Sir, I had purchased one nokia lumia 520 from Angul, Odisha, My MEI NO- [protected] .The problem of this mobile was it is becoming Hot during the time of talking & the battery is becoming down in less time period. I had given my mobile for service at your Nokia Care, Angul-759122 (Odisha) service center on 30.06.15 and they given me that mobile on 27.07.15 after repairing. But the problem is also continuing and not resolved. As i have having warranty period of this mobile your service center should replace with new one if the repair is not successfull. I request you do the necessary action and replace my mobile with another new one set. Another request is to be given that if your service center will provide this type of service to its customer then why a customer will purchase your mobile instead of taking other mobiles? Plz take into consideration and replace my mobile immediately. Thanks/regds, Samaranika Pradhan Mobile no. [protected]

    Dear Sir/Madam I had purchased a nokia mobile from your authorised dealer at laxmi Nagar in the month of june, but the ear phone was not working properly, hence I contacted nokia dealer from where I had purchase phone and explained the problem, but the dealer refused to exchange the ear phone and said that you should contact to nokia service centre. Then I contacted nokia service centre at laxmi nagar but they said that such ear phone was not damaged and we could not exchanged.and sent me back to dealer. But the dealer is not exchanging the ear phone and saying that such ear phone was damaged and hence would not be exchanged, but the service centre is saying that such ear phone was not damaged. Kindly sort out the matter as soon as possible. I am attaching the scan copy of original bill.       I Purchase Phone Nokia Lumia 730 on 16/12/2014 (EMI No. [protected]) and having some problem since beginning such that during call my phone again call back the same no., visit service centre thrice and every time they say it is software problem and update my phone, after that when problem increase i.e. previous problem + apps back to home screen while using then i submit my phone on 8/07/15 again (Jobsheet No. 150708/016) and they say me that phone goes to head office, after 27 days my phone comes with swap motherboard ( EMI No. [protected]) it is defective mother board and my problem become huge such that my phone going to hang or freeze 10 times a day ( calling time touch do not work, freeze, some time no network show, apps not back, 3g not work, gmail id contact not save, not able to shutdown the phone, call not disconnected), i visit several time between 20 days to service centre and they give different type of solutions to me every time i.e. say your memory card having virus and format it, update 3 times software, not use on 3G means if phone not receive proper frequency of sim then this phone not work on 3G and got hang, not use Data service and use on WIFI and lastly they say not use internet i.e. no WIFI no Data and check, change my phone touch also once. Nor any solution helps me and when i got fully frustrated then they again deposit my phone and reply it has to send again to H.O. (Job Sheet No.[protected]/150827/001) I am not able to understand that is this the way of handling your valuable customer. I purchase your phone after having confidence on your extreme goodwill in market but i am fully dissatisfied with the service. I want my phone back with proper solution as i am not going to tolerate all this again.

      Nokia Care Simply cheat the Customer, i deposit the Handset on 27/08/2015 to service centre and they assure me that your phone goes to H.O. for proper solution and when i post complaint against Nokia on 1st Sept. i got a call from support centre on 2nd Sep. that your phone is dispatch to H.O. today and you will be revert back after seeing prospective solution within 10 - 12 Days.
      My Question is when i reported several time to Service Centre that my phone is having Serious Problem then what are they observing last seven Days, they again planning to repair my Handset with old Mother Board or Repaired one and when i register complaint they simply transfer the case to H.O.

      I want no compromises, company gave me defective Phone and i need a New Phone or returned my Money Back otherwise it will not Complete here and i go to higher level.

        I gave my mobile phone for repairing and they gave me a jobsheet in which it was written that i will get my cell phone repaired within two days.. but a week passed away and still i didnt got it repaired.. then finally i asked them to return my cell so when i got it back i found that my cell was totally changed. They replaced my mobile parts. I dont know why the care people are like this..This should be taken seriously.

          I bought a new Nokia Lumia 1320 from Delhi. The Phone was heating. In the beginning i thought that its normal but after a month phone had started turning off by itself. Phone heats up very quickly and turns off. I was not even able to listen song send messages or surf internet. i send the phone to Dehradun nokia center for the repair. they took 20+ days and return my phone back by saying that now phone is working fine. I used my phone and the found the heating was still there with my phone. i again send the phone to the center. They again took their time returned my phone back to. i used it but still there was no difference. the problem was still there. this happend 4 time. 4th time i contated directly to company and ask them to give me another phone but they refused and said that the only think they can do is they can repair it. and i know that they had already repaired it for 4 times and it will not make any difference.

                Sir,

                I got the message that iam lucky winner on the nokia mobile award from asia continent and they asked my mailing address details, when i gave the details through yahoo mail they replied me that they sent to me cheque for 90 laks, winning certificate, letter of affidavit of claims eligibility. Letter from rbs bank of london and one nokia laptop in courier. They given representative details and his name is mr. Diplomat john martins and i will pay 10, 300 rupees for govt tax clearance duty and registration charges. I cant believe is it true are fake. Please suggest me what can i do.

                    HI myself Kausik Dutta Mobile number [protected] I have Nokia XL mobile which is in warrenty period and i had a problem of front speaker i was not able to lisent any of my calls so i visited Nokia care at ghatkopar west on saturday i submitted the mobile and after 10 min they said that ther e was some liquid inserted from USB cable and we will not consider as free service and you will be charged 340rs for servicing and if afterwards it is not working we need to change the speaker which will cost you additional. I told them it's not liquid it might be moisture as the USB port has some open space in every mobile and also the USB port is at the bottom of the mobile and the front speaker is at the top of the mobile so there is no connection between the but they didn't agree. Then i took the mobile as it is and went to a local shop near me he said that the speaker is not working and he replaced the front speaker for rs 200 and i asked hi is it related to any thik which is in USB port as the Nokia care engineer said to me he said it is just moisture nothing releated to front speaker. So what is the use of warranty if you are not giving me free service because ther was no swet or any thing in the front speaker or near to it, and if you are asking me for 340rs for servicing and not giving me guarantee that it will be working fine so what the use of nokia care? 340rs +speaker charges or just 200 rs for speaker which is good? now i had change the speaker and my mobile is working good.

                      Dear Team, I thought that i have purchased a worst phone in my life i.e, Microsoft lumia 535 dual sim. I found touch problem and when gone to service centre they take five days and then hand over to me without doing any thing. Again the same issue found and i have to visit again and after they replaced touch panel. Just reached home from service centre and know my mobile is not charging. Please give me solution otherwise i have to file a complaint in consumer forum against your product and service.

                        I have bought lumia535 in last december, but suddenly display is off.I went to service center in midnapore they sent me kharagpur, there they told me liquid damage, but i strongly oppose as my phone didnt drop in water or any liquid, they didnt agree and made their hypothisis of liquid damage stand and told me you need money for repair.worthless

                              Bhavin patel. i had bought my lumia 720 in feb 2013. After 8 months o[censored]sage i decided to go for the extended warranty which cost me Rs 500. After repeatedly checking my warranty status it didn't display any information on warranty extension. I had filed for the extended warranty at AKSHAY CARE(NOKIA CARE), PUNE. Later after few months i came to know there was some server failure and our application for warranty failed. We had no option but to accept the refunded amount. The nokia care manager assured us that he will provide free service for the coming year if any problem arises. Even if you are in any other city i would manage your servicing. Such were his words. And as expected after one yr 4 months o[censored]sage there was a problem with the mike and the charging port. I immediately rushed to the service centre. Little did i know i would be charged for the same. They charged me rs 750 for the mike replacement. They never mentioned the actual cost of the part nor the service charge. Such improper bills are provided which only have one figure written on it. Again in half n hour o[censored]se the mike went off. I rushed back to the service centre and they replaced it again. Again after a month o[censored]sage again the mike went off and also the charging point. The nokia care engineer open it up and after proper fitting it again started working. I knew it was a temporary thing since there was no replacement. After three months o[censored]sage i am stuck with the same problem. And this time the nokia care manager almost threw me out of the store. He asked his employee to find out rates for the mike part. They came up will number rs 550. On hearing this the manager says these are old rates, check the new ones. He came back with a bill which showed a price of rs.615 .Again this manager who had no intention of helping me type a random number on this calculator and showed me that the new rates are rs 957. If you agree then go ahead or else you may leave. Such was the treatment. They fail my rs.500 extended warranty, then they make false promises and then they treat customer like hell.

                                I submitted my phone lumia 720 for some problem on 11july. After 40 days they told me your phone is non repairable. And swapped with 730 .whixh is old. I want my my 720 phone with good conditions. n job sheet no. Is[protected]/150711/004 .against this i register my complaints in care centre. They not provide any solution.                                   Hi, I have given my Nokia-630 Lumia cell phone 6 times to Nokia care center pune in last 2 month. but it is still not working properly. Even I asked them to replace that because my phone is in warranty period but they decline that. My cell phone Having restart problem . I thought Nokia is the good brand so I brought this cell. But service is very bad for Nokia now. I will not recommend ever to anybody for Nokia.

                                    Error :-Unable to find a bootable option press any key to shut down on Nokia lumia 625 phone

                                    My phone Nokia lumia 625 was working but got heated up. I presumed it to be a normal .One day suddenly this remark started showing on the screen " unable to find a bootable option press any key to shut down". I took it to the nokia dealer, he in turn sent me to NOKIA CARE. Nokia care just saw the error and surrendered that it cant be done as earlier also customers having this problem were not helped as this error is not solvable....

Now, when I switch on it has been got locked and asking security code while try to switch on the set without sim or with sim, You may please send a solution for open it with company security code.

                                      Hi Nokia Team, My name is Vijaya Krishna, I have trouble with Nokia Lumia 820. In Nokia Lumia 820 Specifications its mentioned that the cellular connectivity has LTE FDD network: Band 1 (2100 MHz), Band 20 (800MHz), Band 3 (1800 MHz), Band 7 (2600 MHz), Band 8 (900MHz) http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/mobile/phone/lumia-820/specifications/?dcmpid=bmc... but I don't find any LTE or 4g signal showing in the (mobile+sim - Highest Connection Speed) it only shows 2g and 3g, Please help me provide firm update to my handset, I purchased earlier this handset because of 4g feature for future need now I got the sim as well but no 4g enabled in this handset, please help me out.
