I have purchased a phone N 86 and it has gone bad the job number is[protected]/091006/1 dated 06 october 2009. Please do the needful to get back my phoen or replacement as it is under warranty

Nokia N86 — HANDSET MULTIPLE REPAIRS

N86 PURCHASED FOR RS.24000/ REPAIRS FOR 5-6 TIMES FOR BATTERY ... SET NOT FUNCTIONING ETC. SET GIVEN BACK AND SENT TO COMPANY.. WORST SERVICE AT NOKIA CARE.. AND NO STANDBY FOR LONG PERIODS THAT TOO HIGH END SETS. NOW REQUESTED FOR A DIFFERENT MODEL/ SET NO REPLY .. NO COMPROMISE ... NO EXPLAINATION FOR WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE SET.. EXCEPT REPEATED CALLS ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH TO TAKE BACK THE SAME SET.. WITH NO IMPROVEMENT IN ANY TERMS LIKE A GOOD REPLY WHAT WENT WRONG

Nokia N86 — irresponsible customer service by nokia care

i have deposited my NOKIA N 86 on 22.jan.2011 to the nokia care center
AMBALA CANTT(NICOLSON ROAD). it was having some damage related issues.
i told them i will pay for the expenses. and they said ok they will
get it repaired. in between these 6 months i have been continouslyy
checking up with the status of my phone .they were not answering me
anything. and now suddenlyy they come up with the final answer after 6
monyhs that the mobile is ir-repairable. i want to claim for my mobile
value they have wasted for 6 months. i want justification why are
these people making fool of public. nokia being the top most brand for
evryone is providing this type of service. this is badlyy affecting
its brand image. kindly help me out with my problem .i hope my problem
will be solved soon and i will get a reply ASAP.

    Nokia N 72 — Mutliple problems with set and more with the customer care center executive

    I had purchased a Nokia phone N72 from Big Bazaar, Wazirpur Delhi; on[protected]. I had been a satisfied customer of Nokia phones till then. I needed to upgrade my phone from 6610i and being a neurosurgeon my prime and only use was to have a decent looking phone with good battery back up. I do not have the time to use the complicated features the phone offers. The next thing I understood soon as that the battery was not lasting more than a day, even though my talk time was never too extensive, since I have to keep my phone free (about 80 hours till now). I persisted and then adjusted with the little battery time even though I was disgusted with it. You know as a customer the biggest draw towards Nokia phones is the battery time. And then after one and half months I saw that the keypad was driving me crazy as I would press something and something else would appear. Now this was very much trouble some and for this I kept another phone with a different Sim card to make calls. Since my phone book in Nokia N 72 was about 650, I could not afford to put it off. I had to make many of the calls through the other phone. I however did not have enough time to find out from a care center about what to do but was sure that once I do so they would rectify the problem. This is the second big reason why the customers prefer to purchase Nokia phones. I saw the website and since I stay in central Delhi, the closest to me would have been one touch communication in Patel Nagar, and I called them up, they would not pick p the phone. I called up center in Pitampura and they picked up at once and gave me the number 30303838, and I spoke to Mr. Pramod who was kind enough to guide me that I should speak to the care center by going personally. I did that and when I spoke to Mr Manish today who attended my complaint he told me that these phones have a basic defect and that these problems were common. Then he said suddenly that you must have put your phone in water, and before inspecting he had made the decision that the water would have caused the problems. And then he opened the phone and when he could not see anything to suggest the water anywhere, he said that it must have evaporated and gleefully said that since your warranty gets over because of this we will not do anything further. I asked what about the battery, and he said that you complain to the same number 30303838. I asked him if there was any senior person whom I can meet, and to that he stared saying angrily that you go and complain to the company now, take my name and number and you can do whatever you can. I was surprised, shocked and stunned by his behaviour. I have been using the Nokia phones for past 6 years now and i never had to go to the support center till now. This was my first visit and the most horrifying. As I understand the situation now I do not have a video evidence of this episode but there were 3-4 other customers who saw all this but I do not think anyone would testify for this, and neither I have enough time for this. I may not even go for the repair or replacement of the handset and plan to purchase some other set. I will first go to the care center of the company whose phone I intend to purchase and then would do so. But even though I say and think so, I feel deeply hurt because there have never been such experiences in my life, and sometimes I feel that I should not lose my trust because of the indifference shown by a single person. I just thought that I should bring about this feedback to prevent any more similar episodes in future.
    After all this horrendous experience I do not wish to get any further on this accord but I just wanted to bring it to your notice as I felt that feedback is the way a company improves its services; even though honestly saying it pains me to write such a feedback to such an esteemed company as yours for such a small issue as this. I had to arrange a lot of courage and my time to do this.
    I sincerely hope this would help you in serving customers better.

      Nokia reduced a lot of feature and sold the 5800 phone with price of Rs.14000/- from September 2009. The major feature removed was tv-out feature.
      But it really cheated the people with a sticker tv-out not supported for the people who bought the phone during Septemeber 2009 alone.
      The feature is now available in October 2009 manufactured phones at the same price.

      Nokia need to replace the phones with the newer phones having the tv-out feature.

      nokia/5800 xm — touch is not working

      as i m a regular user of nokia and i had purchased a nokia 5800 xm 3months ago with imei no- [protected] having touch and hanging problem. my touch is not working and i m very disappointed this time. my purchasing date is 19/05/09. so please as soon as possible please replaced my headset.

      yes this is very unfair.. y do they come up with tv out feature now with the same price. the shopkeeper should have told us before buying as tv out is a major feature neither did the nokia website update on the issue.. its still with features tv out present in their website. ridiculous. pls install back the hardware or give us in exchange a new phone. my phone is afterall just a week old, and even though i bought it a week ago, its a september manufactured product. and worse for my case no sticker or leaflet indicating "no tv output support"

      ya i have nokia 5800 problem is i have tv out option but it not visual at tv display and i heard to install software to re collect the visual tv out
      I was planning to buy Nokia 5800 xm, but when i go to buy it, i see - tv out + many other features & contents r removed so, i dont buy it, if the tv out feature once again come then i shall buy it.

        Nokia - 3120 classic — Recurring problem with handset

        Hi,



        This 'famous' handset of your company has developed the same problem again -- no audio. 4th time in 5 months!!!



        Please understand that I am really tired of this business of having to carry this handset to a Nokia Care every other month, then being denied its services for 7-8 days on the pretext of being repaired and the good-for-nothing polite talks/emails of the service desks.



        I am now totally sick of your brand and much acclaimed services. Since July 18, 2008, this is the 4th time the same problem is recurring and all my requests for a replacement have fallen on to deaf ears.



        All this while I have been following your line. Now this is the limit. Please understand that this time I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS HANDSET TO ANY OF YOUR 'CARE' CENTRES. If you really care about your customers, please collect the handset from me at my address. If this is not agreeable to you, I would be forced to look into other avenues to seek redressal. If required, I would be readily willing to spend my effort and time to campaign against the brand and its services, so that I can create awareness among others.



        Please do not take this as a threat but as an anguish of a customer who has been pushed to the limits.

        As of now I am having the handset with me, but I am not sure when and at what critical time it would stop working again – and I would have to take time out of my job to get it repaired wasting my time, money and energy. Please tell me as what next step is to be taken by me, because I did not invested in this handset as a source of perpetual liability. I had received a call from one of your Delhi offices who had assured that I would be contacted by your Chennai office. I am yet to receive any call.



        I am willing to pay a premium and get another model of Nokia in exchange for this model for the sake of peace of mind.

          I have purchased e90 10 months back and its paint started peeling off from past 2 months like any thing. I have taken good care of my handset, and i fail to understand why paint of such an expensive phone is comming out like this. I have visted nokia service center number of times but they are asking for Rs.9500/- to change the body that too when my handset is under warrenty.I have never seen paint of any handset coming out like paper scraps. Very disappointed with nokia's warrenty/service arrangements.
          Can some body help me out on this?

          I would like inform you that my mobile phone painting peel off on top of the surface this is looking more asthetic issue, i am totaly unappy for using this type of prodcut, I will send photos of same shortly and also please provide mail address.

            I bought a nokia 5800 xpress music on 12-01-09, & afer two months I started experiencing troubles with the touch screen & I informed the showroom from where I bought it & they were not active like before when I was there to buy the set & they reffered to the service centre & washed their hands.But for me it was very painful & irritating because I had spent Rs.21000 to buy that set .
            And now it is the third time Iam giving my set to the service centre & it is still lyying there.They have not responded so far ,when I call up ask they say they will let me know sooner .but no use

            Nokia 5800 xpress music — Display problem and touch screen makes sound

            Respected sir,
            I have purchased a Nokia 5800 xpress music from Dhanbad. There is a display problem in the set, the display light minimizes even when i set it to max. and when i lock the set, the backlight which went off before was not switching off now. I have purchased it on 14th Feb 2009 and now i have sent it to Nokia care
            which says that i will get it back after 25 days or more. Sir i dont have a spare set to use now i have borrowed it from my cousin. I am facing a problem i have also written a complain to nokia care through web
            but there is no reply.

            Nokia 5800 Xpress Music mobile — No proper action being taken by the company

            I am Fiza Chopra from Chandigarh. I bought a Nokia 5800 Xpress Music on 29th May, 2009 from Chawla Brothers, sector 22, Chandigarh. Since then its giving me a lot of problems, I have already sent it to nokia care, sector 22, chandigarh, and through there to Delhi, twice and will be sending it again soon because my problem is not being solved. Within a month of the purchase if I am sending it for the third time, then something is definitely wrong with the cell and should be immediately replaced. I am shocked that why a proper action is not been taken.

            I have been facing following problems in my set:
            i. the mobile switches off on its own when not been used
            ii. it gets hanged in between
            iii. sometimes while using coloured waves and disturbances appear on the screen
            iv. it also shows messages like disk error
            v. while using camera it shows an error
            and there many more problems that I am facing with this set.
            I hope a proper action would be taken or I would have to take some other step.
            recently one moth back on 25th june i purchase new nokia 5800 mobile phone which i found faulty from first day. i found problem with my display its suddenly in between becomes dark and also greenish, blue, red for few seconds . i dont know wat is the problem. pls let me know the solution ... as soon as possible.

                  i gave a nokia 6035 mobile for a repair purpose to nokia service centre. i was having some problems in the speaker of the phone. the phone was not in a warranty period so i had to pay for the service.
                  When i recieved the phone the lock of the phone was brocken by their side, they had sticked the lock with an adhesive, previously one of the employee was even refusing me to make the bill, but i reported thet matter to his senior official, afterwards he had made the bill.
                  after receiving the bill, i made a call from the phone to check whether it is in a working condtion, i found that the speaker problem had been resolved, but after one or two minutes i found that the lok is not fitted well i showed it to the service employee on the spot i found that its lock is brocken and on my complaint they again attached the lock of the phone with an aadhesive and gave me back.
                  now that lock often looses out and it haas the antenna porition over it. i have also made trhem to write their statement on their bill which is attached below

                    Hi I had purchased a Nokia 6600 slide on Feb - 09 and since then i have been facing issues with the handset like continous heating while call , hang , keys not functioning , not able to start the phone , delays booting more than 10 minutes , voice clarity , loud speaker low, ringing volume low , not able to use and browse net services, very slow , not able to use the menu options, head set voice not clear , games get hanged, the saved games vanishes , the list is on and nothing has been done from NOKIA `s end to cure these ploblems .. I have submitted my handset 4 times to the Nokia care and they have had the handset for more than 2 months and tilld ate teh problem is not cured..

                      Nokia Service Centre unable to repair Nokia N95 phone

                      I bought a nokia n95 phone in august 2007. From then till date i've got my display unit repaired twice without any accidental issues. Three weeks ago my mobile's display again went blank partially. It was getting illumined at the edges. I took it to Nokia Care situated at Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata. They quoted 3500 rupees for the job to which I agreed.

                      But soon they let me know that it was not possible for them...

                      seller has given me one year warranty on this set, but the mobile set was not working properly. for the same reason i went to ms kunal communcation for repair on 2429.But he said for this u sould have 2 gone NOKIA Service Centre , Then I went to m/s Shree Cellphone , 14/15 Radha krishan Trade Centre , Infront of San plaza Hotel, Cinema road, gol ghar,Gorakhpur. but till 2day i haven't receive my mobile phone as he is denie to return in working condition. so i went to court and file a case against him in consumer forum Case No.115/2009. from gorakhpur district. though the order has been given in my favour. but till date i haven't receive either my mobile phone or money.

                        Nokia 5220 — Music player update

                        Whenever i update my music player it shows "updating" even after completion o[censored]pdate and every time i select musicplayer the screen shows updating please help

                        I have purchased a Nokia 5220 Xpress Music Phone last year in September, from last september to till now my phone gone 7 to 8 times to Nokia care bt the problem is still there, I talk to Nokia Care ([protected]) he told me that i will repair to your phone & not same problem reagain. but he satisfied to us but phone is not working properly. my phone is swich off right now.                         Probably the worse mobile phone from Nokia till date. I'm facing the same problem with music player. Changed the software by Nokia cust care & the problem reappered within 5 days. It's still often gets hanged & phone memory automatically deleted.

                        I got my 5800 repaired from nokia care as it was having a displya problem its screen used to get blurred while loking the phone i got it repaired 2 months ago but the problem has arisec again and the validity for sevice ws for 2 months and its over now .What should i do????My imei no is [protected] .It is my humble request to nokia please help and suggest something as soon as possible .

                        Nokia 5220 — Fraudulent practice by nokia care,Aligarh

                        I work as Assistant Audit officer under CAG. I was on official duty in Aligarh. i had problem with my nokia hans set 5220 that some of the keys of kepad were not working. I rushed to nokia care, Aligarh on[protected]tuesday). I was asked to deposit Rs 110 before diagnosis of the problem .I deposited the same but was not given any receipt for that. I was called after half an hour. When i went i was told that it will take one week to get the set repaired and cost would be Rs 1581/-. However the nature of problem was not told for which initial money was deposited. Though cost was much more for which no detail was given yet i agreed if set is delivered within one or two days. The request was not entertained. Thus i was compelled to take back set unrepaired because i was on official tour and was not supposed to remain without phone for one week. Thus despite the fact that no sercices were delivered to me i had to spare Rs 110 and valuable time. Even though the fault was not known to me. I want to know whether it take such long time for small faults?
                        This practice is not fair for such reputed and world known company.
                        I hope that it will be taken seriously by the company to avoid any discredit to the company in future.

                          I have a bought a Nokia mobile handset from Global Access, Marathahalli, Bangalore ( NOkia5310) on March 2009 and exact after 4th month, I had noticed a scratch on my display, which I have informed to the Nokia care center at Marathahalli, Bangalore (Silk Teleservices). For my surprise, they informed me that thought it may be a manufacturing defect, there is no provision for them to replace under warranty, and they have insisted me to pay 1400/- to replace the display system. Within two weeks after the display had replaced, my mobile started behaving cranky as it reboot and switch off automatically. I did inform the Nokia service center ((Silk Teleservices) where I replaced by display and informed the problem, I am undergoing with my mobile handset. I never knew that, that is the day, it starts my frequent visit to the NOKIA “UNCARE” CENTER starts. Without any questions, the executive removed my mobile battery and took a copy of my bill and asked me to come after a month to collect the fixed battery/ replaced battery. After a month, I did several follow-ups and they delivered me a battery and claimed its new (looks so old and muddy) I started using the mobile with the so called replaced Battery from July 2009 and within a week’s time, I did notice the problem is not fixed. Again went to the same center, where the executive collected my hand set and asked me to come after two days, where he did some observation and told me that, there is no problem.

                          This was really a pathetic comment, I heard from the technician and I started questioning them about their test procedure and noticed that he checked my mobile by charging through his mobile charger and confirmed me that, all well. This gave me an understanding that, I need to re-explain him, what exactly the problem and I need to spent about 30 minutes to explain him the issue again. Again he borrowed two more days and confirmed me that, there is a problem and they need my handset, and battery to be send to their Delhi office for repair. Now its 28th day after they collected my hand set and I am waiting and waiting.
                          At a nutshell what I want to share here is, though I bough this mobile handset by early March 2009. I had only a choice of 4 months to use. I am looking for some options/law gives me the liberty to complain against Nokia for providing such a pathetic /irresponsible service to its customers to the readers.

                          Nokia — fleecing of customer for replacement of components in warranty period

                          I bought a Nokia N 95 8 Gb phone in nov 07. The phone is still under warranty. My screen(LCD) suddenly disappeared when I found small water droplets in the screen on a cold humid morning. Since then the screen went blank. though the phone was working. When I approached the nokia care center, they refused to repair the LCD screen through warranty, citing that the water droplets problem is not covered in the warranty. I ended up paying more than Rs. 5000/- for a Rs 30, 000/- which is not even a full year old. Over and above they even refused to give the unserviceable LCD screen saying that they want to send it to the company. I wonder what is the Nokia company going to do with an unserviceable LCD screen.
                          I had similer exp and end of the day, I lost intrest and given up and decided not to buy any Nokia products in my life time.
                          i am fully agree with him.i myself surfing the worst condition.i bought my nokia5130 from gf, shop no.97, block b, pocket-2 sector-17, rohini, delhi on 15th june 2009.it is hardly past one month when i found that my mobile was not connecting with my pc.as i have lot of work on internet for which i actually bought the phone i immidietly gone to the nokia care centre and told them my problem. they summit it by told me that it would be returned after 2 or 3 days but it became 2 n 1/2 months and there is no positive response from them.one day i reached to the centre and ask them for my mobile till then i lost my memory card and customer copy .they shown me a mobile and said that it was just come that day as my phone was not repaired so that the company would give me this new model but that was wrong as when i coming next day with all proofs that they required for phone but when i came they said me that it was not my phone and it would take some more time to come from the company.that make me cry as i have my exams just had to started and as i had very important works which i delayed due to them.after one week they give me a model by saying that it would coming from the company in place of mine phone as it is not repairable.i am very happy as i got my mobile after aprox. 3 months but what i see after 2 days that it get shut off when i trying to make a call, also it doesn't able to take vibrate mode also there are many problems in it.so finally i got a 3rd class phone and service.now i have a phone of no use.that nokia centre is #15, manglam place, shop no.g8, n.n.mall, adjoining m2k cineplex, sector3, rohini, new delhi.if now i not get a fully correct functioning mobile then i will go the consumer court .also i lost faith in nokia.
                          It seems lot o[censored]s have faced severe issues with SIlk Teleservices (nokia care marathalli). And thousand of rs have gone down the drain. I also face similar problem and have contacted Nokia, but the complaints have been falling in deaf ears. Silk Teleservices continues these mal practises without any action being taken against them. I think if we can all (all o[censored]s who gave face problems with Silk teleservices) get together and do something, it may be heard and our problems may be addressed even if its late.
                          We can save other customers from getting fleeced by these guys.

                          This is a feedback for Nokia from someone who has been using Nokia for almost 10 years now.
                          I bought a Lumia 710 last December spending more than 15k.

                          But this July, one day, the phone did not boot. The cellphone had issues with the speaker as well for sometime. I took it to the authorized service station, who couldn’t find the fault. In turn they send it to the Nokia headquarters, and it took me 10 days to get the phone back, on the 2nd of August. The phone was working fine, until 31st August, when I faced the same issue, the phone did not boot.

                          So basically, within a span of a month, my cell goes wrong twice, I lose my cell for 10X2 days, lose my data, and since the cell uses micro-sim; can’t even use any other normal sim phone as a substitute.

                          This is really disturbing and frustrating as a user, who had spent 15k+ on a phone not even 8 months back.
                          Nothing against Nokia, just sharing my experience.

                          Now, once again, my Lumia 710 is dead(with the same problem). This would be the third time within three months that the cell has gone dead, facing every time, the same problem which your engineers have fixed, not once but twice.

                          So am pretty used to writing this mail to you people, and thanks to your amazing servicing, we just keep interacting time and again.

                          For the third time, I have given the cell phone to Nokia care. But what I don’t expect you to do is, make me go through the same process again and again, i.e. you fix the issue, I take the cell back and withing another few weeks, I have to visit Nokia Care again.

                          And in between all of this, I have written 100’s of mails to Nokia India, Nokia Care and Nokia Ovi Digital Marketing, only to not get any satisfactory response from them. This is the worst service I have received from any company in India.

                          So a general suggestion, do not go for a Nokia Phone. Now that you have many better phones available, and Nokia is under serious unresolved issues, how do we expect them to resolve our issues.

                          Get back to me in case you need authentic documents regarding this complaint. I have the mail chain, the documents and everything to prove the unsatisfactory service of Nokia.

                          AND SILK TELESERVICES IS THE ROOT CAUSE OF ALL THESE PROBLEMS.
                          GOTO ANY NOKIA CARE BUT NOT SILK TELESERVICES. PATHETIC SERVICES, WORST RESPONSE.
                          I have also faced same problem with Marathahalli Nokia Service center, there people are really pathetic, they don't know how to behave with the customers. Here I don't have star option to give less than 1.

                          Nokia will loose there market.
                          I am appalled by the quality of service (or lack thereof) at Silk Teleservices, which claims to be an 'authorized' Nokia service center. I had taken my Lumia 920 (11 months old) there to find out what was wrong with the display - it had simply stopped working since last night. After filling out a form, I was told to wait for 10-15 minutes while they 'checked' my phone. I was then called back to the counter, where the representative (a very rude woman) told me that I was responsible for the 'damage' - I have absolutely no idea what she was talking about! As a result, the display replacement would not be covered under the phone's warranty, and I'd have to shell out Rs.6000 to get a new one. The phone is not even 11 months old, and I have been very careful with it - it has not been subjected to any kind of stress or shock. I tried reasoning with her, but with no avail - she stuck to her stand and kept repeating that there was 'physical damage' and that the warranty was void. After some more coercion, she went back in and returned a good 10 minutes later, with the display unit taken apart. She vaguely pointed at the bottom edge and said it was 'bent', and that one of the top corners was 'broken'. I looked as hard as I could (I have perfect vision, mind you) but saw nothing amiss. When I told her that I didn't see anything wrong with the display unit, she went back to her canned response - "physical damage not covered under warranty". Exasperated, I asked her why I was being treated so unfairly, hoping against hopes that she might empathise, or at least say something different. But she didn't. I am very disillusioned by the treatment I received at this 'authorized' service center. I will never be going there again.
                          Never go to Silk teleservices, my new phone is has charging issue and they repaird it, still the same, in teh process they took away ym screen guard and were telling there was no screen guard, i had to show my orignal bill and they put it back. and now i still haev same charging issue, and they want me to go abck again and its been more than 10 days and they dont even care abt customer satisfaction

                          My yesterday's experience:

                          I am a user of Lumia 1320, my phone crashed due to faulty application may be "Windows Recovery Tool 2.1.1" or "Windows 10 - insider preview", well I decided to go to this centre as it was near to my office.

                          The moment I entered into the office, I saw three ladies on the reception, attending customers, I have never seen such unprofessional customer care in my life, I should rather say uneducated - untechnical !

                          I knew, I had a software issue as Recovery app failed during installation of windows - and they made me sit for one hour and told that my USB port has crashed, please pay Rs 2, 200 rupees ! I was pissed off - [censored]. Luckily I had a laptop with me, I took the phone and connected to the Laptop and showed her, she was embarrassed in front of many. After sometime again she went back to a room and told me that my phone has a software issue, so submit it for a day and will check more, to which I agreed.
                          Next day, I went there and inquired about my handset, they said, sir- our server is down and we cannot download software, please come in the evening, I was frustrated with her answer and asked for my phone back.

                          I am happy that I took out my phone back from Hell !!
                          Can you guys suggest any good and genuine service centre for Nokia in Bangalore, I have heard that one in Kormangala is better.

                                I am using Nokia 3110c mobile phone. It was work very well for few days. But now I got many problems in my mobile. When I got 1st problem, I put it into Nokia Care Center. They repaire it, but after 10 days I got problem about speakers, I put it again into Nokia Care Center. Then they solve the problem.                                 Nokia 3110C — Malfunctioning software

                                I have purchased Nokia 3110c in rs. 4375 just before 5-6 months. I am facing very critical firmware malfunctioning problem in my handset.

                                The built-in software gets damaged after couple of days and all my contact details erase when downloading it again. Nokia service center in baroda is unable to handle this problem as i have served 4-5 times by them but still the problem is same.

                                I think i have wasted my mentioned money on Nokia handset b'coz it's nothing for good.

                                Hope anybody can convey my message to the concern person and i get replacement of my handset.

                                  I bought Nokia N96 for rupees 33,500 (rupees.thirty three thousand and five hundred)on Dated 22 March 2009 from Bhushan Radios ,opp Petrol Pump,Below Gumat Jammu,Bill No 19608.Since that day this Nokia N96 is only giving me troubles,I send it many times to the customer care of Nokia in jammu but it was return to me without reason.And no Job Sheet was made.It was straighlty refused by the Customer Care in Jammu.
                                  Today 24th Oct 2009 also i went again to the Nokia Customer Care Bakshi Nagar but they refused to repair it by saying that they dnt have N96 dongel and they dnt take N series hand sets for repair,i even tried to talk to the person who is running Nokia Customer Care in Bakshi Nagar (Mobile No [protected]) but he is not picking my calls.
                                  Due to this Nokia Handset N96 all my contacts ,and important details were erased from the Handset N96,I didnt had any backup of the said Data.I am facing numerous problems with this Handset N96,I merely used it ,but now I have decided that I want my money back which I wasted on this Handset of Nokia.I am totally disappointed as I dnt have any contact details,messages,and other Data with me.
                                  Kindly return my money else I will go to the Consumer Court for Justice.
                                  I am having bad exeperince of Nokia Handset since the Day I am using Mobile service ,earlier I used Nokia 6600,7610,6680,N91,N95 all high priced handset but in performance and usage they are all pathetic Handsets.But still I trust Nokia Company.And I know money will be returned to me.

                                    sir i purchesed nokia n79 from jamanagar Rs.17100/00. dated 30/03/2009, unfortunatly after some time some black liquid came out from near screen and i went three to four times at nokia care shop but they refuse to repair it. and said me getout pls help me

                                    The N79 is a very buggy phone from the firmware to the hardware. I myself being an N79 customer can tell this. Listen my phone developed a blank screen problem. I took it to Nokia Care, they told me my warranty is void as there is liquid in my device. I was shocked as there has been no water spill to my phone. I took my phone back.

                                    I sent a notice to Nokia head office about my issue requesting for replacement or i will sue them and will approach media. And after 4 days they replied and told they will replace my phone. The next day i was given a brand new sealed N79 from Nokia care. You can do the same.
