The problem is that ,i just had taken a new handsfee from nokia priority dealer at he cost of 700rs and they have told me that,the product has six months replacement warranty.After completing 5 minths theheadset mic was not working,so i just went there and told about the issue and they have collected the handsfee and the bill from me.After that they have given 4days time and then i ca collect the new one from the nokia priority dealer itself.i just went there after completing 4 days.At that time they saud that it will take maximum of 15 days..After 6 days i called upto the nokia priority show room regardin this issue and they have told me to come there and collect the material from the show room itself.I went there and the sho keeper telling me that why i am torturing him and they cant give the handfee to me..i replied ok and then told them that i will be filing case to consumer court..
Because of this bad behaviour from the nokia showroom members and they are not doing there promises which they are giving for the customers...thats why i've registered a complaint agaianst this hing..I hope that i will get a goo solution from here

    my 3110 c cellphone is restart agen &agen i have upgrade new softwere but probleme not solve.
    iam also having the same problem my phone automatically restarts when library is updated or browsing
    i am fed of my nokia3110c phone it is the worst mobile i have ever seen
    the phone is really not good.
    it has poor camera quality.
    and the phone restrarts many times. i have gone to care center.
    they updated the software, but again my cell is restrating.
    my nokia 3110c which I purchase on 3/1/2008 restart more than 20 times by its own on morning . i feel very helpless when I unable to call anyone this morning . please help me.
    mu nokia 3110c having restarting problem when i inserted my memory card. recently i face another typical problem of network coverage.there are no network tower show in my phone display when it's getting on. I search the operator selection in both way mannually & automatically, but the ph. show no network covarage. I change the SIM also but the problem remains same..

    please help me to resolve the problem immediately.otherwise i cann't use my cellphone...
    the phone is such a mess that it needs to be updated at the nokia care evry 2 mnths
    nokia shld also provide the phone software
    so that one cld update his software even after the warranty expires
    or replace the sets
    i got my on feb 8th 2008...when i inserteted my memory card my phone is restarting ... to over come this problem what i have 2

      I had purchased one Nokia E51 Phone on 5th March 2008 SI. No. [protected]. I went totaly dead on 1st September 2009 that is less than 18 months from the date of purchase. I gave it to a Nokia Care center, A M Mobile Telecom Ltd. ASC No. 293_504886 Email: [protected]@nokiacareindia.com vide there job sheet No.[protected]/090901/71. on 1st September 2009. They have intimated me yesterday that phone can not be repaired & if it is repaired the charges will be the same as applicable for a brand new phone. My request is how your Nokia E-51 GSM type product 0558469 can become out of service only in 18 months.

      I await your reply whether this phone can be repaired or a new one given to me in exchange at concessional rate. I am using your phones from 1998 when mobile services started in India I have 2 other N series phone which i am using now, but this Business Phone i purchased when I was made National Chairman for Trade & Industry Cell of the main opposition party of India. I am disappointed and will request your help for replacement for the same exgratia or at a very concessional rate on deposite of the existing phone to the same dealer.

        i have a nokia 9300 communicator it's mother board is not working ,the local service centre rase up there hands that they can do it. so please do some thing .let me purchase a new mother board of nokia 9300 from the company.take action as soon as possible.

        Nokia 9300 — Customer Care fooling around

        i gave my nokia 9300,imei no-[protected](which i had purchased on 09/march/2007) to nokia care at madurai for software upgrade and reinstalling document reader and web browser on 09/oct/2007. my monile was under warranty and i was assured that it will be returned to me within 15days. however only later they told me that it has crashed and they will replace it with a new mobile of same model as it was under warranty. hawever what they sent me was a water logged old tampered mobile which i refused to take. since then they have been tellin me that they are about to get a new replacement in a few days and will reach me in a week. however when today a took a tough stand they told me that they dont have any replacement and dont know when they will be gettin it and asked me to wait again..tell me what should a do. thanks...         Nokia 9300i — Software problem @ 9300i

        Dear Sir

        I am having Nokia 9300i handset which has some problem in entering second key functions.For example if i enter % it is giving &; (2) & it is giving # and so on.Also to view images which is stored in media file, each time i have to close and then go for the next picture, scrolling is not possible while the photo is enlarged.Other problem i face is in deleting single phone number from the call list{missed calls, recieved calls, dialled numbers}Also speed is very slow.i tried downloading software updates from net, butn it was not supporting 9300i.

        Please suggest me right solution.Awaiting your early reply

        i puchiched a new nokia 5300 at the new year time2008 .i was fine still 8th of this year but it becomes swith off problem .so i contact nokia care at ramnad.they put new software.but the problem was not cleared fully .i cant use evan camera.i didnt satisfyed with nokia care.i have the warrenty period.may i claim a new one or what is the solution reply me.

        Nokia — Instrument not returned

        I had purchased Nokia 2865 from StarMobitel Pvt Ltd, New Delhi .
        The instrument did not work in warranty period itself and was deposited to them as suggested by Nokia Care on 16th Feb 08, wide job sheet no .[protected]/08216/24 Inderjeet(StarMobitel) told me after 3 months that they have misplaced my instrument and no replacemnet will be provided .My instrument was under warranty when I had submitted, I am running here and there but no resolution .Can someone guide me how to approach consumer court ?

        Nokia 9300 — Instrument not returned

        I had purchased Nokia 9300 from Lucknow.
        The instrument did not work in warranty period itself and was deposited to them as suggested by Nokia Care on 23th Aug 08, at Samvaradhi Technologies, Koramanagala, Bangalore, wide job sheet no.[protected]/080823/16 told me after 15 days that they have repair, but its already 50 days over but my handset still in same condition and they are telling i can't repair it, if you want take it in same condition.My instrument was under warranty when I had submitted. i logged the complain at customer care on 27-Aug-08, complain number is 2-3ANH9J, and they also not giving response.         Nokia 9300 — Mobile lost

        Hello Sir,

        This is Zahid Naqvi from Jaipur. i purchased a new Nokia 9300 communicator mobile from London and it stolen before 8 months.

        At that moment i submitted my complaint in Bajaj Nagar, Jaipur police station they said that we will not spend in time to search your mobile phone. We are only receiving your complain so you can retrieve your new SIM card. Lot of peoples loosing there cars etc. and its only mobile why we spend time on your item.

        I was shocked at that time. ITS INDIAN POLICE.

        I am also facing problem with nokia 9300, there is no phone display and voice. The local service centre rose their hands that they cannot do anything unless we get a cable from the Company, as soon as they get the connecting cable they will phone me, but I am sure they are giving this as an execuse.

        I am fed-up with the aquality of the product and the services.

          I bought Nokia N78 on 6th feb 2009 From M/s Naman Mobiles SD road Secunderabad
          IMEI No:[protected]
          From day onwards I am facing KEY PAD porblem and i recognized on 18th feb 2009 and i logged complaint In nokia care center M/s SS electronics Secunderabad Job sheet No:[protected]/09/0218/15 and i got repeated problem from april i am busy with my work i submitted my handset to care center on 1st july 2009 job sheet no:[protected]/090701/45 and after 15days i got handset with same problem i given back the hand set on 14th july 2009 job sheet 21688 Manual after one month i recieved with same problem and technician saying that in this model is coming with this problem so you can use this i any problem comes you come to the center i am not satisfied with this anwer
          Despite of so many complaints given to nokia customer care, complaint no are 1-[protected] they have not solved my problem nor given any solution for this, then i logged complaint in national consumer help line complaint no 193915 and i wrote a letter to Head office of NOKIA INDIA PVT LTD HARAYANA addressing to care manger on 24th August still my problem is not solved, its seams that manfacturing defect so please replace my handset with other equaling model otherwise please give back my money, i borrowed my friend handset for day to day calls i waited for some many days to solve simple problem

          Please help me in this matter

            i purchased nokia 5220 express music handset in november 2008 from reputed mobile store kolkata ,but soon after purchase it kept on hanging always.i was out of kolkata after purchase to a remote area where servicing was not possible.i faced lot of problem.after few months i came jamshedpur where one day it finally got switched off.i went to nokia care where they kept the set for software upload.it nwas ok for 2 months after that and once again same thing happened its still with nokia care.are these expensive handset given to be always repaired till waranty and after that expense ur own or change the set.nokia was a name of most trusted mobile till i had purchased this.there is some manufacturing problem and they may be hiding it by saying it is because of internet and bluetooth use.it can be but it should be to that set also from where the contents r transfered.and if it is so why company provides data cable and blue tooth facility.i have however used bluetooth but never usb,still it happened.

              I, Harsh gave my mobile Nokia 7210 supernova for repair at Nokia Care, Hanamkonda, Warangal, A.P. on 13th August (job sheet number :[protected]/090813/4). The mike is to be replaced. They told me that it will take maximum of 10 days i.e. before 23rd August they will give it back to me. But still after 1 month, it has not been repaired. I called there many times, but there is no result. I mailed the concerned person, but he didn't reply.

                    Hi All,
                    This is to bring to your kind notice regarding the quality of the customer handling services under your able leadership at Nokia.
                    Over here I am just mentioning my concerns in brief as appended below:
                    • I have filed a case against Nokia Ltd in District consumer forum vide case no 604/09 at Janak Puri.New Delhi.
                    • While the case is still subjudice representatives of Nokia approached me for out of the court settlement. Against my wishes and like a gentleman I agreed for the same.
                    • The settlement was mutually agreed at refund of my damages costing Rs 9,500/ less then the claim which I am expecting had it been come through the verdict of the court.
                    • Due to the rigorous follow ups and mental harassment given by the representatives I finally decided to go for out of the court settlement.
                    • Representative of Noika was sent to me with an affidavit and a Cheque amounting to Rs.9,500/.Prima facie the Cheque was appearing to be tampered fudged with signatures/over writing.
                    • I immediately brought this to the notice of the drawer XXXX and the arbitrator in the deal Ms. XXX about the flaws in the instrument and the possibility of its getting dishonored.
                    • It was assured to me by the drawer that we the Nokia is a big company and Cheque bounce of Nokia is a big question in itself.
                    • Trusting on the words like a true soldier I handed over the defected phone N -72 along with all the accessories to the individual who had come to collect the same. Not only I handed over the mobile set but was also made to sign on forge affidavit that was to be deposited by Nokia before the Hon’ble consumer court proving that the case has been settled out of the court and the customer has given his “ No Objection Certificate” in the form of affidavit.
                    • To my utter surprise the same thing happened of which I feared and doubting, the Cheque actually got bounced for the same reasons and I was charged penalty from my bankers.
                    • Still I thought it would be wise to again give one more chance to the Nokia people. I immediately appraised this to XXX and XXX. I was again promised that fine it is the mistake and they would be making good the loss by paying in cash.
                    • Its almost days when I told them the payment has still not been settled and to my sheer disgrace I was rather pounced back by your team by saying that its my duty to check with my bankers the reasons of check bounce. They treated me like as if I am there slave and asking for some obligation from Nokia. Rather I was getting call after calls for different numbers from different people that literally harassed me mentally.
                    • But they said now we have already got the hand set and obtained your signatures on the affidavit and now we are under no privy to be challenged at any court of law.

                    Remedies available to me
                    I have got all the proofs with me to be produced before the Hon’ble court as next hearing is due on XXX and I have not withdrawn the case. If the forged affidavit has been submitted to the court speaking that the customer has agreed for the out of the court settlement then it would be even worst situation for Nokia as I have got the bounced Cheque with me and Nokia would be heavily penalized on this fraudulent malpractice they adopted with me.
                    Also would like to read the clause for you straight from the Negotiable instrument act :
                    Under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act,1881 “Cheque bounce is a punishable offence and Punishment prescribed for such an offence is fine which may extend to twice the amount of the Cheque or imprisonment for a term which may be extended to two years or both.”

                    Please treat this mail as a valid legal notice in writing following a principles of natural justice as fair chance given to the opposite party communicating that the Cheque details as appended below issued to me stood to be bounced dated Aug 28,2009.

                    for Service and communications Solutions.

                    The above is just a information as a well wisher to the Nokia leaders to open their eyes regarding the malpractices being done at below level.I just wanted to highlight for your favour only other wise my case is still sub-judice with the court. I just wanted to open your eyes to the fraudulent and pathetic customer dealing services right under your nose of which your are oblivion. Its pathetic to learn that such is the quality of the staff that has been hired by the Nokia whom the company is paying fat salaries with zero accountability and bringing disgrace to your reputed company.Leave alone the mental harassment done to me still the staffers of Nokia do not learn how to present themselves in front of the customers.

                      Poor camera quality

                      I have purchased Nokia 6303 Classic from Nokia priority dealer in Cochin on 10-Sep-09. (Imei[protected]). Its video resolution is marked as 3.2 M pixel !. The picture quality is horrible. Camera performance is so poor and is worse than a 1.3 M pixel camera. Request Nokia to stop selling this mobile any more.
                      A word of caution to new buyers. Kindly don’t purchase this phone. Buy any Chinese phone from market for price of Rs.3000...

                      I have the above handset where in my children have inadvertantaly gone to the game downloads. Now i find that i am being charged some amount of currency for game downloads even though we are not downloading.I found from airtel that they have nothing to do with it.every now and then i get a message indicating the amount of deduction.

                        teh thing i wanaa say tha what i'm dong man rit now 'coz im completely from nokia care n nokia products.....

                        i was used to love nokia but in the mean time the services n the parts is not working that much i expect from the brand name say NOKIA....
                        inface its a bull rit now for me...

                        heey..i'm a software enng....but frankly say belong to a middle class family n trust NOKIA only so that i brought nokia 2330 to my father....IMEI NO 355248/03/030968/2 n the CODE 0584547 from my first salary (home tuition) of two month....ist abt 2 month it is noy work properly n its mike is not working...but when we talk with speaker phone then we receive a call other wise..


                        same thin is happen with ma noki 2760 hand set....infact its replaced by nokia care of our city(kota raj.) its also have the same problem n its continue yet.....from last 2 month my nokia 2760 is deposited in nokia care n now i am felling help less.............

                            Sub: Seeking of Information under RTI Act.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            This is to inform you that I had purchase a Mobile 3110c Noika Model on 23rd Dec 2008. The set on Warrant Period. In August 2009 I facing some battery problem in my set . I go on 17th August 2009 Noika Care Centre for sorting out this problem .They told me you come after 4 days. They checked the Mobile Physically. After that I received the phone and same problem is continued, then I go on 25th August 2009. I told that the same problem is occurring. They told me you came after 4 days . After 4 days I received the phone and same problem is continued, then I go on 31st August 2009. They gave me the delivery date 02 September 2009. After that the same problem is continued.

                            Then I go on 4th September 2009 I told that I came 3 times before & the same problem is continued, you do not check the phone, you just install the software and give it to me. The Branch Manager told me I find the problem and if we dot not find out the problem we send you phone our factory office. After that I got a phone from Noika Care on 7th September 2009 and they told me that our Mobile Switch on/off is broken . You have to pay Rs. 350/-. I told that my Mobile is only 8 months of date of purchase & on Warranty period. You checked my phone physically and how it is that the phone Switch On/Off broken. The Behaviour of Noika Care Centre A- 180, Ist Floor, Sukhdev Nagar Market, Opp. Defence Colony Red Light, New Delhi-3 is not good. There is so many cases I see earlier.
                            In this regard, I request to you to look into the matter the Harassment of 3 times Mentally & Physically. Please give me Justice because of the Phone is on Warranty Period. An prompt action is this regard is awaited.

                              Im ashamed of myself for purchasing a mobile and being cheated from such a reputed organisation..
                              tHE NAME OF THE STORE IS PLANET M.

                              The incident goes as follows..





                              I wanted to purchase a cell-phone- Nokia N-79, from your store, since the store advertised for a 2 yr warranty etc..in local newspapers, I went to ur store on[protected],the sales man imran, at the planet m store at Inorbit Malad w, opened the box, immediately after my payment & submission of the photo id proof, behind my back and when questioned he said that he just opened it and it would go to waste if I did not take it, as I had already made the payment, I accepted the phone, he fitted my sim card, and I took it home, when I asked him if the phone had any drawbacks like a battery problem etc, he declined and also said that after buying the phone besides the 2 yr free warranty we also offer home delivery of mobiles etc if the product gives trouble..the total price of the phone was 17, 801.

                              Within a month, the phone started giving immense trouble with the screen getting hanged, battery draining, etc, I went to the planet M store on 25th July 09 since I wasn’t in Mumbai continuously and approached a sales staff- Nagraj & manager Shalivan.

                              I displayed the cell to nagraj, where in he stated that I had kept the phone in a good condition.

                              I switched the phone off and took out my sim in front of nagraj.

                              I explained the problem to them, looking for imran, I also mentioned that my phone box mentioned of an accessory of a phone case, but I did not receive any phone case, and told them that the phone was opened behind my back. They heard me out and had a job sheet which was filled by nagraj mentioning the battery & hanging problem, to my surprise, I was told that imran, the sales person who sold the phone to me, was asked to leave planet m.

                              When my phone came back almost after a week, and after continuously calling nagraj, my applications like the oxford dictionary, secondary camera, my games like fifa 09 etc, had gone, my no of icons in the menu had even reduced, and more so my battery problem too wasn’t resolved, this infuriated me and I fired nagraj , and shalivan, and told them u cant cheat a customer like that by further spoiling the phone, my software issue too wasn’t resolved, I told them I would go to the consumer court if this prevailed, they again took my phone, and shalivan stated that the problem would be looked into again, Now I gave my phone to them, the 2nd time, and after about 2 weeks, in august they returned my phone, but with very few games, these games were not earlier present in my phone when I purchased the N-79, more so my oxford dictionary wasn’t restored, I was extremely upset, furious, and told nagraj, that this is no way to cheat some1 of 18k, he told me that these were applications and that I would have to go online and install them back, I argued saying that when I purchased the phone, I purchased it with the functions which were Already present, only to know I was cheated and fooled by false promises from ur sales man imran. I said that it isn’t my fault if the people who worked on my phone have altered my features, it was the onus of the concerned people to make good the damage done, also my battery probs, were not resolved, my screen would keep changing and my probs with the phone only started increasing, was indeed fed up and regretted buying the phone from this Planet m outlet.

                              For the third time on the 19th of aug, a delivery boy came to my residence & I showed him the phone, [ that was in working condition, on the standby theme, - a clear screen devoid of any lines etc.] I switched off the phone took off the sim & gave the phone to him, my brother was present when this took place.

                              When I called nagraj, I dictated to him the probs, that of the screen hanging, battery, applications missing, etc I told him to write it down and he assured me that this time he would personally take care of the phone. I called him up on fri- 21st aug, he told me that it has gone to the nokia H.O. in goregaon,

                              When I called him on mon 24th aug, he said that it was with nokia and only they will call up & let us know when its ready, when I called him again on wed, he said that nokia had reported a physical damage on my phone, mentioning that the lock key had been tampered- smoldered or something and asked me if I had taken the phone to get it repaired from an outside source, this made me very furious and I told him that I had no reason to do that since I was within warranty and why would I pay to get it alright from an outside source, he further said that because it is physical damage I do not come under warranty and that nokia isn’t repairing my phone , if I wanted I would have to pay Rs.600, on this I argued and again felt extremely cheated of Rs 18k, because I had a software issue, which wasn’t repaired, and now after a month, and a week of keeping it with nokia gallery, they report physical damage, I spoke to shalivan and asked that the money be paid by Planet m, and not me, since when I gave it there was no problem, they declined, and I told them I would go to the police if this wasn’t restored for justice.

                              Shalivan said that I could go to whoever I want but they are not authorized to come to the police station.

                              I received my phone on Sunday-30th aug, to my horror, this time my screen, was even more badly hurt, my phone had scratches, and quarter of my screen my marked with lines, and there was dirt inside the screen. none of which was present when I gave to the phone to the delivery boy, So once again I was cheated.

                              I lodged a complaint with bangur nagar police station and when shalivan & nagraj came, I narrated the history of this entire incident in front of the insp on duty, shalivan, nagraj, and another insp. I asked them to stop me if I was incorrect or gave a false statement, they admitted to what ever I said.

                              The police have told me infront of them- shalivan & nagraj, that I should make a case and fight this in court. I was even willing for them to settle it and told them if my phone is repaired I will take back the complaint. However, they did not co-operate.

                              I have narrated this incident to you as a final attempt to resolve this case, as I want justice, and if my damages are not rectified, I will seek redressal from the court of consumer affairs in this week,

                              I want justice and this is no way to cheat a customer. And I will make sure that my experience of this fraud being done to me goes to all the people that I know.

                              I truly suspect, that the piece itself was fake since it was sold to me open.

                                  on 5th sept. i gave Nokia E-70 for repair ( black on the inner display screen. that is no display was the problem) the estimated cost was 3400 n i agreed then they called me today i.e. 9th sept'09 and told that the cost is 7600 rs so i refused to repair the cell phone.. and when i saw the phone its inner screen was broked... firstly they made excuses that it was at the time of problem ( but that wasnt mentioned in the jobsheet) then they told its not broked its the water inside the phone and when we opened it spreaded..( that too was not mentioned)
                                  all the above points were said by Manager of nokia care sector-10 noida ( Aruna Malik)
                                  She call to Mr. Sachin owner of that center and he agreed to give me cellphone back in the same condition as before... but he will remove all the components added by the company or i hav to pay (sir i wasnt paying anything before if i take it in same condition so why they are charging when they will repair my phone or why they are removing anyhting... they hadnt mentioned anything in written that they will remove which components..)
                                  then he said to me he will repair the mobile for Rs. 3400 and make it in working mode.. and i asked them to do aso in front of me ( how can i trust them that they wont remove my cellphone's components..)
                                  And lastly i dont want them to repair my cellphone they should return me by replacing the screen that they broked for free...
                                  By saying that they will replace the components making me afraid to trust them... please take strong action..

                                  i got my E71 repaired recently on 12th sep'09...before repair there was no hang problem with the phone. but after getting it repair my phone start hanging very badly & also all default software has been removed..they should atleast take pain to install all the pre istalled or default softwares. Its just one month back i purchased my phone & soon i got so many problems with it. I ignore the fact told to me that nokia phones hang too often & now I am facing it.. i hope nokia services has been degraded...

                                      - I had given my Mobile E90 for Repair on 13-Aug-09
                                      - 25days have passed still no one even once have called me to give an update on the repair.
                                      - I have been contacting the Dealer (Akshay Care) and even the Call Center sever times not never the status of both matches.
                                      - today, 9th Sept the Call center says my phone is reparied and even dispatched to delaer
                                      - the Dealer incharge, mobile no - [protected] has said the mobile is not reparied nor sent it back.

                                      Please help in getting the status of my mobile and even i want my mobile phone back. Such kind of pathetic service i've never delt with ever.

                                      Nokia E 90 — Warranty support on Mobile phone

                                      I purchased a NOKIA E 90 phone from a reputed dealer in New Delhi in November 2007. In about 15 days of the purchase the phone started misbehaving and on the 9th of the December the mike stopped working. There was no AUDIO OUT from my handset.

                                      On the 11th of Dec. the phone was given to Nokia Care in O-9 Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. The compalint Job slip no is[protected]/071211/2. They told me the handsetr will be returned in 6 to 7 working days. Ever since I have been calling them and now it is more than 2 weeks but still my phone has not been returned till now.

                                      I wonder what a company means by warranty? Is t=it ethical to keep a customers phone for such a long time under the name of warranty support?? I spent Rs. 38,500.00 on the phone and since 2 weeks I still have no asurance when the handset will be rectified and returned?

                                      It should be the responsibility of the company to look into the matter and replace a handset if it is not possible to repair the same even in 15 days!!


                                      I request that the issue be resolved ASAP and hope this mail will reach the right people behind the desks.

                                      It has not even been 8-9 months since I bought a Nokia E-90 and the instrument has started giving problems. My instrument started giving me problems and the same was submitted to your Nokia Care center 'ARYANS COMMUNICATIOINS' in Lucknow (job sheet no.[protected]/080514/71).

                                      It has been 16 days and I have not received any satisfactory response from them. The parts for the same are not available. The Nokia Care center provides all kind of false promises of replacing the instrument but you call them you get a response to call back after 2 days.

                                      It is just harassment for the customer as they have been duped into buying a world class product from a world class company giving world class service.

                                      Nokia E 90 — No incoming and outgoing voice

                                      E90 — E90 HANGS

                                      i have purchased nokia E90 yesterday itself.
                                      i had opted this for ive been a nokia customer for last 8 years.

                                      This phone hangs when we open the message box.
                                      This hangs when we go to gmail shortcut created.

                                      It takes atleast 2-3 min to open a mail.
                                      If this the speed you think is right for the handset then i was misguided to get the same model for my email purposes.

                                      If there is any technical help you can suggest - you are most welcome as i love this handset.

                                      This is to inform you that I have purchased one Nokia E90 handset on 18 .Nov.2009.Soon after the purchase the handset started giving problems like low battery back up, phone hanging, camera hanging, speaker volume bursting and above all the whole housing and keypad colour fading.I spend Rs.35000/- on this premium Nokia Handset thinking that this phone will not give me
                                      any of these problems as are faced with the cheap models.But I think that Nokia has given its worst quality in the costliest handset specially in case of the housing.Depositing the handset in your service center Micronas Telecom, C-4, Sec-2, Noida, Up, India the customer care incharge there, Ms.Neha Singh gave me 15 days time to repair the same & also refused to change the housing.I just want to know the fact that first of all why Nokia has given such poor quality housing in its premium model.Secondly why Nokia is using such substandard components in their mobile phones whose longivity is not even six months.At last why 15 days are required to repair the handset & too without any standby handset.
                                      I am a corporate user of Nokia handsets with 150 handsets being used in my company.But now my belief in Nokia quality & service is shattered.I want either my full money back or my handset replaced with a new one.I will never take back that repaired handset with fully faded housing.I had spend my hardearned money for quality, status & service which were defeated by this handset.

                                      most of the hi-end multimedia phones are slow... except a few like iphone 3Gs
                                      but there are few things u can try...
                                      1. upgrade your software
                                      2. open minimal apps..
                                      3. keep the phone's storage free, instead u can put all ur images, songs etc into the memory card.

                                      NKIA E90 with ser no.[protected] of Jan 2009 lost its aesthetics badly, as its black skin started peeling off from the battery cover & front side.

I had given it twice to nokia service centre but still its not working properly. Its been two months since its gone for repair to the service centre but i have got no clue about its whatsoever from the people concerned.                                       Nokia — poor quality of Nokia handset & poor service from Nokia Care

                                      Dear,sir/madam
                                      I bought a NOKIA handset on March 9 from Moto World Dibrugarh,Assam,Model:X2 , IMEI NO:[protected] , BT NO:902954. From the first day itself I am facing quite a few problems with this phone.It had very poor battery backup & It takes 4-5 hours to get fully charged & gets verymuch heated while charging.Camera quality is also very poor,although it is featured with 5mp with flash. I took the handset to NOKIA CARE Dibrugarh & they provided me a service job sheet no:[protected]/110420/47.They returned the cell to me after two days saying that they sorted out the cell's problem & the cell was ok then but it wasn't.I got the same problems again.I again took the cell to the same NOKIA CARE & they told me that they are unable to solve the problem & they will send the cell to the company's head office.But now even after 15-16 days they haven't informed me anything about the cell.
                                      It's a matter of great shame that a newly launched model of the world renouned NOKIA company is giving such problems from the day first.I am totally frustrated & feeling myself totally cheated.NOKIA has certainly decreased its quality & standard of its products.
                                      So,I request the company to replace the cell as it is totally new.I was even unable to use it properly.
