    i,ve just got a new cell and within 1 month the phone is not working properly. the screen becomes white and the phone switches off again and again. it might have virus but i make very limited use of bluetooth device. how can i remove dis problem...can phone be formatted and what are the codes?
    can the phone be replaced?

      I have received an e-mail Nokia Promo Award 2009 UK,on 6th sept 2009,announcing me a cash prize of GBP 6,50,000.00 won on Nokia Promo Award 2009,had mailed my personal details in order to process my prize distribution/claim ,as called for by Nokia .Now it is my request to ask Nokia.

Some days ago I got an e mail from Nokia Promotions Department stating that I have won 650, 000 GBP from a lottery program held by their company.The sender gave his name as Mr.JAMES ALLEN. However he said that although I have won this money as a lottery but I have to pay Rs 35000/- so as to clear the custom Duty...
      please tell me if i should proceed with it...
      i have provided my personal details to this person and i am afraid of him misusing it if he turns out to be fake.
      please solve my problem at the earliest

          Nokia N79 — mobile not yet received

          I bought one mobile model : nokia n79 on july month. but it got repaired i given it to nokia care on sep 17 but till date i didn't receive my mobile. if i aske them they r telling that u will get it with in 10 days but past 2 and half mounth i didnt receive my mobile. 15 days before i enquire them they told that they will replase ur hand set with in 10 days. but when i ask for my mobile they did not give the proper reason.

          The N79 is a very buggy phone from the firmware to the hardware. I myself being an N79 customer can tell this. Listen my phone developed a blank screen problem. I took it to Nokia Care, they told me my warranty is void as there is liquid in my device. I was shocked as there has been no water spill to my phone. I took my phone back.

          I sent a notice to Nokia head office about my issue requesting for replacement or i will sue them and will approach media. And after 4 days they replied and told they will replace my phone. The next day i was given a brand new sealed N79 from Nokia care. You can do the same.

              I have given my Nokia handset for repairs to your ASC 646_504867 on 4/9/2009.
              Target delivery date was 17/9/2009. When i called on that day, they replied that my handset will be delivered on 23/9/2009. Today morning when i called, they told me that they will verify the status of the handset and will give me a call. Since then, I'm trying to call but either lines are busy or no response from their end. At one call, they asked me job sheet number and hung for long time before disconnecting. Don't they have courtesy to reply correctly? How long it will take for me to get my handset back?
              My job sheet number is[protected]/090904/4.
              I also had such experience with Nokia Care in Jaipur. Actually my handset(Nokia-E51) was melfunctioning that sometimes its keys did not working and many times it starts auto operations i.e without any command to handset it operates automatically. Service engineer of Shastri Nagar Nokia care told that its Keypad UI got damaged and will be required to replace with new (Cost Rs 1100 Approx.) and right now we don't have same in stock, as soon will be available we shall update you. i had waited for three months with lots of reminder to Nokia care but they all the times told "not received yet". Meanwhile i have started using my handset and fortunately it started working fine. I think if my complaint had been taken seriously that could be resolved immediately.
              Menu, call pick and digit 1, stopped working, I suppose. Then sometimes the handset starts working erratically. If I am right, then its a common problem with Nokia E series phones. This is what happened with my E 51, and this is what happened with my friend's E 71.

                Hi, I am Ashish Agarwal, purchased mobile Nokia 6500s, last year on 29 october2008, but now its software is corrupted, when i went to Nokia Care centre at Noida Sector 3, they deny to resolve the problem says we can not recover it. as their is damage, inside but i didnt show my mobile any where else before that this ismy forst time problem when i face
                The senir person Neha sits their has no manner that how to speak to customer, she speaks in rude manner says " Jaha sahi hota hai karao lo, hum to sahi nahi kar sakte "

                How the nokia is apponting the employees, its too much

                How ridiculous

                Nokia is just trying to earn mony in competetive maket, didnt think for customer satisfaction

                  I hv purchased nokia h/set 3500c model on 4/9/08
                  on 21/4/09,suddenly my h/set dead so i hv given their auth.service center and on 24/4/09 returned
                  my hset by saying not repairable and they hv issued me els report mentioned 'pcb short'then i hv
                  made lot of complaint to them and on 21/7/09 they infmd me to resubmit hset to care center on 21/7
                  under job sheet no.[protected]/090721/72 dtd.21/7/09 and they have sent to nokia h.o vashi-new bombay but till tdy not repaired.i hv spk to their bombay head mr.mithun ,delhi head mr.himanshu
                  but nothing has been done sofar

                    I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that i have recently purchased in february 2009 the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The phone hangs automatically during the period of talking and heat. I am facing a lot of problem due to hanging my mobil.I have given it in nokia care at sasaram but my problem not solved.

                    Kindly take right action about this and replace it as soon as and also advice me by mail.

                      Dear Sir / Madam

                      With refs to above mention subject please be informed that thr was some problem with my mobile phone due to which the battery was running only for 1 or 2 hours maximum

                      As per so self has given the mobile to local nokia care center at Gandhidham for repair on 06-Aug-2009 for which they have told me that the mobile will be send to Delhi office and will be repaired from thr
                      They have provided me the job sheet No –[protected]/090806/42 (copy attached)

                      Self has received the mobile phone as on 24-Aug-2009 from local nokai care center but still the problem was the same, so again self has given the mobile to nokia care center on 25-Aug-2009 for repair (job sheet no –[protected]/090825/40 – copy attached)
                      They told that the mobile will be repaired or a new mobile phone (model - 5310) will be given in exchange of my mobile if not repaired
                      Again the mobile was send to delhi office for repairs and have received the mobile as on 18-Sep-2009 (appx 1 month) from local nokia care center BUT still the problem was same

                      In between self has called to nokia care center at Delhi and have registered a complain
                      complain number 1-[protected]

                      Now once again (3rd time) self has given the cell to local nokia care center for repair and now as per local nokia care center the warranty period has been expired & they have suggested us to take a seconded piece of mobile from them in exchange of my mobile piece 6233

                      Warranty period of my mobile was expired on 07-Aug-2009 and self has given the mobile to local nokia care center as on 06-Aug-2009 (with-in warranty period)
                      BUT still date the mobile phone is not repaired perfectly and self is suffering for the same

                      If the warranty period is expired then please let me know that why local nokai care center has accepted the cell for send time for repair as on 25-Aug-2009

                      Till date my mobile phone is not repaired & has same problem which is confirmed from local nokia care center also












                      SELF IS SURPRISED to see that such a big company is making excuses so that they have not to give new mobile phone (5310) in exchange of my mobile phone which is un-repairable

                      I believe & use to say - east or west nokia is the best BUT…such a best company is making excuses

                      As per all above kindly look into the matter as self has submitted the mobile phone to local nokia care center with-in warranty period & till date my mobile is not repaired perfectly

                      Self has suffered a lot due to this problem & request you to kindly provide model 5310 in exchange of my mobile phone which is not repairable as for 3rd time self has returned the mobile phone to local nokia care center

                      Nokia — Problematic Mobile Phone

                      Iam a working women i had bought a Nokia mobile Express music no 5310 for Rs.8300/-at the Wavetel Mandaveli branch on 3rd of feb when i brought it home the phone didnt work i took it the next day they replaced another set but not from the showroom but got the set from outside and gave.but this time when i went home the second set also didnt work but this time i took the set to the head office which is at gemini, plaza centre they took 3 days and replaced a new set which was deliverd at my office on 17/02/09 but this time when i took it home the speakers were not working.imagine my plight as a working women wasting my time with these dealers running from pillar to post but iam not going to stop iam going to file a FIR against cheating i wil make sure these guys wil be kept in thier plces and will not take the CUSTOMERS for granted.

                          Nokia E65 — Malfuncitoning phone

                          My phone has the following complaints:
                          1. It gets hung very often
                          2. Certain keys stop working at types forcing me to restart the phone
                          3. Applications are slow and often cause the phone to hang

                          I purchased this phone in April and have had a consistently bad time since then

                          Nokia E65 — Need replacement

                          Sir/Madam,

                          I purchased Nokia E65 on 15th August 2008 and after few days it started developing problems and when contacted Nokia Care at Sector 7, Panchkula I was told that due to software corruption it needs software installation which was done there and them. But the problem of restart distortion in incoming and outgoing and no illumination on key pads remained there. And when contacted again I was advised to use the same with problems intact for few more days as it is under warranty and also told that as one level of care thats is, HCL which is undertaking repairs is going to be eliminated due to bouncing of hand sets without repairs. I took the advise of nokia care.

                          But when I contacted Nokia care again on 19th July 2009 almost one month before warranty was going to expire I was told that it will take 5 days to rectify the problems in my hand sets. But when contacted after the expiry of 5days I was told that it is sent to L3 level of Nokia Care Noida and it will take another 15 days to get the hand set back. But it took more than one and half month to get my hand set back on 30th August 2009 and that too without any rectification of problems in it and I again returned the set within 5 minutes to nokia care. Which took another 20 days to get it back. But I was shocked when I switched it on and found that my display too is damaged instead of getting th problems removed. If this the service of L3 then it would have been better for to go to some "sadak chhap" mobile repair service giver and would have spent few rupees and I am sure that I would have got better services in mush less time which your nokia care centre has taken.

                          Now, I DO NOT want my E65 (IMEI NUMBER [protected] Warranty Ref. Number APAINY[protected] hand set in such a damaged condition and want New and Fresh Hand set at the earliest so that any consumer legal action is avoided

                              i have purchased the abovesaid mobile 10 months before. From the date of purchase i am often facing lot of technical problems like mobile getting hanged up & non with standing of battery. We came to know that this model has been stopped in the market now.

                              We purchased this mobile based on the confidence we are having on the nokia brand. This kind of problems will damage the brand value in the market. I would like Nokia to take neccessary action immediately against this & replace the mobile with a new one.

                                I have purchased a Nokia 5800 Express Music on a fateful day of 2nd May' 2009 from Mobile Town Shop, Jamnagar, Gujarat. The handset cost me Rs 19,000 which is a part of my hard earned salaried money. Within 1 month of the Purchase, I started getting disturbance in all the incoming & outgoing calls to an extent that the voice during conversation become inaudible.

                                I have submitted the handset to Jamnagar Nokia Care Centre (Ashok Electronics) for repair & they returned it back after a week. For 2 weeks it worked just fine but after that again the same problem re-occurs. This time I have requested them to send the handset to their central service center at New Delhi. I got the handset back after 15 days & it worked just fine for another 1 week & the trouble started again. The Jamnagar Nokia Care Centre fellows were clueless about the problem & they have send it again to New Delhi. I have called upon Nokia Customer Care & requested them to replace the handset if the same is not repairable on which I got a firm reply that "Nokia doesn't have a replacement policy". I got my handset back after another 15 days & as I put my SIM card for testing the same disturbing noise starts appearing.

                                I have not accepted the handset & returned it back to Nokia Care Centre. They have again send it to New Delhi for repair. This whole episode has given me an immense mental trauma & loss at my work place. I expect NOKIA to replace my handset and that would only help me in regaining the lost faith in the company & it's products.

                                I want to tell you that i got Nokia 5800 xpress music IEMI no. -352012/04/274940/7 Dated 22/05/2010 from spice hotspot centre at Tilak Nagar. I have a problem my phone's IC has been damaged. so i want to replaced it in my warranty period but it cannot be replaced. Nokia Service Centre's (Tilak Nagar) worker said that it will be replaced by an amount of Rs. 2000/-. He said that there is no guarantee of an IC. But when i purchase it he simply said that your phone is always in guarantee period in betwen one year. We face many hindrance from last two weeks. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  Recently in 27th August'2009 I had bought a Nokia 2626 from The Mobile Store in Chennai. From the next 4th Month itself, it started giving problems. This handset started giving problems from Dec'2009 itself, and from then till now there has been no help provided by Nokia Customer Care or The Mobile Store. I had kept the handset as it is, and still the Blank display.When I gave a complaint for the same at the mobile store, they did not agree to it and say it had been damanged knowingly. Why would someone do it? Its still in the warranty period. I asked them to replace the set, but that was not accepted. I request you for a change of handset. Since, this is changing my belief in Nokia. If this is how it is, I don't think I would be willing to buy any Nokia handset any further. No one from the Nokia Service Centre or The Mobile store is ready to help for the same, even when the phone is in waranty period. Every time the screen gets damaged, even without using it. Kindly get this handset changed. I have lost faith from Nokia.                                   I have deposited my NOKIA N72 mobile to customer care center SHRE SHYAM SAI COMINICATION, ROHTAK ON DATED[protected] service job no.[protected] & MOBILE SR.NO. [protected]
                                  MY PROBLEM IS display screen is closed even after mobile in active condition.nothing can be seen on screen for seeing content.when I switch off & on the mobile display is active for some time

                                  I paid 500/- for the same but my problem is not solved, after two week they said we will change display light for this you have to paid 1000/-after agree on this condition he is unable to give mobile on target date.
                                  so please do needful urgently otherwise i give this problem in consumer forum.

                                  i am using an E90 communicator for more than 2 years. I have used the phone for 400 hrs nearly . this phone is serving me so nicely that i bought a second E 90. 8 months back. i am ont comfortable with any other phones.

                                  I m frustrated after taking the NOKIA HANDSET EXPRESS MUSIC 5130

                                  I have visited 2 times NOKIA CARE, NET DOT SOULTION A-5/1 TILAK NAGAR OPPOSITED STATION NEW DELHI- 110018



                                  THEY HAVE ISSUED ME A FIRST JOB SHEET ON DATED 9/06/2011 WHEN MY HANDSET WAS UNDER WARRANTY TO REPAIR IT BUT AFTER 7 DAYS THEY HAVE NOT SERVICE MY HANDSET because they have demanded to pay a sum of Rs. 750/- for repair than i denied that it was in warranty so repair it with a minimum cost now Mr. HEMANT who is the senior responsible person of nokia has contact me to pay a 50% of service charge than i agreed to pay and again deliver my handset express music nokia 5130 to the nokia care in Tilak Nagar but after a one week they have again return my handset without repair and my nokia handset has been dead by the nokia care and told me that it is non-repairable



                                  i did not understand i have not made this handset at home, it has been purchsased by the nokia outlet than why it is non repairable by the nokia care who has made this product in the market .





                                  When it is non-repairable than why nokia company has launched this product in the market when it is non-repairable



                                  kindly replace my handset



                                  i m being disturbed by nokia care because i have not paid Rs. 750/- so that my handset has been dead



                                  I HAVE ALSO ENCLOSED ALL JOB SHEET ISSUED BY THE NOKIA CARE KINDLY READ IT IN ATTAHCED FILES AND REPLACE MY HANDSET IMMEDIATELY.



                                  I am very much disappointed with the service of NOKIA. no one is taking this issue seriously regularly I sent a lot of email ids of senior officer & nodal officer of NOKIA DEPARTMENT but I did not understand why they have not personally contact us.



                                  If the Mobile is not put into use by you or your authorized representatives, I will be left with no other option but to seek the legal assistance of the appropriate forum to get my grievances redressed. I am not really happy with the way that your after care service centre is functioning, since they are simply interested in charging the customers rather than addressing the issue/problem rightfully.



                                  I hope you will understand my mental agony and the problem I have been facing all these days and set the issue amicably since it is the responsibility and duty of the producing firms to attend to the customers’ needs.



                                  I have already send my handset to the nearest NOKIA CARE (Mr. Baljeet,
                                  Net Dot Solutins, Tilak Nagar ) for many times but due to the increase o[censored]r customers so the mobile is not properly accessed initially when I purchased than the FM and loudspeaker was not working than I visited nokia care to repaired it but now it is totally dead Its not working and its in warranty and today I visited NOKIA CARE, Tilak Nagar to repaired it but they have given me a job sheet without repair because the are charging Rs. 750/- for repairing even it is in warranty and I regret to inform u that I have seen four cases in front of my eyes the nokia care is demanding the charges of nokia handset which is in warranty and the care has given a excuse of component fault





                                  I already sent my complaint to Mr. HEMANT GULATI but he denied from it.







                                  I am not satisfied.. The cell has purchased Just few months ago and already i have send it to the nokia care but again the problem consist and its not working (dead). I do not want a used handset. I am not interested in a used one. Kindly provide me a new handset ( Box Piece) or kindly repay of the money back.



                                  I am very sorry to say - The service Nokia is providing are worse than the Government Service.. It is not satisfied the consumer but you are forcing the consumer.

                                  I have not taken the replacement handset from the Nokia Care RT - Nagar, and I will not take until I Get a New one,

                                  If Nokia is not taking this seriously, I should go through the proper channels. I will be wating an acknowledgement from the Nokia Care on the letter.. (which has the same thing written) and we take it to the consumer Court. Also if I don’t get a reply within 2 days I will start sharing the same in the websites. Blogs.. Etc.. And beware ppl on the nokia and the service of the Nokia.

                                  Again I will not ready to take a used handset as a replacement. Kindly consider my complaint and take necessary action either u replace myhandset or repaired it properly.

                                  I believe on nokia blindly with their services and robustness. But just after one month, the handset started giving troubles. Its sound was not working properly and gradually it stopped working. Since then time the mobile set is hanged problems for that i have requested the shopkeeper to replace or repair it but unfortunately atlest 30 repeatidly visits to the shop, i always have been assured for the next time for the same. now i am fedup with that situation.

                                  I HAVE ALSO ENCLOSED THE JOBSHEET AND WARRANTY SHEET ATTACHED WITH THIS EMAIL KINDLY CHECKED IT AND HELP ME TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM

                                  I recently bought Nokia c6, but it is working worst. In this mobile, youtube is working, but video cannot be seen. It is totally blur. MP4 videos cannot be played in this mobile. software is also very slow in working. I really felt that I wasted my money RS. 140000. It is very bad towards customer satisfaction. Why does Nokia release this kind of failure phones in the market. Nokia is simply cheating public who has good faith on this bloody company. I suggest not to by nokia. It is not worth of our money.

                                  In other stream, least prices mobiles also supporting all MP4 videos, has good video clarity, and speed browsing.

                                    Respected Sir,
                                    I am having a Nokia handset having warranty period and i have been facing a serious problem of automatically switch off and on in the mobile. I had submitted three times to Nokia care, Guwahati club, Guwahati for recovery from the same problem. Every time they ask me to take the phone after 15 days so that they can send the phone to company. Thus they took minimum 50 days as i had submitted it three times for the same problem.
                                    Recently i had taken the mobile phone but same problem is still going on. So i need a solution for the same.
                                    I want to know whether Nokia care will be able to solve my problem as soon as possible or i have to go to other mobile repairing centre.

                                      Your service provider subbmits you wrong status of what the repair service done by them. Screen shot for the same attahced herewith as i am facing problem since last 7 days.

                                      Its has been told to me that to upgrade the software it require only 1.30 hrs time but servie provider is not ready to give me my cell since last 7 days I subbmited my mobile to your service provider on 16th sept 2009. after receipt of Job sheet No.[protected]/090916/23 i chacked status of my moblie on net on very nex day it was showing REPAIRED. but in reality it was not repaired. (screen shot of the same i attached here with) on Friday 18 th September he ask me to call on saturday evening to check the status but unfortunatly still my cell was not repaired, but you people are showing status OK. I dont know why u do so?

                                      My cell module no. is Nokia 6233.

                                      Service provider tell me he don't have required port with him he ask for the same from their HO. I diden't get that If repaire shopkeeper doesn't have screw dirver with him it's meaningless.

                                      If Mobile is having any problem or anything there should be updated status not WRONG status to satisfy HO or senior authority.

                                        I had recently bought Nokia 1661 from phone galleria, M.g.road bangalore 01 0n 03-09-09 bill no :425 at 1.45 pm.
                                        The problem is that when i select phone memory it shows both sim & Phone contacts, when i select sim memory it shows both sim & Phone contacts.I gave for repair on 12th sept 2009 in nokia care R.T.nagar, Bangalore 32. pnno[protected]The job sheet no : is[protected]/090912/52.
                                        I Went to collect the phone on 14th sept 2009 i had collected the phone even then i saw that the problem was as before.they told that they had updated new software then why again same problem.

                                        Again i gave for repair on 19th sept 2009 in nokia care R.T.nagar, Bangalore 32. They gave me manual job sheet no : 8705, dated 19-09-09 as the computers are not working on 19-09-09.
                                        i went to collect the on same day at 6.15. the problem was not rectified. they told that they had updated new software then why again same problem.

                                        Again I gave for repair on 19th sept 2009 in nokia care R.T.nagar at 6.35pm

                                        I told them to give it to head office & check properlly.
                                        I think they phone has got some problem when i bought it.

                                        Nokia — Memory problem

                                        The senior manager Nokia Customer care,

                                        I have purchased my Nokia 6233 handset in last December. Since then, I am facing multiple problems with this phone. Within three months of the purchase, there was a reception problem with the phone. It got repaired in another two months and again started problem with the memory card. The handset gets hanged when memory is in use.
                                        I sent the handset to the customer care centre at Baroda as well as surat and lastly at Ahemdabad also. For the last three months, these care centres are not paying attention to my complaints and have not given me any feed back or reply.
                                        I am still waiting for the reasonable reply.
                                        Please look in to the matter and do the needful as early as possible. It has been a complete year now since my complaints are not rectified.
