Sir,
I had purchased one mobile IMEI :353761/04/071377/8 , TYPE-RM-495, FCCID -QTLRM-495 , MODEL 5130-2 and i have been using it for last 6 months , last Tuesday the phone suddenly went dead. Due to this i had to face a lot of mental agony and could not attend to important issues . I am holding an important position in the GOVT. OF INDIA and am in charge of preventive operations. The day being 6th of September there were lot of areas which required my direct supervision . Since all my contact numbers were stored in the equipment i was found wanting in executing my responsibilities. This has caused the ill will of my superiors and has put my reputation in a quandary.
I request that steps may be taken to either replace my mobile or take necessary action to redress my grievance . I expect immediate action from your end.

    The Nokia C2-03 is a poor quality mobile from a big brand. i think rectifying and replacing the mobile by the manufacturer would be the best option.
    The touch pad is not functioning well. hangs most of the time and we dont have any other option to navigate to the menu using the type keys, if the touch pad is not sensing.

    Lets hope the best from Nokia.

Khuch din bad meine jab center mein phone kara to unhone bola ki apka mobile repair nahi ho sakta hum apko ye mobile 21days ke ander change karva kar de denge but 19-oct tak unka koi javab nahi aya 20-oct ko jab meine phone kara to unhone muzhe center mein bulaya jab mein waha pahicha to unhone muzhe N-70(M) dene ko kaha lekin meine unse bola ki sir muzhe N-70 pasand nahi hai aur mein wo nahi lena chahata hu lekin unhone muzhe kaha ki apko agar apna mobile chahiye to apko jo mobile hum denge apko wo hi lena padega aur mere sath batamigi se bat karne lage. sir ab mere pass consumer court jane ke alawa aur koi rasta nahi hai. kindly meri problem ko ap jaldi solve kare yadi nokia kapni bhi chaina mobiles ki tarha custumer ko dho dena chahati hai to mein ye mobile nokia company ko dan mein de dunga par shat ye hai nokia muzh se saf bole ki sir hamare baski service dena nahi hai.

      Hi this is samvel, i certainly agree with the point that has been raised i am also one of the victim of poor nokia customer services.I just bought my n 95 for 20000 for nokia store in south ex delhi and very next day went there and i informed them there is keypad issue, one of them told me that u need to take it to nokia care i went over there its more than 4 days and i havent recieved the set and i am really disappointed the way the entire process gone.It was totally a pathetic experience which i would never like anybody else to suffer .Iwould kindly request the higher authority to take the necessary action aginst this.

        i ankush kumar of hariana [hoshiarpur] bought a mobile phone nokia c5-03 on[protected] from kings the gift shoppe sutheri road near govt collage chowk hoshiarpur (punjab),Iam sorry to say that this piece is defective, i sent it three times to the kings gift shoppe but in vain now i request you to please direct the concerned dealer to replace it as the purchased mobile is defective and i can't repaired, so please do the needful other wise i shall give the matter to the press,

        I too have purchased a Nokia X1-01 model & am facing similar problems. According to me, the problem appears to be mostly in models that are manufactured in India. No proper testing is being done. Nokia should withdraw all cell phones of these model like done by car manufacturers or Laptop manufacturers. Else soon Nokia would even loose the 2nd sopt in sales and slowly may have to exit out of phone business & start manufacturing soaps & shampoos.

          if the phone is in warranty...1 year from the date of purchase(i think) u can get a new handset from nokia. My c5 was suddenly dead wen nokia care people were updating the software.They got me a new c5 handset replaced in 7 days.

            I purchased new nokia c2-03 dual sim handset from a Sangeetha store in begur road,Hongasandra,bangalore on 11,september 2011.

            I observed following problems within 24 hours of purchase,Realy i dont know how many more i am going to face.....

            1.Restart problem-Cell gets restarted automaticaly for no reason.Once i observed this when cell was kept unused for two three hours and then operated.
            2.when a call is made loud speaker volume is too low even even volume is kept at high setting
            3.Messages in my sim2 were shown as blank messages for some time when opened.After some time they were shown correctly

            Nokia — defective cdma2112 handset

            i have repaired my hand set from nokia service center but receiveng the same problem from nine months.

            I think all Nokia users should come together & file a consumer court case against it for bad quality of phones. My model X1-01 also has the same problems. I gets restarted automatically anytime and some times when the call key is pressed to dial a number, the cell shuts down & restarts. A friend of mine also mentioned that this problem he faced when he was sending message.

                  Hi , I am Rajashekar From Tumkur Dist in Karnataka, I am A Practicing Advocate in Karnataka High Court, I Have Recently Purchased a Nokia C2- 03 on[protected] from a store in Tumkur City, but from the day of purchase I have noticed that the device (Nokia C2- 03 Handset) is not working properly , the phone hangs for a while every time I use the touch screen, in the menu if one option is selected in the touch screen other option is opening, if the contact list is scrolled on the touch screen it reaches from A – P in a single scroll, I am really Fed up with this malfunctioning device, as I had lot of Faith in Nokia I purchased a nokia Handset But I am really annoyed with this type of Carelessness from Nokia, I spoke to the Retailer multiple times, the response I got from him was to contact the Customer Care because he does not have any responsibility after sale. Pls treat this Mail as a notice , if not responded with in 7 Days from the Receipt of this mail, necessary legal action will be initiated thru the Consumer Court.

                  I am Fed up with the Nokia customer care. I Purchased Nokia C2-03, 3months (appr). As this phone is a dual sim handset, am having serious issues with the handset. Both Sims (Sim-1 & Sim-2) are not working suddenly. I need to restart the device. This occurs two times every day. I went to Nokia Customer Care 6 Times but they did not solve my problem. There are lots to problems of this Handset. I request Nokia to replace my Handset as soon as possible.

                      i just bought a nokia mobile handset from venkateshwara distributors pvt.ltd [deep market ashok vihar phase 1 delhi 52] and there is a 6 months free airtel internet service free with this handset.i was not provided with this service.when i complained the matter to the dealer he told me that the service was activated on the sim card which was just used to check the operation of the phone.the service was to be activated on the behalf of the dealer which was not provided to me.please help me to get my value for money

                        myself kapil tanwar & i have repaired my nokia 5130 from your nokia care at bikaner for keypad problem . csh memo no is1922 & j.p. no =1418

                        my compaint is :
                        1- they told me the repair cost will be rs 750 but when i went to them to take my cell on[protected] , first of all they were un willing to give me bill then when i forced them , they asked me to pay rs 37 extra for VAT as initial the amount they told me was without vat n bill.

                        2.just after taking my cell it again started malfunctiong with same problem , i went to nokia care & ask them to repair it properly now this time jp no - 1511 & they asked me to visit on[protected]

                        3. when i visited them on 05-09-11 again they give me the cell with same problem

                        4. i again visited them next day & this time they won;t give me jp no & still my cell is with them .

                          hi .. i m priyanka .. i have a serious issue which really needs to be given importance .. i have deposited mi nokia n 86 since a year back to the nokia care AMBALA CANTT HARYANA ON NICHOLSON ROAD !! collected by MR. MANISH !! head of the nokia care ambala cantt !! d day i deposited it they said they will get it repaired wid in 10 days !!! then no communication !! frm their side !! then they said some additional charges !!! n then they said its irr-reparirable !!! and now its olmost a year m asking for mi cell phone n no response!!! is this the ethical policy the nokia has promised while selliung out their product !!! pure harassment !! to the customers ??? wat r the nokia heads doing !! jus sitting in the office n doing no job ???

                              I HAVE PURCHASED NOKIA E6 ON 3/09/2011 FROM NOKIA PRIORITY PARTNER SUNSHINE RETAIL PVT LTD AHMEDABAD WITH INVOICE NO. RJ/02090/11-12 PAYMENT OF 15900/=

                              ACTUALLY I STARTED USE OF MOBILE FROM 5/09/2011 BUT I AM FACING PROBLEM THAT IN DISPLAY FOUND ONE DOT I ASKED TO FROM WHERE I PURCHASED THEY TOLD I HAVE VISIT NOKIA CARE CENTER I VISITED THERE AND THEY TOLD DISPLAY IS FAULTY SO NEED TO CHANGE AND ALL BE CHANGE UNDER WARRANTY

                              BUT SIR MY QUESTION IS I SPEND 15900/= AND WITHIN 2 DAYS O[censored]SE I AM FACING MAJOR PROBLEM LIKE DISPLAY NEED TO CHANGE AND ITS NOTHING MEAN AND ITS NO MATTER TO PURCHASED NEW MOBILE

                              I TOLD THEM TO CHANGE WITH NEW ONE BUT THEY SAID ITS NOT POSSIBLE

                                my problem with NOKIA- X2-01. I bought this set on 6th july 2011. Its IMEI NO- [protected]. my hand set suddenly got switched off. I gave this set to an authorized dealer of NOKIA CARE located at jayendraganz, gwalior.
                                They told me that there is a manufacturing defect in the set , so the set will be sent to the company. After 20 days they returned back my set , and said your cell phone is now ok. But just after 15 days it again got the same problem. i am very much frustrated by your product.

                                i hereby request you to please replace my handset or give my money back. i dont want to continue with NOKIA.

                                  This is with reference to my complaint made to your consumer care center wide slip no.[protected]/110827/80 dated[protected] having problem in touch screen , which was not rectified . At first instance he was told that we will give the delivery with in next two days, which was extended further for three days, & even today they have not delivered my handset .Again they are buying time for another one week.
                                  One more thing we want to share you that at this center they will not entertain customer seriously also they will not mention the delivery date ,In my case I had done forcely the delivery date after the wait of 35 minutes ,they simply said we can not mention the date & In 99% cases they will not give delivery date.
                                  Also we have the same problem earlier, which was not corrected up to our satisfaction
                                  Sir keeping in mind the problem arise again & again , we are requesting yourself to replace my handset to new one on immediate basis.
                                  Hope you will do the same immediately otherwise my self will be forced to move in consumer court.

                                    I went to 2 of Nokia Cares in Ahmedabad, Gujarat today with my query that touch pad of my Nokia C6-00 is not working.
                                    They said I will have to replace touch pad of the same phone.
                                    BUT NONE OF THOSE BOTH NOKIA CARE HAD THE PART TO REPLACE.

                                    I TOOK CONTACT NUMBERS OF OTHER 6 NOKIA CARES OF AHMEDABAD BUT NONE OF THE NOKIA CARES IN AHMEDABAD HAD THE PART, AND THEY SAID IT WILL TAKE 15 DAYS TO GET IT DONE.

                                    THIS IS DAMN BAD OF NOKIA.
                                    I FOLLOWED WHATEVER THE NOKIAINDIADIGITALMARKETING SAID, BUT NO RESPONSE.

                                      On 22nd august i went to nokia service center,sonepat regarding my nokia 5250, as its display was faded and non functioning of hansfree jack.I submitted my handset to nokia on 22nd august and they said we'll not repair ur phone and will give u NOKIA5233 against it.but i want my handset to be repaired back or a new 5250 against it,i dn't want 5233 as i purchased my handset for 7800 rs and market price of 5233 is just 5700rs and my 5250 is still with the nokia service centre,i have nothing with me.So, i want fair justification ,either return my handset by completely repairing it or providing me new 5250 against it and if nokia fails to repair mt handset then provide me other handset of 7800RS as it was the money paid to NOKIA at the time of purchase.i would be thankful to you.
