I purchased Nokia Lumia 535 phone on 28 March 2015 from M/s Samarth Lifestyle Retailing Pvt Ltd, authorised dealer of Nokia. On 6 April the display of the phone vanished and I was unable to use the phone. On 7th I contacted the dealer for replacement but he refised and directed me to the service center in sector 10 Noida. When I took the phone there I was told that the display is not working and the will not issue the DOA for replacement....
