sir
iam susant was realy fedoff with nokia care kusum communication in balasore.when my display was not working i visit nokia care and they told the display ic was problem. then i changed with giving fond.but after tat i face a chatter sound in my speaker when i repair the same again the display was not working.so i cant understand the service of nokia care . They solve one problem and creating a new one. so i request u pl take care about it giv me a pleasure service.

nokia/n70m — NOT WORKING

This is to inform you that, i have purchase mobile Nokia-N70m in Jan'07, suddenly which is not working, so i gave to nokiacare at Anna Nagar-Chennai, they told to me after 25 days, we could not able to repaire the mobile. When i purchase the mobile that time they told to me that this mobile will work upto 5 years without any fault.

Pls clarify my complaint asap

    I Have a NOKIA C5,that i had purchased last year,its push button gone out of t keypad,and its camera is not working now,i gave it for repair,in the nokia care.They told me that THE SET IS OUT OF WARANTY,due to the issue regarding the keypad.I want to make it clear that,almost 60% of c5 is having this same problem regarding the keypad(not the no key,other key,which is used for the call).Its not from our fault that the keypad had gone out the set.Its because of the type of the keypad that they had in the set,due to this,we are facing the difficulty by purchasing this set.I want to clear the fault,as the set is under garanty period(till jan 2012).I just want to tell you that,plz stop this handset,otherwise please clear the complaint regarding the keypad.       i have brought a new nokia x01 01 phone, it specification tells that it stand by is 43 days,
      but it is giving 4 days only, not atleast 10 days, without playing mp3, maximum call usage is 30 min for all 4 days
      Hi, I do have same problem. Infect, the sound quality of earplugs are very poor and sometimes it automatically get switched off at the time of calling. And, many times it shows that the heandsfree not supported, which is supplied with this phone. Kindly look into this too.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I have purchased NOKIA N8 (IMEI: [protected]) on[protected] in MOBIL STORE at Hydernagar, Hyderabad. Within 2 days I have faced a problem of ‘No outgoing audio’. I have gone to mobile store on 4th July and asked them for the replacement of the mobile with explaining the problem which I am facing. They refused to replace the mobile set and explained that they have rights to replace the mobile within in one day. How can we get the problem within one day, they have to consider at least for one week. MOBIL STORE suggested me to visit NOKIA care. Then I have shown my mobile to NOKIA CARE, i.e. DEVATHA COMMUNICATIONS, Kukatpally, Hyderabad on 7th July 2011. The JOB SHEET NO is[protected]/11070/83. They have updated the software and handed over the mobile to me on 8th July 2011 and told that the problem is rectified. After 2 days, I have observed same problem, with more intensity. Again I have visited your NOKIA CARE, DEVATHA COMMUNICATIONS, Kukatpally on 25th July. They told that ‘we will send this mobile to our main office because of repeated visiting with the same problem’. Next day i.e. 26th July, they called me to collect the mobile and told that they rectified the problem. Then I have asked them ‘how you have rectified?’, they replied ‘we updated the software’. I asked them how cloud it be, last time also you did the same thing. Without repairing the mobile they informed me to collect. I have explained the problem that at what time I am facing the Problem. They asked for few days for identifying the problem and curing, I said OK. After this they have not called and they have not updated me. On 3rd Aug 2011, I called them, they said that the mobile is repaired and told to collect the mobile in the evening. When, I went to NOKIA CARE, DEVATHA COMMUNICATIONS, Kukatpally for collecting the mobile, the mobile was not in the office it was taken out from the office by the manager for observation. Then I asked them to bring and hand over my piece. They started deleting the all the data from the mobile after receiving the mobile from outside, they have deleted almost all the data. After one hour waiting they gave the mobile to me. HOW they will use my mobile for their personal use. They used my mobile for capturing photos outside in some function on 31st July 2011 and they have downloaded games and songs using my mobile. I will show you the evidences that they have used my mobile for their personal purpose which is against rules. The people in DEVATHA COMMUNICATIONS, Kukatpally are lying, first they told that manager has taken the mobile and at the end when I have asked to call the manager, they told that the technician has taken the mobile outside.

        I am giving this complaint for the right justice.

          I am using the Nokia x3-02 From last 6 Month and i purchase this mobile in Kolkata (28-feb-11).

          And after 20 days i register a complaint regarding of OVER HEATING During the time of charging. and i get the reply from your end that it WILL HAPPEN NO ISSUE. and again i register the complaint in Nokia care in Ahmadabad regarding of OVER HEATING ALL THE SOFTWARE IN MOBILE ARE CORRUPTED MEDIA PLAYER IS ALSO NOT WORKING And i get the reply from ur End that Fully liquid damaged its unable to repair . So Please tell me i[censored]r reply is only this then Next time onward Please Don't Give the warranty Period to any o[censored]r customer . Finally i come to know that if Nokia handset is not repairable then its better that i can Buy any china handset . There is not any difference between Nokia and china. So Its my honestly request to You Tell Me Clearly that is it Repairable or Not ? We are waiting for you Answer

            It is a shame to receive such service from the Nokia care centers knowing that Nokia has such a good reputation as far as I am concerned, otherwise I would not have purchased their product.

            I took my handset in for repairs at Nokia Care center (unit had an intermittent charging problem), Alpha Cellular 118 Cowey Raod, Essennwood in Durban on the 27June 2011 and told that the unit will be ready in two weeks time from the said date. I was advised that the sms will be sent for collection.

            Two weeks passed without an sms and I took an initative to call and check if it was not ready yet maybe they forgot to send an sms on the 6th July 2011. I was told to wait for an sms because the unit was not repaired yet.

            Four weeks passed and I called Alpha Cellular again on the 28th July 2011 to check if the unit was not ready yet, I was told the unit was not fully repaired. When I asked what that meant, I was told that the unit had an intermitent problem (works for a while and stops on its own) and the technician was still busy on it. I asked as to how long will that take and why was I not advised about that in advance. I then asked to speak to a technician, I was not allowed to and I then asked them to ensure that my unit is completed and I will call in a weeks time from then and also gave them an ultimum.

            On the 2nd of Aug 2011 I called in again to check if my unit was ready and I was told that my unit was worked on before and had liquid damaged hence its beyond economical repair.
            I said to them I can never dispute anything that the technician finds during his troubleshooting process on my unit, however, I am the only one using that unit and has never been worked on before that I can assure you.

            This is worse service I have ever seen especially from such a big company with such good reputation. I am very dissapointed and will never opt for Nokia in the future. I am an Electrical Engineering Technologist by profession and am aware of the impact and implications o[censored]nauthorised use / work on equipment hence I would never temper with or ven attempt conducting such practise on any equipment I am not authorised for.

            To bring this to attention as well, on booking my hanset at Alpha Cellular I had to take the accessories with me which was the sim card and battery. And on taking the battery out one of the screws came off at the bottom and I then made a comment saying that probably this was one of reasons of this intermittent charging problem and I then advise them to mention on the jobcard, which I left they did but due to less space it was not written in full hence they were going finish by handwritting it on their jobcard.

                i my self mr hasmukh solanki i purchased a cel phone nokia C6 on 07/05/2011 its been nearly 2hlf month i am facing some prblm while using the headset its get hang the application works very slow wenever i am typing msg its get switch off n also while listng music player evn the flash light is not working n also call sensor is not working i already given to a care centre at vasai 1 time and 3 time at borivali steel am facin the same prblm even they are not able to reconnize the fault plz can i get a replacement steel my headset is at borivali care centre its been mre than a week i hvnt got ny progress n am strugling to get my cell plz see the prblm n sort it out if not atleast give a replacement my email id is Hasmukh.[protected]@gmail .com my contact no is [protected]/[protected] headset details are..........

                  Sub: Replacement of Handset

                  Dear Sir,

                  I had recently bought Noikia C6-01 BLACK, dated-18/5/2011 vide invoice number ; 122/34393 from HOME TOWN,NOIDA.

                  I am surprised to draw your attention that ever since I bought this phone the same is giving trouble, the phone gets switched-off while not in use and screen gets jammed while using, it seems the touch technology has some technical flaw.

                  I had also visited your Nokia Service Center at Sector 2, Noida (Near Nirula's) and was made to wait for 3 hours and was told that they have removed the memory card as due to the virus the phone was not working properly.

                  THE PROBLEM REMAINS SAME EVEN AFTER THE REMOVAL OF MEMORY CARD, IT SEEMS YOUR SERVICE CENTRE IS NOT WELL EQUIPPED TO DIAGNOSE THE EXACT PROBLEM.

                  I am in no mood to run around carrying my phone to these service centres, henceforth, I finally request you to kindly send your representative and get me a new handset.

                  I would request once again ,your office to kindly replace the same with a new version to avoid any further inconvenience.

                  Hope for an early remedy for my sufferings.

                    Nokia 6233 — audio problem

                    Dear Sir
                    I have purchased one 6233 Mobile phone in Universal Mobile showroom on 16 Mar 08. 12 June 08 I have given this mobile to warranty service in Rocky Agencis chennai (Quantum) due to Left speaker and full audia system not working.. After 20 days i received my mobile back.

                    Again my phones Right speaker and audio system failure in 02 Nov 08. Second time I have submitted my phone in Rocky (Quantum) Agencies on 22 Nov 08. The service engineer has advised me to come and collect your mobile after receiving the SMS from the service center. But till today ( 09 Dec 08 ) I didn't received any SMS from the service center then when can i get my mobile. ??????

                      Hi,
                      I Purchased a blue Nokia N8 on 24th Dec 2010 and it was working absolutely fine till 4 months and in month of April 2011 it started showing problem with light sensor and i went to nokia care centre at lower parel - Today telecom, which they fixed it within a week. However after few days i noticed that the blue colour started fading drastically and in last week of april i went back to service centre and complained that till 4 months the colour did not fade and all of sudden after it returned from service centre the colour faded. Mr. Deep Parekh from today telecom accepted that the mobile was not in such bad colour before it came to service and said positively that the body will be replaced. He took snaps of my cell and said he is mailing it to nokia HQ in Delhi and will wait for their reply. Till today i.e 01st August 2011 i have not heard anything from him or one Mr. Girish and whenever i call their servie center no. 24300778/9 a lady named dipali answers the phone and she talks so rudely and does not answer properly when i ask her the update on my cell body and always says that Mr deep or Girish are very busy to come on call. The last i called up she told me go complain to consumer court and even they would not do anything.
                      This is the reason why i feel cheated by the 3rd grade service of nokia service centres and on top of that such illiterate telephone operators of theirs.
                      I am very disappointed by Nokia care - Today telecom (Lower Parel) and they have tampered with my Nokia N8 blue body due to which the colour has fully faded..
                      I am a strict nokia lover and have been using nokia handsets since past 10 years but because of such service centres of Nokia i have decided never ever to purchase any nokia handsets and will advice people also not to purchase nokia handsets.

                      ON TOP OF IT I GET REPLY TO MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT ON SAME ISSUE THAT MATTER IS RESOLVED. I WANT TO KNOW WHEN DID NOKIA CARE PEOPLE EVEN GET BACK TO ME ON THIS ISSUE. THEY KNOW THAT IT WAS THEIR FAULT SO THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO GET BACK.
                      I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH 3rd GRADE SERVICE FROM COMPANY LIKE NOKIA.

However after few days i noticed that the blue colour started fading drastically and in last week of april i went back to service centre and complained that till 4 months the colour did not fade and all of sudden after it returned from service centre the colour faded. Mr. Deep Parekh from today telecom accepted that the mobile was not in such bad colour before it came to service centre and said positively that the body will be replaced. He took snaps of my cell and said he is mailing it to nokia HQ in Delhi and will wait for their reply. Till today i.e 01st June 2011 i have not heard anything from him or one Mr. Girish and whenever i call their servie center no. 24300778/9 a lady named dipali answers the phone and she talks so rudely and does not answer properly when i ask her the update on my cell body and always says that Mr deep or Girish are very busy to come on call. The last i called up she told me go complain to consumer court and even they would not do anything.
                      This is the reason why i feel cheated by the 3rd grade service of nokia service centres and on top of that such illiterate telephone operators of theirs.
                      I am very disappointed by Nokia care - Today telecom (Lower Parel) and they have tampered with my Nokia N8 blue body due to which the colour has fully faded..
                      I am a strict nokia lover and have been using nokia handsets since past 10 years but because of such service centres of Nokia i have decided never ever to purchase any nokia handsets and will advice people also not to purchase nokia handsets.

                      I do not think Nokia is even interested in customer complaints. I have not heard from any one yet after mailing on the above ID. I have mailed twice on the above id.
                      This proves Nokia is at fault and it is not willing to respond to customer grievences. Very Very Disappointed by Nokia and it's useless service centres.
                      I am repenting now buying the Nokia N8 and i had saved like for 6 months to buy this phone and i paid Rs, 25k on this phone. I should have gone for either Blackberry or Samsung phones.
                      My advice to all people do not buy nokia phones they are faulty and service centre's are like local govt offices where the service executives are illiterate and they do not themselves know the make and model no. of Nokia phones.

                      My issue is NOT YET resolved. The body panel is still the same and i have not heard back from any one from Nokia yet.
                      My original problem is still there and after this complaint i have not heard back from any one from Nokia.
                      My N8 Blue body colour is still fading and nokia is not even bothered to have a look at it.
                      Your Lower Parel service centre has tampered with my N8 body and not even resolving this issue and you are replying to me that your query is resolved. What kind of service is this. Firstly NO 1 has got back to me about the complaint and after couple of weeks you reply saying your queryis resolved. I think Nokia needs to hire real professionals to handle customer complaints.

                      nokia n-8 — bad product visavis price and already not working

                      i purchased his nokia n8 handset in the month of march 2011 from a store in ahmednagar in maharastra. IMEI no is [protected]. Around 20 days back the hanset stopped functioning and it coulnot be started and i gave it to nokia care in jabalpur, mp and they told me that there is some hardware problem and they have to send it to delhi for repair and it will take around 10 days. accordingly i gavee theset and i got a call from the nokia care centre day before yesterday that the set is repaired. But again from yesterday it is not working. Today i again contacted the care and i was told that the mother board is to be repaired.
                      My question is why i should not be replacedewith a new set as these high end phones if they start malfunctioning then they should pay the damages.

                      nokia n-8 — NOKIA PEOPLE BOTHER ME 3 MONTHS

                      hello, i bought a nokia n-8 handset on[protected], from theat day i feel theat thee device which i purchased is not working properly, it was dead after 3 days automatically, and it becomes very slow after that, i went to nokia care at shankar shet road pune on[protected], and submitted the device there, they told me that it couldnt repair here, we will send it to company and replace it, after theat i went to nokia care center many times but theey didnt give me my device, then i complaint more than 15 times to nokia helpline and nokia support system,
                      then the care center person gave me a replaced device on 9-2-2012,
                      i saw that device carefully then i came to know that the device is not new one but it he gave me thee used one device, because the screen of device was damaged in inside,there was more thean 200 photos, 15 videos and more than 25 downloaded applications,
                      i return that device on 10th feb,
                      then he again repair that device and return me back on[protected],
                      again i noticed that the device is not working properly, its navigation was not connecting,
                      i again resubmit the device to nokia care center on[protected],
                      and now waiting for it,
                      in theis period i asked to nokia company and nokia care center person to provide me the track record of my device, nobody is ready to provide me that,
                      nokia support center and helpline people could not settle this issue till yet, every time different executive called me witheout study of my complaint and asked me very silly questions, i have to tell them the whole story again and again, and my blood pressure get increased time to time,
                      so i wish to know that how could i get justice and replaced device withe new one?

                        i m shruti .i bought a nokia set x2..from nokia priority situated in ludhiana ghumar mandi……from the begining it was nt properly working.i sent it near abt 10 to 12 times in nokia service center at fountain chonk...but they sent the phone back nd said the set is ok .but there is still problem in my set.it hangs or switched of during the charging nd msging......the service center changes its internal chip but still it switches of ........nw i give again to nokia care two days ago......................... pls give back a new phone.or solve our problem...........we are so much fed up .pls solve our problem otherwise we will respond to consumer court .................kindly solve our problem as soon as posible...otherwise give a new set.............

                          Hi my name is harsimar, recently i got problem with my nokia c2-01, while talking on the cellphone suddenly my handset screen got blank... The mobile was working i was unable to see anything, i reached nokia care center but i m very much disappointed with the service... My mobile is under warranty... I purchased in month of april this year... Nokia employee checked it and said its display issue there was no any breakage but somehow it went blank... They said they don't have display in their stock... So i went to other nokia care center because i thought they might have the display... They checked and said it is broken and they will charge me for this... But i said first from where i showed it they said its not broken but they don't have the stock... And this one saying no he will charge it... And he said he wont do that coz your mobile has been checked from there so you go there for solution... I feel so bad that such big mobile company not cooperating with customer. I was having my original bill but still i didn't get any resolution. I was so disappointed, they making my mind to believe that nokia is only name. I m very disappointed with your service. If 1 nokia care center is not having the stock and if other center is having the stock then what is the issue. Are they not same. Is this is your customer services. Your policies are different with every nokia care center. One is saying they can fix it under warranty but one is saying he will not do that. Why?... I m using your products more than 15 years. But when i faced this service that really disappointed me... First i showed it at nokia care center, model town, near krishna mandir, ludhiana, punjab, the owner name is :sharma... And then i showed it at nokia care center fountain chownk, ludhiana, punjab, the owner name is :dharampal... After all this i not able to decide whether to go with nokia care center or not...                           Gift shop booth no.-6 nuhon colony market, ropar vide bill no.-117 dated 15/04/08. After 2 months, the set and the memory card got out of service.                           this is to intimate that the Nokia Care service Centre Located at Lower Parel handled by Mr Girish Gangar, is a waste of time.
                          i had sent my Nokia N72 for repair and for estimate they sd it will take two days and i had to follow up with them every week and it took them 27 days to give the estimate. " the reason provided was parts are not available" And when i spoke to him he was not at all interested and just wanted to defend himself. He just wanted to keep the phone and quit the conversation. i beleive Nokia should keep a track when they give their frenchiseee .. I will never in my life want to deal with nokia care, , i will switch to Sony erricson.

                          And they also charged me Rs 140 in the name of warranty extension while my handset's warranty was remaining for 2 more months.

                          I had purchased the above model on august,2009. My display screen was broken and I gave my Mobile to Hello Telecom( Umayal Plaza, 1st floor, Y-214, 2nd Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai- 600040) on 6-Sep-2010. They said the screen is scratched and asked me to come and collect my mobile on 14-Sep-2010. They called me 3 days back and said that the track in the board has ruptured and they wouldn't be able to repair it. They asked me to take my mobile back and no payment need to be paid. Now today(19-Sep-2010), they called me to inform me that my mobile is in working condition and asked me to pay Rs. 1481. I am totally confused on their contradictory statements. I would like to be informed of the current actual status.
                          On friday, 14th january 2010, i visited the nokia care centre also named as today telecom at lower parel, mumbai to fix the vibration problem of my nokia 3500c phone. I received my token for the service from the owner mr. Girish vasantji gangar. On my turn, i went and sat at the displayed counter where this lady told me that my phone was much damaged (Which actually wasn’t, she said it because she saw a little glue, which i had unsuccessfully applied to fix the steel rim of nokia 3500c). She also said that it would cost me rs. 55/- just to open up my phone to check the problem and without a guarantee of fixing it back the way it was. I replied saying that, at local stores, they open to check the problem without charging a single penny and fix it back too. She then told me to leave if i wasn’t interested in their service, which i obviously wasn’t, with the fear of having a broken phone and moreover, paying for the damage they could have caused. So, i left the place and after a while i again entered to have a word with the owner as mentioned, since he was sitting at the reception. I requested him to allow me for a word with the manager and he said that the manager wasn’t present there; i could meet him on monday. So, i requested him to provide me with his contact number or ring him up, since i wouldn’t be able to make it on monday. He started getting rough with me and also manhandled me. He then started threatening me to leave the place. I continued insisting to clarify some rules with the manager, but he continued pushing me and then he slapped me hard across my face and pushed me out of his store. He embarrassed me in public intentionally. All this simply because, i was trying to contact the manager at the service centre.

                          I have been using nokia mobile phones since last 8 yrs.                           I wanted to block my mobile phone as it contains some confidential information, but nokia customer care is not ready to co-operate with me for blocking the mobile handset. As per them they have stopped blocking nokia cell phones since last 1 month. Without informing the customers & without any public circular they have stopped this provision to block the handsets, this is actually unethical.
                          Now after spending thousands of money on buying mobile phones, if some one wants to block his/her cell phone will not be left with anyother option than to wait till the time his/her data gets misused.

                          In a way they are boosting cyber crime as thieves can easily access the data stored in the mobile & can earn easy money by selling the stolen phone in the grey market. Our precious information could be in wrong hands, anti-social elements can take the advantage of this situation & can use it for all wrong purpose. It is a threat to our country's security system also. Seeking some help from the forum to get this issue addressed asap. Please help & support me.

                          I ahve bought a Nokia phone in Jul 2011 and since then this phone is not working properly. I have submitted the phone for repair at south delhi branch on 24th March 2012 and they gave me the phone back stating that phone touch screen has a problem and same has been fixed. they charged me 2000 rs for the same.

                          After 1 week I visited the center ans stated it is giving the same problem which was coming earlier, they removed the software form my phone and gave it back to me stating its working fine

                          After 1 week again I visited the center and they said remove the memory card and then stated its working fine

                          Now the phone was working fine till end of April . Now the same problem again started up in May and when I visited the center they denied any help stating you came after one month . But I visited their center in April for the same problem. The same can be checked using their CCTV footage

                          Nokia Customer care is really poor and . I bought a supposedly NOKIA PREMIUM PHONE LUMIA 920 on 15-Jan-2013 spending, Rs. 38199/- on it from Croma Store located in Oberoi Mall. On 16-Jan-2013 I got a micro sim for same which was activated on the same day. I was very happy and excited to use the phone. Within 2 days i saw cases of calls dropping. I thought that issue was related with mobile network. On 18, 19 and 20 of Jan I had to go out of town and found that the phone was not picking up network while roaming. I approached the Croma guys on 21-jan-2013 and they said that this must be problem with the sim card and try changing it. I got the new sim card on 23-Jan-2013, observed it for 2-3 days and issue still persisted I went back to the croma guys on 28-Jan-2012 and this time they said that i should get in touch with nokia care in malad as they cannot do anything about it.



                          So on 29-Jan-2013 i approched nokia care and they said they will keep the phone with them for a day for observation and gave me the job sheet number[protected]/130129/22. On 31 Jan 2013 I go back to them and they say they haven&#039;t found any issue with the phone. In front of them i make a call and show them how the network drops after the call. They acknowledge that this is a problem and will send the phone to R&amp;D dept for checking. After a day they call me up and say that R&amp;D dept has informed that the phone has to be sent to factory for repairs. I tell them clearly that i wouldn&#039;t take a repaired phone and want it replaced with a new handset as this is a manufacturing defect. The nokia care center guy Amol says that he will give this feedback to the factory guys.



                          On 11-feb-2013 I get a call from the nokia care center that the pone is repaired and may be collected. Frustruated i call the nokia support and talk to Mr. Ramkapoor giving details of the above issue. He informs that he will arrange for a call back from his team. Someone calls me on 13-feb-2013 and i again give him the full details about the phone and since then there hasn&#039;t been any call to me informing on the status. Today on 19-Feb-2013 I call up nokia support again n talk to Mr. Suraj and ask him why nobody is giving a status update on this. he says he is sorry and emphathises with me on the issue but nothing can be done as there was no reparable defect with the phone due to which it cannot be replaced.



                          Now guys it’s been more than 30 days since I bought the phone of which i have hardly used it for 10 days. The phone came with a manufacturing defect. Instead of replacing it nokia is giving me an opened repaired handset. This is bull . I have had friends who have premium phones from other manufacturers facing similar issues and their phones were replaced without them even asking. This happend with friends using Blackberry, Iphone 4s, Sony Xperia. Now that is a premium service. here at nokia god knows what PREMIUM means. I think if I had blown up 1 Lac on the phone then I would have come in the so called “premium category”. If I had bought a Samsung Galaxy in place atleast I would have got a cover complimenatry. Nokia doesn’t give any such thing also.



                          Guys please think before switching to Nokia Lumia. I have not collected my REPAIRED handset from nokia care till now cause i just don&#039;t feel like using a opened handset which is not even a month old. It is not like i&#039;m a first time nokia user, I have used 5 nokia phones before this and i was planning to go for lumia for my wife too, but after this one i really don&#039;t know if i should spend my good money on NOKIA.



                          I really want to type in all the choisest cuss words but not doing it.

                              The Nokia Care Center, Exposol 275 Kavuri Hills, 1ST Floor, Turning Point, Above ICICI Bank, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500033 is a typical example for THE worst service/response!

                              They assume they are way too smart and try to fool the customers.

                              I've been to this Nokia Care Center couple of days back to just change the panel and after they changed, few keys(buttons) did not function properly, when I asked them about this they told me that there is a "Virus" and they need to do a Software upgrade. It was great a mystery why they thought it was a Virus anyways, I had to agree because I had no other option as I was not able to attend calls after the panel change. They upgraded the software and there was no luck. In the process of software upgrade they messed up with the memory card and was so dishonest that they did not want to admit their mistake about the memory card. When I asked them to fix my old panel, the mobile worked just fine.

                              "The utmost point of frustration was one guy replied that such things often happens with Nokia mobiles and Service Centers and he does not bother/afraid of the consequences even if I complained to his Managers and claimed that he is a great genious despite being proved wrong.

                              Managers, please educate your staff how to behave, if they are not clear, let them approach you instead of making stupid decisions and making senseless/irresponsible/arrogant/ statements.

                                On about 22 July 2011, my handset was submitted to Nokia Care , Bongaigaon, because "0" key was unresponsive. I waited 2 hrs in the office and finally was told they would need to send it to New Delhi for the repair and it would take 2 weeks to get it back. As I was leaving station I asked for it back. I signed their job card and there was nothing given to me as record of this visit. When I came to Nokia Care, near City Garden, Sevoke Rd, Siliguri on 28 July 2011 they inspected the handset and said it had been "tampered" with so the warranty was no longer available. The repair would cost Rs 1000/- I was told. It is Nokia's responsibility to honour the warranty and return my handset repaired free of charge and functioning.

                                I do not understand how the issue has been resolved because I have still not been refunded the Rs 900/- I paid for the repair service. To repeat, I am covered by warranty still. Nokia Team has not contacted me so far about this payment which should be returned.

                                  respected sir, i bought my nokia e7 smart phone on[protected] .it is worth rs. 28500 which is not small sum of money. but within 4 months o[censored]sing the phone it is not working. i took the phone to nokia customer care servvice at raipur chhattisgarh situated at lal ganga shopping mall they said that the hardware is damaged so the phone will be sent to head office delhi for repair. its a disgusting experiance to buy a nokia product really. the warranty period of 1 year . i request the head office of nokia to please mend my e7 phone. the e7 has been launched in india in march 2011 & within just 4 months of its use it is not working this is pathetic. manufacturing of such bad quality costly smart phones will ruin nokia's bussiness as i will not remain quiet. i want everyone to know that and i will spread that people should abandon buying nokia phones. i will never BUY A NOKIA PRODUCT EVER. I FEEL CHEATED AS A CUSTOMER.

                                  thank you for reading my comment & please take some effective action. i have submitted my e7 phone to the authorised nokia care centre but i am not sure for the services they provide. i have been to the nokia care named as ANSU COMMUNICATIONS situated at 11 & 12 basement lal ganga shopping mall raipur chhattisgarh phone no. is[protected], i have also talked to the nokia care but they have just given me lame excuses & have asked me to wait.

                                    i brought a nokia c7 from thiruchy .next day i got a compliant in wi fi connectivity .since i was in tirupathi the place where i am working i coundn't go back nokia outlet where i purchased and i gave my mobile in nokia care at t.k sreet tirupathi .they did the software update and gave the mobile back but that problem persists.so i gone to another nokia center which is in tirupathi highways . they gave me a shock that i have given my mobile to unauthorised shop. i argued with them and they told they will send it to nokia factory for repair.after 10 days i got my mobile and they explained that there was a crack in wifi chip ( manufacture defect) and someone tried to put flame to fix it and it got melted.now it cannot be repaired. as nokia guided i gave only to nokia care , no one else.either one of the nokia care or the shop owner is responsible for this problem but if am suffereing .please guide me what should i do now

                                      I have purchased Mobile Nokia Model 5233 on dated 13th July'2010 from M/S 21st Century 11A, EXT, 1 Gandhi Nagar, Jammu Ph- 2457884 vide their Bill No. 3170 dated 13th July'2010.
                                      On dated 22nd July'2011 while I was driving my car, and I put the Mobile on the dash Board with sound condition. But only after covering 6-7 Kms I take my mobile to ring some body, but there was no image in it. I immediately rused to the A R Communication, Gen.Zorawar Singh Chowk, Sec-14, Nanak Nagar, Jammu an authorised agent of Nokia Care. While checking my set, and informed me that its display had gone and recieved Rs. 2200/- for damaged Display vide their receipt No. 715 dated 22/07/2011. While checking the Mobile after the installation of new Display, I found that the fading images are captured by my camera. The Service Engineer assured me that after of couple of days it work smoothly. but Alas, it didn't. Today on dated 27/07/2011 I again visited the above mentioned Nokia care Centre and they imformed me that its Camera had also gone, and new Camera will be installed for Rs. 600/- vide Job Sheet Number :[protected]/7 dated 27/07/2011and will be delieved after couple of days.
                                      I request your good self that just a few days of expiry of my Warranty, such defect has occured in my Mobile without of any my mistake. I request to your good-self with a faith that atleast Camera should be replaced free, and at the same time please confirm me whether the above rates charged to me are genuine or not, because I suspect that I have been charged more, as in the Nokia Care rates differ from Engineer to Engineer / man to man. There should have been a fixed rates only. For Camera they first demanded me Rs. 800 /- after wards only 600 only, such a cases should not happen with the reputed companies.

                                        hi i am Jamal Jafri i have bought cell Nokia c3 In April it the stop working in lees than 1 month i given (1)cell to Nokia care they told me its normal software problem my problem not solved they given back my cell (2)After few days again cell same problem comes i again given to nokia care they told me its hard ware problem they taken my cell for 1 week (3) Few days back again same problem comes i submitted to them( 4)
                                        now they are telling different story i am really very fed up of this company attitude.

                                        Now i just drop my cell at Nokia care with battery Job Sheet no[protected]/110721/51 at Aryans communication park road lko i told them you just keep it with you i just don't want to take this cell back,the reaction of person over their was fine your cell will be lying as it is when you in mood to take back your cell take it back we don't repair it.This type of customer service they are giving though my cell was in warranty the behavior of people was really shocking.If they are unable to provide services why the hell they are opened this stores in the name of care centers

                                        Hope you people take actions or suggest me what should i do next.
