I have a lumia 535 which got damage for insurance formality need an estimate for which I am rushing since last evening .. Every time concern person is coming up with a new excuse . Authorise signatory is not present at center since 12 pm . Really pathetic experience faced .

    Dear concern, I have purchased a Nokia Lumia 630 dual sim at Vijayawada and now I facing problems with this hand set, battery is suddenly down 👇 from 100 to nil and automatically Mobil got switched off, so please replace my phone, I am fan of Nokia and I have preferred 4 members to purchase nokia Lumia 730.       My nokia x2 mobile bought on 05.06.2015 was hanging frequently. I have given it for servicing at i care nokia service center at malleshwaram on 10.07.2015. They said that the feature to be updated and informed me that the rs. 100 payable even it is under warranty. After one hour of time, they informed that the mobile is not booting and there is some issue with hardware and is to be send to delhi for servicing and giving the date at 22.07.2015.
      The iemi no. Of the phone is [protected] & [protected]. Please provide me replacement of the mobile the mobile instead of repair and this service is to be given free of charges as the mobile in under warranty. Contact mobile no.[protected]

        Gave my Nokia Lumia 520 for a OS re-installation at Microsoft Priority in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. And after the re-installation of OS the motherboard got damaged when I gave my card for payment the service guy told to make the payment in cash and I don't have any records whereas I got replaced the power button for which they accepted my card.. When complained online they called me which I could not attend and I didn't get a call back. I am patiently waiting for a remedy.

          Hello Team As for your kind information we have purchases a NOKIA-130 model in the month of January 2015 for our official purpose but since last week it was not working.Hence we approached to the nearest Nokia service center seeking service as it was under warranty but they told us that the model is not repairable and same will be replaced with new one by the dealer as per company policy.Soon we have visited to dealer from where we have purchased the device.The dealer informed us that they need the Nokia box which was provided us in the time of purchasing. .But it was lost somehow as it was purchased only for official purpose not for personal use.Now in such senerio we are suffering badly without any logical point.Nobody informed us that we should kept the box carefully so that warranty can be claimed in future if it required. As we believe that Nokia is big reputed company and they do valued their customer.. Your kind of action in this regards will be highly appreciable.             My nokiaE63phone 3yrs old had serious complaints The set can on but not displayed screen possesses only white display and it checked in costmer care at Trivandrum Kerala they rejected to service reason that it already been seviced in private shop I humbly request you to take steps to service my phone E63 costmer care at Trivandrum Kerala billed Rs 100 for checking the set

              Yesterday I went to Nokia care center, Chikkadapally branch Hyderabad at 7.5 pm. One Ramesh in counter checked my phone Asha model regarding voice problem and said come tomorrow before 7.00 pm and get it repaired and said it will take 20 minutes time to change the volume button. Again today I went to 6.20 pm and approached Shekar in counter. After preparation of job chart No.36883, he asked me to come tomorrow. I said that I came as per your direction and requested to repair as said yesterday. But they are not bothered about their time given and said they can not do anything come tomorrow. I have taken back Phone and asked them where I have to make compliant. Shekar said, there is no compliant and asked me to write on smiley slip which was pinned on notice board. While pinning my slip on notice board I have noticed the Centre Manager no.[protected] to contact. I have contacted over phone but I could not hear as there is a volume problem and I have given messages, but no use. What I understood is Nokia care does not bother to give correct time and does not have uniform reply and not bothered about wasting of time of customer and giving reply without realisation of their mistake and taking very carelessly.

              Sir. I went to nokia care chikkapally Hyderabad at 7.05pm not 7.5pm as said in my earlier compliant. Further I have to inform that staff is not bothered about problem of customer without cell phone and working very lethargically and taking too much time to call customer after giving token. Now I am making urgent calls very difficutly. Such a big branded company system exits like this. Treating customer who followed your instructions is very bad.

              sir, Today evening while returing to home enquiry my problem with phone in your nokia priority shop Himayatnagar Hyderabad branch, they said that this is minor problem can be done immediately, but as above your service centre, chikkadapally, does not bother to get it solve immediately.

              Sir. It is shame to say that the said problem was solved within in minutes, when I went to my village by a local cell phone shop. He said that it is just adjustment of spring connected to volume increasing button. As per your job chart it costs Rs.450 and asked to come next day, even though I have requested and said that I came yesterday for this purpose.

                  nokia lumia 1020 nd my phone in under warranty bt my phone continuosly hanging problm so touch dsnt work .before a few mnth i gave my phone in care center 4 to 5 times bt the same problm is repeat.now i make a desison to complain a police fir against nokia mobile pr care centet.i want my cell replacement.

                    I had purchased Lumia 925 in May 2014 from your showroom located in Dwarka.  It started giving trouble from the beginning often shutting down abruptly.  However, since your care centre at Dwarka had closed down, I had  to contact the dealer.  He found  some loose connection and fixed it.  In April, 2015, it again went off.  However, the dealer suggested me to get it repaired from Nokia Care Centre as the phone was within the warranty period.  So, I went to a
                    Nokia's Customer Care Centre located at Dwarka More .  On 03/05/2015, they again fixed the problem within a few minutes stating that the jet connection was loose.  Thereafter, I went to USA for holidaying where I clicked photos.  However, on 08/06/2015, it again went off.  After coming back to India, I again approached the Costumer Care at Dwarka More, New Delhi.  Since the warranty expired a few days back, they told me that repair would be charged.  I agreed.  However, after a few days, they rang me up to inform that the phone cannot be repaired as there is some problem in the mother board. Even they expressed their inability to retrieve the memorable photo I clicked in USA.   Please suggest, what should I do.  The should come to my rescue.

                      i (Aashish george) had purchased a two nokia handsets nokia xds/rm-980 and nokia 210, from MOBILE HUB, J-42, Shop No.3, besides home saaz, lajpat nagar-I, New delhi-110024, mobile number +91-[protected], [protected], vide bill dated 1329, on 18/05/2014, book no.14, TIN no. [protected]. nokia 210, it was not powering on, so i took it to nokia care, where they charged me for service and said that my product is out of warranty, they also charged me 100 for inspection, i feel cheated. I had bought a Nokia 210 mobile handset on 18/05/2014, but the Nokia care people say that the phone was activated in march 2014, therefore they cannot give warranty. I showed them the orginal bill, I even checked your online support which states that warranty period will begin with the bill and date of purchase. Now, the question that needs an answer here is, whether I was sold a used phone on a genuine bill?? Or whether the customer service people are using the activation as an excuse to charge customers like me?? Either way, I am being cheated. Kindly guide me, because this affects your reputation as well as my pocket as an salaried person.

                        dear sir I have purchased a nokia XL mobile on 03/07/214with imei no [protected] and submitted to your authorised sevice centre "CELL WORLD, M K Building, Vadayattukotta, KOLLAM 691001" on 22/06/2015 due to display fickering and I asked any purchase receipt needed the executive told it is not needed and by checking on line he told the guaranty period is up to 06/07/2015 . At the time of purchasing the shop owner told there is a guarant period of 1 year which will be completed only on 02/07/2015. On 03/07/2015 the executive called by about 12 PM to submit the receipt before 3 PM, It is not possible to me to submit the receipt wihin 3 hrs as I am working and is not carying the receipt . on 04/07/2015 I submitted the receipt but the service centre telling that the guaranty period is over and not able to get the benefit. Expecting a favourable reply from you

                          I have purchased nokia XL on 6 july 2014.when I today visit nokia care they refused to provide services .according to the center my phone is out of warranty they chargeable 350 rs for repair.but my invoice date is 6 july 2014 according to this its is in warranty.many times I will suffer rudeness of care works. They talk very rudely .

                              On 2.06.2015 I, Abhishek Jaiswal mobile number ([protected]) went to one of your authorised dealers Roop Rang Telecom, Fraser road, Patna-800-001 to get my nokia lumia 720 phone repaired as it was giving charging problem. The battery of my phone was getting discharged within 30 minutes even after being kept on charge for ten hours. thereafter they raised an improper bill in a sum of rs 1250/- without any break ups. Further when i went to collect the same i discovered that the defect was not even rectify properly rather a new defect in the touch pad was observed.Immediately on taking the phone to your authorised dealer and complaining about the same they instead of listening to me charged an amount of rs 9000 against screen replacement. I want them to repair my phone as it is completely their negligency for which i m suffering.

                                Complaint ref no in Microsoft: [protected] Job sheet number:[protected]/150625/004 I am Chintan Patel and I have Lumia 625 cell. Phone has some internal problem and its get switched off suddenly and did not start it self. This is repetitive issue I faced. For the same problem I submitted cell to costumer care service three times and they charged me all three times. Now I again faced the same problem and they said Cell was completely dead and to repair the same they have to send the cell to company and they asked very high charge for repair. For the same repetitive problem why should I pay to them.? Request to Nokia/Microsoft to repair My cell free of cost or give replacement. I also agree to pay money but after i used repair cell for two to three months.

Mumtazuddin Times (P) Ltd.on[protected], within 5 to 6 days of the purchase my above referred phone started creating the above mentioned problems and having no other alternative/option I had to one of your authorized care centre, having its NCC Code: 265_504886, on[protected], but till date I have not received my Mobile Phone. In the above circumstances I request your goodself to kindly replace your above referred phone and issue a New Handset on an urgent basis, by way of exchanging the above referred Hand Set, or I would be bound to take necessary Legal step/action against your illegal trade practise by selling damaged Hand Sets to your customers.

                                    After screen goes to sleep mode it does not reactivate even after pressing the lock button. I send it for repair to NOKIA CARE (Syscomp Infotech (P) Ltd, 4/6, S.N.Banerjee Road Barrackpore Shopping Arcade, Upper ground floor, Barrackpore, Kolkata 700120, West Bengal, Phone[protected]/ 2525) on[protected]. They return the phone allegedly repairing it but for a fee of Rs. 1850/- (Bill no. 01995, Job sheet no 150620/010) on[protected]. Within a few hours the malfunction reappeared, I take it for second time. After keeping it for several days they return it saying that it was a virus that had caused the malfunction.                                       I have purchased Nokia Lumia 1320 in January 2015, through online. But my Lumia 1320 is always getting hang almost 10to 15 times a day. Every time I should restart the unit. For example when the call comes the touch don't work. So recently I have upgraded OS to denim but there is no use, so again I downgraded OS to cyan in Nokia care centre. Please resolve my problem as early as possible My contact details. N.                                         I bought my mobile Nokia Lumia 730 on 19 October 2014, from Soveena Mobile Zone, S-8/a, Green Park, Main Market, NEw Delhi - 110 016. My mobile battery after eight month is givng me so poor result that within half day it is discharged although my usage is very very less.
