Myself Somnath Choudhury, staying at Agartala has buyed the Nokia C3-01 bearing IMEI No.[protected]handset from the Nokia Priority Dealer from Agartala whose Memo / Bill no. 29194 dated at 20/5/2011. But unfortunately my handset was showing battery problem still from the day i buyed the set.After few days i found my sometimes the handset hangs n it was too heat...

But on 20 Th July i found a major problem that my camera for that handset is not working ...i then went to Nokia care (Namami Enterprise) on the next day where i submitted the handset bearing my job sheet no. 57383 dated at 21/07/2011...where they opened the set n informed me that it was a water logging problem and they r submitting my set if they can manage to repair it they will try but otherwise they will sent it to Gurgaon where it may take a months' time...i do what they said...accordingly i waited for a week n I visited there where they informed me my handset is moved to Delhi for the necessary process...where i was told to wait for month... i waited for a month n after that i again visited where they told me to enquire after a week...i said ok...

I then visited after a week where a lady of the Nokia care told me that my handset has been backed from Delhi and company is failure to repair the damaged handset but the company has replaced me a new handset n i can collect it...i was told to wait for a week time so that they kan open the parcel...i waited and then suddenly in the afternoon somebody from Nokia care called me n told me that to receive my damage handset...i was shocked n i told them i was assured by a lady for replacing a new handset...but they denied n told me that they cant say it...n was indulging me that they have taken the handset n i was undersigned it in the job sheet by a water logging problem...which was may be a out of warranty in that case...i then requested to repair it as a out of warranty in that case...but they said they are helpless...

I never dropped it from hand n never i thrown it to a water surface as far as my knowledge is concerned...i am not a technician that i will knew it a water logging problem what they told i trusted...but if they cant do to solve my problem why they hanged upto me and why i am being told that of replaced handset?is it a FROAD?

BUYING A SET OF C3-01 OF RS.8300/- IS A PUNISHMENT AND HARRASMENT...IS THAT IT WAS MY CRIME TO BUY THAT PRODUCT? To buy a NOKIA PRODUCT OF SUCH A PRICE IS TO PLAY GAMBLE OF MONEY...SHAME OF NOKIA AND NOKIA SERVICES...Nokia does not connect it should look this matter for such type of HARRASMENT AS I SUFFERED...

i had suffered a lot may be i wont trust NOKIA again but i will b happy i[censored] kindly solve my matter...

      Bluetooth part repalced
      I take visit your authorized service center twice after receiving your reply. They are not agree on this.. Why they change this blue tooth part and Why it was not written in the job sheet...?
      Why they are not inform to me at the time of repairing or at the time of delivery of the handset.

      Why You people are not give me your proper reply on my issue.
      I wrote in my each and every e-mails, complains, even on telephonic discussion also... The Authorized Service Center -BOHRA SERVICES - Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

      They replace my original Blue Tooth Part from my handset.
      They give me a Job Sheet Number:[protected]/110816/59 - Estimated Value Rs. 100/- and they charge/taken Rs. 496/- including tax..
      Why they charge/taken FIVE times more amount.

        I am Satyapal Singh purchased the Nokia handset C-5 and the IMEI No. [protected] my handset suddenly camera not working. So i go to your authorized service center at NRI communication O-9 First Floor Lajpat nagar II New Delhi 110024 Phone No.[protected], on date 23-aug-2011 at 1:13 pm. I handover my set to service center and get the job sheet no.[protected]/110823/55 set warrnty ref.no. GLBINY[protected] target of delivery date 23-aug-2011 but they not deliver my hand set and told me you got your hand shet aftr two days after that i alway ask on telephone that my set complted or not. but same reply by the aouthriesd service centr aftr that on date 5-9-2011 i went to aouthriesd service centr and ask about my hand set than they told me that your hand set cant repaired i ask the reason, they told me that your hand set sort circuit when it repaired i told him that when i handover my hand set that time my hand set is working only cemra function is not working so i gave my hand set to you for repaired in warranty period but you try to return my hand set in dead position so i cant recieve my hand set so kindly arrenge to handover my hand set in ok posotion

          hi am facing lot of issues with N8. its only 5 months after i bought this handset and during this time at many instances the phone used to get hung / abruptly switch off. day before yesterday the phone got totally dead and the phone is not rebooting. i had taken this to Customer Care Nokia. the funniest part is that they are not able to fix the problem and that they need to despatch to Delhi for software upgradation & the same may take 8 working days min it seems !!!!!!. also the other fact is that they cannot backup the contents and all the contents will be erased. with lot of expectation i bought this mobile, but to my disappointment, the software part crashes and this phone cannot compete with its counterparts. unless and until Nokia restores faith in this machine, it will be difficult for customers to recommend this.

          Nokia N8 — i cant able to hear the voice of other side person

            I purchased a Nokia X1-01 model phone from Sangeetha Mobiles, Kilkattalai in the first week of August 2011. This is a dual SIM phone recently launched by NOKIA
            The quality of the phone is very bad as I have innumerable problems. The cell phone model seems to be a defective model as I have cross checked with another friend of mine who has brought the same phone and he too is facing the same problem. At least once or twice in a week there is no cell phone operator's signal for hours together untill the phone is switched OFF & ON. Also sometimes the cell automatically switches OFF & ON which again happens almost 3 to 4 times a week. It also has several software issues which also adds up to the inconvinience.

            Nokia — Cell phone is working well

            Dear Sir/Mam,
            Recently i have purchased Nokia 5310 xpressmusic mobile phone it`s 3 month away.
            Since I was purchased it was not working well even I repaired that 2 to 3 time. I had to speak with Noika customer care so many time, every times receptionist transferred my call to customer care but concern one given no positive response and made pretend she will give you ring. It`s takes all around one month. I`m so much frustrated from nokia service. Please do needful at your ends. Your quickly action will be highly appreciated.

            Please note that this is not a problem with the piece that I have but is a generic issue with the model itself.
            On registering a coplaint on this site, the Nokia peoplecalled me & asked me to go to a service centre... which I did visit.

            But they too were unable to help as the phone does not have a backup facility.

            I would like to put a case against Nokia for selling defective phones...In my opinio, the modl itself has a lot of snags which I have also confirmed from few of my friends.
            Request someone to guide me as to how to lodge a consumer complaint against Nokia.
            On registering a complaint on this site I got a call from Nokia asking me to visit the nearest service centre. I visited the Thane (Maharashtra) service centre but they could not resolve as the phone does not have a backup facility which I insisted that I need the phone book & the messages.

            Now I would like to lodge a complaint against Nokia for selling defective model which I want them to withdraw from the market. Please guide me as how I should lodge a consumer complaint.
            i am also facing many problem but the important is network related it does not support both network as other phone does so do not purchase this phone

              I had purchased the subject Nokia Mobile from M/s. Vishal General Stores, 3,4, Shree Krishna Chamber, Chanod Colony, GIDC, Vapi Ph. 2453666 Mobile: [protected], [protected], who is the retailer of Nokia Mobiles, in the name of my company M/s. Pooja Marketing, Vapi, vide Invoice No. 4169 dated 22.11.2010. The Bill amount inclusive of VAT is Rs. 6200/-.

              In the said mobile handset, some liquideous material is seen frequently which is sometimes increasing and sometimes decreasing. Due to this problem, I am very much fed up and I am not able to see the incoming calls/messages as well as I am not able to perform any functions properly. I had complained about the said product with the above retailer, but he is not ready to listen anything and he straightway denied to replace it. Sirs, the handselt is completely having manufacturing defect. It has not been broken or fallen in water. It is inbuilt defect.

              It is requested that my handset may please be replaced immediately or instructions may please be issued to the above retailer to replace the same.

                This is a complain regarding non availability of Nokia mibile handsate C2-03 which has been launched recently.As by the advertisement, it is available in 2 colors i.e. black & white. I checked all the shops of mobile for the white piece but no single shopkeeper is having it.If you show the adv. of both colors then why no single piece is available in any of the shop? Please if possible make it arrange the same.I stay at goregaon (w) -mumbai.
                Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                I have purhased c2-03, i want to confirm that is it support u-tube and Airtel Live TV Applictions.

                I have tried a lot thru yesjar.com but the phone shows site numbers to connect, after selecting the same NO ACTIONS taken by the phone.

                Thru above steps other phones started to watch Live TV on Mobile.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  There was a problem,in my handset Nokia C5-03. The problem was that the touch pad was not working. It was on 31 July 2011 the problem started. I immediately took the handset to Nokia care center (Malleshwaram Bangalore-03)) on 1 Aug 2011. They took the handset and gave the service job sheet and the Target delivery date was 13 Aug 2011. But till now i haven't received the handset. I had been 5-6 times to the service station, in the last one month. The people over there wont respond properly. They say that the handset is sent to Noida and it is under observation. My question is that will really take such a long time for the repair to be done? Please do not waste the valuable time of Customers valuable time.Kindly look into the matter and reply.

                    for repairs to the authorised nokia centre located at tirur -kerala.
                    on 25th july2011. they collect my phone
                    and promised me they will return that within 30days. But still not returned the handset..

                    they are not providing that. what will i do now..

                      i have purchased a nokia C6 on may '11. it was malfunctioning since quite sometime, the touch and keypad was not working properly, the phone used to hang, it gets re-started while one talks on the phone. i took it to the nokia care center, lajpat nagar, delhi. they charged me 3k as there was liquid inside the phone, yesterday i got the delivery, though the touch and keypad issues got resolved rest haven't in spite of complaining about it. i am xtremely disappointed and upset due to this. can ne1 help me out on this pls?

                      Nokia C6 — Phone not working.

                      Had bought nokia c6 on dec 2010. Problem started frm feb 2011. Since thn hav given the phone 6 times to nokia care. Still phone is not working. They are not giving any feedback. Twice they refused to accept my phone. Hav complained in nokia. No response. nokia care managers not ready to talk. NRI Communications in Lajpat Nagar Delhi said i will have to pay 4000 for repair under warranty and didnt take my phone. New India telecom Manager Rais Shaikh didnt talk to me. They didnt give me a spare handset and finally they gave one which is not working. Details of phone are: IMEI NO:[protected]

                      Various Complain nos i got are: 1-[protected] 1-[protected] rest i dnt hav record.
                      Have 6 job sheets whic i got aftr givin my phone to nokia care
                      Nokia needs to do something abt this piece and they shld knw hw 2 tlk and handle customers

                        Sir/Ma'am,

                        My father had purchased a Nokia E5-00, (IMEI:[protected]) device, on 1st Nov 2010. It started giving problems with the microphone since around the middle of July 2011, as the voice was intermittently or lately, completely inaudible to the opposite person connected to.
                        This was immediately reported to Nokia Customer Care, Electra Care at sector 35, Chandigarh for the first time on 23rd July, where the staff only inquired about any kind of water infiltration, but he refused as no such accident had ever happened. The phone was submitted with the centre for inspection which was returned after 4 days, which on receiving worked fine, but soon after the problem reappeared.

                        On reporting this for the second time to the care centre, it was conveyed to him that the sim card might be defective. However, after checking the issue with various sims available at home, the problem still persisted.

                        For the third meeting, around 16th August, the issue was reported to Electra Care, however the technical staff, on looking at the phone, said that the problem was beyond their scope for repair, and the phone had to be sent to the 'factory' for part replacement. It was also informed that even though the phone was in warranty period, the charge sheet prepared on the first meeting mentioned 'minor liquid damage', without any acknowledgement or intimation to us, which made the warranty void and the task would have to be charged for an estimate of 1000 rupees. Even after repeatedly conveying to them that there had been no incidence of liquid damage, they refused to offer any help. This forced us to withdraw.

                        However, my father found it extremely difficult using an older phone set with its own problems, for a final remedy for all the harassment, we decided to shell out the 1000 rupees and get the phone repaired instead of having to buy a new one.
                        Thus for the 4th time, on 19th of August, Electra care was approached and they prepared a fresh chargesheet, this time advancing to liquid damage from 'minor liquid damage' and voided the warranty.
                        The call was received on the 22nd of August that the phone was ready, but it was collected on the 30th of August. On receiving, the sound was partially audible, to this, the staff remarked that it could be a minor signal problem, but ensured that the replaced part carries a one month warranty. The amount paid for the repair was Rs. 892/-

                        But on reaching home, it became clear that phone was still problematic, and the frequency of intermittent problems with the mic have only increased.

                        Although the month long warranty is still valid, we feel harassed and robbed off of our money. There was no intimation in the first meeting that there was any liquid damage, which was later used as a clause to nullify the warranty. Despite that, the 'supposed' replacement of parts for which we were charged has not helped in any way. Now we do not trust the so called customer 'care' and have lost faith in Nokia brand too. This is a clear case of consumer harassment and cheating, and we wish to approach the consumer court for the same.
                        As our last hope, we thought that intimating you might be of some help, while your customer care dealership model is hopeless.

                        We request replacement of the defective phone set which should have been the ideal case in the first place, along with the refund for the repair/part replacement by the customer care which we doubt took place at all.
                        Your response in this matter is eagerly awaited.

                        Nokia — Defective set and harassment

                        I purchased a Nokia N 96 on the 6th of October'2008 from Hotspot, Marathahalli, Bangalore. This set started troubling me from the first day itself. Within a week it was formatted at Nokia's now closed service centre at Marathahalli. Second time it got formatted by myself on advice from Nokia Helpline. I lost all the 'complimentary' software that Nokia gave in the first formatting only. Nokia's response to this : we can not do any thing.

                        After that I continuously complained regarding the phone log not working. I was asket to reset the phone to factory setting on more than one occassion, which I did. The problem returned after some time on all these occassions. I was again advised to give the phone to Nokia Care.

                        This time I had to take it to Thippasandra as the Nokia Care near my home was closed down. This one was about 10 kms from my place. It takes almost two hours going and coming back, with the kind of traffic bangalore has now a days.

                        I gave the phone to Nokia Care on the 17th (I do not remember the date but have the job sheet number). I was asked to collect it the next day at 11:00 AM. I went there again the next day at 1:00 pm and was made to wait almost fourty minutes and then told to come later as the phone was not ready. After I made some noise I was given the phone after 10 mins saying that it has been repaired.

                        The real nightmare begins now. On coming back I discovered that the set has developed another snag. The audio on the handset was not working this time. Again I took the handset back and this time I was told that it will take another 12 days.

                        To make a long story short, this 12 days was postponed to 2nd of Feb and then I was called on 2nd that it would take another 6 days to get the set back.

                        These Nokia people are horrible. They do not have any standards and all these talk about 'We care' is nothing but eye wash. I would not advice even an enemy to go in for this company, specially for their high end phones.

                        Nokia E-5 Mobile handset — Harrasment by Nokia Care

                        Dear Sir/ Madam

                        This is to bring to your kind attention that I purchased a Nokia E-5 WHT Handset from Croma -Vikas shopping Mall Plot no.18 Sector - 3 Rohini Delhi. after 3 month of purchase my handset had problem with the handset speaker. I was unable to hear the incoming calls. I was reffered to Nokia care which is name of Dexters G-,G-8 15, Manglam building, Sec -3 Rohini. They repaired and returned me the handset and assured that handset had no physical damage from my side. However after 15 days the handset again had the same problem. I went to the same address of Dexters and got it repaired again, however again after 7 days I had the same problem. Now I am requesting a replacement which I am being denied and I have to run again and again to the store.

                        Request your kind attention into the same as I have ! year warranty plus1.5 year of extended warranty but of no use.

                          Sir,

                          My name is Mr. Sachin Mohol, I purchased new Nokia C1-01 from Shambhu Mobile shoppe, Kamshet, Dist - Pune on 13th May 2011 (IMEI No. is [protected]). From last month key pad of this handset is not working properly.
                          My uncle went to nokia service center at pimpri-chinchwad to repair this handset. they told that problem is with keypad IC and we can't repair it even they refuse our complaint also.
                          So please help us in this matter, if this will not repaired by nokia then I will go to consumer court & media.

                            This complaint is with regards to my Nokia handset which i have purchased 2 months back from an Mobile Shop named Galaxy (which is situated in Lotus Court, Opposite Adinath Society, Satara Road.) When I bought this handset there were no problem however, after 2 days the phone ringer was not working. So I went to the point of purchase and complaint about the same. He told me to go to the nearest Nokia Care...

                              my nokia 5233 display is not working so i went to my nearest nokia care centre.
                              they told me that your display is dead ,so i asked them by when my phone will be ok
                              they said your display is out of stock so it may take around 15 days to come.
                              and they asked me to come back in 20 days... so i went again ... since then its been 2 months
                              they havent solved my problem yet . i dont even think they will be able to.. so i tried to take your help.

                                I have purchased a Nokia x2-01 mobile handset recently and have found that it does not display the messages as they are sent. The blank lines between the messages do not show and the text is displayed without those lines. For Example if the original message is as following:

                                More over the unread messages do not show on the top in the inbox list instead if you have an unread message in the inbox you have to scroll down to find it.
                                I have checked about 7-8 java based handsets & this problem is common for all of them. Specially with the hand sets which are about 2-3 year old. This is a basic software problem and the Nokia Care centres rather than provding a solution don't even know about them.
                                Kindly do the needful & help me find a solution.

                                Nokia — inbox Messages not found

                                I am using N-72 i had removed the memory card while the mobile was switch on due to which all the data in the inbox had gone now it is showing no messages in the inbox i had around 65 messages in the inbox. Kindly help me for the same i am very worried. please help me.

                                  my mobile set C3 is having nothing in the name of menus.nokia care itself has accepted that the s/w is corrupted,but they always said to me that they have formatted it,and yet the condition is same.even when i was present there,i told them that you have not solved the problem,but they did not listen to me.now i am having a mobile worth rs/-6000 with no facility.just i can talk only.even the inbox is not there.help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

                                    Nokia service center khanna has converted my new n8 into scrap in 1 month.First they said my mobile is damaged due to water.There was no chance of damage by water because it was just restarting only.Then they took rs.4800 for repair then again took rs. 1300 for changing sim tray.There was no problem of sim.After my complaint no nokia authorities contacted me.They just sent me mail that i should talk again with nokia service center.Ok service center person told me that he will change my whole hardware with other n8 set.I dont know whose set was that.They gave me set but it had problem of camera and mass memory.Camera was unable to open and i was unable to use mass memory.They stopped to listen my phone calls.After many visits the person met me who gave threat that take your old phone and money and get out.They changed my main parts of mobile and made it dead.Just after 2 months of buying.The only problem was of restarting.These nokia teams do nothing against complaints.I request every one not to buy nokia phone.These people are liers.They did nothing and suggested me to meet that person again who damaged my set.Loathsome

                                      I purchased a Nokia BL 4 CT battery few days before from retail store in Warud. It has Nokia Hologram mark as a sign of its originality. But when I use it, I came to know that its not original as its get discharged very soon. The retail outlet is not ready to provide me the original battery. They are asking to contact Nokia for replacement.
