Hi, Greetings of the day, I am using NOKIA LUMIA 710, that works with the software ZUNE. All other lumia phones are updated to O.S windows 8 but not mine is of 7.8 OS(i.e nokia lumia 710). If i want to download any applications from the market place its simply showing that your phone os does not support the application. So i request you to please consider my complaint and kindly try to solve my problem. Im loving my phone actually. PLEASE UPDATE NOKIA LUMIA 710 O.S

    I bought a Microsoft lumia 640 XL. In less than a month it touch screen was broken in accident. I have to send it to Nokia customer Services and it get there in June 18th. The status is "working in progress" and they don't know when it will be sent back. Do not buy this. Nokia service is useless and they doesnt even receive customer calls. They are irresponsible. I had also mailed Microsoft customer support they repliedmy mail and told me that their representatives will contact in 24 hours. Still they dont even try to contact and help their customers. Recently in few minutes i called in customer service centre to know phone status they asked my job sheet num and i tell him then they told me that they will call me in 15 min. 1 hour left and i again call them they does not receive my call.         I'm writing this after trying Nokia Care for six times for the same issue in the last two months and I'm not impressed with service standards of Nokia. At the end I'm forced to believe that Nokia has no respect for its customers and has "I don't care" attitude as they lie to the customer. I've eight months(approx.) old Nokia XL phone and the problem started around 3-4 months back, the problem is that the phone re-starts on its own. I'm in Mysore and local Nokia Care and Nokia office in Chennai is not able understand the root cause of the problem. The disturbing part is that every time they have claimed that they have rectified the issue but the issue still persists, this only means that they lie to me every time. Last time I lodged my complaint with Nokia Care on 15th May'15 and I got the phone back on 25th Jun'15 and this time again they made similar claim of solving the issue. But matter of the fact is I started facing same issue from the same day. I had high regard for the company but this incident has changed my perception.

          There was some issue with the mic of my lumia 820 phone. I mailed it to some of the higher authorities and then after 2 weeks of discussion, my phone was submitted at nokia care for 1 week. The mic was replaced by nokia and it was in warranty. Same was the problem with one more phone and it was resolved in similar manner. After one year of working, the mic is again not working and it is not in warranty as of now. Since the product was replaced at nokia care center with the authority of nokia senior management and that too for 2 phones, the problem seems to be in nokia phones itself. The basic problem is that since mic is not working, the other person is not able to hear anything.

            The Nokia Care, Kwality Hotel Complex, Bhiringi, Durgapur-713213 is refusing to repair/ replace the charger( which is making a hizzing sound and not properly working) of my Microsoft Lumia 535 although it has been just two days of purchase, and the product is covered under the Terms and Conditions of the Warranty. The representative warned that the company will not return the charger and confiscate it. Rather he insisted on my buying a new charger.

              I bought a new Nokia Lumai 930 mobile phone for Rs. 38, 000 from genuine Nokia showroom on 31/01/2015. After using it for a month the phone encountered 2 problems. Thinking of the problem being temporary i used the phone for another 2 months. I returned to the Nokia Care center to get the problem resolved. Technicians suggested that the problem being a hardware issue they have to send the phone to factory and will take about 10-15 working days. I left the phone with them. I received a call from the care center after 15 days stating that the phone have been repaired and can be received. The next day i went to care center to receive my mobile phone and found that one of the problem have been rectified but the second one still persists. The technicians again told me the same that there is a hardware problem and the phone will again go to factory to get the problem resolved and will again take 10-15 working days. The phone i bought was the top model of Nokia and none other phone was as expensive as the Nokia Lumia 930. I paid 38, 000 for that phone and in the very beginning it encountered hardware problem twice. I am still paying the EMI for this phone. They are taking a whole month to get the phone repaired. God knows why Nokia uses the tag line "Connecting People". I was a big fan of Nokia phones and had a blind faith in it but this instance broke all my belief in it. Sorry to say this but its true. From past 10 years i have bought about 4-5 phones all belongs to Nokia but now this was the last one. If you can help me then get the phone re-placed instead getting the same phone repaired. I cant depend on a phone which is having hardware issues within one month. Please help me. Thanks, Mayank.

                I replaced the touch pad of my Nokia Lumia set ( IMEI no [protected]) on 16/02/2015 by Nokia care agency, Ramdev Telecom, Garia, 279 NSC Bose road, Kolkata -700047, they charged Rs 12580/- for this replacement work.Now in May, 2015 the replaced touch pad become defunct, while contacting above Nokia care agency I was told again the touch pad to be replaced and similar amount to be paid by me, according to them warranty of such replacement is only one month. My obvious query to you Is it the level of quality and credibility of Nokia & Microsoft product ? Is it the level of care for customer you demand ?                   I have purchased nokia 225, imei no :- [protected], 16-apr-2015, day one to face the many problems, 17- apr - 15 change the display in nokia service station, (Satya telecare, address:- 229, c. R avenue, kolkata - 6). Then now 20 - jun -15. Face the problem :- key pad not working properly, sound speaker, mobile hang, display problem, but nokia service care suggest to me they have no spare from this model, so u have to drop the phone 10 days in nokia service care. If you suggest me that is possible to drop the phone at 10 days, i don't have any alternative phone, so what i do? I call them many more nokia service station in kolkata, but they all said to me there parts are not comes. I know that nokia goodwill allways better, but this poor services are effected in nokia goodwill. Sir please get the solution as early as possible,

                      Sir, My NXL IMEI NO.[protected], purchased in 7/2014, one month after the date of purchase it shows display lines and after a few months display completely failed. On 12/5/2015 i.e on warranty period I took it to the Service Centre 'Mobility Solutions, Karamana, Thiruvanathapuram'. Job Sheet No.10842 dated 12/5/2015. Evenafter, 40 days over I couldn't get the Display Card replaced. When I contacted the Service Centre, they informed that Display Card not yet received from the Company. So its requested to take immediate step to replace the Display Card. I brought the Handset paying Rs.11, 000/-. and I couldn't even use it for six months. I purchased a Nokia product, because it has a Goodwill, I hope you will take my complaint seriously and make the handset work properly, Yours Shaji Mathew Mob no.[protected]

                          I bought a Lumia 520 via flip kart on 2.12.13. In between it was causing trouble while phoning, net browsing etc.. It was used to go Nokia service centre often.After using for a year like this, the phone did not start one day while phoning a friend. I immediately called the Nokia Service Centre and they told me that motherboard needs replacement which costs around 7000/. Sir, the phone costs 7899.00 where as the motherboard costs 7000.00. How can the phone be stopped like this? Why the phone will not be replaced? My phone IMEI Serial no is [protected].

                                Dear sir, i am using 730 and facing the problem in its proximity sensor from the very first day i bought this phone.I went to service centre too many times, everytime they submit my phone and give back to me after 10-15 days. I AM STILL FACING THE SAME PROBLEM. I want replacement as i am facing that problem again and again.

                                  Complaint Description I bought Nokia Lumia 630 in November, after using 2-3 weeks I was facing problem in the phone. It automatically restarts or switched off, sometimes it shows no battery. I already went to service center 5-6 times, they even changed the motherboard of the phone, but the problem remains the same. In March, when I complaint on Nokia website one of their executive called and told me that my phone will only get replaced if I submit the phone in care center & then their senior will call me regarding the problem or issue. But no one from their side called me even after two weeks. I also mailed them too but still they haven't called me or taken any action. When I called them in their number they told my phone is OK & I should pick up my phone, somehow which I did last week. But again this week I am facing the same problems in the phone. I had already submitted the phone 4-5 times in the care center but issues with the phone are not solved yet. I have all the document of jobsheet photocopy, change in motherboard document(original), etc. Again last week I called the care center that there is again problem with the mobile but still there is no relief from their side. Last time, in May when I submitted the phone because of same issue, they said they had changed the hardware, but again the same issue comes. No, I will complaint at the consumer court because you are doing nothing & from court I will get the new phone and compensation Damaged Occured Since I have visited 15 times to the care center so my transportation money is wasted and more importantly my time also get wasted. Since, I am student who is also working so time is precious for me. And when the phone is not working I have to make any urgent call then it is very irritating & annoying. Also my phone screen guard has been removed twice. So already I have wasted 500-600 rupees. Also my internet data of more than 500 MB is also wasted.

Last contact was made by Nokia Executive (3 weeks back) when he assured me within 2 days I will get to know whether my device will be replaced or not. But no one called.

                                    I bought a NOKIA 700 phone on[protected]. But now when the SIM is inserted in my NOKIA 700 phone, it is automatically shutting down when it is switched on. But without the SIM the phone is functioning normally. I have approached the Nokia service center at Ernakulam. But they could not repair it.

                                      On 12th March 2015, My Nokia Lumia 625 developed some problems and couldn't switch on. So I submitted my phone to NOKIA CARE, Communications Solutions F-26/4, Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi 110020 on 14th March 2015 for repairing. The only problem my phone had, as informed to me by the service centre was of some fault in the motherboard, and everything else was working. My phone's IMEI number was [protected] when I submitted it to the service centre. On March 19th 2015, I was given my phone back against a charge of Rs 3450.00 citing motherboard repair, but the service centre also informed me of having removed the 3.5mm headphone jack saying that it was not working, even though it was completely functional when I submitted them my phone. Moreover the phone's IMEI was now changed and was now [protected]. This means that the motherboard was not repaired but instead replaced with a refurbished one that did not have a headphone jack. The service centre gave me a warranty of 1 month on its service. My problems did not end here. On 22nd April 2015, the phone went dead again, just 3 days after their so called warranty period of 1 month ended. This means, that I was cheated with replacing my phone's motherboard with an old and faulty one instead of repairing my better conditioned motherboard. Having even payed exorbitant price for repairing could not ensure proper working because the service centre makes fraud services of the cell phones with replacing the internal parts of cell phones and fooling the customer that they have repaired it.

                                        i visited nokia care on[protected], with job sheet no 4748 of NOKIA MOBILE CARE LAXMI COMMUNICATION, WA-84, SHAKARPUR, DELHI-110092. Telephone.- [protected], [protected], [protected]. after this long day of stay, even they haven't provided me secondary handset, and they are asking for 7-8 more days. i am a LOYAL CUSTOMER of nokia. This is my 1st bad experience with nokia. nokia is in market due to its loyal customers and its service, unfortunately I must say- if this goes longer, it is not suitable for the challenge facing company of current market. hope to be in touch soon.
