you can call me a robber but I won't refund your money". During this whole time he never gave me a good reason why he's charging me Rs. 800 more than the current prevailing market price (which is obviously wrong) and refused to reason and listen. I even said I will get you an invoice from a Nokia Priority dealer but he said you can do what you want but I won't refund. Even his staff agreed that the charging was wrong but he shouted at them too.

                        I don't see how such brazen violation of rules and trust should be tolerated. First duping the customer of money and then not even listening, forget reasoning, to him/her is something which should be punished. I have all the documents and the market price in Nokia priority dealers is something that is easily verifiable. I request action against this shop and it's owner who's cheating people and doing it openly.

                          i have purchased a nokia 7210 super nova on october 2009. is was good.after three months set gets hangs,and suddenly nothing was displayed when it was given for service in chennai nokia care servive center i was told some software problem is there and will be ready in a couple of days,as assured the hand set was returned.

                          aftre a week time the set again hanging and every time i have to switch off and on for working, when i try to upload the details in the memory card the set gets off automatically.noe the camera does not works,still it shows the camera is in standby mode.

                          all the said complients are raised in the therr months time from the date of purchase and leads me into a sleepless and haselsful days.

                          please look in to this and kindly exchange my nokia 7210 supernova to a new set pl.

                          I am durai, i can purchase 7210supernova on deepavali bt i can see the problem of camera and i go that shop within a day but they told, the handset all have this dots its not a problem its a nature in nokia 7610c. What can i do? That shop is univercell in mogappair.

Nokia 7210 supernova camera is not working properly i went to mobile store after three days from the date of purchasing. they told me, we can't repalce new mobile you have go to nokia service center they will help you, but nokia service center they said they never repalce new mobile, i told i bought this mobile just three days before, so i never accept this.Still i am using the same mobile with same my humble request is Please give the awareness to our people about these type of worst rules having companies like NOKIA SERVICE CENTER.

                            This is to bring in your kind notice that I pradeep paliwal cont. no [protected] bought a mobile phone from sigmen radio k-1a,kalkaji,new delhi-110019[protected],26451253.41629061.[protected] with there tin no.-[protected] the model no of mobile phone is NOKIA-7610 with imei no-[protected].The mobile was purchased on 01/03/2009 with bill no-14494 and book no.139 on my name only.The price of the mobile is rs-10800/-.
                            The mobile stopped working on 16/09/2009 and on the very next day i personally went to nokia care at NRI COMMUNICATION O-9,LAJPAT NAGAR-II, NEW DELHI-110024 AND THEY ASKED ME TO DEPOISTE RS-110.30 TO THERE COUNTER AGAINST THE RECEIPT NO-2941 AND book no-30.
                            After 3 days they called me up and said that this phone cannot be repaired and i have to pick it up today itself as the nokia center at lajpat nagar was going under renovations and then they will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the phone.
                            Today through my friend i came to know about this consumer cell and i request you to please look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as possible
