Last year i bought nokia lumia 520 white through flipkart. But our money got wasted by buying this. Its not functioning properly. We are not able to download anything. Whatsapp is not able to update. Continously it showing error code 80048264. Will u pls help us tocome out from these kind of error codes.

      I purchased lumia 520 14 months before, recently i have faced the same problem like many user are, suddenly it stop working and showing the error "unable to find the boot-able option press any key to shutdown ", i went to okhla ph|| care center, as happened with other same happened with me they said, "problem is in motherboard it will replaced and it cost around 40000-/ rs ", and before checking the said that it may become dead during the check, i said ok just do the check, later on i came to know from my friend who is mobile hardware engineer that they had changed my phone's mother board with the faulty one, why cell becomes dead beacuse they have given 12 volt supply so that nobody can track the motherborad is related to this set only .Because this becomes dead .Please do some need full, please give the replacement option or reimbursement to me.

        my lumia 520, all of a sudden stops working. and a message : unable to find a bootable option. press any key to shut down is displayed. i took the phone to service center. they said that the hardware is problem. they have to replace it. it costs around 3900 rs. i just purchased it 15 months back. when i surf the google, i found many are facing the same problem, without doing any damage to the phone. so i request nokia india to give some compensations or exchange offers to them. all this happened on 29th july vijayawada.

          Sir myself vikas kumar assistant manager in state bank of hyderabad.my mobile no is [protected]and [protected].I was going today in Nokia care situated in sector 14 old Delhi road Gurgaon.I have sa Nokia mobile x2.
          Which has problem in downloading.I told them all tha thing regarding my phone.they told me give it after 3or 4 days.i request them to give me another standby for receiving my phone.they deny to give me standby.i ask them to give mt phone today.then a lady personnel was there I don't her name she misbehaved to me and also a male worker with her.I have ask them to the customer sheet but they deny to give it to me and did not give my mobile phone.regarding this I have wasted 8000 rs.so I want please give me justice and escape my 8000 rs.

            Sir i m nitin kumar a mbbs student. . And i want to complaint againt dexters nokia care located in rohini sector 3, new delhi. Sir i m facing a problem of not functioning lock key in my nokia lumia 520. My phone is under warrenty. . . And the same problem occured three times in past one year and they charged every time. . . But for each time i had visited the center minimum three times, they not resolve the problem in one time. . And now for the same problem i visited 5 times but the problem is not resolved. . They simply charge for the same but not resolve it. . And i today i also mate two peoples who visited the centre for 3 and 6 times respectively. . . . Their workers are not trained. . . And when i submitted my phone for problem in lock key they ruturn my phone with a new problem of volume ower down key working automatically. . . And today i submitted my phone to same centre and i m sending a copy this. . .

                My landline number[protected] has been posted somewhere in olx in fake ad, so we are getting a lot o[censored]nwanted calls. I have not been able to trace the particular ad, so kindly help. We do not even know if there is one or multiple ads, and my not-so-tech savvy parents are facing a lot of problems due to this.                   The phone was given for servicing several times due to the improper work of touch.The servicing centre told that the spare for this phone is not available.When we touch the phone for any operation it gets freezed.It takes lot of time for the working.Some time I was only able to attend and disconnct the incoming call i, e the touch operations didn"t work.I wasn"t able to make a call.The spare part is not available in the market.I woul prefer a another suitable set of the nokia C206..

                      I am Abhay Kumar residing in Mumbai. I bought Nokia Lumia 730 on 19th Feb 2015 from Croma Malad (Invoice No. being SLF02A[protected]). From the very second day of purchase only, the set was having issues in connection with making / receiving calls and sending / receiving of messages. The set was frequently hanging at the time of calling and used to got back to normal only after it was restarted. When anyone tried to call on the number, they got a message that the mobile was switched off. I went to Nokia Care, Sarvesh Telecom (642_504867), Malad (East), Mumbai. I was told to use a micro-sim instead of my old normal sim which the salesman had previously cut to fit in Lumia 730. But even after doing that the aforesaid problems persisted. I again went to the aforesaid service centre on 20th March 2015 and was given the jobsheet no.[protected]/150320/003. After waiting for an hour or so, the set was given back to me and I was told that formatting has been done and the problems had been rectified. However, the problems were not resorted and the issues continued to persist. I went again on 28th March 2015 to the aforesaid service centre. Mr. Ali, the Service Centre Engineer, told me that he would try to repair it and if it was not rectified, he would send it to the company (job sheet no. being[protected]/150328/010). But my phone was kept there at the service centre only and after much follow-ups I got it back on 20th April 2015 with the information that the errors were rectified at the service centre. But I was disappointed to note that the problems were not yet rectified. I had to go there again on 4th May 2015. Mr. Ali attended me. He told me that he would send it to the company. He further told that he would try to replace the mobile if it is not repairable at the Factory of the Company at Jaipur. The same job sheet bearing no.[protected]/150320/003 of 20th March 2015 was re-issued to me. As I was feeling helpless I lodged my complaint on the same day i.e. 4th May 2015 over telephone with the customer care, acknowledgement no. being 1-[protected]. I received a call from one Mr. Suraj from Jaipur on 5th May 2015. He told me that after having spoken to Mr. Ali at Sarvesh Telecom, Mumbai, my mobile set was being called back to Microsoft Factory at Jaipur and the entire process of resolution of my complaint would be done in 7-10 days. But despite repeated phone calls made to inquire the status of resolution of my complaint I didn't get any updates till the last week of May 2015 when Mr. Ali informed me that the set had been received back from Jaipur after resolving the issues. He told me that he would put the mobile on observation. Next day he again called me informing that I could come to take my phone back as it was working properly. I told him to keep it with him for another two-three days under observation to check whether it is perfectly ok. But then I did not receive back any information from him. On 30th May 2015, I called the Nokia Care, Malad. Mr. Rohit came on the line informing me that Mr. Ali is on leave. He tols me that I can come to collect my mobile as it is ready for use. But when I went there I was informed that in place of my mobile some other mobile had been received from the company's factory at Jaipur. I was completely shocked to know this. Then Mr. Rohit and other representative of the centre offered to give me some other phone with different IMEI number. Mr. Rohit first told me that erroneously some different mobile had been sent by the company and the status of my mobile was not available on the site of the company. Another representative told that the centre is offering new mobile kept as reserve at the centre. Mr. Rohit changed his statement and told that the company has swapped my mobile with the new mobile set though I found that the cover and battery of the set were that of older mobile set. I was totally fed up with the treatment I have been given by the representatives of the company. Every time I was told a new story and at times different stories from different people in the service centre at the same time. As I was being harassed and was frustrated with the behaviour of the company, I lodged online complaint on 30th May 201 with the Company, Ref No. being[protected]. Since the date of purchase i.e., 19th Feb 2015, most of the time the mobile is with the company and its service centre only. I decided that I no more wanted the mobile and requested for refund of the cost of mobile. But my request has not yet been conceded to. I kept on sending reminder e-mails and making calls to the company. I only get message that my request has been forwarded to appropriate authority. On not getting any response from the company, I again called Customer Support of the company today on 21st July 2015. I talked many representatives of the company including Mr. Krishan, Mr. Nitin and Mr. Suraj. Mr. Suraj again told me that company has decided to swap the mobile with new set of Nokia Lumia 730 and I will have to collect it from Nokia Care Centre, Malad, Mumbai where I had deposited my mobile in the first week of May 2015. As I want refund of the cost of mobile I requested him to connect me to Regional Head or some other senior functionary of the company to put my case but he refused for that. The company is not even giving any assurance/ commitment that company will refund the cost of mobile or upgrade the mobile, if I face any problem with the new set of Lumia 730. I am frustrated with the service provided by the company and want refund of Rs. 14999, the cost of mobile.

                        20th July '15 My Lumia 625 today started showing an error message on phone restart. This was a normal phone restart. Error: Unable to find a bootable option. Press any key to shutdown. Took the phone to a Nokia Care and I was told that the motherboard is faulty and needs to be replaced (Pretty expensive option considering the value of the phone as of today). After reading some posts on customer forums regarding the same issue, it seems a lot of people have been facing this same issue and are left with the same options. Now, there was nothing wrong or specific done to the phone, it simple decided to start showing this error and stopped working. If the issue is with the handsets then I would like to see the company offer some sort of compensation or exchange. - Nirmal Kumar

                          I bought lumia 535 by jan of 2015, then the screen gone in a month use, then i got a replacement piece after that the gps problem has been a problem, it never fix a location or navigate to a location. I need a fix to this issue, without the location fix issue has been a big problem.

                            Sir, i just purchased a nokia lumia 1320 handset, 9 months ago. the sales person guaranteed that there would be no harm caused to the screen, come what may. the other day i was just charging my handset, it slipped and fell onto the ground (from less than 25cm above the ground) and the screen cracked. I was really upset and tensed, and its said that screens which break under physical damage are not replaced under warranty. But isn't this bad built quality sir.? They claimed the phone to have gorilla glass 2. I've put in a lot of my hard-earned money. please help. i hope i get my screen replaced at no cost, because I'm still under the warranty period. hoping you do the needful, thanking you a grieved customer

                              i have nokia lumia 630 which was heatup and hang, as it was in waranty period show in service station at nagpur on 6th jun 2015, imei no [protected], say had major problem send it to the company and deliver back by one week, but still as on 16th july 2015 didn't get it. I realy suffer too much as didnt have any contacts. Its realy a very poor service by nokia. i will think to launch a consumer complint.

                                i am not satisfied with my nokia lumia520 mobile.i always get problem in it since i have buy it.whenever i get trouble i reach to nokia care to resolve it. Right now my phone get hang, even i am not using internet on it nor i am doing any other work except calling. I had purchaged this phone with great expectation since we all in our family use and trust on nokia mobile set, but they were simple not smart phone, so this smart phone was very special to me, but i am very dissapointed.the touch screen guard does not response properly. when i went to the care centre they had changed my enire mother board due to several problem, but still it always had some flaws it it time to time which i ignored sometime.and all this happens during its warrenty date, due to this i even expanded its warrnty period after paying but no result...plz go through this matter. I WANT REPLACEMENT OF MY PHONE, due to this i get disturbed and not able to receive my calls .

                                  I have a mobile nokia-820 which has disply sceen broken problem, i had submitted it to my nearest nokia service centre, named-"infotel service(265_504886)ekdalia road, near evergreen club.Kolkata, west bengal-700029" now a days they have promised me to give back my mobile within 4days, but now its going to complete one month, i dint recieved back my mobile.I am very frustrated with nokia service. Nokia is very reputated company, thats known to me before.But after suffering with this type of service, i am wrong, my believe also getting down.

                                    Hello Sir/Madam, I have to register complain against Microsoft priority, Panchvati Ahmedabad. as they behaved irresponsibly while checking/repairing my nokia lumia 720. My phone went down as it got affected by bit of rain water, so I submitted the phone to Microsoft priority, they checked the phone and started it and it was functioning quiet ok, accept few things like the speaker was not working and network was not clear. So once again I submitted the phone to them to check it. They kept he phone for three days and everyday when I asked them about the status of the phone, they said they are working on it and it will be get repaired soon. But after three days they told me that the phone is not repairable as something happened to mother board. They have returned me dead phone, when I have given them the phone was in working condition. Moreover they also broke the power button belt When I asked them about this they told me that it was like that only. Eventhough they refunded the amount I am sure that something happened to the phone while repairing. This is very irresponsible behaviour as they damaged my phone and didn't took the responsibility.

                                      I have a problem with my NOKIA LUMIA 520, In that mic, speaker, earspeaker is not working, Cann't able to switch to LoudSpeaker when calling. When I try to take photos its working fine, but when I try to take video camera app automatically closed, similarly some third party app which downloaded from Store like Voice Record Pro, , , also having the same problem (Automatically getting exit). I went to NOKIA SERVICE CENTER (Address: 80 Feet, 2nd Floor, CMH Road, Beside. ICICI Bank, NGEF Ln, Indira Nagar III Stage, Binnamangala, Stage 2, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560047 Phone:[protected] These guys saying that its a hardware issue, But I will bet that is not a hardware issue, its a software issue, When I ask them to do something, they are saying some unrelated( hardware )problem. They took Rs.100/- for Inspection, Waste of Money & Waste of time.

                                        i have purchased a Nokia Lumia 520 with lots of expectations. but th lock/unlock/ power off/power button was got complaint within 6 months. three times i have repaired the key but within a month it will get complaint again. its really painful. without that key the phone wont work. no other complaints noticed and more over I like the phone. give suggestions
