मैंने एक मोबाइल आपके कंपनी का देश २०१४ में मुंबई से ख़रीदा था जो की तीन महीने बाद ही हैंग होकर बंद हो गया और जब मैंने इसे आपके सर्विस सेण्टर पर दिया तो उन्होंने उसके लिए मुझसे ८५००/- मांगे जबकि मोबाइल हैंग और बंद हुआ तब जब आपकी कंपनी द्वारा एक नया सॉफ्टवेयर अपडेट करने को बोला गया मैंने सिम्पली आपके इंस्ट्रक्शन को फॉलो किया था जैसे ही मोबाइल अपडेट हुआ वो शट डाउन हो गया और तब मैंने इसे आपके कस्टमर केयर सेंटर में जमा कराया
पिछले दो साल से वो फ़ोन आपके सर्विस में है उसके बाद मैंने लीगल की सहायता लेते हुए न्यायलय में केस प्रस्तुत किया और अब अगले महीने उसका फैसला आने वाला है चुकी मैं नोकिआ का बहुत पुराण कस्टमर हु और उस ब्रांड में मेरा विस्वास है इसके नाते मैं आपको ये ईमेल कर रहा हु की कंपनी हिंदुस्तान में दुबारा से अपना ब्रांड इस्थापित करने की कोशिश कर रही है इसलिए इसकी साख को कोई और धब्बा ना लगे इसलिए अपने पुराने हितैषी कस्टमर को बनाये रखे एक बार अदालत का आर्डर आ गया तब आपको मेरा फ़ोन बदल कर देना ही पड़ेगा पर तब आपकी कंपनी की छवि को नुक्सान होगा बजाय उसका इंतज़ार करने के आप मेरा फ़ोन बदल कर नया फ़ोन उसी कीमत का दे दे ताकि मैं अपना केस ये बोल कर विथड्रॉ कर सकू की कंपनी ने मेरा फ़ोन बदल दिया है अन्यथा सेवा में दोष के कारन आपको न्यायलय के आदेश(15/11/2017 ko aane wala) के बाद मेरा फ़ोन बदल कर देना होगा

    Please replace my nokia lumia 510 mobile hand set with an alter native smart phone. Since this phone is not working at all with any applications. More than 10000 rupees i have given to the company for this.
    I f you are not replacing this i will consider nokia company is cheating with people. Taking the public money company will not exist no longer.

      On 27th of august i received my nokia 6 and on 8th september its display buttons and fingerprint scanner stopped working so on 11th september i submitted the phone to a local service center and they asked me for 4-5 days and will give a call regarding the updates after 4-5 days i called them and they informed that the part was not available and asked for 2-3 more days, taking 2-3 days resulted in total 16 days (26 september) and on 16th day when i visited the service center they told that due to some reason the phone was scratched by them and it would take 10-15 more days for the mobile body to come, the nokia customer support is asking me to use the damaged (Scratched) product if i don't have patience but they will not replace.

      Today is 28th september (18th day the phone is at service center) they are asking for 10-15 more days, i have used the product for 10-12 days and its expected to be with service center for more that 30 days is it fair?
      I have requested them for a replace or refund but they are not ready for both the things and informed me to either use the damaged product (Caused by them) till the mobile body comes or wait for 10-15 more days.

      I want them to either replace the product or refund it.

        Dear sir my bother gifted me new nokia 5 mobile.. Due to rain some water went inside the phone after that it is not getting switched on then i went to your nokia care center (Star electronics) and gave my mobile for services they said me they will repair it with in two days then they said it will take one week some parts required they order it.. After that every two or three days am calling to your service center and they are telling still not received the parts... Now 50 days is over if today if i call to them they are telling still part is not received... Its really hurts... I really lost trust on nokia mobiles and its services... Really bekar and waste service you are providing compair to other mobile service companies

          This set have many problems, connectivity on wifi is good but on mobile data is very poor, no error message show. Charging is very late and also heating problem on charging and calling. Even can't talk by using earphones.. Sound quantity also disappointed me. Hanging problem continue from the very first day i purchased. Sometime touch also hang problem

              Website: I am complaining about a fucking Nokia phone .Nokia 150

              What the #### Nokia??..tell me what the #### phone nokia 150 have you made?..It doesn't have the option to create new profiles (eg silent, outdoor modes), it doesn't have a phone memory for storing photos and other files, it doesn't have the option to change the soft keys (left right) assignments. It has only 6 ringtones stored in it, it has only a single wallpaper in its phone memory. The engineers working under Nokia..tell me one thing..are you the actual ##### behind this or are the directors of nokia are the actual dickheads?...you think that the user settings should be fixed according to the way you have designed...let me remind you that you are nowhere in the smartphone market and still you are not ashamed of doing such ####ed up things to the feature(basic) phones...If i would ever get the chance i would definitely pee on all of your ####ed up heads..If any of you either in India or In ####ing Finland have their balls then come to me to take back my phone and refund my money.

                i bought a phone nokia 3 ta-1032 matte black on 7september 2017. It has some touch related issue so i want to replace my handset with the new one. Dealer informed me to change the handset within 15 days if there is any problem. I went to the store 4 times they changed the temper twice but the problem does't resolved. Now they are saying that 14 days are past away and they didn't replacing it. Kindly replace my handset as per your representative in the store.

                  Hello, please provide your customer service center address in delhi. I have find service center address at najafgarh but actually it does not exist. I visited tilak nagar centre but they did not entertain and told me to go to local service center. I have bought this 18 month back and facing problem with last 6 months. Please help as i am going to lose my hard core money if 4000.

                    I madhukar amarnath r/o dakshin tola station road siwan bihar india pin 841226 writing about my stolen mobile nokia150 with idea sim mob no.[protected] and vodafone sim mob no.[protected]. It was stolen on 22nd sept.2017 from given address above. Emei no.[protected], and [protected]. Stolen mobile can be used by thief for anti social work so it is necessary to lodge complaint to prevent misuse of thay stolen mobile.

                        I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that i have purchased in online store (Amazon)

                        I am pavan. I am a regular customer of your company. On the 7th of sep 2017, i bought a brand new nokia 6 mobile. However, upon one week o[censored]sing it, problems started to appear. The touch is no longer working. Also, all apps and browsers are opened automatically. I was very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive model. And i went to the care they said it will take 8 days to resolve.

                        I have purchased a Nokia 3 on 10 sept 2017 and its not 15 days the phone dispay is not working i am able to get the sound and if i touch the display it vibrates but it's black screen there is no physical damage on the entire phone, this is first time i have purchased from vijay sales .REALLY DISAPPOINTED !!!

                          I used these all phones till now including ngage qd
                          But recently on first of september i purchase nokia 3 within 10 days i am facing problem of charging the mobile was not charging i took my phone to nearest service center of nokia it is in kalyan they resolve my complaint with phone replacement later for replace mobile where i purchase from
                          They give other nokia 3 mobile under warrenty but today my mobiles display is gone it's not showing anything
                          So this nokia 3 series phones are not tested before saling to marker i want answer for that.
                          And this time i'm not going to any your service station please pick my phone from my res a dress and solve problems or refund my amount in cash o
                          I f any action is not perform by nokia on my complaint so i will go to consumer court and media for negative publicity because i'm fade up of all this thing i purchase phone for my use not for keeping with service station

                            Dear sir/mam,
                            I have purchase nokia 216 mobile phone from anuj mobile shop (Shiva mobile care) located at gaggal dharamshala higway himachal pradesh district kangra. First 2-3 months they work good but after 3 months i faced auto switched off problem in that product in between six month warranty period. I just complaint to retailer but they dont do anything and says the mobile phone sent to nokia care and get replace after 15 days. But now after two months when we asked for the replacement they misbehaved and again cant replaced the phone. Even number of time we call him for replacement in that two months time period. But again and again they told me that the distributor didnt came and replace. My work affected due to this. Please this is my humble request to do something against them and take some action against the retailer. Please sir solve my problem otherwise i will go to consumer court.

                                I bought nokia 5 for 13000 (Which is much expensive for me) on 3 september 2017. My father bought it for me as my birthday present cause i insisted him so much. He somehow bought it. On 6th september it had a little contact with water, just a little, and it got damaged.
                                Its rear camera and flaslight stopped working, it stopped charging, started to over heat. While it is still on emi, it breaks my heart when my father pay emi.
                                When i took it to nokia service center they said it cannot be oped and additional 4000 (Minimum) will cost to get it working.
                                And now i'm just ruined...
                                My father ruined...

                                Since my chilhood i've always used nokia phones so i had a trust generated to nokia nd it lead me to buy nokia 5.

                                My worst decision ever.

                                From this day i'll always try to insist people not to buy any phones of nokia.

                                You are not trust worthy.

                                I'm sorry but you'll get ruined too someday...

                                  My phone Nokia 230 dual sim which i have purchased on 13th May 2017 from paytm is completely dead. Around 20th august 2017 i registered my complain to nokia care as i have purchased it online from paytm, i was told to go to dealer and replace there. But dealer refused and ask me to contact AGM of AGRA Region Mr. Ravindra who said that the Handset is not available with him due to shortage from side of Nokia.
                                  Now 26 days have been passed and i have contacted Nokia Call Care 4 times but i didn't get my phone replaced. Nokia is making me fool by asking me to wait. Please provide me the exact date for replacement, and also at my door step why should i go to Agra (I am from Firozabad 40 km away from Agra) either provide replacement on Nokia Service Centre in my district or at my doorstep.

                                    I bought new nokia 3 on 7th september... It is not woking properly... Mqny times Touch is not working while receiving phone... And it get hang and i am unable to do anything even i am unable to switched off the phone when phone get hanged... Automatically it will call to emergency number 112... I am facing very difficulty while using facebook and whatsapp... If i want to open the contact list it take about 2 second... Why it take so much time in doing so... Nothing is woking properly... Worst phone i ever used in my life... Its very slow... What i have to do... This is the condition of my phone in only four days... How can i trust on nokia in future??? So it is my humble request that i want any solution of my problem... If i am not satisfied with you i will complain against you in Consumer Forum... I will never trust on Nokia in future

                                    I am not satisfied with nokia 3... It is the worst phone i ever use... It didnt show the correct time on the screen. Because of displaying wrong time i get late for the exam... It get heat very quickly... It get hang after using about half an hour... Apps is not responding many times... Touch is not working properly... Your service is very bad... I will complain against nokia to the consumer forum that i get late in exam because of the fault of the phone... I want quick responce from nokia about this... I want solution of all the problem... Please see the pic and think about the time how is it possible that 2 differnt time show on the same screen

                                      I have lost this mobile on 13/2/2015 at New Delhi Railway station. The time was around 6 am in the morning. I was standing in the line to take a ticket from unreserved window of railway station. Before going to take ticket my phone was in my pocket but when I have taken the ticket my phone was not in my pocket. I have lodged an online FIR having LR No: 121532/2015, Date: 13/02/2015 at Crime Branch, Delhi. There was two sims working in it.
                                      The model no is: RM-1030/NOKIA XL DS
                                      Please block this mobile as soon as possible. If you need FIR copy then please tell me I will send it.
                                      Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Today i have visited nokia care(parimal chowk, bhavnagar) in my city, coz my new nokia3 camera focus doeant work, with positive hopes.
                                      Bt i felt totaly unsatisfied with their response.
                                      They r not able to solve my problem.
                                      At all there is lack of skill in technician.
