I brought a Nokia 130 Black Dual Sim Phone (Item #[protected] IMEI/Serial #: [protected] on DATE: 20-Apr-2015, but from one month the earphone is not working 3-4 times i visit the nokiacare situated on (Old Airport Rd, Marathahalli village, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037 [protected], they refuse to replace that earphone but i have warranty till 20th October. I attached my invoice copy bellow so please check & replace the earphone as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    Im vijay, using Nokia xl mobile, from 1 week onwards, my battery was not giving properly charge for me,
    so, i visited to RTC X road for replace my battery, at time of 7 :30 PM but it was closed.

    Today i have called to nokia service centre, RTC X Road,
    i have spoken to Mr. Ramesh (Supervisor) his Mobi : [protected].
    he is not giving properly service to customer, even talking very roud & Vulgar language with me.

    this the service you people will give to customer, i will inform all my friend to not to visit the nokia care service to purchase any item from there.

    If you not taking any action on Mr.Ramesh, i will be blast in other website about you nokia service.

        I have given my mobile nokia n86 for repairing at Ratlam Nokia care but after repairing I am seeing the IMEI number has been changed & my complete phone has become worst like camera is not working properly, mobile is not getting charged, usb not working, keypad light not proper & lots of problem are there in the phone.Please help to get my phone back.

            I subbmit my mobile at 13 july to nokia care at raxaul (bihar).Because of some techinicaal problem occur in my handset.. so i went after 1 month to have my hand set.. they replied that my hand set display is damaged.but that was not my fault its just about their service problem... m saying that if my handset display is damaged by me that nokia care will accept my isseue ... so today my handset is not with me from last 3 months... and whenever iused to call to customer care number they always tak rudely... they never take serious of my problem...and this company service is too slow ...

              Want replacement of my new phone which is a defected product because it started giving me problems after 2months only. It does not charge as the socket is loose. If at all it charges, it takes 10-12 hrs to charge and gets switched off after getting charged.

                Purchased an Asha 380 Mobile from Mobile Store, Indore about three years back. It is giving unprecedented problem. The phone hangs up every now and then.                   Hello dear authority first of all i wish u all a very good day & let you telling my problem.
                  first of all i am going to nokia (microsoft) service centre on 4/09/2015 regarding my lumia 730.
                  my phone was hanging so much, speaker getting crash when calling or listening the music, sometimes touch is not working & connectivity of sim's network going off automatically after restarting the phone the internet facility of sim again going working mode.
                  a lots of problem i facing in many days & after finding time i am able to go service centre on those mention day with my warranty period.
                  first of they don't listen my problem properly & listening half of my problem they told me my phone's software is out of date & wanna getting update & this will fix all the problem, i say ok & paid them 100 rupees for this.after getting home my problem getting increased day by day & today again i visit the service centre, they behave me such kind of hell type.they don't listen anything from my side & telling me this is the fault of flip cover which was i put in my phone according to them.
                  how any internal problem will happened by this type logic & they told me if you want to complain about our behaviour you may procced we don't care anything.
                  how this kind of thing expect from your well known brand like microsoft or say nokia, i personally promote more than 100 of my friends & relatives for buying nokia or say microsoft.
                  i am feeling very much bad for this kind of thing how any renowned company's staff doing this kind of behaviour.in front of them i put my proof for my problem via screen shot but they don't look into this for a single second, they told me that i may b telling lie to them .how anyone blame us such kind of thing if they want to examine us then why not they keep "lie-detecting" machine.
                  now i want some solution of this because my phone's warranty don't have much enough left & they trying me to miss guide me.
                  now requested all of you sincere authorities to provide solution regarding this.

                    Sir, i had given my nokia x2 mobile to nokia care center as its mother board got damaged they made it and return the set to me, but when i received my phone its camera stopped working and i return them . They said the camera is not compatible with the new motherboard installed hence we have to insert new equipment, after one week they told me that nokia is not providing the required equipment hance we cannot make it. Sir my phone is still in grantee period and its the responsibility of nokia to eighter sort out my problem or replace it...purchasing date of my nokia x2 is 27/11/2014

                      The Model of my phone is Nokia Lumia 520 and IMEI No is [protected]. I have already given my phone to Siliguri Nokia care centre more than one and half months before which was having some technical problem. The Nokia care centre returned the phone to me after one month. When I checked the phone at home it was showing the same problem. I resubmitted the phone on 26/08/2015 to Siliguri Nokia care centre vide slip No. 150723/025. Till date they have not returned the phone.

That Sir, I had given my Nokia hand set bearing No.-E5-00 vide IMEI No.-[protected] for repairmen Nokia Care Centre at Dolomundai Cuttack in the State of Odisha on 4.06.15.The in-charge of Nokia Care Centre received my hand set vide token No-113/dated-04.06.15. That Sir, on 19.6.15 the in-charge of the said Nokia Care centre informed me that the motherboard of the said set has been damaged. The cost of the motherboard is Rs-1600/-. After payment of the said amount the technical person named Sanjay handed over the set without any checking. When I used the said hand set in my house, it has not been properly functioned. (2) that the cost of the sim tray is Rs-100. I agreed and also assured him to pay the said amount, but the said set would be properly functioned. It is regret that I have been approaching many times to the said technician till today but it is just kept in vain. In this circumstances I am suffering mental agony and wastage of more time to visit the said Nokia Care centre.                             Dear sir, This is genuine complaint about the nokia set which i have bought from croma chandigarh on aug 2014 and after one year my mobile phone stop working, i have also submitted phone to nokia care panchkula and now they are saying this phone is not repairable .now my mobile set is a box .totaly wastage of money.                               I have already submitted my device on 18 August but still not repaired yet, and from Backend i m contacting Mr. Tarun, he is not properly responding to me for my case. As he is handling my case, and also telling the device spares are not available to solve the problem. and from the submitted date Mr Tarun is not be able to provide me Standby phone and its now 21 days gone after submitting my Lumia 830. From company's website its continuously showing me that it will take 7-10 business days . So, My request you to please solve my case within 24 hrs and jst mail to me back or else i will filing the case at consumer forum against the MICROSOFT. Lastly, i had vocal communication on 04 Sep 2015 with Mr. Tarun so he said that, he accelerated my case and you will get response in 24 hrs but "MY FOOT" blady Microsoft service and employees"No response came yet. If you want help so pls i m really got frustrated with you all guys please provide me proper solution or replacement for the same. and please also contact me on [protected]@live.com just given to clean the front camera rest mobile was working very fine but after cleaning my Lumia front camera got in not working state and its audio also gets disturbed, the work done by Mr Rakesh from SAPNA TELECOM, JABALPUR, M.P.

                                Ihave paid Rs4000/- as advance for the display of my nokia 720 mobile phone at your nokia care, iron bridge allaphuzha -688011.
                                on 17-8-18 .

                                they have said that they will get it within a week or 10 days but still i they have not got the display, but the the amaziang thing is there is nobody in the office to give the status .
                                every time i go to the office they give me a no . it is difficult to get this no because always it is busy or out of range . if we get the no we get a reply that he will find out and call back. niether the call comes or the reply.

                                please take in some action . We had never expected this from a firm like NOKIA...

                                  Sir, I have purchased a Microsoft Lumia 535 through online from Snapdeal. Order No. [protected] on 25th April 2015, Item Code : LA129838. But after the use of 3 (three) months, my mobile has been hang and automatically switch ON/OFF then I submitted the Microsoft Mobile service center on 27th July 2015 and Service center was given me a Service Jobsheet including Jobsheet Number :[protected]/150727/002 and Delivery Date is 20th August 2015 but till today the 7th September 2015 I didn't get my device. Whenever I call to Service center, they didn't give me proper answer, the customer care executive always told me that you will get your device within two days, within one week etc. but still today I didn't get my device after then I was call to Microsoft Customer Care Center and complain them for this harassment (Complain No. [protected]) but result the same. 4 (Four) times I called them and the Customer Care Executive name was Shiva, Saurav, Pankaj and one another person I don't know his name always told me that between today 7 PM, within 3 hours technical person will call you but no one can contact me. Now what shall I do for that matter. If you give me proper way for solve this problem and getting my device than I am very much thankful to you.                                     We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of Residents of A & B block Pul Pehlad pur, Near Shiv Mandir New Delhi 110044. and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.
                                    Our complaint is specific that, one Mr. Darpan Sharma, resident of A-145, Pul Pehlad pur, New Delhi 110044, had licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of Pul Pehlad Pur
                                    When residents of A & B block, came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said Mr. Darpan sharma for termination of Leave and License Agreement and stoppage of installation of Mobile Tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which emanates from the said Mobile Tower upon the human body and also shown him various reports.
                                    In spite of this, the said Mr. Darpan Sharma, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of A & B block Pul Pehlad pur and he refused to terminate the said license.
                                    Even less than 30 m from the location of Mobile Tower already there is 2 primary schools situated which having more than 1000 children between the age of 3-8 years. Which showing continuously in the contacts of hazardous radiation which
                                    can impact the growth of these small children. As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 100 meters away from the residential area as the radiation emanating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building. Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect. This can not be permit to making commercial profit by some one can play others life, health and growth of small children.

                                    As per the rules it is the necessary to give, No objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbors has objection to this installation in their areas.

                                        Dear sir/madam Complaining about Nokia customer care centre of shakarpur, vikas marg(SERVICE SOLUTION) and karol bagh(HOTLINE COMMUNICATION), both of Delhi. I took my mobile to these centre in last week(warranty period) only for Jack problem. And in reply of this shakarpur centre ask for 1800 rupees and karol bagh centre ask for 3000 rupees plus tax. And I don't know why there is such a big discrepancy in money demanding from these centres. Even I filed a complaint abt these centres on phone to Nokia head care centre to Mr Tarun and complaint number is [protected] but no action has been taken till date. Every time I call them they say that in next 24 hours we will inform you. But they don't take any action. And it has been around one week. But no action yet. Kindly take some strict action towards above mentioned centres and also towards jack problem of my mobile phone Nokia x2
