Dear sir
This is with reference to my complaint made to your consumer care center wide slip no.[protected]/110827/80 dated[protected] having problem in touch screen , which was not rectified . At first instance he was told that we will give the delivery with in next two days, which was extended further for three days, & even today they have not delivered my handset .Again they are buying time for another one week.
One more thing we want to share you that at this center they will not entertain customer seriously also they will not mention the delivery date ,In my case I had done forcely the delivery date after the wait of 35 minutes ,they simply said we can not mention the date & In 99% cases they will not give delivery date.
Also we have the same problem earlier, which was not corrected up to our satisfaction
Sir keeping in mind the problem arise again & again , we are requesting yourself to replace my handset to new one on immediate basis.
Hope you will do the same immediately otherwise my self will be forced to move in consumer court.

Maine apna mobile Phone(Nokia[protected]Aug Ko Nokia Service Center Noida Sec-2 Near indian oil building Mein jama karvaya Tha Mera job sheet no-[protected] hai. Khuch din bad meine jab center mein phone kara to unhone bola ki apka mobile repair nahi ho sakta hum apko ye mobile 21days ke ander change karva kar de denge but 19-oct tak unka koi javab nahi aya 20-oct ko jab meine phone kara to unhone muzhe center mein bulaya jab mein waha pahicha to unhone muzhe N-70(M) dene ko kaha lekin meine unse bola ki sir muzhe N-70 pasand nahi hai aur mein wo nahi lena chahata hu lekin unhone muzhe kaha ki apko agar apna mobile chahiye to apko jo mobile hum denge apko wo hi lena padega aur mere sath batamigi se bat karne lage. sir ab mere pass consumer court jane ke alawa aur koi rasta nahi hai. kindly meri problem ko ap jaldi solve kare yadi nokia kapni bhi chaina mobiles ki tarha custumer ko dho dena chahati hai to mein ye mobile nokia company ko dan mein de dunga par shat ye hai nokia muzh se saf bole ki sir hamare baski service dena nahi hai.
