I purchased a Nokia 625 but that is not working ok. That get hang and switch off and sounds is not clear. I got repaired once from Sahara mall service centre but that has same problem. I went again 20 April 2015. They did not take serious. I given a mail at that time but they did not give reply still.i trusted at Nokia that's why I got defeat. Nokia is not like that.     Hi, This is Mohan . I bought a Nokia Coloud Bang MD-1C Portable Speaker (Green) from amazon.in with 6 months warranty period. After sometime it did not work for what I contacted amazon, as per their instruction I went to nokia care in haldwani . They told me it will be replaced, I submitted it to them on 23/03/2015 but still they are delaying it with some illogical reasons.

      Sir i am R.sn.Raju..I am the user of nokia X7-00. Recently my mobile is not working cause of power on problem... i did consult our, my nearest nokia service center in hyderabad. They put charging to my mobile several minutes finally they told to me, we can't repair your mobile without loss of data and even we detect the problem defiantly the data will be erased. So my question is, can't i on my mobile without loss of data..?

          Hi, My name is Hamsa I purchased Nokia X device on 28th Dec 2014, from the day I got this device I faced many problems. Mobile is getting switched off automatically. I have given for the service for more than five times but issue haven't resolved. I called call centre for more than twenty times but nothing happened they simply telling me back end people will contact me but I never get any call from them. I fed up with this mobile I am facing sme issue from the day I brought this mobile. Please take action on this, I don't want this mobile give back my money or else replace with new one.                 I have purchased Microsoft Lumia 535 From Flipkart on 1st Jan 2015. (IMEI-SV [protected]-09). From the beginning itself the phone shows cellular tower position or wifi as the location source. Sometime it detect GPS satellite signal. after 2 weeks the situation becomes more worse. it wont detect Satellite signal so that the accuracy is now around 1KM. Tried most of the Apps, HERE DRIVE, HERE MAP, and a hardware test app . It shows that the position is detecting using cellular tower. I contacted your customer service through the chat in Microsoft website.They told me that the issue is with hardware and contact nokia care they will fix it. I just went to NOKIA CARE (Poovath International, CC 41/4108, F & F1, 4th Floor, Kurian Towers, Opposite Saritha Theatre, Banerjee Road Roshan Ln, Kacheripady, Ernakulam, Kerala[protected] at 18/04/2015 . They took my phone and give it back after 1 hr saying that the issues are fixed. I took back my phone and check the GPS in an open place(direct view to sky).It doest show any difference. I just went back to the NOKIA CARE and reported that issue is not fixed, they told me that issue is with map, It need offline map to get accurate satellite signal. What an ultimate BLUNTER. I don't need this phone, Took this phone and Give my money Back. Kindly Lodge my complaint RAHUL K R [protected]

                  I have extend warranty bill by the nokia care.. and that bill from jaipur nokia care center... And maybe that Jaipur nokia care center closed permanently... And it extend warranty not update in nokia account.. i have some problem in my mobile... What can i do now and i have original bill by the nokia center and i paid 1450... Sachdev Electronics, Main Road, Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. After few days it is not working totally it’s only vibration but it is not booting. I immediately show it to your Service Centre M/s.                       The nokia offering gorilla display for lumia 730. but it does not giving protection even like normal display. my phone display get broken easily from slipping down from my hand. For the poor quality display they charging about 7000 rupees. But its quality is very poor. please take my complaint and help me to get my consumer protection.

                        I had purchased a Nokia Lumia 730 Dual SIM (Dark Grey) on 20/03/2015 from Smart Solutions, Jaipur with the IMEI no. [protected]. I have a broadband connection with Wi-Fi at my residence. However hard I have tried I can't access Wi-Fi on my Nokia Lumia 730. I have even called the network guys who also tried every bit but couldn't open Wi-Fi on my phone. Please note here that the problem is not with my WiFi connection as it works on every other mobile device and computer. I have called your customer care on[protected] many a times and tried all the solutions they suggested me but to no avail Kindly resolve my problem immediately so that I am able to put to good use a phone I had bought for Rs. 15, 000

                          I have purchased my Nokia Lumia 720 1.5 years back. From the date of purchase I am getting complaints on several issues on phone. Complaint with display, had problem with audio, problem with camera button, auto-back button likewise.I was around 5 months in nokia priority center. I have complained in nokia customer care and requested for call back. But they have enquired my problem till now.

                            I was very excited and bought lumnia 535 on 27 March 2015. To surprise with 2 days i noticed that phone was switch tching on and off on its own, i switched off and on but the problem could not be resolved, i took the phone to the dealer for changing the phone he refused and told to go to Nokia service center. Too my surprise just after another 2 days the phone got again got hanged, even after restarting it was not functioning properly. Too biggest surprise a new phone on which company is spending corers on advertisement, but for the customer nobody to help or listen. Finally went to Nokia service center Faridabad, waited for 1.30hors got the phone checked but they could not resolve the problem, said phone will go to factory and would take 1 month time. I told them my phone is new can it be replaced or I can get service phone answer was no. I big company like NOkia and microsoft with such dealers and customer service . Its said but in all I want a new phone for myself as this is manufacturing problem. I would suggest all to think twice before buying Lumnia phones. Job sheet[protected]/150407/003.                               Hi, I am Suresh D. In my mobile suddenly blank display came. I went to a service center in Bangalore on 11/03/2015.They told me that I will receive handset on 31/03/2015. On that date I didn't receive my handset. They extended up to 10/4/2015. I waited up to today but the mobile is not ready. In service center they told that they had sent the mobile to the Chennai factory. I didn't understand what they are doing in Chennai factory.Model: Nokia Lumia 535 (MICROSOFT). I purchased on 25/12/2014.

                                sir, i had bought nokia lumia720 around a year ago and since then i had problem in my phone. i had visited nokia care-4-5 times and i am not satisfied by their services. now my phone is almost dead. the touch buttons are not working, volume buttons too are not working .the phone has no physical damage and i don't understand why all this happened. plz help otherwise i have to take a strict action against you.

SIR ITS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO HOLD MY MOBILE AGAIN AND AGAIN BECAUSE THAT HOLDS MY BUSINESS ACTIVITY . AND ONLY REASON TO GO WITH NOKIA IS ITS HAZEL FREE OPERATION, BUT THE SERVICE SEEMS TO BE VERY LOW AT YOUR END . SIR PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER POSSIBLY BEST RESULTS WOULD BE REPLACEMENT OF THE HANDSET, ITS NOT TOO OLD ITS AROUND 1 MONTH I BOUGHT IT .                                       Dear Concerned Manager, Hello, I am suman and I am the user of Nokia phones since 2003. Because of this faith and good response I have decided to purchase Nokia again. And now I have puchased Nokia RM-969 220 DS. But this model of Nokia makes me so disappointed. In this model volume of ringtone got down himself, because of this I am not able to attend so many calls on time. In this regard I have visited 3 times to your service centre at Rohini sec. 8 Delhi. But they won't be able to resolve the problem. I have also register complaint vide complaint no. 1-[protected].                                         I had deposited my Nokia lumia 620 on 26th february, 2015 at Infotel Services .located at 1, Ekdalia Road, Kolkata, which is an authorised Nokia service centre and my cell is under extended warranty.After constantly enquiring for two weeks I was finally told that my cell was beyond repair by the centre Manager and that it will be replaced. After taking further two more weeks I was given a cell which appeared to be used, had paint spots outside and even a defective Mike. I handed back that cell to them. After complaining to the Manager about being given a defective, used cell in place of my old one, I was told by him that it is the Company's policy to give a refurbished cell in case of any replacement . I immediately called up the Nokia customer care where I was told that in such a case a new cell is given without a box or Seal and I was told not to take that defective piece. I lodged a complaint against the service centre, ( complaint no- 1-[protected]) . I got a call from Nokia after two days and the Manager was also contacted through conference, he immediately changed his earlier statement and promised me that I will be given back my original cell and that it can be repaired . On 2nd April, when I went to collect my cell, the centre fraudulently handed me that same defective piece citing it to be my original cell . At its back behind the battery was my original cell's IMEI no. but on going to the settings option it showed another IMEI no and the build in creation date was of 2014 whereas I had bought my cell in 2013. My cell's IMEI No. is [protected] whereas the other cell's IMEI no. [protected]. I again called up Nokia customer care on 2nd April and got my case reopened and even lodged a General Diary in the local Police Station for the fraud committed by the centre. Its been 12 days since I got my case reopened and I have called up Nokia Customer care every single day, at times twice a day whereupon I was assured that I will be getting a call back and my issue will be resolved but I have still not received any call. Its going to be 2 months since I deposited my cell, I was not even given a job sheet no by the centre. Your authorised Service centre is openly committing such kind of fraud and its not the first case, recently other cases have also occurred in that service centre where they keep the cell for a week or two and then cite that its non reparable and then they give a defective, old cell in replacement . I have been constantly harassed both by the service centre and even by Your customer care. If you can resolve this issue within two days it will be appreciated otherwise I will be moving to the consumer forum after two days and also file an FIR for the cheating and fraud committed by your authorised service centre.
