I had deposited my Nokia lumia 620 on 26th february, 2015 at Infotel Services .located at 1, Ekdalia Road, Kolkata, which is an authorised Nokia service centre and my cell is under extended warranty.After constantly enquiring for two weeks I was finally told that my cell was beyond repair by the centre Manager and that it will be replaced. After taking further two more weeks I was given a cell which appeared to be used, had paint spots outside and even a defective Mike. I handed back that cell to them. After complaining to the Manager about being given a defective, used cell in place of my old one, I was told by him that it is the Company's policy to give a refurbished cell in case of any replacement . I immediately called up the Nokia customer care where I was told that in such a case a new cell is given without a box or Seal and I was told not to take that defective piece. I lodged a complaint against the service centre, ( complaint no- 1-[protected]) . I got a call from Nokia after two days and the Manager was also contacted through conference, he immediately changed his earlier statement and promised me that I will be given back my original cell and that it can be repaired . On 2nd April, when I went to collect my cell, the centre fraudulently handed me that same defective piece citing it to be my original cell . At its back behind the battery was my original cell's IMEI no. but on going to the settings option it showed another IMEI no and the build in creation date was of 2014 whereas I had bought my cell in 2013. My cell's IMEI No. is [protected] whereas the other cell's IMEI no. [protected]. I again called up Nokia customer care on 2nd April and got my case reopened and even lodged a General Diary in the local Police Station for the fraud committed by the centre. Its been 12 days since I got my case reopened and I have called up Nokia Customer care every single day, at times twice a day whereupon I was assured that I will be getting a call back and my issue will be resolved but I have still not received any call. Its going to be 2 months since I deposited my cell, I was not even given a job sheet no by the centre. Your authorised Service centre is openly committing such kind of fraud and its not the first case, recently other cases have also occurred in that service centre where they keep the cell for a week or two and then cite that its non reparable and then they give a defective, old cell in replacement . I have been constantly harassed both by the service centre and even by Your customer care. If you can resolve this issue within two days it will be appreciated otherwise I will be moving to the consumer forum after two days and also file an FIR for the cheating and fraud committed by your authorised service centre.         my phone is stuck in Headphone mode. like on the top corner, it shows that my phone is still in headphone state. the problem is that even when my headphone is unplugged my phone is still in that state... ...meaning that, without my headphones plugged in, the other party cannot hear me and i cannot hear them. i tried soft and hard resetting the phone, but nothing works. Everything else is working phone, it just that i cannot make a call, answer a call, listen to music without my headphone... Any help or tips is greatly appreciated.           I wish to complain about Network Problem on My Nokia Lumia 625 cont no: - [protected] that I purchased on 2182014. I am complaining because my call was always cut every 5 ya 10 minutes Call Was Drop. No Network showing on mobile when I switch off and on ater than Network was com I thing so this is your Network IC problem I am very dissatisfied with Nokia Lumia 625 and Microsoft Phone. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Costumer Care at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because of you company please check my service history. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint. Very Bad Experience with Lumia worst Mobile Maker in Indian. No. [protected], [protected]. On 25th march 2015 . they said that take phone after 10 days but yet after 16 days they were not given my phone they even not attaining my call ... My job sheet no. Is[protected]/150325/003 ... The promple in phone is it was completed dead . sir i was nokia customer from last 5 6 years since 2009 ... In my family there are 7 nokia phone . but your side serice is not good . please do / take any step for my problem so i can use my phone again . thank you

              I have a nokia C5-00. I went to the nokia care centre in ernakulam, kerala, india for repairing my mobile. The problem was startup failed when switched on. After one day when I called the centre, they said the my mobile's hardware is not good and they cant help me replace a new one. I am writing this complaint because I dont think that they even checked my nokia c5 because almost all people going there have the lumia. A poor like me dont have a lumia or more advanved than my mobile. I hope you contact the service centre to help me out. the job sheet no. is 2621

                I have a nokia lumia 1320 device with a damaged lock key. I had submitted my device for repair it at the Nokia Care Center, Bhavnagar, Gujarat. Firstly, They told me that its take 15 days to done the things like shipping the hardware of damaged part and repairing. After that they told that the shipment of hardware from the factory/compnay is to be deliverd in another 15 days. then after about a month I got the same answer from the care center. I wish that you kindly draw your attention towards this and getting things better and faster.

                there is one thing that Nokia team are not able to find their own band parts as if they were supplying the phones from local china's market


                I too have faced the same problem of screen issue
                other than that battery issue IC issue phone hanging and switching off issue

                    I purchased Nokia Lumia 535 phone on 28 March 2015 from M/s Samarth Lifestyle Retailing Pvt Ltd, authorised dealer of Nokia. On 6 April the display of the phone vanished and I was unable to use the phone. On 7th I contacted the dealer for replacement but he refised and directed me to the service center in sector 10 Noida. When I took the phone there I was told that the display is not working and the will not issue the DOA for replacement. They also told that since there is no supply of screen and there is shortage of spares it will take minimum of 25 days for repair. Through this complaint I would request Nokia to replace my handset as it was a defective piece sold to me, since THE HANDSET STOPPED WORKING WITHIN 8 DAYS OF PURCHASE. I also fail to understand what quality checks are done before sending the handsets to showrooms for sale. Kindly address my problem and let me know the action taken on my complaint.                           Dear Sir My name is Dheeraj Chuahan. I had bought nokia lumia 1320 on 20 feb2015. from amazone. It was working upto 10 days quit well . But suddenly it dead during charging and i had submitted my phone *manav communication *on 17 march 2015. on 17 march they give two days for repiar after two days they increase their time for 7 days after 7 days they increase the delivery time again 2 days againg after two days they increase delivery time for 7 days . Then i submiitted the problem to main head office of nokia on their coustumer care number . At that time they give the 7 days on recordded by nokia head care executive .After again 7 days they gives 14 days more time to delivery . What is this happing ? Is this any kind of nokia frod ? If you cannot repair the phone please return the phone. All my important work is being stopped .                           Nokia Lumia 1320 IC Integrated Circuit expired within one year of purchse from Mobile world Vashi New Bombay

                          Did not work proper even for one year, the warranty expired on 5th of May 2015 & the Integrated Circuit broke down on 11th of May 2015

                          Nokia service center at Vashi New Bombay. Kept it for one week and then returned saying we cannot repair
                          Most amazing thing is that its parts are also not available in the gallery or other places in the market, appears as if I did not buy any authenticated Indian expensive phone; but I bought some china's local market item under brand of Nokia Lumia 1320.

                          Also screen disorders, phone heating up, frequent switch of[censored]se to happen even after 6 months of its purchase

                              I have purchased Nokia X on 12/03/2014. From last 2 months battery of phone having only 2-3 hours backup. I contacted nokia care they said battery is not in the stock. Now a days it has only 10 min backup, when i complaint to nokia care they give me the nokia delhi office number. i regestired my compiant there that battery is not available in the nokia care. They forwarded my complaint to next level and reply me after 2 days that company has stopped the manufacturing of battery of NOKIA X model. They have no solution. Now tell me what is customer fault. I purchased it of RS. 8000/-. What should i do. Only that next time my family will not purchase the nokia/microsoft phone. Date when you visited the Nokia Care Centre : 15th Jan, 2015. Issue with device : Software has been upgraded 2 times . Display has been changed and still the issue is not rectified. Now i wasbeen asked again to submit the device, they had done some changes now and now again want to test me.The device has been hardly used for 2 days since purchased. When i ask for replacement they are admant on that they wont replace.

                                  i bought a NOKIA lumia 720 on jan 2014 .Its only 1 year 2 month old...now i came with a problem that the screen of the phone broked...but the phone is working quite well and there is no issue with the touch...i went to the nearest nokia care to fix the screen at any cost...but they replied me that LUMIA 720 has been dropped by the company so that no spare parts will be available...its ridiculous to say that a phone which i bought for more than 18000 has to be kept apart without getting spare parts... please do the necessary...(its really bad since eventhough we are willing to pay for new screen and others but Spare parts are not available in the company)

                                    Dear Sir, I had given my Nokia 625 to M/s.MILAPS ELECTRONICS [856_504867] on 23rd March 2015 replacement of display vide service job sheet No:[protected]/150323/011 dated 23/04/2015 for replacement of screen which is under warranty. Mr Bhushan asked to collect the said handset on 1st April 2015. When I turned up on 1/4/2015 to the centre they said to contact on cell no : [protected] Mr.Zubair.                                         Purchased the Nokia Lumia 1320 on March 6 2015. On april 4 it start creating problem. I received a phone call. After that i saw the problem with display. It was showing me some Vertical lines only. Till then it is showing the same pattern. I am not able to make any call. i can not receive any call. This is a big problem as i do not have any other phone with me. Kindly look into the matter on urgent bases. I checked on Internet and phone is under warranty. Please advise. Regards Kamal k Sharma
