Third class service of nokia. An incident happened with me that my nokia was having some problem so i have visited nokia care centre for repairing after 10 days they told it is not possible to repair and before giving it to repairing it was atleast working but problem was that i could charge it. But after it come from repairing the problem is not solved instead it has increased now it's not getting started to.. So i told them so they said we don't know.

I have purchased "nokia 3" in this month only and from the third day of buying the handset starts creating problem. Like, it suddenly turns off and when tried to restart the keys vibrate but the phone never turns on and it automatically called on some number. The very next morning i showed it to the person from where i purchased it. After 2 days they returned it back saying there's no problem with it. But, on the same day it creates the same problem, they then transferred it to the service center after 4-5 days i get it back and again it starts creating problem and now the battery is also showing some issues like it charges upto 78% and after that it shows no increment in the percentage.

I'm not getting when there is policy to replace the handset within in 7 days then why i am not getting this replaced.

The mobile phone which i have purchased have an issue of charging, its not charging from last 2-3 days or slow charging.
Also when it charge completely it will be discharge within 3-4 hours.
Within 1 month if its happen i feel very bad that i make a relation with a very bad brand.
This phone also having the issue of slow processing.

I have puchased a nokia 3 phobe.. But it is not charging... What should i do now... Why is it not charging... What kind of a phone it is... Do nokia manufactures such kind of phones. I m a middle-class person... Sum of 10, 000 means a lot to me. After spending so much of money to nokia... If i do not get good services... I feel bad..... Plz help me out of this problem... I have purchased a nokia 6 through amazon on 4th september 2017. It is having heating problem. It's battery back up is very poor as its battery gets drained within 3-4 hours. Even its touch doesn't work at some points. I want to get it replaced or get my money refunded.
I was trying to lodge a complaint on the nokia site. It took my details and had sent an email.in the email i was asked to give additional comment on the same email address (Online. [protected]@nokia.com) but when i am replying to it, a message appears message not delivered as the remote server is misconfigured. I regret buying nokia.

Next day i visited nokia care centre after after there software they said hardware is faulty. They said wait for a week after diwali hardware available on the store.

Nokia 3 not booting, even after customer care update again within month again got stopped... Plz make some refund... Nokia is not making permanent repair for nokia 3, and how many times should i go to service center to make this damn phone switch on... Plz do something itz giving problem to mostly everyone... I purchased nokia 3 handset on 14.08.2017. Imei no [protected] handset remain blackout for the whole day, software was updated by nokia service centre (Ajmer tower) ajmer on 23.09.2017. Yet this handset remain black out twice in these two weeks and restart after some time. This condition of handset put me in trouble, my office work suffers & it gives mental tension. Kindly arrange to replace my handset, so that work can go on in easyway.

I bought nokia 3 from croma stores aurangabad maharashtra in last month. On same day i faced trouble while downloading apps from play store. After so many hardship the problem was corrected by formatting the phone. Now since last 7 days i am facing the problem with display, even after pressing the lock button screen is not getting on immediately, it is taking time of 15 to 30 second to make the screen on. No display appears to receive the call while i receive some phone call and even after pressing the button it is not getting on immediately, unable to receive the phone call. I am rally struggling a lot because of this phone. I don't need this phone at all. Kindly replace the phone or provide some other brand phone of the same cost.

I purchased nokia 215 on[protected]. For the last three months the phone has been dysfunctional. The mode always is on international roaming and it cannot catch any signal. We have manually changed the setting to national roaming and it works for a few minutes and then automatically goes in to international roaming.

Have complained to the dealer vardhaman communications (Hyderabad) and they took the phone around[protected] mentioning that they will have that replaced because it is a feature phone. After 2 months they said that they are not able to get a any replacement from the distributor. Also, they say they are closing shop.

I have approached ms customer care as well as per the direction from the dealer and they are saying that they cannot do any servicing for feature phones and redirected back to dealer.

Also approached nokia support and they say that the support has shifted to hmd global and dont support ms based devices any more.

I am at a loss as to whom to approach and raise the issue further. This needs to be resolved by nokia as it is their handset.

I want to inform you that my phone (Nokia 130) is not working properly its display becomes white.
Before one month i have received a call from nokia support and provide address to change the phone but that address was wrong. After hat i have several complain but no action taken at your end. Please resolve the issue.

Hello, i have a nokia 6 which i got a month back, i kept it in a place due to which it consumed a little about of moisture and the rare camera was a little blur. I took it to the service station and told them of somebody called me i could not hear that persons voice otherwise everything was working just fine. I could take calls on speaker or also could use earphones. They checked my phone and told me the damage isn't minor but very major, they tried to tell me several times that i was lying and the phone needed the motherboard to be changed which would cost me 70% of the total phone cost. I asked them to not do it and wrap the phone up. As i got the phone in my hand, it was working just fine. The call voice issues was also not there anymore. I knew the damage wasn't big. But it was so difficult to really deal with the customer service people. Please consider this complaint.

Today i got to know about nokia promoters jobs is available in western line so i want there for an interview. And i was really confident about myself and even i also has a good knowledge about phones. Because i always like to update myself by searching on google about the new technology coming out there in market.
So when they start to take my interview i thought that they will ask me about some information regarding mobile specification but only thing they ask me is about my family and then they told that you are not that person whom we are looking for they want a good person with good communication skill. They did not ask me a single thing about phone and hardly the interview was not more than 5 minute
So this is my request to nokia company that please try to give chance to people who really deserve the job and i can promise you that we all will work together and try to take nokia company to a new level of success

Hello, i brought a new nokia 6 on 23rd oct 2017 from amazon.in. After 15 days its display was gone blanck. So instantly i take it to the nokia cervice centre near me which is nokia care of "pandurang colony, erandwane, pune, maharashtra 411004". They changed my display but didn't fit it correctly as the light is imming out from its one side. So i again took my phone to them and submitted my phone today to them. Now i take my phone back from then and saw the same fitting problem. I asked them about it and they said that you will not have company fitting and this problem remains as it is. The behaviour of the employes is also not satisfactory. So whats the further step i should take?

I have received a mail from nokia lottery department from united kingdom that i have won 90 lakhs rupees and also nokai edge cell phone and according to them first i have pay 10, 300rs as coustom duty to that person who is waiting on mumbai airport and after that he will come to my house to deliver my winning prize so i have to conform that is it true or false please reply as soon as possible. So i can complaint about it to police.

Complain no:1-from day one mobile battery was getting discharged within one hour.
Complain no:2-while operating any applications (Apps) are jumping&screen going blank.
Complain no:3-when we want to delete any thing in contacts or whatsapp all the contacts &messages are getting deleted.
Complain no:4-while trying to open any apps, the screen shuts down.
Complain no:5-screen scrolls before even touching the screen.
We contacted reliance from where we purchased the mobile from, they were unhelpful, advised us to contact nokia service center, the numbers provided by reliance & nokia on their site is not working, since me n my wife are suffering with a severe viral fever are not in a position to come n raise the complaint at any of your authorized nokia service center

मिलेगा 3दिन उपरान्त मे अपना मोबाइल लेने सर्विस सेंटर पर गया
तो मुझे कहा गया आपका मोबाइल 3 दिन बाद मिलेगा
3 दिन उपरान्त मे फिर मोबाइल लेने सर्विस सेंटर पर गया तो मुझे
कहा गया DEFECTED पार्ट्स अभी स्टॉक मे नही है।
और मेरे दुवारा मुझे मेरा मोबाइल' कबतक प्राप्त हो जाएगा यह
पूछा जाने पर बताया गया की अभी संभनदीत पार्ट्स उप्लभ्द नही है।
आपको 15 दिन से 1 महीने तक का समय ओर लग सकता है।

I bought nokia 3 on 17 july 2017. This piece is not working properly. Batch no. Is [protected].
Phone hanged so much that even i m not able to work properly for the same. The person from whom i bought phone he said i am not able to do this. It is not my responsibility. I think there is some defect in this piece so this is hang or not work properly.
Do something need full.

I want to know this is just lanched model but i m very dissatisfied this phone nokia 6. there are many times hanging on daily basis. it is much much resolve it pls . without phone stopped all the works.
