sir/madam,
I purchase a nokia x3-02 in month of april ,in the month of june the touch of that phone was stopped working so i submit it to nokia care they said it takes times ,& money for repairing i said ok,more than 1 month my phone was submitted in the care but there is no solution,they returned me the set & the body of that set was damaged. when i told him abt that damaged they said i will repaired it when part will come.but till now more than 3 months the touch & damaged part of X3-02 is unavailable in nokia care not only bhiwani , i was also try in other nokia cares also but it is not available any where .so that i requesting u plz provide me the solution of my nokia handset.

Nokia X-3 — Touch Problem

Dear Sir,


i purchasewd nokia Handset on 15.05.2011, from the very 1st day touch is not working properly.

i launched a complaint against this in nokia on 26.05.2011, they told me this is having touch pad problem and we will replace the touch pad.

and told me that you should get the set after change in the evening.


but from that day to till date 30.05.2011 i am unable to get mobile phone after repair, after making desperate calls there is always no better responce.

but i want that compnay should replace the same, coz it is very much new .

above complaints our absolute right there is no solution in nokia care for x3 touch pad problem.my handset is suffering from same problem from last one month money is waste totally waste so i kindly request all viewers not to purchase it bcoz it is totaaly based on touch panel and till date there is no solution for it in nokia acre also
I've purchased my first touchscreen Nokia X3-02 and the problem with phone is TOUCHSCREEN. Cellphone is still in warrenty.

Whenever I touch the screen, the selection is not working properly. If I select the first option, automatically it select second option and there is no solution for this problem in the customer care office.

Please do me a favour and solve the problem as quick as possible.

    I purchased a new nokia E7 from Moblile Store kolkata on[protected] having IMEI number:[protected]. After 3 months of purchase my handset got a software failure and i submitted it to the nokia care(Crazy Infovision) on[protected]. They didnt able to repair the original handset and provided me with the replaced handset of Nokia E7 having IMEI number- [protected] after 20 days of submission. After few days i found that this replaced handset is also having problem of noisy sound when get connected to handsfree and has scratches on facia. I resubmitted the replaced handset to crazy infovision on[protected]. Now on[protected] they revert back and said that they have repaired the replaced handset and resolve the noisy sound issue but they havnt change the facia.
    Now my issues are:
    Why would i accept the repaired handset which is a replaced one?
    If Nokia Company is giving this kind of SERVICES to their client,its better they should not provide ANY of THE SERVICES.

    I am totally HARRESSED with the services which the CRAZY Infovision (NOKIA CARE) is providing and the way the executives of the service center behaves.

    I would suggest to refund my money of the handset if YOU people cant provide me with the NEW sealed Handset.

      I bought N8 from Saudi Arabia and use it for two months. After bring the unit to India it stop working and Nokia care in India say that Warranty is not valid in India. I bring it to Najd Telecom, Electronic Center, Batha, Riyadh , they took one moth for repair and the receptionist is the worst man I ever met in the customer care center.

      I lost one month in India without repair as well as one month in Saudi Arabia for repair (total 2 month) without usage of mobile and warranty lost.

      How can I extent the warranty?

      Why Nokia or Najid does not keep a good receptionist to make customer happy?

          dear sir,
          My Nokia C6-00 was unable to open some applications and due to this problem i had given the handset to a Nokia care center and after i receive my phone i realized that he has not done any repair to the phone rather used it for himself and has drop the phone due to which my phones body has some scratches on it and has also dirtied it, sir i want to get the phone software repaired and also the damages done to the phone by him repaired, please help me out...

            This Is My Second Complain Regarding This Rubbish Phone E5 But Still No Response From Your Side.What You Think That We All Are Fools Or Waht?There Are Lots Of Complain Regarding This Phone It Hangs Lots Of Time Network Goes And Comes Again Automatically.When Any One Tries To Call Me The Caller Here's That The Phone Is Busy Infact I Am Not Talking With Anyone This Things Happen Lots Of Time And Some Times The Caller Here's The Ring But In My Phone It Dosen't Shows That Anyone Is Calling Except This Also There Are Lots Of Other Complains In Your Rubbish Phone It Is My Kind Request To You Whether You Replace My Phone Or Refund My Money Back.I Don't Want Your Rubbish Phone.And If This Time My Complain Will Be Not Taken As Priority I Will Take Legal Action Against You.

            nokia/E 5 — very bad service

            hello sir,
            i am sumit,a month back i had purchased a nokia phone E 5 & from the day of purchasing i am getting
            problem in it.and i went to service centre they behave very rudly to me. now i want nokia 2 give my money back
            1.retailer told me that 3g is in phone but 3g is not in phone

              An E-mail received Regarding Nokia Mobile Draw UK,[protected]@msn.com regarding winning of 700000GBP in Nokia Mobile Draw UK, on that base communicate and got Online Transit Account at Reserve Bank Of India New Delhi. The details of Transfer of money to local bank (Corporation Bank Jalgaon. Acc.No.0379/SB/01/007388) has been submitted on transfer application form. Now the account number was given [protected] and account opening date is 18/08/2011, But while going to Online Transfer it asks for COT(Cost Of Transfer Code) Code.


              Therefore Kindly Provide me COT code to transfer at earliest.

                Dear sir/madam,
                I want you to repair my recently purchased mobile phone (Nokia C3-01 with serial no. [protected] mobile phone). If it was not repairable then replace it and this is your responsibility as it is under warranty (purchased about 2 month back). I got two Job sheets no.[protected]/110820/66 and[protected]/110820/78 at Nokia care, Sec-22 C, Chandigarh. Case ID is 1-[protected] at nokia care web site.
                Here I want to inform you that this is my work cellphone and I am working in an airconditioned office and always leave my phone after working hours at my office so the excuse that the engineer is giving that there is moisture in circuit plate there is absolutly no chance of that.
                I also want to inform you that the Nokia care people first returned the mobile and said that it is working fine now, when I checked the camera of my mobile it was not functional which I was informed the Nokia care people, this problem was the main problem along with software hanging problem which i written from my side.The engineer again checked the mobile and said another problem that there is moisture in phone and it could not be repaired by him and the nokia care people prepared a new job card[protected]/110820/78) from themself and asked me to give receving.
                Here I want to know that:
                1.why they earlier said after dignosis that it is only software problem and after repairing they tried to return it as the mobile is working fine if there was a problem?(Problem is observed by my self at the time of return)
                2.Why the engineer earlier not dignosed the problem which is observed by him at second time?
                3.Why he is saying after their second time dignosis that there is moisture on the plate as there is absolutly no chance of it?(mobile has been neither wet or kept in moist environment i e: Pocket or outside).
                4.Why they prepaired another job card for the same problem?

                I am very disappointed with the service as well as very much unsatisfied also.Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                  I had already made several complaints for the malfunctioning of the microphne of my newly purchased Nokia C3 cell phone.

                  In this regard I have received a call from a cocerned lady named as Rachna yesterday(24th day of August 2011),from the no[protected] and she said that she was from Nokia India and wanted to know the whole story again and assured me before disconnecting the line that she will get back to me over phone knowing the reality and the exact status of Nokia Care,about the specific part required.(Microphone of cell phone-Nokia C3)

                  To get a clear picture I have forwarded both the bills (purchased bill and the repair bill)
                  but still today I did'nt get any positive response frm your side.

                  It is my request to the honourable persons of Nokia to do the favour for me by replacing my cell phone.

                  I hope that my problem will be sorted out and my faith towards Nokia will remain sky high.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have purchased a Nokia C3 set few months back but the microphone is nor working properly.After visiting a nearby nokia care center they have charged Rs 550 for the replacement of the part. But the problem is still existing.

                  After visiting them several times they are not ready to help out and refusing by saying that the specific part is out of stock.

                  I am attaching the details of the bill of purchase as well as the bill of nokia care.

                  Please help me out to sort out the problem.

                    I got Nokia C2-03 brand new mobile phone just 5 hours back. I am facing touch screen hanging/slow. and headset sound is too low. not able to switch off the phone. cannot move my contacts to sim to device..
                    these problems I faced with in 2 hours o[censored]sage. frustrated with this mobile.

                    If I found these many problems within the usage of 2 hours, I don't know how many problems I will face with the upcoming days.

                    i remember the time when i saw first touch screen phones being introduced in the market long time back, and i bet that those touch screens were lot better than nokia c2-03 its one of the worst touchscreen phone had ever seen, have to sell my phone back within a day . c2-03 sucks

                      I had bought a Nokia E5 h/s in Oct, 10. after 2-3 months i started facing problem with the ear phone as i was unable to listen in incoming voice where as the person on the other side could hear me. The problem used to get sorted automatically after some time. Initially it used to happen very rare but the frequency started increasing later and now after every few hours it gets repeated. Also it get hanged also very often. Due to lack of time i have been unable to visit the Nokia Care. Today again the ear phone stopped working then it got hanged and then got switched off. I thought probably the battery was low so tried to charge it but the same is neither getting charged nor getting switched on.

                      The quality of Nokia handsets is getting Deteriorated day by day and really frustrating. I had same problem in my earlier Nokia h/s for which i complained also but didn't got any resolution so i had to finally dump that and now in the same situation again.

                      I have always used Nokia phones but now i really think that i should shift to some other brand....

                      I had bought a Nokia E5 mobile from vadodara city, gujarat on 28th march'11. After one month, my headphones (that came along with my mobile) stopped working. Presently, in start of August'11, my E5 mobile suddenly got blank and switched off. I gave it to Nokia Service centre and came unrepaired after 10 days. I had again send it back to Service Centre via Nokia Care, Akshar Chowk, Vadodara. Still after a week, i Havent got my cell. I am working in a marketing field and my mobile is been part of my cell. I am very unsatisfied from Nokia Care, who had no idea..why my cell came unrepaired. I am missing my contacts due to absence of my handset.
                      I am highly unsatisfied from the service of NOKIA CENTRE.

                              ya i have the same problem my c7 has dead after 20day but be for i buy nokia c7 after 4day the mobile is automatically off then i go to nokia care for the same problem for 2time but thy tell me thr is a software problem and thy update and give me after 20day i updateing my phone by ovi suite but in between mobile which automatically switched off & is unable to switch on again. i go to nokia care thy say me the phone is dead and thy sent to nokia office and tell me to wait then 8days ????????? but i want to know what is the mean problem the phone why ths phone have so many problem what my money
                              i dont buy the nokia mobile 1st time i know nokia is good brand but what about the c series

                              Even we have the same problem. We bought c7 nokia cellphone on December 24th 2010. The phone does not charge properly. We gave it to Nokia service center to get it repaired. They charged some Rs1500, even though it is within the warranty period and we paid. Still the problem persisted. We gave it again. They said some software update - so it will take time. I said that anyway update is available in the net itself. No answer. If we call they say they will call back with in one hour. They will not. Then if we call again, they say they will talk the next day at 10 am. They will not. Now they say the phone is sent to main service center. No news yet. In another 3 months warranty will get over. They should refund the money charged for repair and also replace old phone with a new phone.

                              Now we are using our old Nokia N81 which we are keeping still, as a spare phone. It is working wonderfully well.

                              FIRST MONTH ITSELF MY PHONE's BATTERY GETS HEATED TOO MUCH AND I DIDNT GET MUCH BATTERY BACK UP...I GAVE MY PHONE TO AN AUTHORISED NOKIA CARE CENTRE AT ERNAKULAM.THEY UPDATED SOFTWARE TWICE.BUT DIDNT GET IT RIGHT.THEY SEND IT TO DELHI AND SAID THAT MOTHERBOARD WILL BE RREPLACED.THEY SAID THAT IT WILL TAKE 12 TO 15 DAYS.NOW ALREADY 20 DAYS HAVE PASSED.NO REPLY FROM NOKIA CARE CENTER.WHEN I ASK THEM THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY SATISFACTORY RESPONSES.THEY ARE TOO MUCH IRRESPONSIBLE AND ARROGENT.THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE SENT PHONE TO DELHI FOR REPLACEMENT OF MOTHERBOARD.GOD KNOWS WHAT IS GONNA HAPPEN

                                Hi,am syed using nokia brand from past 8 years which is starting from nokia 3300.every 3 to 4 month i use to go with newly londge nokia model its my hobby.even you can check my profile my name syed & number [protected] in your nokia customer care service server.

                                since these time i realy felt very bad .

                                i took brand new nokia N8 of Rs 22,999.76...invoice no.122785(Talk telecom #5 Mosque Road.Frazer Town.Bangalore[protected]land line no...[protected] IMEI no.is [protected]. on 29/apr/2011..15 of aug i saw your newly londge X-7 & E6. i decide to change my handset to X-7.
                                So on 18/aug morning am started to take back up from my N-8 mobile to external memory ,some of data has copied like Contacts & some snaps suddenly it shows mass storage is corrupted .i treid couple of time, it was not happen .immediatly i reach near by service centre .but he suggested me if he do you lose your warrenty so please visit to nokia care centre.

                                jayanagar 3rd block,service centre is very nearer to me & i always use to go for any complaints i[censored] want u can check my name number registerd, couple of time igot replacement of new mobiles also like N-81.
                                these time i seriously shocked i visit arround 16/aug ...6pm. she ask me to wait for 10 mnt you will get back your phone.after 1/2 hr she said today its not possible u will get your phone tommorow morning i said ok fine.the next day she says its on progress it will take some more time .i left from there i asked her to call me once it ready.she call me arround 1pm & says some liquid found in your phone it will charge for 500 hundred bucks.& also said if liquid found you wn't get warrenty.i said ok fine give back my cell i will go to other service centre after 1hr she call me & said your cell itself not working its dead.when i hand over phone all the system application were working 1st class only i was unable to take back up.i shouted them like any thing then they come back on 22nd of aug & says you have to change your display which is cost of Rs...5000. i realy shocked.

                                Know u suggest what to do with these.which am 8 year old customer.

                                & my Question is if liquid found in cell how come my cell working perfectly from past 3 month. i was having only mass storage problem.
                                in these regard i have number of time call to your customer care number.
                                Know am not understanding what to do.if services like .please dont let me down do the needfull ASAP.

                                  I have recently bought a handset, NOKIA C3-01, touch n type. I'm facing my problems using it. It switches off by itself n while turning it on some of the data deletes automaticlly. Hanging problem is also there. Though I have got it serviced once by NOKIA CARE, the problem is still there. Being a working woman, I have to maintain data n because of all these problems im facing many challanges. I had always used NOKIA handsets in the past n have faith in the brand. But now im very disappointed n getting irritated due to all this. Hope my request will b considered asap.

                                    I purchased a new C6-01 mobile. Its battery backup is too low. I can make it only 4 to 5 calls. So I can talk total 30 min. After full charge i am not getting only half day also. i trust on Nokia that its battery backup is very high but Nokia disappoint me.so I request you to replace new phone or just solve my problem

                                        Dear Officer,

                                        I purchased Nokia X3 slider handset on 11.05.2011 from Spice Hot Spot, Nehru Place.
                                        On August 15th,, 2011, I connected the USB cable [provided in the box] with the phone and to laptop to download pics from phone.
                                        When I removed the USB cable from the handset, a part of the USB post in Nokia handset came out with it.
                                        I brought it to Nokia Authorized Service centre at Kotla Mubarakpur - the handset and the Nokia USB cable in a polypack - untouched for UNDER WARRANTY REPAIR
                                        The lady supervisor without hearing me out said - this is PHYSICAL DAMAGE to the phone and NOT manufacturing defect. Pay Rs. 3200/- and get it fixed or go wherever you want.
                                        I called Nokia care from there itself at[protected]
                                        I was heard by the executive, but despite my repeated explanation and consultation with their supervisor I was told they do not understand MANUFACTURING DEFECT but will ONLY treat it as PHYSICAL DAMAGE. The call was attended by Ali Jose, who said they would get back in 48 hours with my complaint
                                        The complaint number issued was 1-[protected]
                                        I received a call as committed and was asked to bring back my handset to the same service centre, this time an engineer would evaluate the problem. Living far off in Guragon and having a small baby at home, I went to the Kotla Mubarakpur service centre this morning.
                                        I requested for the engineer to see and understand the problem. I also carried a sealed USB cable of another handset I bought while Nokia could be repaired and demonstrated in front of the engineer how a cable can be easily used in any other handset and DEFINITELY on MANUFACTURING DEFECT can release the cable with internal part of the phone.
                                        Before the engineer could react, he was rushed in and again the lady supervisor comes back saying the handset will be fixed at a discount, only if I pay Rs. 2400/- and we will fix it. There was lot of fun and laughter at this centre on my account among the staff.
                                        I again call Nokia Care at[protected]. Rahul, Asst manager, Nokia Care Line clearly said he is helpless as nothing like this is taught to them and they do not know anything about MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
                                        I requested for Nokia in-house engineers set up who can easily understand the problem, but he insisted he is not authorized to do so.
                                        It is rather unfortunate that despite requests from dealers and many complains about this handset, i chose to purchase the same.
                                        IMPORTANT - On first day of purchase the headset of the phone was not working and the same was replaced by the same Kotla Mubarakpur service centre immediately.

                                        This is a request from a consumer who is being denied Warranty service by Nokia bullies. I am willing to bring the handset in its present condition anywhere, It is certain an engineer will just understand immediately.
