I went to Nokia care centre on 06/06/2015 for the solution of heating problem and text message receiving problems and they sad that we will update your handset and it will resolve the problem and asked me to go back by saying that new version is not launched by company but as per my information the new version has arrived.please help The care centre is situated in shyaam ji complex bahadurgarh Haryana district jhajjar.

Now it is 12 of June and when I called care centre they denied to solve my problem. By saying new version is not available.

    The Handset does not recognize the network. In home page the network indication shows(But freezes with last signal strength before the handset goes into the faulty mode) In settingsmobile/cellular+sim ... page gets frozen. Shows no sim details . In settingsnetwork + 'set' gets frozen. I am facing this issue since the phone is new.Firstly I thought that the Sim has got some problem but it was not. I have checked the sim card on other device it is working properly. The handset is faulty. In that condition, I didn't get any calls and messages. Restarting the phone solves the issue temporarily but soon again the problem relapses. The problem is very frequent and I have to restart the phone 6 to 7 times in a day.You can say every 2 to 3 hour I have to restart the phone. You will not come to know when the handset will go faulty.No calls No text nothing...its terrible. I find the phone in faulty condition Whenever I left the phone idle. No data connection, No call is possible. In the faulty condition if I make a call, the call does not connect and I cant even end the call also.It keeps on dialing. For that I have to restart the phone. I gave the Handset to Nokia Care for repair.Still the problem persist. I have used the sims and the memory card in other handsets and there is no problem. Moreover I have updated the phone software and all apps as required from the options available from the phone. The problem is recurring and incurable by the local Nokia Care and I demand a replacement from the company as the warranty period is not yet over.

      I purchased a nokia 130 from Vasavi Communication Bangalore on 04.03.2015. imei1-[protected]. imei2-[protected]. Right now sim 1 is not working, since i am at kochi, kerala, i approached nokia care, kochi and had a very bad experience. The service person told me to go back to bangalore Vasavi Communication to get any further service on this issue. I kindly request nokia to get me a solution for the same as soon as possible.         My phone(NOKIA220. SERIAL/IMEI no.-[protected]) is in warranty. date of purchase on 16/6/14 from 'Prime shop' at kolkata. The display turned totally white. Nokia care changed the display but after one day another display related problem arised, white light dots appearing over the display. Now they are saying that water entered in the phone due to my careless use. PLEASE HELP

            Hello There is a notfication on my nokia your Update is ready to download. I Ignored two time becouse my bettry was not charged. when i put my phone on charging the notification occored again. and I did pur it on updating and while updating my phone is dead.               I had bought through FLIPKART a Nokia Lumia 1320 in October 2014 & have been facing frequent issues with the handset. I have made a number of visits to your Nokia care centre at Malleswaram Bangalore & find them most unfriendly & unhelpful & always demand money for repair even though the set is under warranty. The on off switch in the middle has become defective as per them and hence they want to replace the same and demand Rs 1800/- even though the set is under warranty. I have been a regular user of Nokia handsets (earlier N72 & later N96) & now am totally disillusioned & regret my loyalty towards Nokia.                 I have buy nokia lumai 830 in march 2015 after few days my mobiles main camera was not working i have visit has support center 3-4 times and submitted my phone for repairing they repairing my phone but after few day same problem mobile camera was not working . i have called company call center they told me we not help you please visit support center and my problem is still same not solve . so requesting you please help me .                   I have a Lumia720. Last few months it was not worked properly. there are so many problems like Photo capture, applications completed before it works. Then I went to Nokia care, Bardhaman, W.B. on 06/06/2015 for resolving the problems. Nokia executive was assisting me to update the software against their fees 330.00. Those problems are remain same.

                    i have lumia 535, has some problem like GPS & TOUCHPAD, submitted in care but without solving those problem they delivered my phone twice. job sheet no[protected]/150603/010 &[protected]/150608/018 now again i submit it again at the same care NCC code-267_504886.please take some action and help the buyers

                      I had purchased Lumia 720 in Nov 2013. Since then I came across at hanging problems for atleast 7-8 times. Every time I was asked to wait for a longer time to start my mobile phone. Recently by an accident, my mobile fell down thereby breaking the touch screen. Display was absolutely fine. I could perform all the functions as before. Just to replace the touch screen, when I visited Nokia Care at YAVATMAL (Maharashtra), I was told to replace the display which was costing around Rs. 7500/- excluding service charges. I was shocked to here. The mobile which I purchased was costing around Rs. 15000/- now it is hardly at the cost of Rs. 8000/- to Rs. 9000/-. Is it worth to replace the entire display when only touch screen was broken?. When I asked the service person, I was told that no touch screen is available for Lumia 720. If it is true, this is completely cheating with customers.

                        Dear Sir, I had purchased a nokia XL as it was claimed in the advertisements that it is fully android supporting mobile. But when I started using it I found it can't access Google Play store, also recently I found that in vibration mode if call comes, this mobile vibrates very slow or rather one can't feel the vibration if not concentrating on the mobile. My mobile is still under warranty period. When I approached Nokia care they told me that this set can't vibrate more than this as its settings are such. I request you to kindly take up the case and if possible please get it replaced with the set which could help me in accessing google play store also and prominently vibrates so as to attract the individual's attention.

They received my phone and said we wont be able to resolve this so, we are sending to the delhi Customer center . I did not receive any update on this till 5/6/15. After a long delay and after the warranty period completed.They replied saying we wont be able to do anything. 'Come and get your mobile back' And they suggested saying 'give you mobile and pay 70% of money and get new phone'. This answers are very dis appointment to us.                               This is third time that I am complaining on the sound issue. Please ensure that the problem is sorted out at earliest.                                 My nokial lumia 730. I bought this on 1/4/2015. but my phone is not work in good. When I use my shoot video it is not shoot properly and that after it is not save in the phone as well. and that after the mobile is hang. so this kind of problem i am facing as well as when i us music so it not work proper. so I send my mobile in nokia care for 2 to 3 time but the problem is not solve. and company also change my mobile camera. so please he me with that problem. So attach my phone service receipt.

                                  Nokia 720 given for repair at Nokia Care (NK Services, Tattarambalam) on 25.05.15-reason phone not switching on. Handed over the set and received receipt. Next day the technician informed that board is irreparably damaged and replacement of board will be costly. Next day when I went to collect the phone the technician handed over the phone but the display (screen) was not of the original one.(My mobile was having a visible scrach). When I disputed the technician apologized that it was a mistake and display was wrongly interchanged with another mobile under repair and promised to arrange an original display within a few days. I am worried about other original parts viz camera-front and back, battery and other parts and I dont trust the officials any more. I need intervention by Nokia people, cross checking of my mobile and a certification to the effect that the display, battery, camera etc are part of the original 720 and that there is no duping of parts.

                                    Respected sir I am KAMAL KISHOR resident 303 KESHAV NAGAR AJMER. I was having Nokia Lumia 720 with IMEI NO [protected].My phone is in warranty period.There was problem related to its software (rotation locknot working).I submitted my phone in nokia care center Dt 7th april 2015 @ MOBLILE CLINIC F-9, 1ST FLOOR, AMAR PLAZA, NEAR OLD BUS STAND, AJMER, RAJASTHAN with Job sheet number 11004. After about 20 days phone came back, but with no solution to my problem. I returned my phone. I have visited the NCC at least 5-6 times every time they say your phone is just to come. I communicate the higher center(microsoft support center) with email, but they replied that within 24 hour higher technical support team will contact you(Reference no [protected]).No team contacted me even after 72 hour. I again raised my complaint on moblie [protected] with reference no [protected] they again said that within 24 hour our higher technical support team will contact you again no No team contacted me. I repeatedly contacted you with above reference with same reply of 24hr. I personally request them to please return my mobile. Sir neither i am getting any information about my device nor i they are returning my device.This is mental torture to me. I strongly urge please take of this case and take strict action to protect customer rights.

                                      Dear Sir, I have been call logged in call center on 01-05-15 & my complaint no. is 1-[protected]. But I got no solution regarding this complaint then after I got new complaint no.[protected] & [protected]. My set is replaceable device but because of no distributer on that area my set is not replaced till now. I have waited till 1 month.
