Dear Sir,
With Respect, I want to draw your kind attention regarding the subject issue.

I had visited to Nokia Care (Service Centre) situated at Vasudeo Enclave, Ground Floor, Kankarbagh Main Road, Patna -20 (Bihar) on adted 10.08.2011 at around 6.30pm regarding charging problem with my Nokia Hand Set / EMEI No.359349/03/038285/5, Model No. 7210c Type - RM436 .

After inspection of hand set advised by the concerned engineer that I will get back my set with solution of charging problem on dated 13.08.2011 with a payment of Rs.550/-

Mobile battery, Sim card and Memory card returned to me before deposition of my mobile handset.

At the time of taking delivery of my set on dated 13.08.2011,I forgot to carry Mobile battery and sim card. And on good faith I have taken the delivery of my set without checking of fault.
Now, At home when try to get charge my mobile ,It is found that problem yet persist.

On next working day dated 16.08.2011 again visited to Nokia service centre and after inspection of the handset again they kept my mobile along with battery and advised me for taking delivery of my mobile after three days on dated 19.08.2011.

At the time, delivery of my handset I have checked the fault in front of desk person and found that still battery not getting charged then desk person told me as per advice of engineer that may be there is fault in battery and request me to gave one more day time to rectify the problem.

On dated 20.08.2011 at around 7 pm, Before taking the delivery of my hand set checked by me and found that again mobile getting off automatically after few minutes working. Then, Asked about recent by pass surgery which has done by the engineer in period between 16.08.11 to 20.08.11 and enquired about the past work (10.08.11 to 13.08.11) that what they have done and charge Rs.550/-. then, Engineer person try to convince me that the charge which they have charged Rs.550/- is genuine and they have work hard to resolve the charging problem and advised me all time giving full charge to battery by switching off my mobile set and after that it will work fine.
As per assurance of engineer I have accepted my repaired handset with may be wrong diagnosis.
Now , It is observed that still my problem not yet resolved and message appear on mobile screen that your battery is low and getting off while giving the charge around 6 to 8 hrs.
I have checked my set with another used BL-4CT battery and found that set is working fine it means nokia care done wrong diagnosis with my set and misguide me that my phone battery is OK.
This is my humble request to you that look in to the matter seriously and make an proper arrangement to resolve this issue by refunding money or by providing new battery.

      I bought a Nokia 6303c ESN/IMEI: [protected] in 2009 and extended its warranty till 2011. But it never worked satisfactorily. Everytime there was a software crash problem and I had to go to Nokia Care Agra Unit at least twice a week from past 2 years (Past records can be checked).

      Now when the same problem rose in Patna, I submitted it in the Nokia Care Unit, Patna (Competent Care) on 10th Aug. 2011 and the solution was done on 18 Aug. 2011 by replacing the handset with Nokia 6303i ESN/IMEI: [protected].

      But it is awkward to replace 6303c with 6303i! The features are not same and I am facing a lot of problems due to that. I sent an email on 18 aug. 2011 to [protected]@nokia.com and [protected]@nokiacareindia.com but they are not at all doing anything in this regard . I have got a reply yesterday only saying to contact the same Nokia Cara Unit but they are saying that the Company will do some action.

      None of them is taking the responsibility why my mobile handset has been swapped with another. None of them is considering my problems. My warranty is going to expire on 30th of Aug. 2011 and after that the company will not care at all if it is not doing anything in warranty period.

      I request you to take some action in this regard so that I can get my handset Nokia 6303c not 6303i.

        Bttery no 6RPW28J purchased from "reliable prepaid cellular service",
        panskura, purba medinipur, west bengal 721152.

        I did GD with no 901 dated 21/08/2011 in local police station.

        Sir if possible then please track it and give me information regarding
        it... I have many valuable information in it.

          sir i bought nokia c3 on 16th aug 2011 and it from the first day takes nearly four hours to get charged and show battery full signal even if it was already partially charged i got up the new software but still the same problem it provides me a back up of nearly one day the car point says to get the battery exchanged but it will require two weeks sir i have to go out of town for studies and i cannot afford that without being in contact with my friends please suggest me a solution

          nokia,battery — extra charge

          dear sir, we have purchased one battery of our nkoia handset under covering code[protected],0670595 from 'miglani enterprises' on 11th jan,2010 under thier invoice no 958 for an amount which they awfully overcharged for this battery rs.3041.00 even they delivered unsealed battery and excessively charged. although this battery is available with other dealer for an amount 1800/.as rajeev sons is another dealer and so on others in our town Moradabad/U.P. My request to you is to take an action against this misfortune taken place and help us to have our excess amount refunded with them,believe NOKIA will not be in position to retain this stain left by'MIGLANI ENTERPRISES'and get our money returned too. WE,trust and appreciate your nimble action in advance,

          Nokia — battery charge

          I purchased Nokia 5130c on July 2009. In the last nine months i found more than ten problems in the phone and submit it for repair two times in Nokia care. It hangs many times. now the problem is that the phone is within warranty period and its battery is not charging. when i am plugging it to the charger the green box shows the signal of charging but in actually it is not. i am just fed up by visiting nokia care and want to replace this set as it is in warranty period. The main reason for admitting it to the nokia care is that the service provides do not provide us any set during that period and it affects our normal life. So, kindly look after my problem and help me out by taking proper initiative.

            i have bought a nokia C3-01 on March 2011 and my phone touch screen / display is not working properly. i went nokia care chennai branch (Near sathyam Cinemas) on 30th July 2011 for replacement due to i have warrenty for my phone. They said currently we do not have stock it will come within 10 days of period. They noted down in their register. But no response for 10 days form nokia care. While i contact the customer care no they said it will take 2 days. But now it takes around 20 days, still i not received any response from them.

              Dear Sir

              I want to register complaint against authorized Nokia Service Centre in Kolkata (Address 10 LENIN SARANI< DHARAMTOLLA, KOLKATA -700013, Ph[protected], [protected]).

              On 16th August I took my Nokia 5800 XpressMusic phone (IMEI: [protected]) bought on[protected] to Nokia Service Centre along with the original bill. It is clear that I still have 2 and 1/2 months of warranty period left. The problem with my phone is that the person on the other side can not hear me when i make or receive a phone call.

              The very first thing I was told at the Nokia service center is to extend my warranty for 1 more year with Rs 565. I did not agree. Then after making me wait for one and half hours the technician told me that the warranty is over according to their online system and refused to provide service at that time. They even said that I had made a secondhand purchase when it is not. I bought my phone from C n buy, (4/1 Dum Dum Road, Nagerbazar, Kolkata - 700074). The sales person tore the seal in front of me. There is no question of a second-hand purchase.

              When I argued he told me that he will send the photocopy of my bill for verification and it will take 20 more days.I called CnBuy and asked him to talk to them but the technician refused.

              I do not understand why do I have to wait to get my phone repaired when warranty period counts from the date of purchase and not from the date of manufacture? If Nokia service center technician thinks the dealer have 'fooled' me then why did he avoid talking to them?

              I conclude that they want to delay intentionally so that my warranty period gets over and they can charge me for repairing as he agreed it is a major problem.

              I visited Nokia website Repair & Recycle section. The warranty checker shows that my warranty is over when i entered the IMEI no. But it is clearly written there that -

              "However, this information is based on the date your device was manufactured. If you think that Limited Warranty Period for your Nokia phone has still not expired please carry receipt or other proof to your nearest Nokia Care Center."



              Please help me get my phone taken proper care and repaired within warranty period. I also want to docket a complaint in Nokia India customer support. Can you please provide their mail id/ph so that I can lodge a complaint there too.

              Following are the details of my phone. I have attached the scanned image of the original bill, and the Technical Verification Form given to me at the Nokia service centre, and a screen shot of warranty checker result.

              Phone model: Nokia 5800 XpressMusic (IMEI: [protected], manufactured in April 2010)
              Date of Purchase: 04/11/2010
              Purchased at: C n buy, (4/1 Dum Dum Road, Nagerbazar, Kolkata - 700074)

              I thought Nokia cares but what they care for is actually their business, not the customers.

              Nokia 5800 — transfer of warranty from us to india

              i purchased my nokia 5800 mobile in US two months ago. Now i moved to india. But here nokia care is not providing service for out of country mobiles. Can i transfer my warranty to india?
              Thanks you nokiaindiadigitalmarketing for replying. I got my mobile repaired yesterday at the same service center as Nokia Careline filed my case (ID # 1-[protected]) when I reported to them about the harassment. they asked me to visit the same service center for further assistance. This time I approached the manager of the service center and he took care of the matter. Thanks to Nokia Careline as well.

                I have purchased new Nokia C6-01 (IMEI no. is [protected]) recently 2 months ago. It started giving me restart problem whenever i have kept it in idle condition, so i visited Nokia Care which is located in Bhosari area. They said that it has a prob ( Job sheet no. is[protected]/110719/8 sent on 19th of July) so they need to send it to Head office so it need 10 days time to solve the problem & return me back so they provided 1 stand-by mobile also. After 10 days when i collected it back and started using it, again on the same night when i kept it idle & i was observing it. It started giving me the same problem. It was getting restated frequently once it was kept it in idle mode. So again i went next day to Nokia Care they said that they will observe it for 1 day. So they observed it and said that again it need to be sent for 10 days to solve it ( Job sheet no. is[protected]/110801/59 sent on 1st of August) & they again gave me 1 stand by mobile to use. Again when it returned after 10 days, when i started using it again on same night i observed it very carefully the problem was repeating. So now this is the 3rd time i have submitted it (Job sheet no. is[protected]/110816/39 sent on 16th of August). So please i request Nokia people to solve my problem.                   sir i purchased nokia x1 model mobile on 25/07/2011. in mahabubnagar.
                  in this mobile iam using vodafone and bsnl. out going calls are not going correctly. it means for doing one outgoing cal i want to try more then ten times. then only the call will goes.
                  mainly my quetion is nokia have correct software or not. oit is very irritating me. solve this problem immediatly or re place the mobile. what i want to do give immediate responce me.

                    nokia c2-03 dual sim just irritates me daily.. Feel like smashing the mob into pieces.. :- Its very slow, not showing any contact details if some1 calls, not a proper net connection, white display problem, touch problem, and so on... Daily I use to restart d mob thrice... :- Don't know wt to do with this kind of mobile... Sorry to say this.. Had a bad experience with this mobile... :(

                      Nokia/N95 — Flash and Camera are not Synchronized

                      Hi,

                      I have baught a brand new Nokia 95 phone a month ago. I baught this phone because of the 5 MP camera feature. But suddenly only after a month o[censored]se, it has got a major issue. Flash and camera are not synchronised. Its clicking very dark images. I dont know what the issue is?

                      Please tell me whome should I contact for this. Nokia is a very big brand I was not expecting this kind of a major fault in the phone so soon. (I have used the phone just for a month) Please help me with this ASAP.

                      I HAVE PURCHASED A NOKIA N95 SET ON 19.11.2008 (S/N:
                      352026/02/402766/5. FROM THE VERY BEGINING I AM FACING LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS PARTICULAR SET. I COMPLAINED IT ON THE MONTH OF MAY TO MY NEAREST NOKIA CARE DIVISION (MERLINE BUILDING, TALLYGUNJ FARRY, KOLKATA). THEY HAD TAKEN THE PHONE AND GIVEN IT BACK AFTER 13 DAYS. I ASSUME ACTUALLY THEY HAD CONSUMED THE TIME ONLY, DID NOT DO ANY THING, BECAUSE AFTER RECEIVING THE CELL, USING IT FOR FEW DAYS, SAME SNAG OCCURED AGAIN AND AGAIN, FINALLY MY PHONES LCD EFFECTED AND I COULD NOT USE IT FOR LAST THREE DAYS. WENT TO THE SAME NOKIA CARE CENTRE. THOUGH THEY USE TO OPEN THE CENTRE FROM 12 NOON ON SUNDAY BUT I WAS SUPRISED ONE SECURITY GUARD WAS POSITIONED AND WE CAME TO KNOW THE SHOP WILL OPEN AFTER 1 PM. IS IT WAY YOU DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMERS? AND CARING THE BY THE NAME OF NOKIA CARE! IS IT YOUR OWN BABY? OR GIVEN IT TO ANY OUT OUT SIDE AGENCY AS FRANCHISEE?
                      ULTIMATE THE SHOP WAS OPENED AFTER 30 MINS. THEY HAD OPENED MY SET AND CERTAINLY TOLD ME THAT MY MOBILE WAS INFLENCED BY SOME LIQUID! AS PER THEIR MANAGER MR DEBNATH ROY IT MAY BE SWEAT ALSO. NOW THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ME ANY SUPPORT.
                      SHOULD I ASK YOU-WHEN THEY HAD TAKEN MY SET FOR REPAIR IN THE MONTH OF MAY, IT WAS NOT TAMPERED BY THEM? BECAUSE AFTER THAT ONLY THE SET WAS CONSTANTLY GIVING ME TOUBLES.
                      NOW WHAT IS YOUR OPINION? JUST LET ME KNOW?

                        I had submitted my handset (NOKIA E-72) on 5th Aug, 2011 (IMEI NO.[protected]/110805/90), to NOKIA CARE CENTER, NOIDA (Micronas Telecom C4, sec-2) which was under warranty till that day ,to fix the problem of my phone which was not even switching on. Firstly, the customer executive there, told me that your phone is damaged and this is the case of liquid logged etc. They had given me the job sheet and told me to collect it from the center next day and estimated the cost of Rs. 330, then in the morning, I got a call from them and they told me that it is tampered and the estimated cost would be Rs. 4500 and now after so many days they are saying its unrepairable. What's happening??


                        You guys think your customers are foolish or what. Those buggers pick up my call and told me we'll get back to you, am I a fool sitting here waiting for their calls.


                        I AM COMPLETELY PISSED OFF

                        I now don't want my handset to be repaired, I just want it to be replaced with a new one. Else, i would go to the customer court/Forum and would see what I can do next.


                        Hoping for a revert from you soon.

                        They alwaz try to make customer pay for the repair whether 2 or 3 weeks are still pending in warranty expiry date & alwaz tries to show internal damage as liquid damage so they dnt have to bear any cost of repairing & can earn some form there customer instead

                          we purchased nokia 5233 from a nokia store with the 05c1002527dated.01/08/2010.......with which the company has clearly given 1 year warranty...after that there was problem with the light of this phone..we showed it to nokia care centre where they repaired the handset and asked for more money to extend the warranty.we gave them that money at the same time with receipt number 3164...dated 17/08/2011..they promised to extend the warranty by 1 year after giving the asked amount..but now we have a touch problem with this handset ..with respect to that the touch of this phone is not working and the company is not ready to repair it under warranty..they are asking for 1250 rs more for repairing it.we asked them to repair it under warranty.but they are turning deaf ear to our requests.please help us regarding the justice in this matter.

                          we purchased nokia 5233 from a nokia store with the bill number dated........with which the company has clearly given 1 year warranty...after that there was problem with the light of this phone..we showed it to nokia care centre where they repaired the handset and asked for more money to extend the warranty.we gave them that money at the same time with receipt number...dated ..they promised to extend the warranty by 1 year after giving the asked amount..but now we have a touch problem with this handset ..with respect to that the touch of this phone is not working and the company is not ready to repair it under warranty..they are asking for 1250 rs more for repairing it.we asked them to repair it under warranty.but they are turning deaf ear to our requests.please help us regarding the justice in this matter.

                            1) Complaint No_ 1:- (Job Sheet No:[protected]/110425/20)

                            I am your nokia mobile user. I bought a model called nokia E63 on ramnavmi festival (12th april 2011) and after one week of my purchase date i found my handset nokia E63 faulty(Having a defect).So,I contacted to nokia priority center(Air communication shop no. c-1, Asha house ground floor ring road ,surat-395002,Ph. NO. [protected]) from where i have bought my handset.They sent me to nokia service center (Xpert Cellular services 201-205, Jai Arcade, opp New Janta Dairy Rustompura Main Road ,Surat.).They format & update my handset and in one or two week only i got my my handset repaired & opened.

                            purchase date:- 12 April 2011 & first compliant date:- 25 April 2011

                            2) Complaint No_ 2:- (Job Sheet No:[protected]/110609/47)

                            After getting repaired my handset within 15 days i faced same problem in my handset .Now i submitted my hand set second time in nokia service center on 9 Jun 2011. They sent my handset to Delhi and i got it replaced on 5 July.

                            first compliant date:- 25 April 2011 & second compliant date:- 9 Jun 2011 & replacement date:- 5 July 2011

                            3) Complaint No_ 3:- (Job Sheet No:[protected]/110712/132)

                            After getting replaced my handset within 7 days i faced same problem in my handset .Now i submitted my hand set second time after replacement in nokia service center on 12 July 2011. They second time format & update my handset and give me back and ignore my complaints and trouble as well as problems.

                            second compliant date:- 9 Jun 2011 & replacement date:- 5 July 2011 & after replacement
                            third compliant:- 12 July 2011

                            4) Complaint No_ 4:- (Job Sheet No:[protected]/110809/137)

                            After reporting 3 complaints, I faced same problem in my handset & i submitted it to nokia service center. Now, they sent my handset second time to Delhi & give me stand by handset bloody old piece called model no:-2600.

                            after replacement third compliant:- 12 July 2011 & fourth compliant :- 9 Aug 2011.


                            Now ,I want to know that once my handset got replaced than how can that handset face same problem ? many of my friends have problem in E63 then why company is still selling this kind of product in the market because no one know about the technical problems already there in products until he or she use it? & this time i don't want your handset called E63.

                            I want my money money back with four month interest or nokia handset other model having same facilities or more facilities and also having same price or higher price.

                            they also denied me the phone number & email-id of nodal officer of nokia.
                            I, Bhavna Khullar purchased a Nokia E63, IMEI – [protected] for Amount Rs 12, 400 from Nokia Priority Dealer, Comp-Mart India Pvt Ltd, SG-09/12, Galleria, DLF Phase –IV, Gurgaon-122002, Ph #[protected], 4055800 with the Invoice No. : INV/SG-09/5291/08-09 Suppliers Ref: 5291 dated 5-Mar-2009.

                            I was attended by the Sales person Mr. Ritesh for buying the cell. After a day of the purchase, I noticed that the speakers of the phone gave a very breaking & a screeching noise. It was awfully creaking to listen to The Radio, Music Player, putting the phone on loudspeakers or even when the phone bell rang for any incoming call. I would have come immediately to the dealer but the very next day of buying the cell I was out of town for the Holi Holidays and was back on 13th March’09 only. Immediately after I was back, I got in touch with the Priority Dealer. Mr. Ritesh and Mr. Pradipta Acharya, Retail Store Manager, told me two things:
                            1. They admit that there is a fault in the speakers of the phone. They would have replaced it had I come in the two days of the purchase.
                            2. For the replacement of the phone, the talk time shouldn’t exceed more than 4 hours.
                            Since I have crossed both the conditions, they aren’t liable for replacement. Now, first thing is that I as a consumer wasn’t told about the two conditions at the time of the purchase by either of the store people. Had I known this, wouldn’t I have come the very next day for the replacement???
                            Second is that I as a consumer will definitely not bear the brunt for the inadequate information to the consumer at the time of purchase and the inability to present the replacement policy to the consumer, when I have spend good 12, 400 on a brand new handset.
                            On the advice of the store people, that it will be repaired, I went to the Nokia Care, Sheetla Communications, The Trouble Shooter GSM & CDMA, Shop No B-249, DLF Super Mart 1, DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon – 122001, India, Ph: 0124 – 321221, 4037100. I was attended by a person called Mr. Wasim. They identified a hardware fault in the phone with the defected Ringer Connector. According to them, the phone will go to the IMC and will take minimum 10 days for the repair and confirmed that it is a manufacturing defect.
                            Now, I and my family have been Nokia users for many years. Such kind of an incident has really put me off the brand. When the entire chain has admitted that there is a manufacturing defected, I definitely seek the replacement of the phone ASAP. The past 4 days have cost me of my time, energy and mental harassment. I am willing to take up the matter to the highest levels of Nokia if the matter is not resolved within the next 2 working days and the request for the replacement of the phone is not adhered to.

                            I had submitte my new nokia e63 handset as I was facing problem in accessing call history as it was not showing calls received, missed or dialled at the Nokia Care outlet- Sheetla Wll services, Gurgaon on 22/02/2010. But when I went for delivery of the same, they could not deliver the same. When enquired it was told that it was delivered to someone else. They are tracking for the same but no resylt. Can u imagine what imagine what kind of service ther are providing. Disgusting. Is Nokia started stealing phones of customers like this.! Nokia is srvices are so pathetic that executives and managers at Nokia care centers speak in such rude and unprofessionak way that make customers feel so guilty using Nokia. Nokia claims of the highest brand equity in mobile handsets but such behavior @ nokia cenetrs has made me embarrasing. I will no more use any more and thru a word of mouth i will suggest not use nokia as their after sales service is very very poor. I have not my handset back.

                              My mobile no. is [protected],[protected].Nokia customer care khanna has made me decided not to buy nokia phone ever.After 1 month of buying phone n8 i was having minor problem of auto restart after 2-3 hours.I gave them phone for fixing the problem.They told me that i should give them phone but i will have job sheet tomorrow.They insulted me when i demanded job sheet next day and told me that my mobile has major problem and i must give them 4800 rs. to fix it.I gave them money and they asked me to come after 7 days and again no job sheet was given to me.After 7 days they asked me to come at 8 p.m night when i contacted them.They gave me phone in bad condition and asked me to go to home and check phone because battery was not charged.Screws of phone were very loose and when was unable to accept sim.Next day i gave phone to nokia centre and they told me to come after 4 days.I requested them to repair phone early but they said i can repair it from any other place if i want it early.They have not given me job sheet again.What should i do?I suggest to everyone that never buy nokia phone if they dont want any trouble.This is disgusting.I bought 4 nokia phones till now and faced such bad treatment for 2 handsets.once n82 and now n8.Please dont buy nokia phone people.

                                No one has contacted me.Issue has not ben resloved yet.Whenever i am trying to download nay song, its asking for voucher number which i do not have.I never ever got any message regading voucher number.When i tryied to download the song from MY PC with nokia account, there i got the message of 0 balance of credit song.

                                  My Name is Sumit Behl, i am cheated by a Nokia care Centre at Okhla,New Delhi (Communications Solutions).

                                  I went to Nokia Care on[protected] to get a new complete body for Nokia E52 , they changed my phone body but provided me a duplicate one. I had already paid them Rs 3650 in advance, so as soon as i realized that it was not an original body, i asked to provide me the original one & returned that duplicate body to them.

                                  I asked them to refund my money back because they had cheated me, but the Nokia Care Owner (Mr. Shubham) at okhla, New Delhi refuse to pay back me the amount & asked me to wait for certain days because he told me that he will order the original body of Nokia E52 from the head office.

                                  Its been 2 months now, the Nokia care owner is not refunding back my money, neither he is availing me the Nokia E52 body. I have been fed up of calling Nokia Customer Care but they did not provide me any solution since 2 months have passed.

                                  Nokia Care centre Owner sells duplicate Mobile equipments to customers & charges very expensively. He is making fool out of people & has taken away my money i.e. Rs 3650 & i am not getting any help from anywhere to get my money back neither my phone is fixed.
