Dear Sir,

My mobile had some problems . It was in warranty period. To check and subsequent rectification it gave on 28.08.2015 at your Servicing Shop addressed given below.

Problem details: 1. Hang problem at the time of receiving call.
2. Hang problem when any notification comes and at the time of message comes.
3. The set gets heated when the mobile is in “ON” condition.


Sir, I think it has taken very long time for rectification. I am frequently contacting to above servicing centre. They replied that we sent it to our company and it will take some more time and told we will inform you as soon as the mobile reach at our shop. But how long it will take time for rectification? It was undefined.

So, I am eagerly waiting for it. Please look after the matter and make early delivery of the mobile if rectification is possible otherwise return back to me if it is not.

    I have given my handset "Touch" problem to the authorized Nokia Care which is authorized center. in the first service they charged Rs. 100 for software update but not solved problem. second time they removed Touch Pad and said that they put new Touch software. the thing is they have not done anything.

    doing fraud. I asked for the replacement but they are not ready to accepting this.

    Warranty ends at 5-jan-2016.

    Please do the needful.

      I was using Nokia Lumia 1320 but within warranty period of one year it was giving problem in charging. I visited to Karnal Nokia Care but they told me that I have to visit Panipat Nokia Care as Karnal Nokia Care have no facility to repair the mobile. I was little shocked to hear this but then I visited Panipat Nokia Care on dated 28.09.2015 and given my phone there and got Service Job Sheet bearing number[protected]. Panipat Nokia Care told me that they will send my phone to company for repair and it will take 18-20 days and after lapsing of 25 days I again visited Panipat Nokia Care (I Live in Karnal) and shocked to hear there that Panipat Nokia Care close down because of some contract issue with Nokia Company. Then i filed a complaint to Nokia Company website and they given me one reference number i.e. [protected] on dated 20/10/2015 and then they called me after 1 day and given one address of Panipat and told me to go there and search for my phone with IMEI NUMBER, then again i visited to Panipat address but surprisingly i didn't get my phone there also. Then again i called to Nokia Company Customer Care Number and then they told me that previous reference number is closed and they again given me one another reference number but after that I have not received any call from company. Then again after lapsing of few days i filed a comlaint on Company website and received email on dated 03/11/2015 wherein another reference number was written i.e. [protected] but not received any response/call from company till date. Now I am not getting my phone after lapsing of almost two months and three complaints. Hope someone will help me over here.           Sir I have bought lumia 625 on 9 jan 2015 whose IMEI is [protected] and have send the device to NOKIA CARE CENTER 7 to 8 time but still the defect is not solved till now .On 30 september, 2015 i have given the device to them and after 35 days also they are neither replacing it nor returning it . i am very dissatisfied with the service of the company and i am fed up with sevices.           I too am using a DEFECTIVE & FAULTY Lumia 1520 worth rs 35000 inspite of warranty .. NOKIA after acquisition by MICROSOFT has become MORE BIG CHEATERS & FRAUD !!

          Kindly AVOID NOKIA from now because even after wasting ur VALUABLE TIME, MONEY & ENERGY these FRAUD COMPANY wont HELP u!

                I have nokia mobile 'lumia 510' and I have recharged with internet pack n sim of 'Airtel' but nokia above this set does work for internet, gives error report most of the time its very harrassing. I live in Mohan garden New Delhi-110059 and my nearby customer care at 'Dwaraka Mor' was not at all satisying, he was a rustic, giving some cheap service and suggesting that I should go for a new set. This is most harrassing Pl send some one to our home to redress, we have spent Rs 10000 on it, I am a pensioner. Its very distressing

                  I am a user of Nokia Lumia 535, i face some charging issue and hanging issue in my phone so i submit my phone on Net Dot Solutions [113_433527] 5a/1, Tilak Nagar Opp Police Station, Metro Pillar No 492, Delhi-110018 They were saying we will check the same and provide you within two days and my job sheet no is[protected]/151007/012 by name Mr. Rohit Giri when i go to the centre for my phone after two days they were saying there is some battery issue, we send your phone to nokia centre and you can receive your phone within 12-15 working days and now almost 24 days passed away i dont receive my phone, whenever i call to them regarding my phone they were always give a lame excuses, we will share you phone next week or after two days But i dont receive a proper date that when i receive my phone still i am waiting for my phone and i faces lots of problem without my phone. So Kindly do the needful on urgent basis!!

                    I had submitted my mobile to the service centre on 01.08.15 as there were no outgoing audio, I received my set within few days after paying extra charges. But within another 7 - 10 days the same problem started again and further my mobile set has been handed over to the service centre on 24.08.15. Now after repeated follow ups I have not yet get back my set even no status found. Number of mails sent, no. of calls made, but everytime I get assurance that the matter will be taken care and will get back the set on certain period. But on the said date which has been conveyed by the customer care, everytime I get a call back in the morning stating the set is not yet ready, so it will take another some time and they will revert. This procedure is being repeated for no. of times. Even day before yesterday got call stating to collect the mobile today i.e, 30.10.15, now received call once against stating the set is not yet in proper working condition!!

                      I came across this software update notification on my C2 after which i choose download and install. All went fine until the end when it finally restarted and gave a message" contact Service in white and the screen was a ll black. I tried to switch off but it was all non responsive. Now nothing comes on so am here to know if this is salvageable or I just forget it.

                            I am a microsoft nokia mobile phone user facing display and touch problems in my nokia lumia 1520 mobile, imei: [protected], complain number [protected] .

                            For touch problems i was previously also denied service inspite of proper invoice and warranty by 2 of nokia service centers in kolkata (Esplanade and golaghata road) around 22 july to which after reporting this to nokia (Complain number [protected]) by live chat i was asked to submit my device around 28th july, but since i was in siliguri on that date bcz of some work and my phone warranty was to get over in 6 days(On 5th august), so i had to submit it in nokia care siliguri(Named: the planet).

                            Around 18 september i collected my phone from nokia care siliguri by exclusively travelling from kolkata to siliguri just to collect the phone! Since nokia replaced the touchpad in my phone so i was entitled to 1 month quality warranty by nokia starting from date of collection of mobile phone that is till 18th october

                            And in 3 to 4 days again i felt the same touch problems but this was nothing compared to shock which nokia gave me, i found one major problem in display, there was blackish tint on the top right side of my display! I even made a 1 min video of that poblem and fwded to nokia (Link to video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?V=sds3xp652qi) and further it was not evident in normal daylight but only when the phone is used in dark or in lowest possible brightness ! So nokia again cheated me by issuing a defective touchpad!!

                            After reporting this issue to nokia by call on 25th sept(Complain number [protected]) they promised a callback from their backend team in 4 hours but no response even after 6 days ! After contacting them regularly for 7 days via calls and live chats(I have the recorded calls and list of people spoken to) they finally responded on 1st october that too when i told them that i would fwd this to consumer court i[censored] dont respond! Bhupesh from their backend team had called and he was asking me to travel to siliguri to submit the defective phone! On being asked why not kolkata he said our 1 month quality warranty is valid for same service center only in which phone was repaired! (This was not told to me before by him or anyone else!!)
                            And even i first tried visiting kolkata service center but was denied service as mentioned before! So i told him the same and requested him to allow me to submit it in kolkata to which he said he needs permission of regional team and he would call me back after speaking with regional team. Its 22 days to that last word and even their quality warranty is over but their regional team hasnt responded yet! Even after regular attempts to talk to them since last 21 days via calls, mails, live chat and tweet they are not bothered and irresponsible too! Every time they simply repeat the same dialogue to please wait for the reply !

                            You tell me i am using a defective lumia 1520 phone since 92 days inspite of warranty isnt that an enough long wait and patience ?? In name of regional team they simply harassing, deceiving and cheating me!

                            So please help me in this regard urgently as i cannot bear it any further!

                            I have all details of my interactions with nokia including call recordings, live chat, mail, tweet etc and seeing that also it is evident how irresposible and deceiving nokia is !!

                            I have attached the screenshots of my tweets and their repititive fake assurance and replies, my mails to them, etc details.. I have not attached the copy of invoice and jobsheet so as to not make them public .. Please tell me how to message them to you privately or mail you

                            And YES NO use of simply Notifying Microsoft .. I have done that Many Many times in these 92 DAYS but THEY SIMPLY DONT BOTHER and Intend to DECEIVE !! So PLease Take Strict Action and even send them Legal notice as Customer's HARD EARNED MONEY has NO VALUE TO THEM !!
                            And yes yet again your team called today morning just to say that they
                            will CALLBACK BY EVENING today but then NO RESPONSE just as become a
                            HABIT for MICROSOFT !!

                                I purchased a Nokia, N8 handset on 20th January, 2011 at 23, 850 INR and it was going well with me. All of a sudden it became out of order (dead). I sent it to the Nokia Care, Cuttack- 753001 and got it repaired with a charge 2, 950 INR (Token No.377/dt.[protected]. After a few days, the same problem occurred. Again I sent it through the same person, my colleague, Mr. Pravakar Das to the Service Center, Nokia Care, Dolamundai, Bajrakabati Road, Cuttack- 753001 (Token No. 395/dt.[protected]. But keeping it for 6 months it was returned without any repairing on 6th October, 2015. When I got it on 7th October, 15 from my colleague, Mr. Das, it was “bolt from the blue”. To my utter surprise, as noticed prima facie the main cabinet including the flash light has been totally changed, which could be traced out by a layman. Moreover, an expert could say what other internal components have been changed. It is nothing but a broad daylight rubbery. Now my money, 23, 850+2, 950 INR go astray for which I have been seriously shocked.

                                Please note that, I have been reported at the time of accepting the article on 9th April, 2015 that it would take some time and the charge for repairing would be about 1, 400 INR. During these six months of time I have also contacted several times over phone and my colleague Mr. Das visited 3 times to get back the phone set and every time they request for some time to set it right.

                                In the circumstances I bring it to your notice for kind consideration and suitable solution.

                                        I have nokia asha model . Recently it dint charge properly because of charge pin issue. I tried to service my mobile at nokia service center trichy they did not look into the issue deeply and blindly gave my mobile back telling it can not be recovered. But a local mobile service center found the issue. Worst service center I have seen.
                                        Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
