Dear nokia care On 5 jan 2015 i purchase nokia 255 online by snapdeel with invoìce number 44eab8/14-15/40268. As it is dual sim set but till yesterday i only use one sim in that. yesterday i purchase one more sim and use another slot then i came to know that this slot is not working. when i go to service center and told my problem to them he tell me that its one pin not working and they consider it as physical damage.. and ask rs 800 for that As a loyal customer of nokia i am facing this issue first time since i use nokia service from last 10 years. and now i realy appriciate your service once u consider my problem and look into this. So that i enjoy your set second sim service I am very thankful to you and hope you look into my problem as early as possible. i realy apprisate your service and wait for possitive response from you by mail or call Ambika prasad [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

I have received a massage on my mobil no [protected], showing feedback to Nokia .Rate nokia 220. What is this massage & It does not remove from the front of the mobil .Please let me know the meaning of this massage.

      I bought Nokia Lumia 532 on 08.03.2015 under invoice no. 3694, from Shanti Communication, Gandhi Nagar, Ghaziabad. In 3 weeks the rear camera lens fallen off and I contacted the Nokia Service station at RDC Ghaziabad to address it under warranty but they refused to registered the complaint and also did not give any assurance for repairing it. Attached are the pictures for your ready reference.

        Recently I got the display changed as that had shattered(touch n display were working fine though). Now the new problem is Mic is not functioning . People are not able to hear me and also I am not able to record. Was wondering if it could be a software driver issue so tried installing the latest phone updates. But still the problem persists. Could it be because of new display that has been fixed? Can someone help here please.

          I bought NOKIA LUMIA 730 on[protected] and after a few days its proximity sensor stops working.Then i gave it to the nearby service center on[protected] and still i didn't get my product repaired.They are telling that sensors are not available.Please I need my phone repaired back soon.

            The latest software version for nokia x2 dual sim phone is nokia x software platform 2. 1 (2. 1. 0. 12) . But whenever i am trying to update by following the steps provided in the site it is showing your mobile is upto date as my present software version is 2. 0. Also whenever i am trying to update it at the nearest nokia care, they are telling that it is coming in online, so we can. T update it. What can i do now yo update my phone?

There is problem in the speaker of my phone whenever I played video song the sound is not clear and other mp3 songs played clearly...I also visited nokia care situated at m.p. nagar twice for this problem...bt nothing happens...so plz help me...I am also in warranty period...it last at may 29...so plz do something...

                My name is Sanjay Kumar Singh, I am from Ballia U.P. India. On 27 Dec. 2014 I bought a handset of your company from a nearer dealer of my town. From last 6 months it has been working quite well and it is still in its warrantee- period . But unfortunately yesterday around 5 pm onwards a mild lightning in my area appeared and at that time I was outside of my house The handset was in my pocket of the pants and suddenly it struck a tone and by the time I opened it to check for some kind of text or call, I found that the screen had turned totally white with some blackness at the sides. I tried to switch off the handset but failed. I want to clarify that it neither get wet nor I was calling or doing something with it at that time. Quickly I rushed to my dealer but they told me to go to the Service Centre. I went there I told the thing but they started to make excuses and started to say that you have dropped it from height or damaged it intensely. Instead of registering my Complaint they asked for ₹ 1150 for repairing, which is a cheating. I called customer- care number but they did not solve the problem. Hence I demand as a customer that my handset to be repaired or replaced soon. So contact your service centre and tell them to call me for that. I have lost my price -full hours wandering for help and I was not able to receive the important calls which have cost me a lot. Therefore I want my problem to be tackled quickly and I hope not to be forced to take legal actions. Details of my handset are following : 1. Model Name : Nokia 225 Dual Sim 2.                   I went to Nokia care kottayam I.e. L M Service because the side button was not working properly so I wanted to replace them but they have charged me 1500 Rupees and haven't changed the button & now again it is not working properly when I ask for bill they refused to give me that and when I forced then they gave me temporary hand made bill I am not happy with their service

                    I have nokia lumia 720 which has been stopped working 3 times in row.. First time it took Microsoft service took 45 days to repair, Second time 15 days and now I have submitted this phone on 16th April @ Hadapsar Nokia Care ..and it is been with Nokia Microsoft head office from last 32 days..i called 8-9 times to Microsoft care but unable to provide the status ..they still don't know when it will get repaired. the phone is faulty and model is outdated and company still not giving a replacement..any one can resolve this please see the conversation with Microsoft customer care here.. https://youtu.be/MgPBYng2z34

                      i purchased nokia 107 on august, now the keypad is damaged and myke problem is also there. 1. i want to rectify that where i have to go ?- nokia care not receiving my compliant, because nokia 107 they will not attend. 2. if, i am going for replacement in poorvika showroom they will also not receiving my compliant.

                          My Nokia XL I had stopped functioning and I had given my handset to Tele Junction, C-2, Sai Chowk, Madhu Vihar, Delhi-110092. They informed that there is some software issue and they corrected the issue and charged me Rs. 1310. After getting back the handset, I found the next day that the ringer has stopped working. When I took the handset again to them, they simply refused and said that they have only repaired the software. I told that that ringer was working earlier and while returning the phone, they should have checked everything, however they are not ready to listen to my complaint. I would like to register the complaint against Rahul Mathur who attended us in a very un-professional and disgusting manner. I want a strict action to be taken against Rahul Mathur and Tele Junction for such un-professional treatment.

                            I bought a Nokia BH 503 stereo Bluetooth headset from naaptol on 12 th May 2015.But it's not taking charge from the beginning... I called naaptol they provide me help line no of Microsoft... I called there and they provide some service center contacts in Kolkata..but when I reached there they refuse to provide service...I again called Microsoft and they lodge a complain and told ring me back within 24 hour's.. but I don't get any phone till now... pls help me out ...and exchange my device...

                              it is bringing to your kind notice that there is cheating process in collection of service charges at Nokia Kakinada, AP. I have purchased Nokia, Lumia N625 in the end of year 2013 and got a problem in touch screen. For rectification I approached Nokia service center at Kakinada. They have seen my mobile and simply says that touch screen has damaged and has to replace it. At first they said the cost is nearly 2500/- and later come down to Rs. 1900/-. They dont have stocks and has to order for touch screen which will take 2/3 days min. Due to previous experience with this service center I have returned back and shown it to some other private mobile center, Tilak street at Kakinada. With free of cost they rectified my mobile and said it is minor thing. I am regular user and fan of Nokia mobile and using Nokia phones of different sets since 15years. The same experience has faced in the last 2013 for the Nokia ( Reliance cdma model). Had complaint for on/off switch and shown it to the same Kakinada service center and they demanded Rs.1500 for service where as it was rectified at Visakhapatnam Nokia service center at Rs.200/- As esteemed organisation you have to take an action against technicians at this service center with immediate effect if not it damages to your company image. rgds Shiv Kumar Viyyuri [protected] Sr.Manager-Exports. 3F Group Kakinada Port.533001

                                I have been used Lumia 620... My last update is Lumia cyan, now it shows check for update.. But when I update, fully download but stuck in preparing to install with in 11 or 22, 24%... Then go to check for update... Please reply me fast...

                                  As of 11 March 2015, my mobile, a NOKIA XL, suddenly showed a charging problem, it stuck at 64 percent while charging. I switch it off and put it on. But to my shock it dropped to 34 pc. So, as my cell was under warranty, on 13th, I took it to NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE (NCC), Chandmari, Guwahati - 781003. They took about 90min and after formatting the software reinstalled it, and gave it back to me saying that the problem has been solved. But at home on charging it showed no improvement, instead it stuck at 7 pc, finally turning OFF. As my exams was going on, I took it back on 22nd March. This time they said that the cell need to be send to factory at DELHI and I will get it back by 18th April, fully solved. Approx 1 MONTH! Still as a good customer I put my faith and waited patiently. On 20th April after getting NO INFORMATION I finally called them and they said its back, and the problem has been solved. But at centre, after installing the battery it still remained switch off. On charing, condition remained same. Thus this time they took it along with the battery and said that it will be solved and I will get my mobile next day. On calling the next day, they said that it has been sent to factory, Delhi once again. This they did WITHOUT MY CONSENT. They told that they will inform me when it will come back, confirming that it will have no problem this time. I waited, no calls received from them. On inquiry they told me to wait till 1st week of May. I waited. No info. I called again and this time it was said the 2nd week. So I called on 14th, i.e. yesterday and they said that it has come fully solved, . FINALLY! After 2 MONTHS! So yesterday I took it back and came home happily. But on.charging...ALL IN VAIN. The problem is still there. Charging stucks at 39 pc. On informing, I took it again today and this time they promise me to replace the handset with a new one within 15 days and thereby took my phone again. Helpless I, submitted it again along with the battery. Hopefully GOD watch this time. IS THIS THE WARRANTY SERVICE PROMISSED TO THE CUSTOMERS?

                                    Dear Sir I have purchaged a mobile hand set Nokia 105 from The shop Puja Mobile, Sadar Bazar, Gotan, Nagaur, Rajasthan - 342902 on Date 12/5/2015 . But Unfurtunately the hand set stop fuctioning after 10 hrs. The Shop keeper denied to take any reponsibility for give a customer support to replace of the above item.                                       I had a prob with my Nokia Lumia mobile set as the display broke. When I gave it for repair they took 2 months to give it back. Once I received I found that the network on my phone is not working. When complained again they said it can't be repaired and when I gave the set outside it was repaired in two days. They said lot of my things from the set was removed by the Nokia care centre people.. This Nokia care in is Ranchi, pee pee coumpound branch...

                                        6, Sansad Marg, New Delhi- 110001 [protected] Dear Sagar Naresh Karri, This is to bring to your notice that we did receive your Nokia Promo Award Funds of £ 1, 200, 000 Great British Pounds (GBP) and the same we were supposed to transfer in to your nominated account. We had completed all the formalities for the transfer however the transaction was cancelled due to NON PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FEE of Rupees 24, 950 Indian National Rupees (INR) from your end. Moving forward we have cancelled this transaction and kept your funds in suspense account and it shall be like this till the further intimation from Nokia London. As soon as we receive the intimation from Nokia London to either transfer the funds back to them or to transfer the funds to any other winner of the funds we would proceed accordingly as per their instruction. Hence you have very limited time to re-open the transaction file and claim these funds. Now how much time is there cannot be said but you have to be very fast to claim these funds.
