With Respect, I want to draw your kind attention regarding the subject issue.
I had visited to Nokia Care (Service Centre) situated at Vasudeo Enclave, Ground Floor, Kankarbagh Main Road, Patna -20 (Bihar) on adted 10.08.2011 at around 6.30pm regarding charging problem with my Nokia Hand Set / EMEI No.359349/03/038285/5, Model No. 7210c Type - RM436 .
After inspection of hand set advised by the concerned engineer that I will get back my set with solution of charging problem on dated 13.08.2011 with a payment of Rs.550/-
Mobile battery, Sim card and Memory card returned to me before deposition of my mobile handset.
At the time of taking delivery of my set on dated 13.08.2011,I forgot to carry Mobile battery and sim card. And on good faith I have taken the delivery of my set without checking of fault.
Now, At home when try to get charge my mobile ,It is found that problem yet persist.
On next working day dated 16.08.2011 again visited to Nokia service centre and after inspection of the handset again they kept my mobile along with battery and advised me for taking delivery of my mobile after three days on dated 19.08.2011.
At the time, delivery of my handset I have checked the fault in front of desk person and found that still battery not getting charged then desk person told me as per advice of engineer that may be there is fault in battery and request me to gave one more day time to rectify the problem.
On dated 20.08.2011 at around 7 pm, Before taking the delivery of my hand set checked by me and found that again mobile getting off automatically after few minutes working. Then, Asked about recent by pass surgery which has done by the engineer in period between 16.08.11 to 20.08.11 and enquired about the past work (10.08.11 to 13.08.11) that what they have done and charge Rs.550/-. then, Engineer person try to convince me that the charge which they have charged Rs.550/- is genuine and they have work hard to resolve the charging problem and advised me all time giving full charge to battery by switching off my mobile set and after that it will work fine.
As per assurance of engineer I have accepted my repaired handset with may be wrong diagnosis.
Now , It is observed that still my problem not yet resolved and message appear on mobile screen that your battery is low and getting off while giving the charge around 6 to 8 hrs.
I have checked my set with another used BL-4CT battery and found that set is working fine it means nokia care done wrong diagnosis with my set and misguide me that my phone battery is OK.
This is my humble request to you that look in to the matter seriously and make an proper arrangement to resolve this issue by refunding money or by providing new battery.
