I bought a Nokia 1650 dated[protected]bill no. 4330) Telecom add M-89/3 Shastri nagar but after one month battery get sewlling and does get charged when i complaint to shopkeaper he said to me go to nokia care they will replaced your battery and When went their beahviour of the employee their not good and after some time they said to me this is a local battery I don"t know what to do so please help me

i am having nokia n73 music edition, i purchased my mobile in 27.12.08.
my mobile still in warranty period ..


problem is that when i open contact list & press calling button . the button is not working . but when i used speed dialing it works.. i gave my mobile to nokia customer care on 20.08.09, he tell that there is software problem, he flash up the mobile.. then it properly works 6 day, then it again not working on 26.08.09, i again go to nokia customer care on 27.08.09 now he says that there is key problem, he change the key, then it work for 5 hours, now it again not work properly. what am i do now?
can nokia change my mobile... plz tell

i handed over my nokia E61I handset in month of may at nokia care centre malegaon nasik maharashtra.

he the hell always telling me it will take more 2 to 3 days and continuosly saying the same period from last 4 months he the [censored] still not able to repair it. how one can remain without mobile for 4 months for that i forced to take a new mobile by investing 10000 rupees. what the bloody service is giving nokia care.

Recently I had cahange my Mobile device to Nokia 3110 classic, When I try to brows says subscribe to packet data. I am from Thane (Maharashtra), on two month back my mobile having keypad problem. the extream left keys are not woking

After talking with nokia customer-care they give me the Nokia Care Center Address i.e La-Plumb Talaopali Thane . I took my phone and wait for 45min for my number and when I talk with Care Person he said the mobile having problem you need to take it to Nokia Repair Center at Tembi Naka Thane.

On second day I took my phone to the respected dept. and spend three hrs. They keep the phone and said need to update the software. They told me come after two days.

After two day I went to care center. They said wait the work is going on. I wait for One Hour after that the problem of key's malfunctioning still persist. After told the Care Person, they take another 1hrs to solve, As the software update my whole contact and other phone stuff is loss.

When I try to connect the phone to my system to restore data, The Phone was initialize but the contain of phone does not recognize. After discussion with Nokia Customer Care they said might be possible the virus in your Computer. I format the my Computer But still my nokia 3500c phone not initialize with Computer

when i start music player it shows music library update then NO FILE FOUND.my mobile ime no [protected]

I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - N 81, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– [protected], INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- GSN) on 15.01.2009 from Poorvika, Chennai.

From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden switching off. This handset has been sent more than three times to Nokia service centre, but the problem still persists.
first there was a problem with its display i got it changed through nokia care its job card No. is [protected]/31. I got my phone after 20 days but its key pad was very hard on the right side(to cancel a call button). I got it repaired again in the nokia care.After that It started giving many problems such it automatically switch off, restars or hang even though i use very little memory space.
Now there is a problem with its keypad, its not working. I gave it in the nokia care whose job card no is[protected]/090818/8. I got my phone back today (26 AUG 09). it was working when i received my phone but after one hour again it started giving the same problem (keypad not working). What should i do now ?
Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

we have purchased hand set 3110 in last nov. it has develop problem in soft were in 14 july2009.
we have sended it to your customer care wia comp.no.-[protected] .
they send it to your delhi office.it came back to me on28july2009.after one day again develop
the same problem.
since that date i have visited several time to your yashwant plaza office but our problem till
now not shorted out.
so please take necessary action other wise i will go to customer forum for further action.

I purchased NOKIA E90 in Dec 2008 in Pune.IMEI [protected].Immediately after taking phone to home, it started giving unwated noise of some dismantled spare inside the phone.Then I contacted dealer, he said I shall show it in NOKIA PRIORITY.I shown phone to NOKIA PRIORITY dealer in Vapi, Gujrat.He took dismanteld and said there is manufacturing defect in phone and con not be repaied in Vapi and has to be sent to Delhi which will take monimum 10 days.Since phone was working and I was not having spare I continued to use same.
Recently I observed that Pint on cover is peeling off automatically which loooks shaby and phone looks like too old.

Pls advise what to do??

i m prashant vats, i purchased Nokia N73[Imei:[protected]] for Rs.11, 300/- in April 2008 from dhanbad.
The handset developed some malfunctioning in December, 2008, like it switches off automatically, despite of being used carefully.
i made a complaint to the local nokia care center, dhanbad when the phone became dead on feb 2009(withinh the warranty period), the care centre sent it to kolkata and asked for amomth timefor repairing the handset.but the period exceeded and we complained to the nokia consumer services, gurgaon on 26th march, 2009.they assured that they will swap the handset but with no guarantee .finally i got a fabricated handset april 2009 which just worked for 4 month and is again dead.

i m feeling cheated, as they appear to evade the warranty date given by them and i m with the dead handset after wasting 3 months in making complaint regarding its repairing.i m tired of making complaints, please help me if there is any wa

I bought Nokia N- 97 handset on 23-July-09 from Nokia Outlet ( Anmol Watches-SCO 1043 Sector 22-B Chandigarh -Phone[protected]
Phone started getting hang from day 1 . when i visited them they said there is just an softaware update and will be done ...then again after 2 -3 days its started with a same problem and i visited and they said we cant do any thing and you have to go SEC 22 NOKIA SERVICE STATION. i visited there also kept the phone for an hour and said its fine we have again upgraded the software ... but its started giving problem from the same day ...

Now when ever i visit Anmol watches from were i bought the handset they says please visit nokia care as we cant do any thing and nokia care just upgrade the software but we are not getting exact solution . please help...My Mobile number is [protected] / [protected]
