I went to Nokia care kottayam I.e. L M Service because the side button was not working properly so I wanted to replace them but they have charged me 1500 Rupees and haven't changed the button & now again it is not working properly when I ask for bill they refused to give me that and when I forced then they gave me temporary hand made bill I am not happy with their service...

I have nokia lumia 720 which has been stopped working 3 times in row.. First time it took Microsoft service took 45 days to repair, Second time 15 days and now I have submitted this phone on 16th April @ Hadapsar Nokia Care ..and it is been with Nokia Microsoft head office from last 32 days..i called 8-9 times to Microsoft care but unable to provide the status ..they still don't know when it will get repaired. the phone is faulty and model...
