Hi, My mobile is supposed to to repaired on 06.03.2015 but still not get my phone. Today i called on land line number so many times but nobody responding. also called in mobile number given on job sheet but it is switched off. job sheet number is 1244. please let me know when i should get my mobile .

    respected sir' i have purchaced nokia 208 dual sim mobile phone from shilpa mobile shoppe udgir dist latur maharastra on 12/01/2015 after one month mobile suddenly switch off & dosnt swich on after that i go to nokia care latur & given my mobile after 15 days they told that online warrnty for ur mobile imei no.[protected] has been over so we cant help u . u go to shilpa mobile shoppe & solve the problem. after that i go to shilpa mobile shoppe, he said that i call to nokia manager & solve ur problem i am jumbelling so help me

          I bought Nokia Lumia 730 in last week of November, 14. For approx 2 months it worked fine, later one day while taking out the phone from the pocket it felt down, and the strangest thing is with just a minor fall the display of the phone gone. Was using Samsung phone prior to this, and used the same phone almost for 4 years and the best was that we never faced any issues and moreover never visited Samsung service centre. Thought of changing phone as well as OS so bought NOKIA, but from past 1 month we are cursing NOKIA everyday for what kind of phone they have made, and moreover ourselves for why we bought Nokia phone. For the display problem we went to the same store (NOKIA koramangala 80 Ft. road, next to Fastrack store) from where we bought the phone, they charged us Rs.6500/- for the screen replacement. But this is not the problem, the problem starts after that. After switching on the phone we came to know that know it has a different issue, it was restarting on its own every minute, doesn't matter whether we are using it or not. Then again we went to the same store the same very day mentioning the new problem we are facing. And now for this they have made so many different stories that now we ourselves don't know whether we will get our phone back or not, its almost a month now or may be more than that, and still they are saying they need 7-10 days time more to identify the problem, NOTE : its just to identify the problem not to resolve it. After identifying they will tell us whether they can repair the phone or not. Below are the points I have written to let you know what Nokia store guys and service centre guy told us for 1 single phone restart issue (No sync between the two) : 1) First day the store guy said, because we have updated the OS which was not meant for Indian customers, that's why the phone is restarting. NOKIA : Why the hell you give an OS update notifications to those customers for which that is not meant for? After this the store guy himself formatted our phone and installed the older version OS. 2) We went home and again we came back, as the issue was still there, the phone was still restarting on its own. This time he took the phone and said will get it checked by the service centre and let us know. Almost after a week got a call from this store guy saying there is issue in Motherboard of your phone, so we will get it replaced. This whole process will take 12-15 days time as we have to raise a request to centre then will get the new Mother board in a week's time, after that will replace it and will keep the phone under observation for some days and then will gave it back to you. 3) I got the next call after 13 days from this store guy saying your phone has been repaired, you can come and collect the same. We collected the phone in the evening that same day, he said even the phone was having water damage and that too water went inside from the earphone jack.Hahahaa, I was seriously feeling so very frustrated that time, that I don't know only what to do (these people can actually make any bakwas story to prove there point and to prove customer is an ULLU). But then also we kept silent and took our phone, and while we were in the store the phone got restarted, but this time he said because the panel is broken that's why this is happening (let me tell you, one side of the phone edge is little broken and because of this there is an issue, its something very foolish). Then this time I said, you replace this panel from the one that is available in your store so that we can check if this is actually because of the panel thing then we will buy a new panel there itself. And as it was obvious panel was not the reason. 4) Now what next, after keeping the phone for so long, and even observing it for so long, they failed in identifying the problem. This time he said give 1 day time, I will check with the service centre guy what he was doing with the phone for so many days. But as usual didn't got any call for 2 days, then 3rd day evening went to the store. This time the answer was there is no issue in the phone, there service centre guy kept the phone under observation will call you tomorrow and update on the status. But again no calls, this time waited for 3 days and then on 4th day went to the store. The store guy is so rude after asking why he didn't called, for that he says I also didn't got any call from the service centre about the phone, so why will I call you? WOW!!! This kind of answer you can expect only from NOKIA people. This time my patience level got out of control, and I shouted on that guy badly, for this he said now you directly speak to service centre guy only. He called him and gave me the phone, when I spoke to the service centre guy, the strangest thing is he is not aware about any of the issues, he is completely making a different story at all. He was not aware about the OS update, not about the water problem, even not about the Motherboard replacement (for the MB replacement he said, we can never do that as the phone IMEI will get change, that can never be done with any phone). Now NOKIA people, can you guys please tell me what is going on here, why this store guy is on its own making so many stories. When I asked the Service centre guy what he did with my phone for 12-13 days then if there was no MB replacement happened, on this he said we were observing the phone for the issue, and on asking what he observed that time, he said no issue we found that time. So then I asked, if no issue is there then why my phone is restarting again and again, on this the best answer he gave this time, he said since you threw your phone so hard that a dent has come on the motherboard and because of which the phone is getting heated up and restating (Now you tell me is anyone so dumb that he/she will throw his phone that too a new phone intentionally, bcoz as per the service centre guy this can only happen if you have intentionally thrown it hard, as I said before they will make all the stories to prove customer is an ULLU). Now what is the solution to this, on which he said he will keep the phone under observation for 7-10 days and post that will let me know whether they can repair the phone or not, if yes fair enough, but as per him more chance is of no, in which case he will refund me the glass replacement cost (Rs. 6500/-) and the phone (which will be of no use).           Request to please look into it on high priority. The display of my phone was changed on 14th Feb, 15 and from then till date the phone has not worked and is with the service center people only.

          Got a call from Nokia store guy today, he said your phone cant be repaired to come and take it back.What a [censored] after 1 and a half month you people realized that you cant repair my phone. Nokia + Microsoft this kind of service was not expected from a company like yours, you people are simply cheating with your customers. A total FRAUD company.

          I need my full money back now, this is too much.

                I have a display problem in Lumia 720 for quite some weeks. I have already submitted the mobile for touch problem and it was sent to head office in Delhi. But after that touch works properly but display is not good. When I contact the Nokia care, they said that Lumia 720 has been stopped and no stock available. This mobile is still in warranty.                   Dear sir, I brought Nokia Lumia 925 on Jan 2014 and mobile dead on mar 2015... How its possible without doing anything mobile was dead.. I feel you made mobile hardware such way only works one year after that's it will dead and demand customer care 8999/- I am very upset without Nokia..                       This is to inform you that I have purchased a nokia lumia 730 on25th october(imei no-[protected]), from the day of purchase I am facing a serious problem of hanging and through siliguri nokia care I sent my phone to Gurgaon head office bt after 27 days when I got my phone the problem was still there once again I sent my phone to gurgaon head office then they repaired it and I got my phone with a new imei no-[protected]. But after one month once again I am facing the same problem, also there is a problem in my main camera and once again from Raiganj nokia care I have sent it to Gurgaon once again. I appealed for complete replacement of my set several times to avoid harassment. So please replace my lumia 730 completely or I have to move through consumer forum. Looking for your quick reply.                         I had purchased Microsoft Lumia 535 on 10 Feb and after few days it was giving problem like its screen was showing blank with no light though the phone was on. I took it to service centre at lenin sarani job sheet number[protected]/150214/005 on 14 Feb 2015 and till now there is no update for the status of phone. As the phone was just purchased I should receive replacement of phone with in couple of days however its going to be 1 months. Not a good service I had same problem with my Lumia 820 which was returned without repairing after 2 months. Few days back when I called the service center and spoke to manager name Deepak Baid he was very rude and advised I should call at regular interval for the update and it usually takes time for the phone to be repaired even though it was new phone. I should have received replacement of phone, on this manager explained we get replaced only if the phone was purchased 4 days before. Also this is not mentioned in T&C.

                          My lumia 620 is still under the period of its extended warranty and suddenly on 1st march, my phone got switch off. When i took it to the nokia care center, GTB nagar, they said its got switch off because it needed a update and so they updated my phone from windows 8 to 8.1. Since then everyday i am visiting their center because after the update, my phone has stopped functioning properly. Sometimes my camera won't work, sometimes the back button won't work and now my phone is dead. I am fed up of visiting the customer center. Its been 15 days now and I am almost visiting it everyday. I have my cash memo as well as my receipt of extended warranty, is there any option of replacing it.Please help as to what am i supposed to now

                            Dear sir, I purchased a NOKIA LUMIA 800 in 2013 and before completed its one year it started creating problems and at last it switched off and never turned back on . I contacted nokia center twice and finally submitted my phone at your Nokia centre Lajpat nagar, they kept that phone for more than one month but could not repair and swapped with Nokia Lumia 925 in 2014. After not even six month Lumia 925 also started creating problems like hang, sudden switch off, ringing even phone is hanged or switched off and so many. At last that also switched off and never turned back on and I had to contact Nokia centre in beginning of February 2015 and they kept that phone with them for two days and they said phone is dead. Now, they saying it will be repaired but cost Rs. 10, 125. When I asked them that it's not even one year then they replied that combining both phone's running time warranty is over now. That means Nokia centre people did not replaced a genuine phone to me, they replace it to complete its warranty period only. I buy more than 500 phones every year on behalf of my company from various brands for our dealer and distributor and take warranty for one year at our own but I did not find any complain but since I personally started using Nokia Lumia i'm facing hell lot of problems. Kindly do the needfull asap so that I can take my further action.                               Yesterday i was going to change my nokia 5530 phone incoming speaker.After submitting my phone thel told me to come 1 hour later.After 1 hour when i came to recived my phone, i see the inner part of my phone screen is not its earlier condition.I told them to right my phone to its earlier condition.At first they did not except that it is their fault, after some argument they said whey they open the phone to change my speaker it happens.But they did not either right my phone to its earlier condition nor changed my touch panel. So I request you to tell them to change my nokia 5530 phone touch panel or display screen.

                                  I bought my nokia930 from pramod Nokia care jag dish market hyderabad, just in 3 months sets volume button disabled ( not working ) then we went to Nokia care as rao. Nagar but after four five they said they are unable to rectify the problem due to unavailability of hardware and asking for another month time this is really sad that such company is not having proper services...my bill no. Is 5220 Pls solve this problem as soon as possible

                                    Dear Madam / Sir, I wish to bring to your notice and complain about Nokia Lumia 1320 White, IME number [protected] & Invoice number P.S.SS/1614 that I purchased at UniverCell, Salem on 20.05.2014 I am complaining because the problem which I face very frequently is Over heating while charging the handset, Touch screen is not working properly & Most of the time it hangs and not in a position to use, the phone switched off last evening and now I'm not able to switch on the mobile. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted at Nokia authorized service center, 6-A/215 NS Complex, Four Roads, Omalur Main Road, Arisipalayam, Salem, Tamil Nadu 636009, and was told that my problems resolved but again and again facing the same problems. I have given my Nokia Lumia 1320 for service thrice repeatedly with the same complaint within 9 months of purchase (still in warranty) for the same issues but it could not be sorted out by your Nokia authorized service center. I believe that this response is unfair. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position to resolve this problem I would like you to replace the existing handset with the new one.                                       I am kuldeep from chandigarh, I brought nokia XL 5months ago and 3-4 times it got problem and visited your chandigarh care center now After 3rd visit they give me mobile but i am getting volume problem again, and yesterday i visited there and they are telling me its damage problem and you have to pay for it. I am not sure if it damage from my side, its from there side, So please reply me and i dont like to pay any payment for this fault Kuldeep Second.. I vested care center again today .. but they told me my mobile is damage, because volume keys are damage and the same has done by their team.                                         Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Sir I have purchased Lumia 535 mobile in the month of Feb-2015 I have used this mobile only for 10 to 15 Days, now phone is not getting Charged.

                                        I have given the mobile phone in your nokia care service center in Marathahalli Bangalore on[protected].My job sheet no is[protected]/150304/029 and I am not interested to use this phone and they are telling they will return the phone after 3 to 4 weeks. So I have requesting you to please return my money back.

                                        Please do the need full ASAP.
