6, Sansad Marg, New Delhi- 110001 [protected] Dear Sagar Naresh Karri, This is to bring to your notice that we did receive your Nokia Promo Award Funds of £ 1, 200, 000 Great British Pounds (GBP) and the same we were supposed to transfer in to your nominated account. We had completed all the formalities for the transfer however the transaction was cancelled due to NON PAYMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FEE of Rupees 24, 950 Indian National Rupees (INR) from your end. Moving forward we have cancelled this transaction and kept your funds in suspense account and it shall be like this till the further intimation from Nokia London. As soon as we receive the intimation from Nokia London to either transfer the funds back to them or to transfer the funds to any other winner of the funds we would proceed accordingly as per their instruction. Hence you have very limited time to re-open the transaction file and claim these funds. Now how much time is there cannot be said but you have to be very fast to claim these funds.     I got Nokia Lumia 630 phone from my company as award. since I already had smart phone i dint use it for some time. After few months when i tried to use it i noticed unusual display but didnt notice as i was using black background. One day a friend noticed a crack and informed me that the display is deffective. I took the phone to Nokia priority center in marthahalli bangalore they refused to repair the phone as they would have to replace the display even though i was given a defective phone and the phone was in warrenty

      Hi, I recently updated my Nokia 630 with an update, post which my phone has almost become useless. People are not able to reach out to me. Phone has become slow, when you click on any app it will only show either loading or resuming. To fix the issue you need to restart the phone, this will help you for some time only. I have been to the Nokia service center 3 times to update the software, however the problem still persist. Request Nokia to role back the update or share a new one on priority to fix the bug.             I am registered owner of Nokia handset Lumia 730, having IMEI number :- [protected], the same was purchased from Flipkart on 7th Feb 2015 and received on 16th Feb 2015. After using it for nearly a months, I started facing some technical issues my handset automatically hangs, cannot do multitasking, poor camera quality, application automatically goes back, sound problem, network problem, overheating, phone hangs during charging, inferior quality material etc. Thereafter, I immediately filed a complaint on company website on 26th March 2015 with reference number 1-[protected], but there was no response from company side. On 11th April 2015 :- I again raised the 2nd complaint Reference:1-[protected], also visited the authorized care center “SkyLine, Chinchwad Pune” and submitted my hand set their JOB Sheet number[protected]/150411/042 On 14th April 2015 :- I called care center “SkyLine, Chinchwad Pune” they told me that the handset need to send company’s Chennai center because of following reason:- · Phone was showing abnormal behavior · There was some PCB related issue · There was some Key Shorting On 18th April 2015:- I again visited the care center “SkyLine, Chinchwad, Pune” they told me that the handset has been dispatched and is yet to reach their Chennai center, it will further take some time, as it’s a serious issue of · Phone was showing abnormal behavior · There was some PCB related issue · There was some Key Shorting I asked them to give me a report of what they have diagnosed but they denied me to give anything in writing. Due all this issue I am facing mental as well as physical inconvenience and harassment. That, the negligent attitude of Nokia Customer Care and Nokia Call Center Executive coupled with the unfair trade practice and the deficiency in their services on their part has caused immense mental and physical inconvenience to me and it seems that you all are just trying to evade your liability of replacing the said defective and poor quality handset. Till now no one from Nokia Team has contacted me, regarding this issue, while they have claimed twice over mail that their backend team will contact me. The behavior of your’s clearly reveals the manner in which you take your customers for granted and have no sense of accountability or concern whatsoever towards your customers. The Service thus provided by you all clearly fell Deficient and in fact amount to Cheating and Unfair Trade Practice. I can be reached at [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

              I had purchased NOKIA 1320 on 26.08.2014. Within few months of its use, the mobile connector started functioning badly due to which i could not charge my mobile.I gave it to my nearest Nokia Care Centre for repairing. When I got it back, the connector was repaired but the mike of the mobile did not function well. People talking to me could not hear my voice. Now, the connector has again started functioning badly in addition to the improper working of the mike. Such complains within few months o[censored]se is not acceptable.

                  Dear Sir, As required by you, I have resubmitted the device for recheck again as the problem was not rectified. THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME THIS DEVICE IS BEING GIVEN BACK FOR REPAIRS. This instrument continues to get Over Heated especially when I am in a Mall or a place where the signal strength is low. There is a constant fear of "Battery Burst" I am really scared to carry this instrument with me AS I AM DEAD SURE THIS CAN BURST ANY MINUTE. Please find me a concrete solution.                       Dear all, This has to reference about your nokia care, i am here to informing you that i want to put a complaint against oll of the staff whose sitting in the bareilly branch nokia care.. So i am going to tell you the whole updates regarding from since my phone deposited to till the time. In the today morning i have submitted my phone at the nokia care regarding software problem.accrdingly to my phone repair status i will get my phone within an hour afrerwaeds after an hour i had called up to the nokia care to know the status of phone repair n i had asked them for the phone status they guys told me that they are having a surver problem or else they told me call them around between 4 to 5 on today only then i said ok i will call in the same.. So therfore i had called them again as per their words when they picked up the call they guys sudden angry on me or they said sir we told you we are having a surver problem moreover you are calling us continously i said according to you guys i had to called you to know the status then again they guys told me please call us after 5 On today Hence as per their words i had call them n i had asked them for the status, same as that they told me sir still we are having problem n they told me if iam so much desperate to take my phone status so they guys said take my phone back from the service centre or else get it repair somewhere else About this communication i said why i should get it repair anywhere else then i said i have bought nokia phone so i have get it repair at nokia care only as per my words i said you are sitting there for customers n you guys needs to give us a good service then they guys sudden got angry on me n they said sir we are not do whatever want to do or they said why i hd bought a nokia phone on despite of that i was listening only.. About the whole communication what i mean to say like whoever the guys are sitting there seriously they don't know how to talk to the customers you guys tell me is this a way to talk to the customer or did i mistake to bought a nokia phone..this is basically pathetic services which you guys giving us..                         This is ridiculous to say but Nokia used to provide best Mobile handsets. I have Lumia 925 device purchased from Vashi, Navi Mumbai in November, 2013. And from that period till now it has hanged many times, i have faced many issues with it and now finally this time it has completely gone dead. There was an update released a day before (3rd May 2015) and after connecting Wi-Fi it started downloading it automatically. But after downloading, while preparing to install, the phone was hanged on 60% for more than 30 minutes and then it progressed to 77%. It was very slow download even when i have 4 MBPS speed of my Wi-Fi. It was being downloaded during night time and i slept suddenly. The phone was attached to charging point so there was no issue of battery getting finished. But when I woke up in morning my phone was dead and was not responding. i called the nokia care center ans asked them to help me. They guided me to do few processes which yield nothing and there was not a single light coming onto my phone's display. now i have to give it to Service center and i have topay for its service since the phone's warranty is no more. This sucks because i did nothing wrong. It was not my fault to update the phone but now i have to pay for it. I want Nokia to pay for this service or if they can replace this shi**y for me, i will be greatful. Because i am fed up with all the trouble this "so much expensive" phone has given to me. Every now and then i have to deal with some issues with this phone. Every time i have to some adjustments. I felt my Rs 1500 regular phone much reliable in front of this 30 thousand Rs phone. Please somebody respond to this request and please do not prove that even this process is a thing.

                        nobody responding... this is really useless. I have to pay 11000 Rs for repairing that phone. This is much worse that i could ever imagine.

                        I would have paid the amount if it was my mistake. But I did not do any mistake here. Then why should I pay for something which I haven't done. This phone had always given me issues. I want a replacement for this phone. I don't care if it is In warranty or not. I want replacement for it.
                        I have not been approached by any of Nokia representative regarding this complaint. I am sad and frustrated now.
                        I will never recommend any one in my life to buy Lumia phones. They are the worst ever phone made by Nokia people.

                        I will be collecting my phone from the Nokia care centre. And i will keep it in on my desk as a show piece. That is only i can do with it now.

                            I had bought Nokia x duel sim Rm 880 handset Purchase date 14 july 2014 But this handset is not working properly. It has many problems Like battery discharges soon Less sensitive touchpad And phone gets heated Up So please look into this matter soon as we are not getting proper response form the dealer. We are approching consumer court

                              This is with respect to Nokia Lumia 730 brought by us in the month of December 2014. From the time the phone was purchased, we have not been able to use the phone even for a day continuously without issues. Post purchase from day one the phone had issues. When the call ended, the phone would become in-responsive. Also issues were faced during access of various applications & network. At times to the normal eyes the phone looked as ok, but when someone tried to call they used to get a response as the phone is switched off or not reachable. All these problems were highlighted during the below mentioned visits. • Purchased in December from Vivana Mall, Ezone store in December • Sent back to the store & onward to Nokia Service centre Thane, The phone was returned back stating that it is was Software issue and has been updated. This happened in the month of January—Issue during call end & application issues. • Submitted the back phone to the Nokia service centre—Sarvesh Telecom— at Malad with the same problems. • They tested the phone for two days and then informed us that phone has been sent to Gurgoan for repairs since it is were not repairable locally. • Received the phone back but the problem still persisted even though it was communicated that the problem has been resolved. • Submitted the phone back to Sarvesh Telecom for the above mentioned issues. • After two days again we were informed that the phone has been sent to Chennai for repairs this time. • Then after few days were got a call informing that our phone cannot be repaired and hence a replacement phone has been received i.e. a new phone in place of the one submitted. • On receipt of new phone on verification by us, the camera lens had multiple scratches. The customer service associate at Sarvesh Telecom informed that the outer body belonged to us & only the mother board was changed. This was never informed to us & we were communicated that a new phone has been sent across. And when we told the associate that we will not accept the phone and that shall complain he was suggesting the phone will be sent back for repair & no interest in resolving the issue. We never expected such a pathetic service from Nokia & raises serious image damaging questions. How was the QC done? Did it fail 3 times? What are the quality standards set ? We have not taken the delivery of the phone from the service centre & still present with Sarvesh Telecom. Please address our grievance. We do want any replacement from Nokia & request please provide back the purchase amount of Rs.15000 plus taxes. Along with the above we also ask for compensation for the trouble taken to visit the service centre multiple times which was a waste our time & money which we could have used to buy a better phone of a different brand. We would giving a hard copy of this email as proof of official complain for record purposes. Please revert & let us know further course of action.

                                I have purchased this Lumia 925 in 27, 000 Rs. in Feb 2014 and now I am trying to extend warranty. I came to know from customer care that I can not extend my Lumia warranty because they have stopped this mobile so they have stopped the warranty extension. Now, please tell me, whether is this right way from your side as I have spend my 27000 Rs.(and I think it is big amount) and now you have stopped warranty. Whether should I consider this is my fault that I have believed on Nokia/Microsoft that I have spend so much money on that cell which was already planned to discontinue, if not please let me know what should I do with this phone.                                     I am using Nokia lumia 925 mobile phone i have complaint against tilak nagar service center regarding my mobile set (Heating & Hanging Problem) since visited many times in Tilak Nagar service center they dont entertain me and said that u have to pay for the service.I have my phone in warranty period but they avoid and said that u have no warranty.I have one year warranty from 1-5-2014 to 1-5-2015 but they misguide me and avoid to taking my phone in warranty period.Please do the needfull and obliged.                                       Dear Sir/Ma'am, This is to bring under your notice that I have been deceived by Nokia Care Centre, Mysore. I purchased Nokia Lumia 525 in the month of June'14. My phone’s IMEI no. is [protected]. In March'15, I found my phone's battery started draining out quickly, sometimes it was charging and sometimes it wasn't. It was taking atleast 2-3 hours to switch back on, after getting switched off. I visited Nokia Care Centre, Mysore (No.328, Jaylakshmi Arcade, Narayan Shastry Road)as I am based out of Mysore, currently. After visiting them for 5 times they came up with the idea that my phone's battery is not working and I should purchase a new one. I did the same. The problems continued. They asked me to update the software. I updated it to Windows 8.1 Denim. But still the problem continued. No matter how many times now I am visiting to the same Nokia Care Centre, they are not even bothered to answer my queries. After insisting, they kept my phone for 2 days and now they are telling it’s a mother board problem. Being a student, it’s very difficult to spend money like this. We do not expect this from a brand like Nokia. Nokia Care Centre, Mysore is filled up with totally incompetent people to make us suffer.                                         Sir I have submitted my broken touch screen Nokia Lumia 530 phone on 11th April 2015 to Nokia Care Barrackpore (SYSCOMP INFOTECH (P) LTD 4/6 SN Banerjee Road, Barrackpore, Phone number:[protected] for replacement of the PDA and touch screen costing Rs 3800/-. The serial number is 11770 and the job sheet number is[protected]. They are reluctant in replacing the broken parts and did not show any initiative for the immediate repair. I am a Professor o[censored]niversity of Calcutta, West Bengal and have lot of contacts and need the phone at the earliest. But even on 26th April they informed that the parts has not yet been arrived.
