    my nokia lumia 720 was working well till last month...aftr that the screen suddenly gone black...i could unlock phone n do some task but cant see wat on the screen as it was dark...after 2-3 days phone became normal...again after a while same happend...n till now i am dealing with same crap...please let me know wats the problem :'(

    i have placed my phone for repairing at simran electronics, nehru nagar, agra vide job card no.265 on 19/06/2015. on delivery date (28/06/2015) and after than 3-4 times i reached there but my phone still not repaired and the dealer saying that the required device accessories not delivered by the head office
    i am very disappointed by the poor service given by him and i have waste my precious time and money to go over there. after than his unethical misbehave he given back my phone without service.

    complaint is for unethical behavior of customer care manager Mr. Tejvir
    on 14th, I have given my Nokia Lumia 925 for charging problem and phone booting error. But they only update software and charge rs. 456/-
    Problem was something different but due to software update my all data lost. Problem in mobile still there, i visit CC again for the same issue but instead of resolving problem, they behave unethical saying paise diye hai toh kya pura mobile change karke de de. Hamari koi jimmedari nahi hai, apna set bapis le jayiye. Dubara check karne ke service charge dene honge.
    I am 62 yrs old and he, tejvir literrally mis behave with me.
    He is not fit to the job, should be replaced.

      I have bought Microsoft Lumia 535 on February, 2015 from Umiya Telecom, Astron Chowk, Rajkot (Gujarat) retailer shop. But unfortunately within 2 months my device could not perform well. The problems are camera of the device has stopped and phone can not charged. I have meet the local Nokia service center of Rajkot (Near VIP Showroom, Yagnic Road) and they opened my device and show me some type of chemical/liquid in phone and they told me your phone is drown in water, so water damaged phone not in warranty and they charged me Rs. 3370 for this damage.         I have bought nokia 520 0n 14 November 2013 after 4-5 months I have started facing issue like during call the light on the screen does not light up so each time u have to press the side button to cut d cl or i[censored] have to hold a cl..and dat to you have to press dat many times..i have been visited to nokia for the same prblm thrice but the problem still remains same..i have extended d warrenty period but alwys its nt possible for me to go to the nokia care for there prblms...if this time problms in nt resolved I will bound to take legal action .

          I have a Lumia 925 mobile. There is a problem with Mother Board.Nokia care is not providing the service for the mobile. The Product is out of warranty, But I am ready for the paying off the amount for the Repair. But still Its not providing the service, Its a poor and bad service on the part of Nokia. Kindly provide the solution for my problem.

            I have Nokia 500 mobile. The head phone pin of the mobile is not working properly. I have contacted Nokia Care center of our city and they assisted me to submit the mobile for few days. After ten days when I went there to ask regarding my mobile, they said they did not repair the device. I waited for a long 2 hours for their assistant. But they replied it was not possible for them to repair it. And moreover they did not help or co-operate with me to resolve my issue. I have asked them several time to give me other address so that I can go and solve the issue. They dint replied. Head phone pin is still not working. Kindly help.

              My name is UTKARSH BHARGAVA from alwar city, rajasthan I bought my lumia 720 one year ago in 16000 INR and i have already increased my phone warranty for two years. But now i came to bangalore to complete my architectural training of 5 months. From march 2015 my lumia 720 's touch is not working properly so i gave my phone to nokia care STAR ELECTRONICS nokia care center CHICKALAXMI LAYOUT, BANGALORE on 4 April 2015 and they said sir collect your phone after 10 days because 720 stock is not available so we have to send back it to factory... then after 10 days they said sir it will take 10 more days because the problem is not resolve, and may be they shall replace the set, then i said okay i will wait for 10 days... then again after 10 days they told me its finalize that your phone is not in condition and its hardware are not available so they will replace the handset with higher model then that you have... then i said ok.. After 5 days nokia care calls me and said sir higher model stock is not available.. company is giving you lumia 625... of cost 8500 INR Then i told her... i don’t want any replacement ... you just give my handset whatever it was... Then she said no sir it’s not possible.. Yours phone company puts in some garbage... what the hell is that.. How will company through my phone without any replacement... then she said in 5 to 6 days you will get your replacement... after 6 days i went to nokia centre 5th time, , , she said now stock is not available till now.. we can replace your phone ... just give us 10 more days... then after 10 days she asks for more 10 days... n after 50 days of submitting my phone she gave me care no. n told me to call n ask them about your phone.. they are not giving us your phone... then i called to nokia care, , , the responsible person told me that our nokia care team will call you in 24 to 48 hours... n gives solution as early as possible... then in three days not a single call came from nokia, , , then on 4th day i again call to care n tell the whole problem again he also told me the same thing.. to wait sometime ...our team will call you... and one more thing now i m going to my hometown in just 2 days and they are saying that you have to collect your phone from bangalore only... we can’t send your phone to your hometown nokia centre, . they meant if i want my phone then i have to come bangalore some 2000km to my phone...seriously what the hell... Now its approx. 2 months... i don’t have my phone with me... i am really upset with nokia service and not able to complete my work without phone... please give me some solution my jobsheet no. is[protected]/150411/021 my phone imei no.                   I am user of Lumia 720 (IMIE :[protected]) which I had purchased on 15th June 2014. It had a minute damage at the top right which I didn't notice same but that's not an issue with me. Since then I am using it perfectly and even no one asked me about the damage as it's not easily visible. Here is the main problem : 7 days back, I got a problem like when I opened any app, it's closing automatically. I can't read messages, can't check E-mails, can't dial nos easily, I have to pressed touch lots of time and continuously. Now it's not waste as not working. When I had visited Nokia Service center, I didn't find them helping. Initially they said it's out of warranty when I asked two-three times then they agreed. And said yes its touch is not working need to replace it and cost will be around 7000k. while it is in warranty. They are giving me excuse related damage (metioned above details) which I have got from the beginning and not even that's not an issue, Since that is not impacting mobile, executives were also agreed on this. problem is different. Today it is a big inconvenience for me but no one is supporting. It's very much clear for me that Nokia is manipulating with me but still writing this as expecting help Nokia.                       Sir, My son Mr. Piyush Kumar has bought a Nokia Lumia 720 Mobile in the month of April, 2013 online in Bengaluru. But, it is sorry to say that after 4 or 5 months latter this mobile became dead. He rushed to Service Center namely JFK Trust, #S-9, 2nd floor, Mantri Square Mall, Sampige Main Road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore.But they refused to repair it.                           M/s Nokia India Pvt. Ltd. Sir, It is intimated that I had purchased one mobile set of Nokia 220 from your retailer M/s Samarth Life Stye Retailer Pvt. Ltd., 13, Jayanti Market, M.I. Road, Jaipur vide cash memo no. 3863 dt.[protected]. I was not getting good service since I purchased this set. The push button ''off'' was not working properly. It was noticed when I used to end the talk. I used to push the button to disconnect but actually it did not get disconnected. This I come to know when I tried to connect another call. As for instance, when the charges of the previous call should have been Rs. 4/- to Rs. 5/-, the call charges were unnecessarily levied at Rs. 29/-. This had happened three to four times. There after I contacted M/s Samarth from where the set was purchased. They advised me to get the set checked from Nokia Service Center. After a great difficulty I could find the service Center and on 25th March, 2015, I got the set checked & it was returned within minutes saying the virus has been removed. In addition to the above said problem the as notifications for display of battery being fully charged had stopped appearing earlier in spite of charging the battery for hours. The volume of the incoming voice also became low. All these problems persisted in spite of removing the virus. On 11th May, 2015, I again went to your service centre. The set was opened & I was informed that the software in not working well which required replacement. I asked the incharge that why I was not told about the software on 25th March, 2015. He said "vki wB cksy jgs gSa] eSusa vkidks dgk Fkk" & he said the guarantee is over & the service is now chargeable. I was stunned to hear his words specially with a senior citizen. If he had informed me about the software earlier. I would have opted to replace it. Such kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude of service providers is outrageous and puts a question-mark on the reputation and service-delivery system of your esteemed company. Now I only request to get my mobile repaired free of charge as the set had defective software at the time of purchase. An early and appropriate hearing is expected. Yours truly (O.N. Saksena)

                            i hav given my mobile for repair to nokia service centre, tejpur, assam.they charged me with rs 3200/ and changed my mobile touch screen.since then my touch screen is not functioning.sometimes it fn for one hr or so.i have send my mobile three times for repair and complaint to nokia service centre.however it is still not repaired.

                              I submitted my Nokia 720 lumia hand set in Tuesday 19.5.2015 and they said that will revert back within 2 days but till now I didn't get a call from them and they also didn't pick the phone when I made cals.image calls a 100 times... I don't know why they are behaving in this irresponsible way from such a great electronics company... So I will surely tell all my friends and relatives that do not buy any Nokia product as they are treating their customers in this way...

Where iasked the tecnicianabout the problem and he asked me about fault in MIC and made a SERVICE JOB SHEET no.1128 and charged Rs 400.They asked me to get the phone repaired by evening. When i reached there they asked me that phone is having problem in hardware will be charged Rs800.                                         I bought NOKIA LUMIA 520 on 06/11/2013. Rs.2800 Touch was replaced in my NOKIA Lumia 520 by Vilayawada NOKIA Care Authorised Service Center TIN:[protected] JOB NO:150508/43 Date:08/05/2015. My phone is NOT working from 09/05/2015. They are unable to repair my phone. Now I want JUSTICE.
                                        Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
