Hi,
I have purchased a Nokia C5 handset from ART Enterprises, 2nd floor , DLF III, Gurgaon on 6th Oct 2011 vide invoice number GL2727. The handset has a problem from day one, as the back cover of the phone is loose. Had highlighted the problem to ART Enterprises on 8th Oct 2011, they suggested me to contact the Nokia Care. On approaching the Nokia Care at 22nd Oct 2011, they have returned the phone without repair stating that it’s a cosmetic error and has to be replaced.

Request the error to be fixed.

    I gave my Nokia N900 for Automatic Restart and Camera Blurrness Problem on Oct 12th, 2011 to Nokia Care Center in Vashi, Mumbai. After 10 days they called me and told that Nokia don't have N900 in stock!! so they convinced me to get Nokia N8 as replacement, which I refused to accept. Then I Visted Nokia Care and I asked why N8? I want my 32GB internal storage with QWERTY Keypad N900 Back !! i Said them, I am not Satisfied with Nokia N8. Its requirements do not match with Nokia N900 ! N8"s Battery cnt b plugged out! Full Site Websites Cant be seen.They said "Nokia doesn't have N900 stock and so they told to convince the customer with N8". When N900 is available in stores, why not with Nokia? I'm very much upset with Nokia and its customer care. I even asked them to replace N900 with N9. They Say N9 isnt yet launched. I WANT MY N900 BACK OR I NEED MY MONEY BACK. NO MORE NOKIA.

    Also I tried to check my repair status online at http://www.namscareonline.com/scripts/JobsheetStatus.aspx. But it says my Job Sheet number not found. What's happening with Nokia. For God sake N900 was the most Closest Friend of mine. I WANT IT BACK.
    NOKIA I WANT MY N900 OR GIVE ME A BETTER PHONE DAN N8 WHICH COMPARES THE FUNCTION AND FACILITY OF NOKIA N900!

    Advantages of my Nokia N900 which i dnt find in N8!
    **Memory N900 :- 32GB!
    ***Keypad :- Full QWERTY keypad! (the reason i buyed N900!)
    *Camera :- Good camera resolution with AUTOFOCUS!
    *Battery :- Battery can be Changeble!
    *MicroB :- Full Websites visible!
    ***O.S :- Maemo and Meego!

      I have purchased nokia C6-01 from M/S RAKHIWALA , NSC BOSE RD. CHENNAI on 2nd week of june but it dose not works properly after that i gave the set for repair to NOKIA CARE , SEVOKE RD, SILIGURI (W.BENGAL) PH.NO. [protected] on 08/08/2011. and they starts to harres me and said we have send the set to factory so come after 10 days but after 10 days they again said me come after 1 week this process continues up to 1 month at last they replaced me a new set . but that set also have a problem it dose not display at the time of making and receving calls. screen shows fully black (blank) so again i gave to the same nokia care center on 11/10/2011 and my service job sheet no. is - 76 till today they are not responding to me they only says the set has gone to factory so we cant do any thing i think my gurrantee period of 1 year will spoil on nokia care and i also think that the nokia's C6-01 model has problem so i want either return my money or give me choise to change the model i am so harresed by nokia care i have no time to visit there again and again so please help me as soon as possible

        Topic: Complaint Against Nokia service center

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I bought a nokia mobile Model - 6303i classic on April 2010 and i had some hardware issue with that device during warranty period. I visited the Nokia care regarding this issue and they swapped my mobile with new mobile of the same model and IMEI No. [protected] and i also extended my mobile's warranty for one year (expires on January 2012). After 6 months I started facing some network issues with this device also and i have been submitted this device to Neil Communications, C-10, Sector 10 Noida on 10th of September 2011.

        I received an email from Nokia support team that I can collect my Nokia device on 17th October 2011 yet I was denied the same when I contacted the Nokia care center where I submitted my Nokia device.

        Please escalate my issue to high priority as I want my Nokia device before the end of this week.

        I Feel that I had made big mistake by purchasing this mobile and again by giving it to nokia care. I dont know how long it will take them to repair my mobile.I feel myself Totally cheated. I have no Idea where to complain for quick response. I want my mobile otherwise nokia should Replace this Mobile.

        I dont have somuch time to visit nokia office two ,three,four times. Please Please give some solution.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I purchased a Nokia C2-03 model a couple of days ago. I am "not happy" with the functions and softwares. here are some of the problems I face with C2-03

          1. Video (in any format incl 3gp) not playing (shows : Video format not supported).
          2. Can't delete SMS by selection, need to delete all at once.
          3. Can't delete any single call entry, need to delete all call records.
          4. Can't adjust the brightness of the screen.
          5. Touch screen is very tough and responds erratically.
          6. Contact "Search" by touch screen "not possible".
          7. Can't select to display "Sim / Phone" contact list.

          those are the problems I faced till now, but in future I do not know.

          Please help us to improve the C2-03 ratings.

            Fraud Nokia E6-00 device (touch plus qwerty) (priced around 17k INR) and Not Servicing/Replacing it within Warranty period


            I bought Nokia E6-00 device on 9-Aug-11 from Nokia Priority Dealer,Salt Lake, Sector V. Just after One Month, its FLash light started erratic behaviour and Battery started draining out.

            Due to festive season and personal problems I was not able to contact the service centre in kolkata.

            On 18 OCT 2011, I went to address my query to the NOKIA service centre.By then the transreceiver was also not working. But other features were working ok and I could receive calls if i kept the loud speaker on. The technicians kept the device with them, and told me to come the next day.

            But at night (around 8 pm) they called me up and reported they will not repair it and before telling any reason they disconnected the line (I tried to call them back but the line status remained busy).

            Next day, when I came to collect my Mobile, they gave me my mobile totally dismantled with Circuit burns all over the device.They alleged me they were due to water logging into the device and had made my device non-warranted. Moreover, they did not have the spare parts to even replace the defective pieces. When requested, they rearranged the phone so that it can be taken in one piece.

            Even the owner of the Priority Dealer Outlet supported the technician and they evn generated a customized bill when i asked for a receipt of the service.( My original service BILL was taken from me which had the defects written). Now my mobile has stopped functioning what it was doing before the service.

            Please stop this day light fraud.

            Nokia — fraud by an authorised dealer

            I have nokia handset 5130 purchased around 1 yr back..
            The display got bad and the phone wasn't working properly...
            I gave the phone to an authorised dealer.
            Name of shop:Net-Dot
            Place:Tilak Nagar
            I gave the phone on 3.11.2010 and they gave my phone back to me today that is 4.11.2010,after one whole month..that too they gave me a different handset...
            Prior to this everytym I visited their shop they told me that they don't have the battery and the back cover and they have given it to me when I first visited them.
            Today they gave me full handset...and its not in working condition as well...
            I request u to look into the matter and take action ASAP

              I have given four times to nokia center name :- communication solution, F-26/4, okhala-2, new Delhi, but still is not working properly,
              ( a ) job sheet no :- [protected]/67, dated :- 17/08/2011 hand set received for one hour.
              (b) Job sheet no: - 1200, dated: - 18/8/2011 (phone received under three days observation.
              (c) Job sheet no: - 2499, dated: - 06/09/2011 - told touch screen change. ( my phone body also change by other phone.) For seven days but deliver next day.
              (d) Without checking hand set return to me 12/09/2011
              (e[protected]/110917/44, dated: - 17/09/2011 and told screen damage estimate Rs.5300/-
              2. Model no. c-6 & Serial No. [protected], bill no:[protected], DATE:- 31.08.2011
              this phone received and told no any problem. And also phone body change this phone.
              But both phones touch screen not working.
              Apart from that it’s still having same problem. I got really frustrated from this company because they are doing nothing.

              Your slogan CONNECTING PEOPLE require a change and I will suggest you to make it ...CONNECTINF PROBLEM.

              Please make note of this mail & if the problem is not rectified in next 7 days then I wlll lodge a complaint in consumer forum with the demand of compensation of :

              Refund of entire amount with interest
              Monetary loss for the Company in the absence of hardware
              Convence charges spend to rectify the problem in nokia center.
              Compensation for mental harassment
              Lawyer fees

              I am manoj Kumar; I am bought a two nokia phone.
              1. model no. c-6 & Serial No. [protected], bill no:- RM/2749/11/12, DATE:- 08.06.2011,
              I have given four times to nokia center name :- communication solution, F-26/4, okhala-2, new Delhi, but still is not working properly,
              ( a ) job sheet no :- [protected]/67, dated :- 17/08/2011 hand set received for one hour.
              (b) Job sheet no: - 1200, dated: - 18/8/2011 (phone received under three days observation.
              (c) Job sheet no: - 2499, dated: - 06/09/2011 - told touch screen change. ( my phone body also change by other phone.) For seven days but deliver next day.
              (d) Without checking hand set return to me 12/09/2011
              (e[protected]/110917/44, dated: - 17/09/2011 and told screen damage estimate Rs.5300/-
              2. Model no. c-6 & Serial No. [protected], bill no:[protected], DATE:- 31.08.2011
              this phone received and told no any problem. And also phone body change this phone.
              But both phones touch screen not working.
              Apart from that it’s still having same problem. I got really frustrated from this company because they are doing nothing.

                after some day i got a problem this kind of handset got hang in confarance call & processing so slow. so i went Nikia service care suratgarh (Raj.) but no result comes.
                last time up from Bharatpur (Raj) but same one. so pl. we have not satisfied your service and product. your Nokia Team says that this hand is low quality. so we have last option that we have complaint consumer court so kindly revert ASAP.

                  DONT GO TO NOKIA CARE -SALIGRAMAM,VADAPALANI( CHOLA TECHNOLOGY) ,1st thing about them is poor service ,I have gone there to repair my n8 which has antenna problem ,they solved it but next day I got sensor problem. Again i went there they gave me back with the same problem. Again I gave my mobile to them ( coz nokia is having a stupid rule i[censored] have given ur mobile to a nokia care u can't give it to any other nokia care upto 1 month so I don't have other option) Senthil is the manager there he promised me to replace the handset so I waited patiently, After few days they gave me a n8 with other IMIE number and told me it has been replaced with new board, when I checked the mobile with *#92702689# it was showing 73hrs o[censored]sage so I got a doubt, and went to other nokia care to check the warranty. I was shocked there it shows the warranty ends in Dec 2011 whereas I bought on July 2011 and I found out that they had replaced with the OLD BOARD and said that it a was a new board from the company. Again I called the customer care, they said to go back to nokia care to solve. So i went there and asked them ,they said it is called SWAPPING and all the nokia care will do this kind of thing (cheating) there. Again they promised me to replace a new mobile . So I waited another 20 days. Yesterday they have given back my mobile and said "it was gone to the company H.O they have tested & it has no problem and the company will not replace" . Finally I have the same antenna and mic problem again,,, DONT BUY NOKIA ITS NOT WORTH A PENNY AND NOKIA CARE

                  I had similar experience with WEST TAMBARAM NOKIA CARE CENTER, BUYING NOKIA IS REALLY A SH#T .If we go on servicing the mobile phone, the service period ends and they will start stealing money.It better to switch to china mobiles than to have NOKIA .It is certainly ruining itself and thereby ourselves.People already started switching to other phones.

                  Now i should abbreviate NOKIA CARE as NO KNOWLEDGE IN ACCESSORIES CARE.

                    My son Mr Sukesh is your customer and he has purchased a set ie C5-03 touch screen (EMI [protected]) from Sandesh communications Gulbarga on 7th June 2011.



                    Since the set was having problem reg speaker we gave the same to your service centre at Gulbarga and they repaired the same and gave it back

                    Now we are having one more problem. The set is getting auto switch off. Because of this we gave it to the service centre (manual job sheet no 310) for getting a new set and the service centre people assured us orally that it will be sent to Delhi. This one happened on Sept 2, 2011.

                    Yesterday (sep 19) I went to the Nokia care service centre (ie SLV enterprises) in Gulbarga, Karnataka. Then they gave an old set to me. After a few minutes they called my mobile number (ie[protected] and told that by error they have given the old set. Then the manager came to my office (Prajavani Kannada Daily) and handed over the real set to me. But I was surprised to see that the touch screen panel was very slow.


                    The attitude of service centre is very much hurting me and the mobile is still problematic.

                    The haunting questions are

                    1. Why the service centre has not sent the set to Delhi?

                    2. How the touch screen became slow? Is there a chance to change the touch screen panel and replace the same with old one?

                    Nokia — Malfunctioning of C5 Handset

                    Sir
                    I have purched a new Nokia C5 Hand Set from Kooper Gifts Chittorgarh. This handset got shutdown automatically and stop funtioninig. I have given to Nokia Care for checking. From there it was send to HeadOffice for repairing. The Handset was returned after 20 days. Again same problem occured in the hand set. I have given it to Nokia Care. Detail is as below-

                      It is about my handset C5-00 which i bought in january 2011.
                      It got water damaged in july end. I submitted it at ACE Communications delhi Nokia Care Store for repair. It repeatedly showed failure. Again I submitted it an after promising to repair it back in 7 days they gave it back in more than 1 month. Moreover they didn't reply to queries about my phone positively.
                      They changed its IMEI and now also it got the same problem.
                      Please guide them to kindly look into the matter and help me.
                      because from past 2 months i have been running around taking my phone to the nokia care.
                      Its last jobsheet no. was A2105.

                        I have purchased NOKIA 3110 vide Receipt book No.65 serial no.28 from Jain Electronics, Nanakpura Mkt new delhi-110021 on 28/03/2009
                        the itms/ emsi no.[protected] and had airtel net no. [protected].
                        The mobile was left in a cab on 07/10/2011 near sec-16 noida (up) along with other valuables and lost, as the cab driver could not be traced later and i hv not noted the cab no. i hv blocked the no. on 7/10/11 and on 8/10/11 got issued the same net no. which i am using with other mobile.
                        I request nokia to track my mobile with itms/emsi no. and let me know which mobile telephone no. is using this stolen mobile as i hv already reg a case of theft. I shall be grateful to you sir.

                          I brought a Nokia C6 Mobile on 2nd March, 2011. Now I am a facing a problem that when I am opening my slide
                          the display is not working. So I gave it for service to Nokia Care, Indira Nagar Branch(C.M.H Road), Bangalore, Karnataka on
                          Though I have the warranty period till next year they are asking me to pay for the services by saying some reasons.
                          Then I said I am not able to pay the amount so i asked them to return the mobile. Now while returning the mobile to me the front display
                          of my mobile also not at all working. While asking to them, they are answering "It is like that only, We cannot help".
                          They are not giving the proper answer while asking. Please kindly take some action and make them to
                          service my mobile without any charges though we are having the warranty. I am Santhosh and my contact number is [protected].
                          The Nokia Service center in Indira Nagar services is pathetic. and people attitude there is not at all professional.

                          I lost my job-sheet and the person in-charge there was not communication me the procedure property He told me that he will send the executive to do verification. When I called him, he told me that he will call me back but he never called up. After lot of effort I got my mobile back.

The voice clarity is very poor and the service centre told me that we can not solve this problem. The company should change the device otherwise I have to go consumer foram.

                              I have Nokia X3. Earlier I had a problem with cell that it was not charging and I had given it to the nokia care. They said its a problem with software and now its fine but again I faced the same problem. That time they changed the battery. And again I am facing the same problem. Within a period of 2 months it has caused me several time the same problem. I am not getting a proper solution from Nokia Care.
                              Kindly suggest me what should I do as I am facing a lot of difficulties in resolving this issue.

                                  My name is Sreekanth.r.nair. I had a complaint against nokia care in alappuzha. My handset nokia c6-01 is not works with an idea network. So i complainted it for 3 times. At the last time the care manager Mrs.Irin praveen sent my cell 2 the expert center in Delhi. But no use, still the handset in old condition. Its a new handset just 3months old. Thus they willnot take any action against it. They said that just leave it and buy a new handset from our priority centre. What can i do? Please help me.                                   मैने नोकिया C3-01 जुलाई 2011 में लिया था। ये फोन खरिदनें के 4 दिन बाद हीं हैंग कर गया, फिर ऑन करने के बाद ठीक हो गया। लगभग 30 दिनों मेरे फोन का स्क्रिन टच खराब हो गया। मै अपने मोबाईल को नोकिया लेकर गया, लेकिन वहाँ 2600 रुपए का खर्चा बता दिया। फिर मैं दुसरे नोकिया केयर पर गया तो उसे वारंटि पिरियड में बिना पैसे का ठीक कर के दे दिए। फिर लगभग 50 दिनों बाद दुबारा मेरा टच पैड खराब हो गया और फिर वहीं कहानी हुई एक नोकिया केयर में 2400 रुपए मांने लगे और दुसरे में मुफ्त में बना कर दे दिए। लेकिन फिर लगभग 60 दिनों बाद मेरे फोन में तीसरी बार वहीं समस्या आगई। थक हार कर मेने नोकिया कस्टमर केयर को अपनी सारी समस्याएं बताई और कहा कि मेरे इस फोन को बदल के दुसरा फोन मुझे देदें। कस्टमर केयरवालों नें कहा आप किसी नोकिया केयर में इसे जमा करा दें उसके बाद हम देख लेंगे। अब नोकिया केयर वाले बोलते हैं की इसमें डैमेज है ये वारंटी में ठीक नहीं होगा और कस्टमर केयर वाले भी यहीं बात बोल रहे हैं।... अब आप हीं सोंचिए एक हीं परेशानी को लेगर मैं 6 महिनें में तिसरी बार परेशान हुआ हुँ। मेरी उतनी आमदनी भी नहीं कि हर 45 दिनों पर मैं 2000 से 2500 रुपए लगाकर अपने फोन को ठीक करवाउँ।
                                  मैं अपनी फोन की समस्या से मानसिक रुप से बहोत परेशान हुँ। अगर संभव हो सके तो मेरे परेशानी को दुर करने मे मेरी मदद करें, , , बहोत महेर बानी होगी।

I took it to thee nokia service center on07/02/2012 go it repaired.I was not satisfied withe thee way theey answered, i was insisting on thee replacement of thee set, but theey told me it was not possible. but thee second time screen lock was not opening, again i went to thee same nokia service center, theey took two days, gave it back repaired, on 26/06/12, on thee same day thee same theing happened again, i took it to thee thee same nokia center, she told me it has to be kept under observation for two days, after two days, she told theey will give thee replacement.it is some theing torturing withe out giving any punishment.I am attaching thee document of the receipt, job sheet of the service center along with this comment.I am unable to attach .I am mentioning the job sheet number,[protected]/120623/7, Address, REVANNAS CARE, New kanthraj urs road, kuvempunagar, Mysore

                                    I have been using a Nokia N97 mobile handset for 2 years. It has two very minor problems: broken plastic keyguard and loose steel frame. Everything else i.e. all hardware and software is working perfectly. I took it to Nokia Customaer Care Kolkata (Gariahat Branch) for repair. They gave me estimates of Rs. 2200, Rs.2800 and Rs. 3400 respectively during the last 30 days with an increment of Rs. 600 every 15 days. I found it absurd and ridiculous and talked with the manager of the Nokia Care Centre (one Mr. Abhijit Chatterjee) who explained that cost of parts are increasing continously. He also refused to submit these estimates in writing unless i deposited the handset for repair at the final rate (Rs.3400). That would mean i am agreeing to have it repaired for the said sum which i naturally refuse to do. I think the whole thing is preposturous and the customer is being taken for a ride.

                                    they take rs150 for the ncp charges is it true
                                    I fully agree but unfortunately there is no redressal. Similar is the case with my Nokia N97 which I am using for around two and a half years (I had two years extended warranty). As the sensor is malfunctioning, I took it to Nokia Care and they gave me an estimate of Rs 5, 500.00 which I find exorbitant and did not repair the set (since a new Nokia N97 is available at Rs 11, 111/- which I found on the net). This is a ridiculous situation.
                                    I have decided to buy a new Samsung set instead.

                                      i buyed a new nokia C6-00 in june..
                                      during the last september i faced problem with the touch panel and went to nokia care...
                                      there i was said that tthe phone would be sent to highe offices and the whole process would take 10 to 12 days...i submitted my phone there on 25th september...
                                      after 15 days i called them on friday...they said me that it has been dispatched from the higher offices since 2 to 3 days but had not reached them due to puja holidays...they said that they would give me my phone by monday..when i went to fetch my phone on moday they again said that it had not reached them and would take more 2 to 3 days...moreover the execuetive there were arguing with me when i complained them....today on wednesday when i again called them to ask for my phone they said that i had not come...when i asked them the email id of their higher offices so that i would complaint they argued and disconnected my phone....i have not recieved my phone yet....

                                      ITS REALLY INSULTING.....WHAT HURTED ME MORE WAS THE ATTITUDE SHOWN BY THE EXECUETIVES THERE.....
                                      I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO BRING INTO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT NOKIA CARE ,THOUGH A COMPANY STORE BUT DOESNOT SEEM TO BE...THE WHOLE CUSTOMER THOUGH A BIG HALL HAS ONLY ONE FAN..THE AIR CONDITIONER THERE IS EITHER SWITCHED OFF OR DOESNOT COOL THE HALL...THE TEMPERATURE INSIDE THE ROOM IS MORE THAN THE OUTER TEMPERATURE THUS IT CREATS A SUFFOCATING ATMOSPHERE...THERE ARE ONLY FOUR LADY ATTENDANTS TO ATTEND ATLEAST 100 PEOPLE DAILY...THUS GOING TO NOKIA CARE FOR EVEN A SMALL PROBLEM IS VERY TIME TAKING...THEREFORE I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION BEFORE IT SPOILS THE COMPANY NAME...
